respected sir/madam,
i am a prepaid user of vodafone(uttarakhand) for the last five years but in past two days i suffered a lot.i have a complaint against a no.[protected] who is calling in vodafone customer care and again and again barring my number.these vodafone care people also not providing some decent information.
so i want some action shoud be taken against this no and send me detail of this number so that i can lodge a complaint in police.
i will be highly oblised if i get some help.

    I am getting missed call from the no. [protected]. Using some tool I found that he cell origins from Bangalore or Mysore of karnataka state. Can anyone help me out to get this ...
    Yeah, they're a right pain. I was getting one.

      Finding difficult to send sms to BNSL(Arunachal Pradesh) subscriber. If i send sms, balance is deducted but msg is not delivered & it shows msg sending failed. My vodafone no. is [protected]. DO HELP ME OUT N PLIZ solve this problm for others too.

      Vodafone — SMS fail to deliver

      Sir,
      this is report a lack of response depsite several complaints to the vodafone customer care regarding failure of delivery of SMS from vodafone nos to any MTNL nos. This complaint has been lodged thrice and still no reposne had been received so far.
      Though the payment is deducted for the SMS, the recipients fail to receive the message. Likewise, the messages they send fails to deliver to us. This seems to be a connectivity problem between the vodafone and MTNL which the comany is supposed to resolve as soon a possible since simialr complaints have been made by many other customers too.But vodafone services just do not seem to care and are not seeming to be doing anything about it.Customer services people say they would connect with their superiors, which invariably gets disconnected after 6-7 rings. Is this a gimmick or smart way of aying we cant help you?
      Something needs to be done on this matter soon lacking which there may be public uproar regarding the same.

        recently i had got a message, that i have won the prize of $500, 000.00 USD, to calim this, i contacted on mobile number of belongs to person UK, he told to contact his agent staying in Newdelhi, and also contacted that person, he asked me to pay the tax $2000, to claim my prize money, then i asked him proof, how i had got prize. further, he had send the all proofs that, DD, Award Certificate, Income tax Notice from British Government, and his passport, these are all scan copies send to mail address, so please enquiry it whether it fraud or correct, how can i send these proofs to you.

          Dear Sir,

          Today morning I got SMS of Voice Chat Service has been activated on your vodafone prepaid phone, without any activation request by me and vodafone executive told me recd request from my number.

          I told the Vodafone Customer support executive that I did not send any SMS. The Vodafone Customer support executive Argument with me without help me, he has to check with their system and log a complaint for me (as a Customer Support Executive).

          Why we are (as Customer) suffer for Liar Activation by Vodafone.

                I was called by a customer service person from vodafone (Phone Number : +91 [protected]) on 11/6/2009 at 7:23 pm. He said that I have free internet access for a period of one month ( June 2009 ), he said it was a promotinal offer. I accessed internet for some time and checked for balance. It remained the same for two to three days.My phone balance was Rs.35.50. After two days I recharged my phone with Rs.100. Now all of a sudden my account has become Rs -28.00. I havent used the vodafone live website because the customer care person said that if anything is downloaded from that website, it would be charged.

                Vodafone — Theft of handset

                My HTC touch handset has been stolen. While I have got my SIM replacement/block done, I need my handset with IMEI number[protected]
                to be blocked or tracked
                I dont know how to edit the complain that I wrote. I emailed the customer care person and told my problem. He called me and told that he could do nothing to bring back my balance. I then had to email the nodal officer. The nodal officer understood the problem and solved it overnight. Yesterday when I checked my balance it was 93.50. The balance was restored to the same position where it was before I used the FREE internet. Vodafone do need its customers. And they are indeed careful. It took almost a week for an answer. But finally the problem was solved. So there is one more happy customer for Vodafone.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I am to state that I have submitted the application form for change of my pre paid connection to post paid ( Mobile No. [protected])on 12.06.09 at the Vodaphone store located in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai..I paid Rs. 299/- as deposit and security charges drawn on branch CC-CITIBANK(2216) OF THE COMPANY.I was told by Mr. Rushikesh, an employee of vodaphone store that my number will be activated within 48 hours. The verification was done on 14.06.09 and the fellow who came for verification also confirmed that by the evening of the same day the number will be activated. After the lapse of the said period I kept enquiring from the voda phone store( visiting the store personally everyday) regarding as to when my number will be activated and everytime a different person from the store- Mr. Chirag, Mr shailesh, Ms Audrey and many others kept lying to me by giving false assurances that the number will be activated in the morning or afternoon or evening.With no positive responses and action from voda phone store personnels, I called up the customer care yesterday (17.06.09) and today(18.06.09) and could not get satisfactory answers from them as well and they also gave the false assurancesAND THE END RESULT IS THAT TILL DATE THE NUMBER HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVATED and my cell phone is lying as a dead piece( as my communications have been snapped pending activation of my no.) for no fault of mine. Honestly speaking, I feel myself as a cheated consumer who has been harrassed for the so called crime of going for a change from pre paid to post paid connection. I firmly believe that you will take immediate action to deliver me out of this problem and redress my grievances and ensure that consumers can't be just fooled out by the service providers.

                  Vodafone — Delay in Postpaid cell phone Connection

                  Hello,

                  I am writing this note to complain regarding the VODAFONE post pade cell phone department.
                  I request for a postpaid connection a week back and have submitted all the documents as well.

                  After than I have been chasing all the departments in there but still everyday they keep saying that sim will get activated tonight, but 5 days gone and no update.

                  Me loosing a lot of money in roaming everyday.

                    On 5-June-2009 at 7 PM two people came to my home saying that they are from Vodafone Corporate Office, Lower Parel. They showed there Global Direct, (associate of Vodafone) identity cards. There name were Ms. Simran Chopra and Ms. Sweta Singh. They asked me for my itemised bill and suggested me a new tariff plan to reduce the monthly billing amount. To change this plan they asked for Rs. 1200/- as a processing fee. I paid them Rs.1200/- in cash. They gave me a slip of the vodafone form as receipt. They said that you will receive a call from customer care for confirmation of plan at 9 PM in the evening and in next billing cycle your new plan will get activate. I didn't receive any confirmation call.


                    In this regard, I visited vodafone Mulund West Store but they are not taking any responsibility. They also mentioned that these girls are not from Global Direct office.

                      But I found them fake people who has only intention to take money from other people by any kind.

                      I have a Pre-paid connection of Vodafone ([protected]). I had activated DND services after the activation of the DND service on my mobile connection. But after few months again bogus advertisement SMS come started. I complained regularly to Vodafone customer care. But not even SMS stopped by the company...

                      This is really bad for humanity life.

                        I am using a vodafone (hutch) postpaid connection since 2007. My number is [protected]. On 6th of june i went to vodafone store, kamla nagar to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid, but got to know that my plan will change from 10th of that month. I was told to come there by 11th or 12th of june for the change. On 12th afternoon i went to store for the change but i was convinced by Mr.Ashish Arora to retain it as postpaid connection with zero rental plan by paying rs499/-. After negotiating they came down to rs350/- after a discount of rs150/-. According to them my plan would have been changed in next three days i.e. till 15th or 16th of june. So that same day i gave request for change of plan and cancellation of clip for which there was a rent of rs49/- because there was no point o[censored]sing that service (clip) for me. But that service (cancellation of clip) was executed within hours but change of plan is still pending. WHY IS IT SO.???

                        My complain is that i had called up the customer care and informed them to cancel my plan of Rs 480 per month as i was out of state. but it was not done so and i was charged for it. Rs 480 is not a smaller amount so that i can leave that. Plz consider it soon and do the needful at your earliest.

                          My name is Virendra from Bardoli, Dist : Surat (Gujarat). My complaints is that our sub broker names Jignesh patel who are work in sub broker in main vodafone dealer in Bardoli city. So that all near bardoli area 's agent can take a e-topup balance from that man.
                          Than in Nov-2008 i can give him Rs. 15000 than he passed out sum of 10000 of balance on my phone than i can buy sim card of 1000 after he asked me that rest of 4000 i can passed tomorrow because of his limit. i said ok. and i can take receipt also of Rs. 15000. and than to still date he or dealer not give me e-topup or my money back.
                          so please sir help me for my this type of problem.

                          I'm Mukesh and i'm using vodafone Postpaid customer from the past 5 years... my vodafone number([protected]-Jaipur, Rajasthan)
                          i request many times related my change plan but every time they are changing wrong plan.i complained in Vodafone Store and customer care number 111 and the told they'll call me in 2-3 days and resolve my query... But even after 1 week i didn't receive call from them...
                          After a week when i asked them to my surprise they said that they had called me and my query was resolved...
                          only March to April they are already change my plan 4 times.

                          Every time i go there they r giving the same reply...

                          Please help me out of this...

                            I am a vodafone customer .My no.[protected].I have received sms on 24.7.2014 stating that free incoming calls while roaming in India at monthly rental rs.75.To activate sms ACT ROAM to 111.I activated it immediately.I received a reply aiso.I was confident that I am receivving incoming calls at monthly rental rs.75.But the bill was a big shock for me.There is no proper answer when we approach for redressal.I feel I am cheated.they should not have sent a luring message like that.

                            Vodafone Postpaid — Lost Cheque

                            Two months back vodafone billed me for Rs 665. I duly dropped the cheque in the drop box. Vodafone misplaced the cheque and called me up 2 or 3 times. They suggested that I block the cheque and pay cash or credit card. I paid and then blocked the cheque. Now vodafone finds the cheque and presents it to the bank. The bank replies that the cheque is blocked. Vodafone interpretes that the cheque is bounced and imposes a fine on me. They have charged such a fine again on this month's bill.

                            So my questions and complaints are as follows :

                            1. Vodafone misplaced the cheque and asked me to block it. After that they presented the cheque for clearing (even though I had paid the amount by other means already)

                            2. They keep charging arbitrary penalties month after month.

                            3. The call centre is useless .. they ask me to go to a Voda store.

                            Can someone take this up with Vodafone and make them pay a penalty for harassing me? I do not care about the money .. the penalty money can go to a charity like Bharat Sevasaram or Mother Teresa's ...

                            I was using the AIRCEL post paid connection [protected] and the same no. was converted with the the Vodafon Operator. I think I was cheated by the Vodafone. In last three months I used the Out Going Call Services of vodafone only for 30 to 35 days . The Vodafone have no software to tell the exact amount of Bill to pay, they forced to pay the higher amount than that of the billing amount, the customer care executive have no idea to tell the approx amount to pay.


                            The out going services over this no. [protected] had locked since 18th of June 2015 by the one side decision of the Vodafone authorities. Which is totally unjustifid, creating loses to my business and an act of mental harassment of a customer by means of depriving of him to communicate with other people. This is the communication no. which I am using in my business purposes. The Billing Cycle date is 28th of every month. Till this date I have not received any outstanding Bill at my residential address.or any bill details over my e mail ID's.


                            It is pointed out here that I was brought up here in Vodafone from AIRCEL Operator as they promised with me to give me their excellent and better services, BUT THEY MISGUIDED ME
                            I THINK THIS CORPORATE COMPANY has cheated me. I DON'T HOW THEY HAD OBTAINED THE ISO 9000 SERIES CERTFICATION FOR THEIR INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS.                             I raised Porting request in Month of Jan'16 just to convert my circle inside Vodafone for my mob number [protected]. But many times they refuse my request. When I reach Vodafone executive every time they said that there is an technical issue because of that porting not happen. I was in roaming at the same time. I paid Jan'16 bill with roaming charges because of Vodafone Service. Feb'16 first week also facing same issue so I decided to move some other operator. And they did it with in 7 days.
                            Now I got Feb'16 Bill from Vodafone on pro rata basis.
                            Now why I am going to pay the roaming charges in this bill as that was because of Vodafone Service.

                              Hi my name is Sachin Chandran, resident of Pune, Maharashtra. I was really appalled to find that even big players like Vodafone can get in to cheap tricks to get new customer.
                              I was happily hooked on to my Airtel network for 2yrears – absolutely no complaints. One day I came across a sales representative from Vodafone for corporate offers in my office building in ICC trade tower, Senapati Bapat Road, named Vinayak – PHONE number [protected]. This particular person told me about a corporate offer where I can get two SIM cards with inter calling free. I was really thrilled to hear this offer without realizing it was just bait.
                              I got two sim cards on same day only with sim numbers – H1 A[protected] and H1 A[protected].
                              Now almost 8 days have passed and in spite of my numerous requests and calls to their representative and call centers only one of my two numbers, H1 A[protected], got activated.
                              The lame excuse which I hear when I talk to the representative I got SIM cards from is that the Vodafone requires a cancelled cheque and have a sign a form which gives them authority to auto detect money from my account to pay the bill.
                              I find it completely ridiculous especially when I was kept in dark when I availed this offer. What I understand is that they should have informed me when I wanted to avail the offer. And if there were gaps in my understanding of their terms and conditions, which honestly I really don’t believe, why one of my two numbers got activated? Wasn’t it a bait to force a person to use their services? I never wanted a single number from Vodafone, my area of interest to change from my area of comfort – Airtel was just free inter - calling between two numbers.
                              When I requested Vodafone people to give the reason for not activating my number in written they simply refuted which again explains the foul play.
                              I enquired this with my colleagues and found out that it is Vodafone’s common way to fool people.
                              As promised I should have got both my numbers activated on same day .I have got myself in to a huge trouble and mental trauma as I have already surrendered my Airtel number and now these Vodafone people have literally trapped me with no option but to use their services.
                              Through this column I would like to tell this to fellow members of this forum never trust Vodafone and their promises. They are trying to use cheap tricks to achieve their targets.
                              I would certainly request responsible people from Vodafone to look in to this issue and bring justice to this incident.

                              Vodafone — using cheap tricks to get new customer.

                              Its really disheartning to inform that inspite of my complaint against Vodafone in the Consumer Forums

                              http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/vodafone-postpaid-services-c199490.h... ten days back, none of the customer care executives are giving me proper reason or assistance to solve my problem.

                              What I hear from them is more frustrating and illogical. They are repeatedly trying to convince me is that its their rules and regulations where my complaint is against their false promises they made to me before selling two new connections. Its really not acceptable that they are trying to hide their fake promises with rules and regulations.

                              They even went a step further in ridiculing me by telling me to go VODAFONE CENTER personally. I really wish to know why customer care services are provided if they are doing no good in solving issues.
                              With all these frustrating experiences with Vodafone i see no interest left in me to use your services and I surely wont advice others to use the same.

                              Its really absurd that its almost a month now my problem is lingering but no one was sensitive enough to look in to this matter and resolve it.
                              I am therefore requesting you to either make both my connections active in next 24 hrs or terminate the other number services . I am not going to pay even a single penny for the single connection i have got from Vodafone.

                                Hi,

                                One fine day my old Hutch sim card registration has been cancelled, when I approached customer care they asked me to buy a new Vodafone sim paying 99 Rs.

                                Vodafone company has really gone mad, if the want to upgrade the sim, they should provide free of cost.

                                Asking me to pay is really non-sense.

                                  we are applying for disconnection of vodafone mobile numbers for last three months and i have requested them hundred times that please disconnect the numbers but they are not bothering us, they are just demanding a new thing every time bills are being raised for the mean months and we are paying like fools...
                                  i was mailing them with the mail trail and they just delete the whole mail trail and saying that please tell us the numbers which are to be disconnected

                                  I was using Vodafone services for last one year. 2 weeks back I lost my sim card ([protected]). I have re issued the Sim card from the Vodafone representative Mr Praveen[protected] form Wadgaonsheri Area Pune.

                                  I have submitted all the documents to him. From Past 10 days I am continuously following him to activate the SIM card but no response form him. I called the Vodafone customer care but there is only complaint registered for SIM lost but nothing related to re activation is raised.

                                  Let me know is the person visited me is Vodafone representative or else I can lodge a complaint in police station.

                                  If he is a vodaphone representative then please let me know the delay or else I will change the services

                                  I Mrs. Rupali Thorat, here applying for disconnection of vodafone mobile numbers. Mr. Unmesh Raval Vodafone Agent of Karjat (Maxx Telecom - PQVMS57) gave me the card by giving wrong information that this is roaming free card for Mumbai.
                                  Want to complaint about him as we taken cards from in group arrount 20 cards to taken from him. After recieving bill of july month, i called up customer care n then got idea about plan of free like roam home which is activated on my simcard. I requested Maxx Telecom (Mr. Unmesh Raval, to de-activate my cards but he is not responding.
                                  I want to disconnect my card as early as possible Kindly help out.

                                    The Following is the Letter which was written by me to Them, it has all the details of the complain and problems faced by me. i am not sure how many of people have faced this problem but its really stupid and immature on the part of Vodafone to act in such a manner.


                                    Dear Ms. Suvarna S,
                                    I am Ashish Gandhi, Vodafone Number, 98XXXXXXXX.

                                    As per my request and complain, as in the following email sent to you on 30th May, I got a good response from YOUR team. But what I really don’t understand is why does the matter have to come to you and not get solved beforehand at the callcentre level? and if they are so incopetant, why are they even answering our calls? It was a simple request to get me out of Plan A and put me in Plan B.

                                    Anyways, based on our conversation, I had already faxed the document to Vodafone on the number provided by Vodafone. And I believe the same is also received by the Vodafone. The letter which was sent, stated very clearly that I would like to discontinue my number from the Vodafone family plan and I would like to change it to an individual number with the Plan 199 Activated and the personal details which need to be changed, with all the details mentioned in the letter.

                                    I have also got some guy coming from Vodafone to my place for verification and verified all the information about my location my business and my personal details. After doing so, Today my Vodafone number is discontinued. WHY? Because the executive told me that there had been a request from XXXX XXXX about disconnection. now I really don’t know when this request was received but as I had spoken with one of your executive a week back (approximately), I had learnt that my Plan had already changed to 199 and I was an individual now and my communication address is as mentioned in my personal details and mentioned below at the end of my letter in this email (if you would need that).

                                    Now in this case, I am not sure where the goof is up but this is not really helping me in any case. I thought Vodafone is a good brand but it seems that there are too many problems in the management or service delivery of the same. There is no coordination between the departments and I have been suffering because of that.

                                    Vodafone will JUST SAY that we are sorry for inconvenience BUT what about the actual effects of inconvenience onto the customer? The customers are never repaid on the same. There is no compensation or anything offered. (though we are not hungry for compensation but when there is a goo[censored]p from your side, we are still paying our monthly rental, we are still paying everything that you show us on the bill, but what do you do for making sure that we are happy and if there has been an error from your side, what do you do to make sure that we are given some benefits so that we feel that you are not a fraud or a cheat? NOTHING)

                                    I will tell you where the goo[censored]p here is. If I already spoke to Vodafone on my plan and on my details and I got a confirmation from the executive saying that my address has been changed and needs to be verified and etc … the verification executive comes to my place and verifies the details and after that on SOMEONE ELSE’s INSTRUCTIONS, MY Vodafone CONNECTION is DISCONTINUED?

                                    If I am already an individual in Vodafone records, why am I still dependent on SOMEONE ELSE’s actions? Who is XXXX XXXXX? Well, she was my boss in my previous organization. I am out of that organization and I will not want her controlling my account at Vodafone. NOW THAT’S EXACTLY WHY I GOT MYSELF OUT OF THAT FAMIY PLAN. But still it seems that her reference works??? WOW! What do I say this service of Vodafone?

                                    I do not want her actions working on my number as I would like my individuality. When I have asked my plan to be changed I had made it very clear that my identity would need to be individual and I would like the contact details and etc to be of mine and no one else’s. And to make things very clear, I will mention it here that I DO NOT wants her information in my alternate details also and I want to make sure that no one can alter my details BUT ME.

                                    I would also like Vodafone to send me the scanned copy of the FAX which was sent to Vodafone from XXXXX XXXXX for change of plan as it was FAXED RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME and I have the Copy of the same. I would like to see and compare the 2 Documents. I would also like to know how Vodafone is going to compensate me with this entire issue as I have been through a real hassling time throughout the period because of the incapability of the Vodafone Executives and Vodafone Infrastructure. My phone is going to sound discontinued for next 72 Hours (as Vodafone Executive Mentioned) do you have any idea how it will sound to my business associates? Do you know how much it can hamper my business? Do you know how much it can hamper my Image in the circle? I really don’t see Vodafone Understanding all these aspect before acting on anything and any request. On the Phone, Vodafone sounds professional and wouldn’t even utter a word till the time the proper details are not provided to them, how can they just act on a letter from someone who is NO MORE associated with A PARTICULAR Number? Who has NO MORE Authority to modify or even know any of the information about that number?

                                    I would definitely like the answers of my questions and I would also like to know that HAPPY TO HELP is NOT really helping me, what is Vodafone going to do about it?

                                    I have made a request to Vodafone multiple time within last 1 year time period about the following system, and i see no change at all. Today i am not even sure if the call and the suggestions which i had given were actually passed on to the higher authority or not. In any case, following is my issue. Please let me know what can you do for me on the same.

                                    I have a Mobile connection with Vodafone with my current number from approximately 5 years now. From last 2 ½ years i have been with this company who has added me into their family plan. Because of which, my identity is now no more valid, if i have to make any changes in the billing system or even for silly services like gprs enabling i have to use their identity and not mine. This system of Vodafone is really weird because i can not know the personal details of my boss, like his residential address and his date of birth etc ...

                                    But all the executives expect me to know that and i cannot really do anything till the time they don’t give me their details. I had made a suggestion that it should not be this way. I should have my personal identity intact and Vodafone should be talking to me on my personal info and not my boss’s personal info. Yes i do understand that there would be a security issue in this case, but than have a reference number which can be common between everyone so that i don’t have to know the personal details of my boss or anyone in the group. Only people with that reference number would be allowed to take whichever action they want ONLY on their number. ONLY the owner of the family plan would be allowed to modify and change everything on any number within the group.

                                    This was my suggestion and still there is no progress on this. I am still facing a major problem communicating through the Customer Service. And i am sorry to say. Today my call was attended by a lady and she was really not HAPPY TO HELP me. I wonder if this HAPPY TO HELP slogan is actually true or its just a show off. if it is so difficult for your team to understand a problem (even after someone pointing it out) please let me know, i wouldn't mind becoming your IT & Systems Consultant for FREE ... i will look into all the systems that you are currently using and i would make sure that i give you good amount of Add Ons (which would ACTUALLY HELP your customers) after my analysis. :)

                                    Anyways, my problem is that i would like to get out of this family plan, and i would like it to be done real soon. Please guide me through the process of the same and please make sure that all the formalities are done by next Thursday. (interesting this is that someone told my manager that i will have to disconnect my number as you(Vodafone) cannot take me out of the Family Plan. Now tell me something, you really are willing to lose a customer over this stupid plans and terms of yours? Well ... think over it and let me know.)

                                      Sir,
                                      I am Mr. Shashidhara K working for DRDO. I applied for a Vadafone postpaid cell phone connection of vadafone. I submitted my application at Nitin Collections, Kalyan. I gave my govt. residance allotment letter as my address proof. But the same wa rejected by the vadafone authority. They were asking for ration card, telephone bill, water bill or bank pass book. I have bank pass book and telephone bill. I am not ready to sumitt them as the proof because all of them are given based on the govt. residance allotment letter as the address proof. So how the proofs the are asked proofs that are given based on the rejected govt. residance allotment letter can be a address proof for the post paid connection. Hope I will get some clarification in this regard.

                                        I am holding a Vodafone postpaid connection vide no. [protected]...my service provider is vodafone UP (w)...when i had taken a plan Rs333 rental, they told me that i'll get 666 minutes free on my local calls.
                                        but when my bill of the month 17.03.09 to 17.04.09 was generated, i was charged Rs.281 for my local calls.Although after making lots of complains this amount was deducted from my next bill but taxes of that amount was not deducted...
                                        this problem dint lasts here itself, because again in my next bill, i.e 17.04.09 to 17.05.09 they charged me Rs.245 for my local calls. And when this time i approached to the Chakrata Road (dehradun) vodafone store, they told me that in my plan the 666 free minutes were only against vodafone number, not against the other number. so i again contacted the customer care and lodged my complain with the reference no.[protected]...but none of their employees try to contact me and hencre forcefully i was forced to pay that amount of Rs.245 with taxes.
                                        So kindly look after my complain and please take a action against vodafone.i am really been mentally and physically tortured by this organization.

                                        Vodafone Postpaid Connection — faulty billing

                                        i am using vodafone 299 full value plan.
                                        On march 04 2009 I have made a request to deactivate my ISD package for middle east from the next bill onwards (with effect from 23 march 2009). this request was made at the vodafone mini store at trivandrum near statue. Astonishingly instead of deactvating the said pack they have added one more pack of ISD middle east which it self is ridicules as there is no meaning in actvating two similar packages at a time. In spite of repeated complaints to the customer care there is no fruitful action. The reply was to make the payment and wait for the next bill to sort it out. I have made payment of Rs 900/- and now balance is approx Rs 356/- of which approx Rs 128/- is wronly billed against me.The remaining amount is with in the permisssible outstanding limit(Upto Rs 250/-can be uot standing as informed by customer care executive Mr Bimil)
                                        Please do the needful for take me out of this agony
