respected sir,
I m a permanent resident of babina cantt it is a small town which is located of about 25 km from jhansi it come in jhansi district & it come under U.P EAST TELECOM CIRCLE. It has been come to my knowledge that a new telecommunication tower of vodafone communication tower has to be constructed in babina cantt but its sorry to inform u that the land at which the tower has been constructed is not fit for that construction due to the high water level at that place & secondly the land has also been disputed.
So i request u sir to check all the conditionds of land which has been used for construction of vodafone which is suffring from two serious conditions of land disputness & high water level i also inform u that in this matter some engineers has taken bribes, i u want more details about this disputed land u can personally contact me on this no[protected].

    good day sir,
    i bakshish singh holding vodafone connection
    from last 7years. i just two month ago change my connection
    from prepaid to post paid by global direct which order form i m
    sending you as attachment. the day i convert my connection i not happy
    with vodafone. and i think so it is direct fraud case with customer
    from global direct on the name of vodafone. which i want to take
    further in consumer court, so in future these fraud don't happen with
    other costumers.

    first complain docket no.[protected]

    i convert my pre paid connection to post paid connection through
    global direct (i think so which is official promoters for vodafone).
    the day global direct executive given me receipt of 600 rupee they
    explain me that this amount show me every six month as 100 rupee as
    concession and one other sim card is given free to me. as my two bill
    generates nothing show up for 100 rupee, i gone to vodafone gallery in
    vashi station and i asked explanation for this amount they say it is
    not possible. they only charge new sim card 299 rupee only. As vashi
    branch manager check with global direct they say same thing we charge
    for two sim card which is converted from pre paid to post paid. the
    new number which is provided is not a old number that is
    new number which is free as explain by global direct executive.

    i paid my bill by debit card at vodafone outlet at vashi branch and i
    don't get any paid receipt from counter. i think so as consumer law if
    i pay any bills of vodafone they has to provide me payment receipt.
    As i talk to outlet manager she explain only if i pay by cash or
    cheque then only provide receipt. but if i pay by debit card they
    cannot provide receipt. As i ask her the terms and condition which is
    mentioning that not to provide receipt. she given me answer that she
    cannot show me terms and condition . Again as costumer of vodafone if
    i ask for term and condition they have to provide me it is not to be
    kept secret.


    i explained every thing above.

    i also try to give call vodafone service centre only i come to know
    that this is my biggest mistake which i converted from prepaid to post
    through global direct and that is marketing. Every time they explain
    me the plains no body is explaining me three points which i really
    want to know as mention below:
    aa) where is my six hundred rupee which suppose to show every six
    month as hundred rupee.
    bb) second sim card is provided free why charged me.
    cc) why not provided payment receipt for my bill payment by debit card.


    pls do need full to explain me only three above questions. pls do not
    release customer that is mistake you taken vodafone services, which i
    come to know by wasting my time after vi sting vodafone outlet vashi
    branch and also calls to customer care.

      Recently I recharged two Vodafone numbers which are in my name (and used by my family members).

      I used the ICICI Bank - direct transfer facility.

      After 4 days, nothing turned up on the mobile accounts... when I called their Customer-Service center, after all the blah-blah (recording for internal training, press this and that.. ) the guy mentioned, please visit the nearest Vodafone Center and talk to an agent there...

      Question ::

      If I had to walk into a Vodafone store, why they publish on their web-site to call the "Customer Center

          i am a vodafone prepaid customer residing at tolani maritime institute, talegaon, pune. i got a e-top up done online for Rs.333, for my mobile number [protected] on the 25th of march 2009. as per the IVR of vodafone, i was supposed to get full talktime. but i only got a talktime of Rs.223.9. on calling up customer care, they said that they could not help me and that such an offer was not available.
          in spite of repeatedly telling them that their IVR was still giving details of an offer of full talktime on Rs.333, the call centre supervisor refuted this fact and refused to help me.

            Following is the email that i mailed to vodafone customer care ..it has been more than 48 hours i have not received any response from them yet and not to mention the numerous calls i made to customer service, each one ended in a false assurance that they will call me back and get the problem fixed.

            HI,

            I applied for the Vodafone postpaid connection last week and the Vodafone representative gave me a SIM card upon filling of the form. I was informed by a Vodafone representative that the SIM will be activated a day later after the completion of the verification process. The sim was activated after a day I had filled the application and I was under the impression that the verification process was completed. During the course of day a gentleman came to my residence for address verification, he claimed that he did that for Vodafone. Later I received a call for some more verification over the phone, the caller claimed to be doing that for Vodafone too; I hope they were really from Vodafone..

            However in spite of complying by the rules my post paid service was barred since this morning and when I called Vodafone customer service I learn t that someone at Vodafone thought my verification process is not completed and so barred my service..

            I am not impressed with the service that I have received from Vodafone so far, let me list down all my grievances,

            1. My application was changed without my consent; my email id, contact #, plan details. I do not know whether that is a system problem or someone doctored my application.

            2. I am told that verification not thru however the service center person could not tell me what section of the verification is not completed. He asked me to go to Vodafone store to get the service restored.. let me make it clear, why should I go to the store? If your company is incapable of doing their job of verification I can switch to other service providers. I think you are also aware of the number of service providers available in the market.

            3. I did not have the service when I needed it real bad .. I would have appreciated if Vodafone had the courtesy to send at least a SMS stating the problem and informing me that the service would be barred. So that I would be aware and make my back up plans .

            I would appreciate if someone from your department could look into my case and call me on my cell phone ([protected]) with any updates that he/she may get. I am still hopeful that I will not have to write follow up emails and I will get a response ASAP.

            Vodafone — activation of vodafone live without my consent

            On June 15th Vodafone live was activated on my phone without asking me. I was out of town n hence told that I can not deactivate it from there. Now when I call 198 I am being told that I will have to pay now and it will be deducted from my next bill. This same thing happened last month also.
            My question to your company is how can you activate any service on my phone without asking me and why are you harassing me by doing so repeatedly??

              Hi,
              I'm, Ashutosh Singh Bhadauria, using Vodafone no. [protected] since Jan 08. My scheme is:
              In day time V2V 49 paise, V2O 99 paise, In night time V2V 10 paise, V2O 49 paise.
              All Sms charge is 25 paise. There is another scheme for which 7 rs deducted for a week and i can save 5 no in FnF list so that my STD charges are 1 rs/min. The thing is that till november there was a no problem.But there was some new sereis with Airtel in U.P. for which this 140 ivr giving prompt " This no can not be selected as Fnf no." I treid to contact CC so many times but I think executive of CC don't have a manner to handle their CC. Even they don't know how to speak, how to satisfeid their cst..
              So many times after confirmation of issue they disconnected my call. Every time i had to call more than 4 or 5 times for solution but each and every time i got very different kind of information.Most of executive had their own information to provide me . Even ur second and third level escellation also good for nothing. Most of the time they were not able to identifeid the agent with whom i had word previously.They are also ready to disconnect the call all time. Most of the executive are not maintaining any type of records and always giving wrong comitment.
              As per my case, i'm facing problem with series like 9654, 9651, 901..

AND fnf service was activate on my mobile they were decete my balance 15 rup . my only one no is activate in FNF service and i wanted more no. activate on my no...after that i was send request again i was write ADD FF MOB.NO and they were again cut my balance in my no...send my money on my no .no is [protected]...

              i am using vodafone last two years .But now i am trying to activate fnf to another mobile no .i am calling 140 and try to fnf but it tells the option No 4 but i am typing the no. 4 it tells the message if you are dialing the wrong number .what is the solution for that problem

                I have talk to with your customer care Representative but i m not getting positive support
                I am working with IT Company and not getting free time for enquiry of my problem.
                I am not able to launch FRI because of this is secret from my wife and if she is known this matter, she will heat me and finally broke my life.

                    I am a user of this service since 5 years .Its was BPL then HUTCH and then Vodafone .

                    I had a very bad experience last month.I have a maharshtra co-orporate card and the mumbai roaming
                    is free for this .The incoming should never be charged.

                    My sister was admitted in mubai hospital in Jan 2009 for almost 22 day and i was staying with her in the
                    hospital.Somehow, i didnt have the option of Vodafone when trying to select the network manually.I have never changed the setting myslef and this option was available before this incident .The Auto selection showed VODAFONE -IN and hence i assumed that this may be some technical change form them as myself had never request anything in this .

                    After some days, i still reported this to the Vodafone center in Vasai where i went to pay my bills.The person told me that i wont be anyways charged extra for any incoming call and hence i payed my bill for JAn Rs4000.

                    When i retuned back and checked my bill, the incoming call were charged Rs. 793 and also the outgoing were charged more as in roaming .When i called Customer care i was given an email -id to whom i should write my complains.

                    I wrote them the complete incident .After 3 days i received a call that i have to pay the amount and that this may be due to some technical issue .Till date the issue is not solved !!!


                    Please help me .Rs.4000 is not the problem, the problem is wrong charges...

                    I have registered a complient with Vodafone on 15.08.09. The Complient No. [protected]. This complient regarding de-activate the STD booster pack. After Accepting the de-activation they have detected Rs. 31. Every day I am calling Vodafone Customer care. I am not getting proper reply. Please look in to this issue. I am not satisfied with your Customer care. They are not taking any action. Every day they are telling the same story.

                      Dear Concern,
                      I have an connection of vodafone mobile ([protected]). In March 2009 I have paid my feb month bill on dt. 10/3/2009 at Vodafone office in Moga, Punjab. My billing cycle is 21st to 20th every month and 10th march 2009 is my last due date for last month bill. In the same time my bill payment is updated on 12th march 2009( As per Vodafone customer care) by vodafone and they took of Rs. 100/- as late payment charges in next bill. I had talked regarding the same with vodafone customer care centre but they are not able to help me without the receipt # meanwhile i have lost that receipt so the I came to Moga Vodafone office from Chandigarh and find the details of my receipt which is paid on 10th march 2009.

                      Pls advice what to do next.

                      I don't want waive late payment charges hence every time vodafone people are making mistake and they are not able to understand consumer problems.

                        Hello I am Khushmandar Singh Cell No [protected], Ludhiana Punjab, on this very no Missed Call Service has been activated and charged Rs.30 and despite request to customercare they have not refunded as promised by the vodafone customercare executive and asked me to deactivate the service by sending a message to 144 "CAN MCI" I send this message my service is deactivated but by balance is not refunded as promised.

                        We should do something on these types of complaints and lodge FIR and register 420 case against the company and also fine complaint in the consumer Forum.
                        same is happening with me as well

                        I never subscribed MCI service from Vodafone but every month they are cutting 30 rupees from my balance. Please deactivate MCI service, i dont need it. My mob no is [protected].

                          I just filled up registration for on-line bill payment. The system wants me to call vodafone customer care on 111 for password. I tried 3 times. Right now it is 01.30 am in the morning, and i am outstationed.

                          I totally spent around 21 minutes, but that damn type recording keeps on repeating...and no response from vodafone cusatomer care.

                          I want immediate answer for this incident.

                            Please be carefull while taking vodafone connections.
                            I got vodafone postpaid connection and was a very heavy user..

                            Because i was moving out of state i decided to get it convert to prepaid,
                            i went to vodafone store and gave them address proof as copy of lease agreement, to my surprise they said that copy is not clear and we cant take this.. Its worth mentioning here that i had given the same copy while getting the connection..so i couldnt understand that at the time of closing your pospaid account how same copy disqualified..

                            Due to pathetic customer support service i decided to close the account, i did put a request on 22 - february 2009 and they said in 24 hours they will close it.
                            they did not close it till 25th and my billing cycle starts from 25th of every month, these ... intentionally stretched closure so that they can charge me for 1 day a sum of 99rs which was a add on, and they said that add ons are not calculated prorata, that means even i[censored] use 1 day, they are charged for a whole month..

                            and on 25th the std calls that i made were charged at a rate of 10 rs/min ... i dont know if they wanted to charge so high why did they cut 99rs for std reduced rate, in this 99 scheme i get std at 1 rs/min but they charged so high.

                            so my 1 day bill was 288 rs because of this cheating.

                            please dont trust vodafone, they even dont tell u that ur deposit will be gone i[censored] close before 1 year..

                            whatever they romise dont beleive..i will take these xxx to court..

                              Dear Sir,

                              I am working with Asian Paints Ltd., Secunderabad Branch as Project Executive. Today afternoon, my outgoing facility has been barred without any intimation (My mobile No is [protected]). When contacted to your customer care, the information I got was the cheque was returned by my Bank for want of sufficient funds. Please note that I have given instruction to clear your dues through my HDFC Credit Card No. [protected] and I have also checked up with my Credit Card People that no bill has come for clearance as on date and I carry enough credit limit to clear the due bill. Again, my bill is falling due only on the 1st April, 2009, but with out any intimation they cut my outgoing facilities. They also claim the call was made to my mobile on 30th March at 7pm and they got a message that my phone was switched off, but it was never so. I never ever switch off my mobile.
                              Today is 31st March and our year closing and it is embarrassing that the phone got barred. I made my first call around 4 pm and the call attended by Ms Fateema last for almost 19 minutes. She was transferring the call to the team leader but the call was unattended by the team leader though i was holding the call for more than 5 minutes. Again after checking my records my HDFC Credit Cards, I again called the customer care which was attended by Ms Masthandee and she was very arrogant in talking and was not listening to any of my request. I am really disappointed with the whole episode. Please do some thing.

                                I Manoj Benjwal from Dehradun, my Vodafone mobile no is [protected], in the month of October I change my prepaid connection in postpaid connection, but since first month Vodafone store CCE make fake commitment with me, they told me its tax free, but when I got my first bill, that was with tax, I contact to Vodafone store, but they told me we never did that kind of promises, after that they told me we are provides for all costumer's three month itemize bill without any charge, but first month they provide me itemize bill, but after that no itemize bill provide me, again I contact to Vodafone store but they gave me excuse, n told me sometime it happened, then they told we will send your itemize bill detail in your mail ID, but when they send it to me that was in adobe, this software was not available in mine system, so I request again for itemize bill in word format, but they again gave me another excuse, and told me we cant provide you in this format, after that I was hurrahed by Vodafone, coz I never knew about my call details, and also don’t know the bill amount was genuine or not!! After that I was apply for disconnect to my number. that was applied on 10th Jan. but it was mention on 12th Jan. in Vodafone store record, and the same time they again do one more falls commitment that was we will refund your security amount with in 60 days, n told me this is our maximum period for refund security amount. But now today 81 days complete. but still no refund, in that case i contact again to Vodafone store, and they told me some other story that was "i requested to Vodafone costumer care (calling) activate my number in zero rental plane" But I never did it, I told them if you have record of that day, so prove me that day recording where I told about reactivation my number in zero rental plane.even when I disconnected my number, that time also told me a Vodafone store agent <you can use it in zero rental plane> but I denied that and told them the region I m shifting to another place, so it is useless.
                                But after disconnect the number they charge me according to zero rental planes in the month of February and March. And also harassed me at my rental home three time, through by Vodafone recovery agent after 10th of Jan. and also by phone calls, that is cant be acceptable.
                                Now I want return my security amount additional with 12.5%tax (according to service tax), because if costumer pay his bill amount after due date then company charge extra amount according to 12.5%.
                                in the same situation company still didn’t pay me my security on the the time. So I need my security amount with 12.5 %( tax) + mentally and physically harassment charge Rs.5 lack. With in a month. If they can’t refund me back this entire amount with in a month. Then Rs.5 lack also will be charge with 12.5%. per day basis.

                                  I have Vodafone connection from last 3 years. But from last 6 months I am getting a problem with my outgoing calls. I always call this number from any place, it always says network busy.It is happening with 80% of the numbers from my contact list.I changed the SIM as per their suggestion but made no difference. The customer care executives does not have any answer for my inconvinience I have called them atleast 100 times. And I cannot call them from my phone..there also I get coonection error so I need to do it from landline.I am planning to escalate and report a complaint against them in consumer court ant TRAI.

                                      Hi Sir/Madam,

                                      My name is Lokesh Kumar Sharma and my cell no. is [protected]. I am
                                      simply not satisfied with services provided by your technical back-end
                                      team. So here I want to register an official complaint against this
                                      department whoever concerns are responsible for same.

                                      Let me explain you my problems:-

                                      The whole matter starts from 19th March 09, I am using Motorola L9 set
                                      and I wanted to start MMS service on my cell phone, so first of all I
                                      tried myself to activate GPRS and MMS then I came to know GPRS already
                                      activated on my cell but when I want to activate MMS I received
                                      message "Update Required" so I called up for same problem and I got
                                      service registration no. "[protected]" for same query and my problem
                                      should've resolve by Saturday 21-Mar-09. But I didn’t receive any call
                                      till Monday so I called up again at 111 customer care again regarding
                                      same problem but the customer care executive checked out the status of
                                      same request no. and it showed something like technical department
                                      called me up but my cell was unreachable. So I got another request id
                                      on 23-mar-09 that technical team will get back to me by 25-march-09.
                                      This time I got a call from a technical department, I told them whole
                                      problem and the technical person told me to select install from the
                                      message he will send to me just after this call. Same time I got a
                                      message “A connection setting will arrive shortly. Your PIN Code
                                      is1234. Select “install” to update the phone.”

                                      But here new problem occurred I got a message alert but no message was
                                      there, now one message icon 24*7 attached on the top of my cell but
                                      there was no message to select install or anything else. I called up
                                      111 customer care again and escalated the last problem and this new
                                      one too, now I got another request id and asked me to wait for next 2
                                      days for call from technical team. I waited till 29th march 09 but
                                      finally It was me only calling back for new request id like a stupid,
                                      anyways I had to call to customer care yesterday as this message alert
                                      on the top of my cell phone irritating me and asked the customer care
                                      executive status of my request id “[protected]” which provided to me on
                                      25th March- 09, the guy checked out same request and again answer was
                                      same Technical team called me up and my cell was unreachable.

                                      This time I decided to report one official complaint against your
                                      back-end technical team so guy showed me the way to go to nearest
                                      Vodafone store and report there he can’t do anything and again I got
                                      new 4th request id “[protected]”. Still I am not expecting any
                                      co-operation from your “Good for nothing technical back end team”.
                                      Your technical back-end team is not co-operating with me, my cell is
                                      working 24*7 and It never get switch off, there was no missed call
                                      from any unknown number so it proofs these peoples not working
                                      properly and just updating my request id’s without making any call
                                      back to me.

                                      Finally I want to resolve 3 issues now.

                                      1. I want MMS activation on my Motorola L9 set.
                                      2. The message alert appearing on my cell I want to remove that.
                                      3. The concern technical persons updating status of my request without
                                      doing anything, there should be some strict action against them. I
                                      guess this is the genuine request against faulty guys.

                                      I am hoping for co-operation from you guys now but if still nothing
                                      happens, I will take this matter to consumer court. I want all these
                                      problems resolved by 31st march 09 according to my last request id
                                      “[protected]”.

                                      i recharged my number with rc50. then i got rupees 46 in my phone.i registered for sms pack of Rs 5 but i dont get my messange pack. then i call to 111 but they hold my phone and then disconnect my phone. then they start cutting my balance from phone. they start chat service and callertune. i neither said to them for that nor i send any message to them. they make my balance -20 RS . THEN after 5days i rechare my phone with RS 20 after 1 day they again subtract my balance with some services .and now my balance is RS -1.i dont use any services. the name o[censored]r employ is nitin, ajay . but there are two more but i forget their names .my number is [protected]. i want my balance back..
