This is to inform you that the above mentioned phone, has been disconnected by yourselves.
This action was taken by you, without giving due notice or consideration.
This has led to a serious dis-convenience, and loss of reputation and business for us.
We have spoken to your representatives on the assistance number provided by you.
We have been given to understand that some of the documents that were submitted by us were, misplaced or lost by your representatives.
However, your company has decided to penalize us with this high-handed action.
The people who call us are given an impression that the telephone has been "Temporarily Disconnected".
This is normally interpreted by anybody as though the payments towards this, may have not been made, leading to a loss of reputation for us.
1. In case you are not aware:
1.1 The above Telephone connection was activated years back, after we had submitted due papers and documents.
1.2 The payments due towards the above telephone connection are all settled, as per their respective due dates.
1.3 We have not been given any written information, that explains, the reasons of your action.
2. We would like to know:
2.1 Why should this not be treated as a matter of breach of trust?
2.2 Why we should not consider this as a matter to be referred to the Consumer Redressal Forums?
2.3 What have you done with the documents that were previously submitted by us?
2.4 Why was the Telephone activated, if the previously submitted documents were inadequate?
2.5 Is this your standard operating procedure, or we have been singularly meted out this treatment, if so why?
2.6 As an effect of the current experience, should anybody not officially state that:
2.6.1 Vodafone does not consider itself responsible for any conveniences provided to its subscribers.
2.6.2 Vodafone is not responsible for the quality of services derived by its subscribers.
2.6.3 Vodafone has no regard for the contracts or documents signed and exchanged with its representatives.
3. Until the time we have been given due redressal,
3.1 We shall continue to deduct Rs. 1.00 per minute, towards non-service, of a paid subscription.
3.2 The amount will be calculated from the time the phone was disconnected by you until the time it has been restored, alongwith due redressals.
3.3 This deduction will be adjusted along-with the payments made towards our bills, bearing the above relationship number.
