I have recharged with Rs.100/- today mornring (15/6/09) but till now (3.15pm) I did not get it refilled. When I complained at around 12 noon, a lady at the customer care centre assured me that in an hour time I would get the amount recharged. When even at 3 pm it was not done I complained again and they told me that their system shows that I have got the recharge. I do not know how to prove that the same is not done.

Please note that if the same was done I would not have wasted my time for Rs.100/-.

    sir, I am using Vodafone postpaid connection Number-[protected] wef 11/04/2007 on 21/03/2009 i requested Vodafone Store Karolbagh for change of my address with rent agreement but nothing is done again on 02/06/2009 i repeated request on net on 05/06/2009 which is in their record as per Mr Diwaker-Customer care executive whom i spoken on 14/06/2009 at 10.15 PM But nothing has been done so far.Further the same day i spoken to another executive Mr Sikender over phone on cutomer care number
    This fellow was very rude to me and do not know how to talk or behave with customer over phone being a customer care executive.I have many complains in my bills but he (Mr Sikender) neither gave me any proper response but forcing me every time that vodafone never do this it is your (i.e mine) fault. I am enclosing you my complains in details which is more understandable to you They keep on adding new charges in bill without intimating their customer also they send wrong bills Due to bad network also the customer is charged several times for one numbers Why for these all things customer should suffer. and when a customer wants to clarify any thing from vadafone is it not the duty of them to given us details of services that when i have started and for what i have been billed ? If the customer do not have this right from Vodafone i feel they should not mis inform or mis guide their customer.
    I feel you will look in to the matter and do the need ful as to why this is happening with vodafone for delay in change of address a customer can not do anything to them but non receipt of bill and delay in payments vadafone has all the right to disconnect the facility and levy the late payment charges. This is realy very rediculous and not justified.

        Hi

        On 13 June 2009 I was repeatedly asking for help between 1100 PM and 1200 PM at the customer care number on 111.

        However none of your customer care officers registered my complaint.

        I called the number 111 four times, but at each instant the officer put the phone down.

        I also requested to talk to the manager or person incharge, giving the reason, but again the line was abruptly cut. No one took down the complaint or actually helped me understand why my credit limit was suddenly decreased from Rs 7000 to Rs 900 ? I have always paid my bills before time.

        If only you can help me understand what is the problem with your staff and customer care ? You have big advertising campaigns running and saying - Happy to Help.

        Have you actually tried to find out if you do really help customers ?

        I am very disappointed in your services and way the cutomers are handled.

        Can you tell me why your customer care officers did not co-operate ? Can you find out all the recordings of the conversations that happened between me and your customer care staff ? Can you replay those audio recordings and find out what is the real problem ?

        This is a complaint regarding my three numbers allotted by your :

        While to bring to your goodself notice and I want you to answer/solve some of my grievances piling up since past months. They are mentioned below:-
        1) Why your customer care phone 111 never entertain /answer/forward below grievances ?
        2)Why your recovery agent harass us ( bad mouthing ) without caring to solve below mentioned issues ? like :
        3) That why your company disconnect my phones purposely despite of my payment which I go on doing ? Such actions of your has spoiled my repo in front of persons who calls me ?
        So I further request to Please try to resolve my issues urgently & permanently :-
        4) By waiving all my reconnection & penalty charges which I am purposely made to pay so far, sometime even twice / thrice a month from the date you started providing services to me?
        5) Why don’t you please check my actual usage ( out going of phones done so far ) and charge me exact & accordingly,
        6) Please also tell me why I should still continue with your services when other ‘service providers’ give ‘life time incoming free’ – by distributing FREE SIM CARDS or by charging mere Rs. 100 / to Rs.200/ ? where as, you go on insulting us by disconnecting cells again and again ?
        7) Haven’t I gave/paid you enough money to atleast keep/allow my incoming alive ?
        As you could make out from my past records & payment done that - most of the time my cells were completely kept dead by you for days & months, In such conditions - I lost my repo and my new professionals assignments, So once for all, If you resolve all my above problems wisely – I will further request to allow ‘incoming to my phone’ atleast as I had so far paid you enough of money to keep my ‘incoming free’ . This will also convince me that I should try to clear your dues if not in ‘one go’ but in easy breakups. Meanwhile, You may block my outgoing, Till the time you are not convinced that I am paying you.
        Solve & help me out pls.

            This is to inform you that the above mentioned phone, has been disconnected by yourselves.
            This action was taken by you, without giving due notice or consideration.
            This has led to a serious dis-convenience, and loss of reputation and business for us.
            We have spoken to your representatives on the assistance number provided by you.
            We have been given to understand that some of the documents that were submitted by us were, misplaced or lost by your representatives.
            However, your company has decided to penalize us with this high-handed action.
            The people who call us are given an impression that the telephone has been "Temporarily Disconnected".
            This is normally interpreted by anybody as though the payments towards this, may have not been made, leading to a loss of reputation for us.

            1. In case you are not aware:

            1.1 The above Telephone connection was activated years back, after we had submitted due papers and documents.

            1.2 The payments due towards the above telephone connection are all settled, as per their respective due dates.

            1.3 We have not been given any written information, that explains, the reasons of your action.

            2. We would like to know:

            2.1 Why should this not be treated as a matter of breach of trust?

            2.2 Why we should not consider this as a matter to be referred to the Consumer Redressal Forums?

            2.3 What have you done with the documents that were previously submitted by us?

            2.4 Why was the Telephone activated, if the previously submitted documents were inadequate?

            2.5 Is this your standard operating procedure, or we have been singularly meted out this treatment, if so why?

            2.6 As an effect of the current experience, should anybody not officially state that:

            2.6.1 Vodafone does not consider itself responsible for any conveniences provided to its subscribers.

            2.6.2 Vodafone is not responsible for the quality of services derived by its subscribers.

            2.6.3 Vodafone has no regard for the contracts or documents signed and exchanged with its representatives.


            3. Until the time we have been given due redressal,

            3.1 We shall continue to deduct Rs. 1.00 per minute, towards non-service, of a paid subscription.

            3.2 The amount will be calculated from the time the phone was disconnected by you until the time it has been restored, alongwith due redressals.

            3.3 This deduction will be adjusted along-with the payments made towards our bills, bearing the above relationship number.

              Dear Sirs,

              I would like to bring to your kind attention some of the SMS contests that are being aired on TV during cricket matches. I feel in most of these contests, they never show the winners & tempting the customers to participate in these contests. As you know most of these SMS costs about Rs. 3 per SMS. But it is indeed a matter of concern that the organisers of these contests never declare the winners especially the contests that are being aired on Aaj Tak TV news channel on other mediums as well.

              Also I would like to bring to your kind notice about an SMS which is frequently coming to my cell phone these days even at mid night from a number 53776. It starts with LOOT followed with contests details. It is really irritating to get an SMS in the mid night that too at 1:00 a.m. Because of this I've to put my cell phone on silent mode these days. I have taken up this matter with Vodafone but they told me that this problem will be resolved by 1st of July'09. In that case, there is no point in resolving this issue because by that time this cricket tournament will be over & I wont get any SMS after that.

              I feel these contests should be transparent & it is the responsibility of these contest organisers to show the winners with evidence.

              Can you please look into these above matters and take necessary action against the culprits.

                this is my last complaint to u that ur customer care service is the worst in the world. i had complaint so many time to stop promotional sms in my m number and every time they lodge the complaint but on action taken yet. my m no is [protected] and my complaint no is [protected] on 7 june 09. the massages come from 53776 loot: cp4: loads of big hitters playing.how many sixes hit?? a : 0-6; b:7-10;c:10.sms cp4 (option) to 53776.e.g.cp4 a to choose 0-6. win 5pts.rs3/sms. sender53776 massage centre [protected]. these type of massages come in bulk daily. how can they send me sms without my permmison. this a very bad impression o[censored]r company.this is my last complaint to u sir otherwise i will disconecet it and u will lose a good business from me.

                    Respected Sir,

                    I am using Vodafone In Prepaid GSM service. On 08-05-09 i was opted FFA offer with a special recharge card for lesser call charges for a special numbers.
                    But the offer was not activated (actual TAT 24 hrs.). On 21-05-09 the offer was activated. In this period 6 thimes i was contacted the customer care. Every
                    time i got the reply as " We have a server problem(some upgradaions are going on), once it's resolved we ll reverse the amount by default to your account".
                    But after 21-05-09 the amount was not reversed, so again i was contacted the customer care, as that is the only answering team. Then they told me "Reversal of
                    amount is not possible, but the Offer ll be valid till 21-06-09". But on 08-06-09 the offer was stopped without notice. Then again with pationcy i called to
                    Customer care. Then they told me "the offer was valid till 08-06-09, now the reversal of amount OR Extending the validity are or not possible, we can't do any thing".

                    Again recharging is not a problem for me, because it's small amount.But they Don't have Ethics in business. And even Customer Care people don't having clear
                    information about the Cases.

                    Please take a necesary actions against the company and Save Customer Interest.

                      i lost my mobile on 10th of june 2009, i want to block my sim card and the number is [protected]
                      I took a mobile connection from a vodafone outlet at Shahdara metro station, Delhi, submitting all necessary details approximately two years back.The same is lost from my custody recently and on approaching to one of the outlet I could come to know that the connection I was holding was not on my name.Mob.No.[protected].Someone may be using a connection issued on my name and may do any of the unwanted activity for which I am not responsible.The company must make a note of it and do the necessary action and I should be informed.
                      I lost my mobile on 20.11.2009. The mobile no. is [protected]. The IMEI No. is [protected], Make: motorola. Still the mobile ring is going fwhen called. we have made complaint immidiately on 20th night itself to your website. However no action has been taken. Please arrange trace the mobile and inform accordingly.

                            I am a Vodafone Karnata state customer. But due to some office work when i visit to RAIPUR, CHHATISGARH, i got some vodafone adv offer (like Recharge 111 & get full talk time, Recharge for 56 & get STD Talktime of Rs. 70) on my mobile screen. When i recharged with theese two offers i didn't get any talktime.
                            When i contact with local Customer care in 111 they told that these Offers are for Chatisgar state customer only.

                            My que is when theese offers are not applicable for outside state customer then Vodafone should not show theese Adv. on any outside state customer's Mobile.
                            Then i contact to Karnataka state Customer care on [protected]. When i talk with karnataka state customer care executive they are telling that you can reverse this recharges by requesting vodafone dealer. When i have contact dealer & local customer no. they are telling that the Reverse facility is not available in Chatisgarh state.How i will get theese talktime.

                                  I paid my bill amount on[protected] of Rs.700, by bill pay option on My vodafone at www.vodafone.in through my sbbj online baking facilities, the amount was deducted immediately but no confirmation was sent to me neither by email nor by sms,
                                  then i talked on customer care & i got the complaint no. [protected],
                                  my bank statement also shows that money has been transferred to vodafone payments (a/c no. [protected]) and still i have not received any confirmation from vodafone about my bill payment.

                                    This is with regards to a post paid sim which was purchased by me on 11th may 2009..The sales executive delivered a pre paid conversion sim instead of a post paid conversion sim first.
                                    He said that this would be activated by tomorrow morning

                                    After repeated calls we were given a new number which was [protected]..and told that the sim would be activtated in 24 hours..time passed by and after daily calls we were told that the sim could not be activated becasue of a negative verification since the door was locked.

                                    Fair enough and we asked for a refund..we then had a sales executive come to our place and deliver a post paid sim and claiming that the sim would be activated by evening today.

                                    It has been about 2 weeks now and there is no info on the same.

                                    I would like to clearly understand what does vodafone need to reimburse me the rs 250 which i paid as a deposit.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have a Data connection plan with Vodafone, my connection no is [protected], i had purchased the same for a cost of RS 6000/- in Oct, 2008, the plan provides for a years rental free usage.

                                      Off late for the last 1 month the service provided as in the data connection speed kept on droping to the extend that the device would get disconected automatically with in a few minutes o[censored]sage.

                                      With this issue i tried to get a resolution from their custer care no [protected], where the individual asked me to change some setting on my computer, these resulted in my computer getting affected to virus attacks and had to format the computer. and one fine day the USB MODEM provided by Vodafone stopped functioning all to geather.

                                      Since then i have been Taking round to their store for a replacement, and been 15days since then. i am thankfull to Vodafone for explaining me the meaning of the team "prompt replacement/service"

                                      All i get to hear is that the device works fine when connected to one for their laptops and there seems to be a problem at my computer, this is like they are asking me to travel to their center and access the connection at their shop every day. Is this their defination for "customer service" is not at the point of customer but upto their end.

                                      If tomorrow i am not able to get a cell phone network at my place of residence, am i suppose to walk down to their shop to make every call. is this is what they call "happy to help" all the fools who take their connection, which has the highest no's of call drops, where even after registering to the "Do Not Disturb" directory we still get disturbing marketing call all the time.

                                        Dear Concerned,

                                        This is with very heavy heart I am writing.

                                        I am using 2 of the Vodafone numbers [protected](postpaid) and [protected](prepaid).
                                        Both of the above mentioned numbers were postpaid till September 15, 2008 and were under Family plan. and post September I requested in writing to the Vodafone Store executive Miss Sapna Doshi to migrate [protected] to prepaid and change the Talk Plan to New GK299.

                                        As requested the number [protected] was migrated to Prepaid on the 15th of September(after a week full of follow-up, as the executive happened to forward the incorrect SIM number and that caused the delay in migration) and as a matter of fact I was under the impression that the plan for the number [protected] has been changed to New GK299.

                                        Straight from the month of November I received bills with big amount and I took it very light thinking that I might have done that many calls and trusting that Vodafone would not make mistake, I never saw my bills as I thought Vodafone was good enough to trust as brand.

                                        It was in the month of may that I had to see the bill and to my surprise what I saw was that the Talk plan was not at all changed and when checked with 111, I was told that there was no request at all.

                                        I Visited the Vodafone store in Mulund and Informed about the Issue to Mr. Pramod Tawade, who was helpful to me in getting my plan changed to 399 Double value and also confirmed that he has taken a complaint about the damage caused due to non-change of plan immediately and that I would be receiving the complaint number as an SMS to my mobile phone.

                                        Hell, I did not received any complaint number, when contacted customer care week after the complaint I was told by the floor supervison Miss Manisha Patil that there was no such complaint forwarded.

                                        * Is this the limit of torture I should be expecting from a brand like VODAFONE ?
                                        * My trust was broken twice by your executive.
                                        * Miss Manisha Patil is more interested in call back that customer service.
                                        * Your executives does not trust the customers.

                                        Kindly ensure to revise the bill amounts starting from 15th September till 29th May 2009 to be charged as per New GK 299 Plan.

                                        I had also Requested Mr. Pramod Tawade to Activate 399 plan and deactivate all additional services which might be available on this number. Hope, the request is properly taken into consideration.
