[Resolved]  Vodafone — bad network

the network just failed without any prior information... i lost my impt calls.. they hav voilated their contract i need an explanation from them

i am a reputed customer of vodafone no [protected] and [protected]. i have monthly bill around 9000. i have dont receive network at my work place. i have talking to your executive from past 4 months . i have send mail to sanjays.[protected]@vodafone.com regarding this. earlier they said the problem would be solve on two weeks but still now it hasnt been solved . AIRTEL has promised me to load boosters if a purchase airtel connection . if i dont receive anything from your side then i willswitch over to airtel .

My Tel No.[protected]. This is worst experience that I have been facing problem from my vodafone to MTNL & VSNL tel. But I am not able to connect with them and you are fully charging in my bill. Till date you are not able to solve that. Please suggest me what I will do? And also your customer care officer is very rude such as today 12.45 PM I had talk to Mr. Ali he is not agree to listen me. Unnecessary he is westing my time...
without ant prior information ur network just clashed without any reason while all other networks were workin perfectly...

I am using Blackberry 8900 for last week i am facing mail problem. i not getting my mail from our local server mt other co-workers blackberrys are working fine but in my blackberry I not getting mails

Vodafone Network sucks. I have been complaining since a year and they are not bothered of looking into the problem.
Pathetic Customer Service and Network
First, Vodafone service, customer care, vodafone store, vodafone network, etc etc everything sucks.

i have N number of complaints, i dont know where to start from. I have complaints for almost everything but have not got a single reply.

1) There is a network problem at my office area since the time i have purchased the vodafone network. There are many reference nos of my complaints lying at the care centre desk for the same problem but it has not been solved yet.. Every time i get FALSE PROMISES that it will be solved within a month but as usual VODAFONE SUCKS.

I had more then 5 numbers with a total bill of more then Rs 50000.00/month. I had mailed them all the copies of the bill to request for the booster but again FALSE PROMISE. So i have disconnected all the numbers due to many other reasons also.

2) Every time i drop the cheque into the vodafone drop box BEFORE DUE DATE but due to negligence from vodafone's side the cheque is cleared more then 20 days after the due date and the late payment charges were added to the bill which i am not liable to pay.

Then Vodafone people harass me everyday by calling me and messaging me for the same.

There are many other complaints already lying with at the vodafone INBOX and at customer care desks which are not solved.

i will be very obliged if these complaints are solved at the earliest otherwise i will take a strict action against Vodafone.
I BEEN EXPERIENCING BAD NETWORK PROBLEM SINCE 3DAYS NOW, EVER SINCE I LANDED IN BANGALORE ON 27TH.. I CANNOT MAKE CALLS OR RECIEVE CALLS NOR SEND OR RECIEVE MESSAGES ON MY PHONE.. ROAMINF IS PRE-ACTIVATED.. I SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES OF BANGALORE AND DELHI BOTH.. THEY JUST SEEM TO BE COLD ABOUT THE ISSUE AND KEEP THROWING THE BALL IN THE OTHER COURT.. ONE OF THE EXECUTIVE SAID THAT "IT'S NOT HIS PROBLEM" .. I'VE MADE THE NECESSARY CHANGES THAT THEY ASKED ME TO... I'VE TRIED THE SIM ON TWO DIFFERENT PHONE SETS TOO.. GOT A NETWORK CLEARANCE FROM BOTH THE DELHI N BANGALORE CUSTOMER CARE... MY PHONE IS STILL NOT WORKING...

Hi I am Naveen Kumar H B from Bangalore [protected]. recently through MNP( Mobile Number Portability) I changed my connection to Vodafone from Idea. My friends and relatives told vodafone will best service and its network is good all bla blla .
considering their views i switched to Vodafone.But After 15 days I faced bad network in my area ( K R Puram). I lodged complaint through customer care. they told problem will be resolved within 7 days. even after nobody responded from their end. No technical person has come to my place to inspect the situation. CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ARE TELLING THE SAME STERO TYPED ASSURANCE EVERY TIME U CALL. THEY WILL FORWARD COMPLAINTS TO NETWORK TEAM, ( MY CASE) THEY EVEN DONT KNOW THEIR NETWORK TEAM CONTACTS NUMBERS.

VODAFONE WILL TELL ALL BLUFF THINGS IN ADD AND THAT TO HAPPPY TO HELP YOU ALL BAKWAS.
I am facing network problrms since last 6 months I have complained several times to Vodafone customer care but the only response I am getting is your complaint will be resolved very soon but till date it has not been resolved
