This is bring to your kind notice that i am using BSNL connection Numb.([protected]) from last 6 years and now have applied for Vodafone portability on 22nd Jan and fullfilled all the formalities yet till now i have not got any type of response from ur side and still my numb is going in BSNL and not converted in vodafone.
10 days have already been past how long its process ?
Its only 7 Days procedure to convert any numb. into network.

I’m not satisfied with your services due to customer care agents have done with me, As they are not resolve the customer VOC’s., yesterday I have call c.care on 121 Related to MNP or Bal deduction but they have put me in hold (Total time of hold is 1 hour 28 second ) & after that disconnect the call with-out any resolution call u tell me this is your customer services, the name of the agents is Mr.Harvinder calling timing was around 2 pm to 3 pm



This is the reason that I’m canceling the MNP request ( Indicom to Vodafone) Number is [protected] & also MNP This number [protected] to Docomo Today onward & I meen it





Thanks for your customer support & I don’t need this type of support again so I’m switching to Docomo.

Vodafone has been a very careless service provider, with the call centre employees disconnecting the phone on your face to pathetic in-store help, Vodafone has never lived up to its promises.
I subscribed for Blackberry Services in Vodafone and its been a week and its hardly ever worked. I tried calling 198 for complaints and they end up disconnecting the phone on people's faces. My visits to the Vodafone store, too, proved to be pointless with extremely rude employees who fail to pay attention and with nil respect for the customer.
I managed to track down an employee at the vodafone customer care centre, Mr. Rajender and my customer complaint number is [protected].
For a company that cannot retain it's customers and leave them mentally harassed, I would like to take action against Vodafone.

My telephone no [protected] has been changed from bsnl to vodafone on 05/02/2011 and activated by vodafone for outgoing calls only. To get incoming calls i have provided one extra phone with cellone/bsnl simcard till today 02/03/2011.This complaint has been represented several times to customercare bsnl and vodafone but no fruitful result.They are blaming each other for rectification.
In this regard please disconnect all things from vodafone immediately as they are not able to help their customer for the past 25 days .

I don't want to continue this double connection one from vodafone and another from bsnl for the same number and it is a shame to me.
Further i cannot pay any single paisa to vodafone and i am going to consumer court to get justice and comphensation for the loss incurred in this affair.

I was using this service from Feb2011 and also I was paid for the services Rs. 50.00 in Feb (charges upto 05.03.2011) but I dont want to continue this service in future SO I HAVE TRIED TO DEACTIVATE the service on dated 02.03.2011 but your network not responded. I have tried many times on 2 & 3 March, after facing much problem I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE NO.111 and talking over phone to Customer Care Officer (03.03.11), the Customer care Officer told me that my Value added servises like Combopack has been DEACTIVATED already AND NO CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED IN FUTURE. after this I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ALERTS FROM YOUR SIDE ON 04th & 05 th March, So I was conviced with you that my services has been dectivated.

BUT ON 06.03.2011 Rs.50.00 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED IN MY A/C, I WAS ASTONISHED TO SEE THAT AND I HAVE ALSO RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT MY SERVICES HAS BEEN ACTIVATED WHENEVER I WAS NOT REQUESTED FOR.

I am writing this on 30apr2011 I spoken with Nitin First...kick out him from vodafone because he spoiling the name of VODAFONE.. And the second person I spoken with Manoj...I believe both cannot handle the customers...Manoj promised me he will send the MSZ regarding my late bill payment charges But I am still waiting for that...I cannot understand this thing why Vodafone choice executives...if they not having any kind of knowledge??? I had a very bad experience with vodafone...And I will advice to all not to buy vodafone anymore...Not only these 2 executive there are many people who treat the same...

I have a humble request kindly dismiss them..Because they are sitting for spoiling customer care.
