wrong activation of MCI service

This is to inform you that I have a vodafone prepaid connection of Punjab region (No.[protected]).I have deactivated my MCI service on 27/05/2009 but again it was activated on its own on 29/05/2009.And for this service Rs. 30 have been deducted from my account.
Kindly look into this matter and arrange to refund back my money.

pestering calls

this is getting too far now.since last 2 years i have recieved innumerable calls from vodafone for conversion to postpaid .and repeatedly after politely refusing the same each time there is no respite for me .I have made complaints on their website to the nodal officer o[censored]P west so many times .But they are acting deaf and dumb .I have even made a note of the cell numbers from where i have recieved the calls and forwarded to the complaint...

Post paid sim not working for 20 days.

I have taken a vodafone corporate postpaid sim on the date when i joined my new company ( on 28th April 2009 ), The sim was working till the 9th May without any issues. internet usage charges added extra on the bill

well i m vineet my mobile no. is, i have been charged xtra on the mobile phone bill as an xtra charges of rs 99 due to internet usage nd even i havent used the net on my mobile nytime nd there are no downloads, nd when talked to custmer care they say they have some technical difficulty nd dnt evn dare to cl back evn aftr listening to cmplaints, so do take care of this ...

Vodafone worst service provider in Kisan Nagar Thane.

I, Anil Nevase is postpaid customer using Vodafone service([protected]) for last 2 and half year, now I facing a network problem, I called to customer center for 15 times . They are not responding properly. I think they have many customers in India so they don’t care about existing customer. Government must keep watch on these service providers. It’s very harassing being a customer of Vodafone....

Number not yet activated

Hello,

We had paid Rs 300 for the plan GK199 Scheme ACQ, we also got the number [protected], but we have not yet received the sim card nor do we have any details of the representatives (Sheetal and Bhabesh). their cell no [protected] is also switched off.
It has been almost 1 month now that we are unaware of the status....
