Dear sir,

My vodafone number : [protected], Without informing the ECS ( Ist ECS) date, ECS was produced in my account, and it was returned. Iam wondered about this. Because my bill date was 30th of every month, while filling the ECS form the Vodafone representative said that the ECS will 5th of every month. with out conforming the ECS date, how they can do this. I need proper claim for the above....

Dear sir,
I have subscribed to a post paid connection(No. [protected]). After 1 month of subscription i was billed for Rs.53/- which was duly paid in time and I am having receipt of it. The very next day when i was trying to use this services it was showing that services are barred. poor follow up

hii, i m atul walia using vodafone in punjab. from last 2 months after paying my bill on time they barred out going of my cell no. after contacting to there service executive 1st they made excecuse that they cannot lodge complained because 1st they want to see my recipt( although i told them there store name as well as recipt no also whichthey provide me after payment) than they says to fax that recipt. on other hand i m in sales n offtenly...

A planned scam

I had initially asked for a refund of my International roaming charges of Rs 6000 on 2 of my numbers (Rs 3000 on [protected] + Rs 3000 on [protected]) about 4 months back. This was never actioned post several reminders and compliants.
I raised a fresh request for this on 4th/5th april and was advised of a '50 days timescale' for the refund!

Bill payment not updated

Hi,

I am one of the frustrated customers of Vodafone. I paid my mobile bill almost 15 days back. Still daily I am getting calls that my bill has not been paid. My outgoing calls got banned many times and every time I have to call their customer care n they get activated after that. I logged a complaint many times, but not of any use.

Poor service by Vodafone store Kharghar

It took more then seven days to activate my Vodafone postpaid connection, nobody across the network knows the status of the application . Vodafone stores Kharghar, always giving wrong commitments . Ther customer care is equally horrible . Spoken to regional head for assistance . Even worst response .
I have been running pillar to post to get the new connection unfortunately Blackberry activation is only possible with Vodafone....

Customer Care/Harrasment

1. It is impossible to speak with customer care rep of Vodafone. You are put on hold forever if you call[protected].
2. I have been having my number for 2 years and they woke up all of a sudden demanding my ID and address proofs! They withdrew CLIP but continued to charge for it. And since you cannot talk to anybody in Vodafone you cannot resolve it!
3. In the Customer Agreement Form, they ask information which they MUST NOT...
