Dear sir,
I have subscribed to a post paid connection(No. [protected]). After 1 month of subscription i was billed for Rs.53/- which was duly paid in time and I am having receipt of it. The very next day when i was trying to use this services it was showing that services are barred. I tried to contact your customer care executives([protected]) but they replied that as the service utilization was low so company can terminate services without any prior intimation.This act clearly shows the violation of consumer act, as they are trying to exploit my consumer rights. I have tried my level best to solve the issue on my part but there is no cooperation from them. So at last i have to seek your help for getting justice in this regard.

Vodafone — regarding Vodafone Postpaid connection

Respected sir,
I was using vodaphone prepaid before, and one day from vodaphone I have got a call regarding postpaid connection, and then I applied for it, and given 300 rs and took the sim from them, this happened 2 months before, but till now my post paid connection is not got acivated, I called them so many times regarding this and they are saying that they want some documents, this was not communicated to me at the time of getting the connection.please do needful.

    I m not able to use not use services for last 3-4 weeks.. thght of calling cust service as longtime still facing same issue.. n also looking for refund as was ongoing issue.. n still paying for it.. ur feedback link on vodafone.co.in website does not wrk.. vn u click on enter..it comes up vth error msg.."SPECIAL CHARACTERS NOT ALLOWED.. plz chk attachment for the error msg window..:-(

    Also ur customer services is not good... nvr respond to the question correctly.. will keep on saying smthng else..:-(

    Ur MANAGERS or SUPERVISORS are nvr present to take escalation calls... i dnt what the excat issue is... i m not a regular caller... i only call if the issue is affecting me a lot... still once in a blue moon i[censored] ask for manager to still wnt be able to spk vth them... IS THAT VODAFONE DNT VE MANAGERS...OR NOT CAPABLE OF TAKING ESCALATIONS...?...also would like to infm that ur staff at call center disconnect the call if not able to help... or in straight way...get frustrated... strange...instead of customer ...people wrkng at call center getting frustrated... but disconnecting call is not done... would also mention that persons name...its krunal sugandhi.. would appreciate if sm strong disciplinary action is taken against all this...:-?

    I m not happy vth the services... thought being corporate account... n a high user... nvr got best deals.. not good support... thats y ve also gone for diff service provider...hence usage in last 2-3months on vodafone is less...BUT IF SAME THNG CONTINUES ...WISH TO DISCONNECT THE CONTRACT...:-(

    y dnt v get correct information vn we cal...?

      hii, i m atul walia using vodafone in punjab. from last 2 months after paying my bill on time they barred out going of my cell no. after contacting to there service executive 1st they made excecuse that they cannot lodge complained because 1st they want to see my recipt( although i told them there store name as well as recipt no also whichthey provide me after payment) than they says to fax that recipt. on other hand i m in sales n offtenly i am on tour.this is repeating from last 2 months. this is mental harrassement, however these company claims services n make people fool. all thes things during disscusion with there service executive was also recorded by me.

      I am Karthik kumar customer of vodafone and contact num [protected] i have been calling vodafone customer care its giving different optiob but unable to contact them. I think they are running away from customers and no proper service even i tried reach through email also there no such option to get them.

        Kind your information to you sir i am Shaikh SaidAkhtar sulemanbhai and i am shop owner and i am vodafone coustmer and my mob.no.[protected]

        My complain is Today my Callertunes actived in my number without any prossce Also many time company calling and withou warning actived service and deducth balance so today same that its make its second time dedutch balance about 45Rs. when i have complain Vodafone coustmer care Mr.Bhadrsh his give me details about Callertunes and deducth balance after his standing me hold and transfer call Mrs. Dipali mam her also telling same reason and caller tunes active on time 11:30 same day than that time i have buzy and i also in KABRSTAN some deth social working then no any call recived and so i am not happy talking with Care and telling me thats your falt so all talking on time 11:50 to 12:05 in between.

        Also Coustmer care office not give me any complain number and not give me any sugestion.

        Alwys company make like Cheat.

        So give me right way and suggition

        if make mistek my word and writing so sorry and try to understanding me

          I had initially asked for a refund of my International roaming charges of Rs 6000 on 2 of my numbers (Rs 3000 on [protected] + Rs 3000 on [protected]) about 4 months back. This was never actioned post several reminders and compliants.
          I raised a fresh request for this on 4th/5th april and was advised of a '50 days timescale' for the refund!
          I received an SMS a week later saying that the request cannot be actioned. I called back their customer care to check why the heck they cant return my money. The incompetent agent advised that the message was sent in error and to be ignored and that my request would be actioned within the initial timescales given.
          I called back on the 30th of april to check on the status of the refund and was advised that they have no record of any request for a refund!!!
          This is a scam that is being expertly manipulated to ensure that refunds are not actioned. The 50 day timescale for the refund has been set since there is a likelihood of most customers forgetting about the refund by then so that vodafone can make money out of this scam.
          Majority of my office in under a Vodafone CUG corporate HSBC plan. My grudge is so strong that I have strongly recommended all 123 vodafone users in my department to switch service provider. I am incentivising the move and providing Sodexho vouchers to those that are switching. Results are good so far with 30 users having moved already. Post this I will attempt to move staff from other departments as well. I am aware that there are over 800 Vodafone users in my office building and my attempt is to convert at least half of them. I will disonnect my connection on receipt of my refund, however, I have already started using an Airtel connection.
          what is the fun of announcing plan 199 & 299, on the name of pay per second plan, you are charging Rs.180 extra every month. If you (Vodafone India) really want to give some benefits to postpaid customers, come out with suitable plans, because your existing plans are far better. I don't think, even 1% of your customers are going to opt for new/latest post paid offers.
          i too am suffering with vodafone connection (my ph no is- [protected])
          i have been charged rs. 20/- for the month of october, 2009, towards music junction which i even don't know that such service even exists and they r asking me to listen to the songs for 20 minutes which i thought that i might have activated it accientally...after few days again in november, 2009 month i receieved another message saying that they have deducted rs.30/- towards music junction and informs me to enjoy for 30 minutes of this serviceI request VODAFONE PEOPLE TO STOP CHEATING PEOPLE AT ONCE OR ELSE I HAVE TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIER COMPANY FOR CHEATING PEOPLE AND FOOLING PUBLIC AND DEPRIVING THEIR MONEY...AND ALSO REFUND MY MONEY BACK

I am very sorry to say, many times i dialled his mobile no. but they didnot keep up mobile and some times they told me that the concern person is not available. I received original bill no. 7441 dated 24.04.2009 from Harpreet Communication.

                I had joined vodafone as a customer care executive on 16/03/09.then sudddenly after short duration of 18 days, without any viable reason my human resource manager terminated me on the same day.Thereafter i've been asking for the salary for the no. of days worked.For few days they kept me under illusion that would or wouldn't they'll hand over my salary, but on 2149 they totally refused to hand over my salary and neither they have given the termination letter to me till date.

                We had purchased thru MAS CALL NET -OKHLA –A fraud agent of Vodafone. who calls people on the phone and convince them to buy SIM cards for them, with a no. of their choice which would be activated in 24hrs.
                We purchased one sim no.[protected]h2 thru this fraud agent Mas callnet India Pvt Ltd. vide their receipt no. 23827 and paid cash to them for rs.250/- for Vodafone 199 saver plan, Their person came to our residence and insisted on cash rather than cheque. and promised us the no. of airtel [protected] to convert into vodafone postpaid which would be activated soon.
                We have lodged several complaints to them on their no. 61105567 and mailed to VODAFONE also, but of no use.

                  Hi,

                  I am one of the frustrated customers of Vodafone. I paid my mobile bill almost 15 days back. Still daily I am getting calls that my bill has not been paid. My outgoing calls got banned many times and every time I have to call their customer care n they get activated after that. I logged a complaint many times, but not of any use.

                  The customer care ppl suggest tht "your bill payment has not been updated in our system". Its not a customer's fault right?

                    It took more then seven days to activate my Vodafone postpaid connection, nobody across the network knows the status of the application . Vodafone stores Kharghar, always giving wrong commitments . Ther customer care is equally horrible . Spoken to regional head for assistance . Even worst response .
                    I have been running pillar to post to get the new connection unfortunately Blackberry activation is only possible with Vodafone.

                    Vodafone — POOR RETAILER SERVICE

                    This is to bring your kind notice that the service in meenakshipuram pollachi taluk coimbatore dt tamilnadu is very poor.the distributor from Anaimalai demanding to buy nokia phones otherwise he is not supplying ec or other stocks
                    He is a nokia distributor and only nokia salesman coming to sell
                    vodaphone

                    Pl take necessary action otherwise we will not support vodaphone in the future

                    the vodafone distributor, kushal agencies not visiting the shop frequently, when in need asked for recharge immtly. this has been taken very carelessly. due to which lot of customer has been diverted and loss of business. please look into these aspects.

                    I m having a vodafone handset 228fm, its battery is malfuncitioning from last one month. i approached vodafone stores chembur, there attituade was very negative, they just tried there level best to avoid me, by saying bring bill, warranty card etc, then when i showed them warranty card . now they are telling they dont hav battery in there stock . i had visited the shop atlest 4 times for the same thing yet i havent got the battery

                    I already have postpaid connection. which is later converted to prepaid connection. I already submitted documents regarding same in Kharghar vodafone store. but also got SMS from vodafone that Document's are not received. SIM connection is on name of my father, he twice submitted the documents (voting card, address proof) when I received call from Kharghar vodafone store regarding the same. on 2nd march I spoken to executive of vodafone customer care, then he replies that request is pending for address.

                    At the Vodafone's Mobile Outlet service at Havre Splendour shop sector 20 at Kharghar today I went to recharge my Mo. No [protected], but to my surprise I found that the lady at the counter was just cooly talking on her Mo. phone far minutes together without attending us, so I interrupted her and requested her that I have to go, pl. attend my recharging issue..

                    Also told her that duty first and talks can be attended after duty hours. Business first please.

                    At 1030 Hrs today i.e. on 31st May 2010, when I paid her Rs50/- only to charge my Mo. No. giving my Mo. No. she told me that it is charged, but till the time of reporting still she has not recharged tmy Mo. No.

                    I will have to again go to her shop to lodge a complaint.

                    I also apologised her for becoming too strict in our dealings.

                    This is Ravi and was very upset with the service. I went to Vodafone store, Kharghar and the representative of the store was very rude and illitrate. There were about to fight me. One lady her name is Zeenat Ali, She behaves like the circle head. I asked her that i need email id of vodafone manager so that i could complain.She told me that i am the manager for Mumbai circle and was not ready to talk anything on behalf of customer. I don't know how Vodafone advertise the world best service. I feel that very bad and poor service. My cell no is : [protected].                     Out of 5 counters only three were working more over out of those 3 counters 2 counter blocked seat for almost 40 minutes, my no was 10 th from current it took almost 2hr for my no. to come .

                      1. It is impossible to speak with customer care rep of Vodafone. You are put on hold forever if you call[protected].
                      2. I have been having my number for 2 years and they woke up all of a sudden demanding my ID and address proofs! They withdrew CLIP but continued to charge for it. And since you cannot talk to anybody in Vodafone you cannot resolve it!
                      3. In the Customer Agreement Form, they ask information which they MUST NOT such as the type of vehicles owned, bank account number, type of handset, credit card number etc. This is viloation of privacy. The information is probably for selling mailing list. Somebody needs to file a public interest litigation against Vodafone.

                        i have the vodaphon conecction for last two year. i have the buddy plan, in witch you can call to any1
                        in just 10paisa with in the vodaphon local number. now from last 3 day the plan has been chang with out any information. i have calld many time in vodaphon customer care but they are not given me right answer. i m very shoked that with out information how vodaphon change my plan. i request you kindly do some thing for me.

                            Dear Friends,
                            My Number was [protected]- and misleading sales pitch from Vodafone.

                            This is with reference to the sales call from Vodafone pleading for Internet sales over Mobile, "sir please take it, its really fast etc etc ., " i have obliged ( now i regret though) to accept the Internet on mobile from Vodafone sales members.
                            I was clearly told i would be charged only Rs 0.10 ps per kb/ mb o[censored]sage and nothing else will be charged.
                            And i get to see my bill charged Rs99/- for no reason besides some 10/- for which i had done some experiments. Findind very tedious i have not ever tried that surfing again. Still i got my bill for december with another Rs. 99/- added - this time i am very sure i have not done any experiments and still they have some proof that i have used.

                            Now when i complained to the nodal officer - i got a response saying i have used the phone and they charge for the download i have done !! god knows what downloads i had transacted - neither do vodafone know what i have down loaded !! They seem to have a bill from their vendor " Hungama " and they billed me !
                            During my conversations i told very clearly if its not reversed please cancel my SIM card and close the chapter - Now i hear them saying i have to pay for another month of rental !! Just because they have not resolved my complaint nor de activated the number.

                            Whom should i approach for this ! Do i have to pay the Entire amounts ??
                            Who else will resppond with care in such cases ?

                              would like to inform all concerned that 3 persons, one young lady (she said her name was Shweta) and two young men (one called himself Nilesh Shah) met my brother in law on 26th April, 09 at our residence in Chembur. They said that they were from GlobalDirect (one of them showed an ID of GlobalDirect)and were acting on behalf of Vodafone. They said that Vodafone wants to prevent their customers from migrating to other providers, and hence are making a very limited offer for only 40 customers (their quota) and that we would be last two.

                              The offer was that against a cash payment of Rs 1200/ each, vodafone will bill us @ Rs.0.30 per minute for local calls. STD would be billed @ Rs1.00 per minute, and all ISD calls would be reduced by Rs. 1.99 per minute on the published ISD tariff. The amount of Rs 1200 paid as advance would be adjusted @ Rs 200/- per month in the bill

                              Accordingly they were paid Rs 2400/ for two of our vodafone nos.and a katcha receipt on our vodafone bill was given by them. This group said that we would be receiving a call from GlobalDirect or Vodafone the next day for confirmation and change of plan.

                              Subsequently we checked out this matter with Vodafone the next day, and found that they had no such scheme at present, and that this is a fraud and a scam.

                              In our opinion, this is being done by some ex-employees of GlobalDirect (Hopefully not by the company)
                              and if required we are prepared to identify these fraudsters, if GlobalDirect can send someone with photographs of their present employees, and or those that have left them (including any trainees).

                              This fraud will continue to be perpetrated by these youngsters, and they need to be arrested by the police, and stopped.

                              We would like GlobalDirect to clarify whether it is true that they are promoting this scheme or whether it is a fraud. If so they should immediately cooperate with us and other persons who have been conned in a similar manner and bring the culprits to book.

MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].ON 21TH April NIGHT i have reacharge through a vodafone retailor of amount 48.00 and i should get 40 minutes STD to used in one month.That Transaction ID is AP[protected].But i did not get that one and i called to vodafone consumer care and i never connected with a vodafone executive and it always connect with a IVR service.So i went to vodafone office and i talk with the manager also.But he told that they did not hava so strong database and escape from that.And also did not take any acction and i give him the complain in written and i asked them to sign with signature and again take 30 minutes more.but i still did not return back that one.

                                  I have a complaint against Vodafone to make.  My mother has a vodafone lifetime prepaid connection no. [protected].  On 14th Apr 09, my mother got a message from Vodafone that Rs. 45/- has been deducted against a monthly subscription of Caller tune.  The catch point out here is my mother never replied to their message/voice calls for subscribing to such services.  Hence, on account of this I have following complaints to make:
                                  1. Value Added Service of Caller Tune was activated without taking consent of my mother which Vodafone never accepts.
                                  2. Instead of several reminders they do not deactivate the service.  I was told to message - "CAN CT" to 144 to deactivate the service.  Each time I message this text, I get a reply - You are not active for this service. This means that the service is not activated for this account but when I call customer care, they tell me that it is very much active.
                                  Please help me so that I get out of this situation as it has given me & my mother a lot of trouble.

                                  Without having subscribed to the caller tune service, it has been activated on my phone along with other value added services, that have been the cause of much frustration and irritation. I have tried to deactivate the caller tune service on my phone for the last 5 days, by calling and through sms, and have received messages from 144 saying "You are not active for this service".
                                  It is beyond rationality that I should be persistently charged Rs. 2 everyday for a service that Vodafone claims is not active on my number. I am extremely disappointed at the sheer red-tapeism and slow, dysfunctional working of the Vodafone system.
                                  Please help me remove this unwanted service from my number.

                                    the use less service provider lot of issues in bills services and what not, , , , , even their toll nos are charged .. being a client of Vodaphone and that too with so many no. in corporate plan they always black mail and cheat you . every time new person will come and tell you story but cant do ###.
                                    SMS are not being received ...retail outlets refuse to give sims of out of state but keep on charging unlimited to an extent have to pay bill for 12 months even without receiving and doing a single call . now closed it after lot of hassle.                                       Myself vodafone customer in INDIA with mobile no. [protected] since long. I am facing problem of automatic activation of online internet service in my phone without my request. For this each time I have to request customer care, I am always unneccesarily charged for these service, although without asking and without using these services. Pls cancel this online internet service from my phone forever which I have never used and pls refund all the charges to me. I hope Vodafone will listen to its customer and do the needful.

                                        But I am unable to talk.. You are asking to select so many options and instead of connecting to Customer care executive you people are Give nonsense adds regarding DLF IPL matches...

                                        I have tried many times to connect to vodafone care to talk to your executive but everytime you people tell us about the services and offers and no call is attend by you.

                                        I don't want any MCI service and don't want to deduct any amount from my account

                                        Vodafone — not attending my complaint

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I am using vodafone postpaid corporate connection[protected]. I personally visited vodafone store and applied for limit extend from 1500 to 2500. Even after one month, they did nothing. Now my mobile has been stopped. They are not listening.

                                        One side they say that we will extend your limit after see your usage. Other side they stopped out going. How to do?????????

                                        Now I am complaining on 111 number. But they are not answering me. Today I have talked with Mr. Latif and then Mr. Shiv Devraj Suri. But they are not solving my problem.

                                        Vodafone — Customer care executives not attending calls

                                        Hi,

                                        I want to lodge a complaint against thee mobile service provider company called Vodafone. On 26the April 2012, between 10 to 10:30 AM, i was trying to connect Vodfone customer care executive. I made call 3 times, but no one has picked my call. I was waiting to get attended by theem for 5 mins during 1st call, 3 mins around in 2nd call and again 5 mins around 3rd call. After theat I got message from vodafone asking for feedback for thee resolution provided.
                                        First they haven't attended my complaint and sent me a message for feedback.
