i have recived an SMS from TM-LAXMI that i had win 8, 50, 000GB (UK POUND) And send details to [protected]@live.com after that they send me an email for Claim in nat West bank UK for my winning prize,
this all was froud sir.Please take necessary action.
i have recieved a mail from TM laxmi that i have won 8, 50000[uk pounds] in the world mobile draw...this is fraud..plz take necessary action against this or othrwise i will do the needful

    I have used vodafone post paid number [protected] i have deposit security for this number 2 times total 750 vodafone executive comet 500 security back in march i want to shut my number then i hav dispute with company i want rs 500 back which company comitted i was shoked when executive told that we refund security only 250 which is froud with me. by sangrur vodafone store punjab circle. no w company cont. call me to pay balances i told to executives adjust my dues which is Rs 770 i want 500 security adjust with and balance payment which is 270 i agree to pay but company continius called for paying full bill which is not fair..

      Hello,

      We had paid Rs 300 for the plan GK199 Scheme ACQ, we also got the number [protected], but we have not yet received the sim card nor do we have any details of the representatives (Sheetal and Bhabesh). their cell no [protected] is also switched off.
      It has been almost 1 month now that we are unaware of the status.

      my no is [protected], the card is in the name of SARITA S BABAR, on 16/aug/2009 i visited Thane gallary for sim replacement, where executive Mr.Jayesh Thakkur who explain me the postpaid plan Double value 399 plan for which i agreed he said me as soon as i submit the documents my card will get activated within 4 hour, Mr.Jayesh has given his Email ID(jayesh.[protected]@vodafone.com, to scan me the documents, so on 17/aug/2009 i scan the documents, i paid 299 rs, But yet i have not got my card activated.Mr.Jayesh has given his contact no. [protected].constantanly i am calling him but he is not
      atall bothered, this is very dirty srevice vodafon is providing to there customer.

        I am "Vodafone" Customer working with E24 since 1 year and I am using my Vodafone Corporate number "[protected]" on roming from dec 2009 till may 2009 and I always pay my bill cash before due date on roaming and payment update in 4-5 hours but in the month of may they cut my services due to non payment and I pay my bill before due date this month also and my due date for the month is 13thmay but i pay my bill on 7th may and call them and tell that i paid my bill and my transaction id is UMSR[protected] and they told me to send a message for cash payment and they are telling me that the time o[censored]pdation of cash payment on roaming and in other city is 7 minimun and 14 maximum days. my number is very important for me i attend very important calls on it thats why i am using the same number on roaming from 6 month and I got very big loss because of this activity of vodafone. i applied for a job and lost the chance and now i am in very big problem because of Vodafone and now i want compensation so please help me.

          I Purchased a vodafone (Model VF 226) handset from, Vodafone store, Shop No.8, Shanti Shikara Commercial Complx, Somajiguda, Hyderabad on 31.03.09. The Display of the phone is damaged now and I am calling to the executives of the Store contineously since 16th May 2009, and they are not responding and always they are taking the same excuse that we do not have stock to change the display and they will revert within one hour.
          Since past one week they have never called back from there end.
          Kindly suggest me what to do?

            It is matter of deep regret that I own a Vodafone connection no. [protected] for the last about 8 years and wish to convey my highest dissatisfaction on the services of Vodafone.

            I wish to state the following facts for the reason of my dissatisfaction and frustration of owning a Vodafone connection.

            1. I had registered in the National DoNot Call (NDNC) about more than 2 years back and had received the confirmation for the same.
            2. The unsolicited calls/ smses were still received at my number despite of the registration even after 45 days.
            3. I had spoken to the Vodafone customercare (ref no. [protected] dated 16th June 2008) and lodged a complaint for the same and was assured of a quick and permanent solution of the same. However, that didnot happen and the unsolicited calls & sms continued.
            4. I followed up with customercare for the same after some time and was assured of solution (without any ref no.), once again. There was although no improvement after that even.
            5. Another complaint for the same was lodged on 13th January, 2009 (Ref No. [protected]) at one of the Vodafone store in Gurgaon. A lot of details were provided about the calls & sms and I was asked to wait for another 45 days (once again) for a final stop on unsolicited calls. However, to my ultimate frustration, the calls not only continued rather increased after that.
            6. I complained about the same again in february at the same store but was advised to wait for 45 days for action. No result.
            7. I had visited the same Vodafone store on 13th March, 2009 (after more than 45 days of the last complaint) and to the peak of my frustration, was advised to lodge another complaint as the problem didn't solve after the previous complaint. This time the reference no. was [protected]. I had once again provided all the details o[censored]nsolicited smses received. It was a great disappointment as the things were going round and round and I was informed that the Vodafone doesn't have any better solution for this.
            8. Now that another 45 days have lapsed since the last complaint, the unsolicited calls and smses are still received and my inbox is full of such smses(including those which are received from the reported establishments)

            The other major problem I have is about the weak signal I have at most of the places including my home at sector 15 (II) in Gurgaon. I had lodged complaints for the same repeatedly including the one on 16th June, 2008 Ref no. [protected] and many times later as well. I, in the meanwhile received a call from a vodafone representative sometime in January, 2009 stating that they are working on the problem but will be able to solve it by April 2009 as another Tower is expected in this area by April, 2009. I am writing it in the end April but, unfortunately there has been no solution to it so far.

            I now have an impression that VODAFONE doesn't believe in solution of customer complaints but works as a post office as reciveing and dumping them without any action (receiving the fresh coplaints again and again dumping them and so on...) I feel pity and regret the moment I chose for the Vodafone connection (then Essar...under illusion that the services might improve after the acquisition by Vodafone) about 8 years back. However, it appears that the Vodafone's priority is only on adding customers with no focus on customer complaints. I dont think that I would want to continue with Vodafone once I get an opportunity to swap my number with any other service provider. In the meanwhile, I had to take another mobile connection and had rightfully opted against Vodafone and am happy with that connection/ services.


            This is my last attempt to look for a solution from Vodafone Customercare and look forward to your response before I take up the matter at next level.

            Vodafone Prepaid — dissatisfection of customercare

            Myself pradip using vodafone prepaid service having mob. no. [protected]
            i am highly dissatisfied with customer care of vodafone.
            i hav talked to customer care executive regarding my complaint but beside of solving my problems they absued me and used vurgular words to me.
            way of talking of the executives to me was like a illitrate person even illitrate persons dont use those words which are used by the customer care executives.This is not for a specific person, this complaint is for garima the customer care executives.(talking time 4.10 pm)
            so i hope that company will take serious actions on executives so that other customers should not face this problem again.
            i hope that company will give me his positive response to me as soon as possible on my mobile no. or on my E-mail address.

              I.the undersigned, Akhil Joshi hereby would like to launch a strong protest regarding your irregular billing. Inspite of my regular reminders every month starting from 1st of the month i received your bill either on 8th or on 12th and the next bill comes very heavy like this month i received your bill on 12th and your person who comes for collections did not even carry the receipt book for any kind of acknowledgment i have paid in cash on 12th instant. Inspite of my followup with the authority till date I have not been able to get through your personnel, hence, you are requested to kindly look thru this and solve my problem at the earliest.

                But although in my city KANPUR some vodafone persons are irritating me.
                Directly i am telling those person's name like Mr. Luv Tripathi ([protected]) from Vodafone Kanpur Local vodafone branch office.
                Right now I want to inform you that before some days my vodafone No. [protected] CREDIT LIMIT was Rs.10, 100 but it has been intentionally (suddenly) changed by some reputed persons of Vodafone without my permission and without my consent.
                And now my vodafone No. [protected] CREDIT LIMIT is Rs.4, 000
                I request you that right now I dont want to change my vodafone No. [protected] CREDIT LIMIT.

                  Vodafone — Identification Proof

                  Dear Sir,

                  In the month of April, I was intimated by my mobile service provideer - Vodafone, that I need to re-submit my documentation for the verification process, as required by the government of India.

                  And so, I did the same as was requested. However, yesterday they called me again and asked me to do the same! Though I'd reiterated to them that I have already done it, and this being the second time in 6 months, since I previously submitted the documents in November of 2009.

                  As of today, the outgoing calls on my phone (Vodafone# [protected]), have been disabled and I am unable to call anyone. Even to the extent, of during an emergency that occured today, I was unable to reach anyone!

                  I have been with Vodafone (previously known as 'Hutch'), since 2003, and this harassment is unwarranted. It is true that I can change service providers, however, I wanted to bring this to your notice.

                  Vodafone — not updating the id proofs

                  my son having his vodaphone prepaid no[protected] has many a problems with the so called customer care. his mobile services blocked for want of id references.he has submitted many a times.i think those collected the same have not properly fed them to their records.a very recent example is on[protected], he has submitted the id proofs and got an acknowledgement no caf[protected].still now nothing if moved.on an enquiry the c.c center is demanding a fresh set of id proof.this annoys him as he has given this no for many of his correspondence.i do not know how a setup called vodaphone is working with such lapses.will any responsible person from vodaphone answers this and activate his sim immediately.

                        Hello,
                        I have recently got a vodafone prepaid connection. In Vodafone services menu, there is a sub-menu with title Missing Call Info (MCI). While trying to know what it is, vodafone automatically sent a message from my mobile for activation request of MCI and I got enrolled in MCI @ monthly rental of Rs. 30 without my will.

                        There were no menu items that would say something like "Enroll" or "Activate".

                        Please note that under the same services menu, they also have other services like "Flash" which has the option to either Activate or deactivate the service.

                        I believe, by designing their menu in such a manner, vodafone is accidentally enrolling many customers and then would not refund their enrollment amount.

                        I ask for a redesign of the vodafone service menu which would clearly indicate to the customer that enrollment is going to be processed; and, if possible, I need a refund of Rs.30 that has been deducted from my balance.

                            my problem is that i have vodafone postpaid with the activation o[censored]nlimited GPRS service of 299 per month. i am using this service from last 10 days but now my outgoing calls and GPRS service has been deactivated . so i went to customer support center and they told me that your credit limit is exeeding 2500 and if you want to activate this service again you have to deposit some money as a security . but i want to know that then what is the difference between postpaid and prepaid . they did'nt tel me about credit limit when i bought this number.

                            I am so frustrated from vodafone service that i will never be a customer of vodafone.

                              and when i visited shop vendor said, "this scheme is for new postpaid connection".

                              I want you to take action against this wrong info. provided to me. and vastage of my precious time.

                                I have been to Vodafone office in malleswaram (Bangalore), just to complain i have not received my Hard copy bill of the month May([protected]). i just requested Mr.shabudin to resend it again. At the time of discussion another person Mr.Chindil came to discussion said, its not possible and to do.
                                More than that he said its not possible to recieve harcopy and softcopy of bill at the same time.But I dont think so. Hence i am recieving both copies more than year.And As as corprate customer to vodafone, i felt really bad to behaviour of 2 consultants Mr.shabudin and Mr.Chindil .
                                And they are not allowing me to close my two numbers. they made me to wait more than 30 minutes. even there is no other customers are in vodafone store. And they said its not possible to close my vodafone numbers.

                                I felt really bad behaviour from vodafone consultants Mr.Chindil and Mr.Shabudin. please take the necessary action on them.
                                Hi, I recently gifted a new vodafone sim card to my aunt. After a week of its activation and exchanging numbers with almost everybody, my aunt started receiving messages saying that 'your sim card will be deactivated soon, please exchange it for another sim from your nearest vodafone store'. When i spoke to customer care, they told it was some manufacturing defect. How can you sell products that have such manufacturing defects? The next time i want to buy a new sim, you think i would go for a vodafone connection? Certainy not.

For example u've subscribed 299 plan, the free calls for this plan is 800 mins MtoM free.If you have subscribed for a FNF your calls are first discarded from this 800 mins.                                     First, Vodafone service, customer care, vodafone store, vodafone network, etc etc everything sucks.

                                    i have N number of complaints, i dont know where to start from. I have complaints for almost everything but have not got a single reply.

                                    1) There is a network problem at my office area since the time i have purchased the vodafone network. There are many reference nos of my complaints lying at the care centre desk for the same problem but it has not been solved yet.. Every time i get FALSE PROMISES that it will be solved within a month but as usual VODAFONE SUCKS.

                                    I had more then 5 numbers with a total bill of more then Rs 50000.00/month. I had mailed them all the copies of the bill to request for the booster but again FALSE PROMISE. So i have disconnected all the numbers due to many other reasons also.

                                    2) Every time i drop the cheque into the vodafone drop box BEFORE DUE DATE but due to negligence from vodafone's side the cheque is cleared more then 20 days after the due date and the late payment charges were added to the bill which i am not liable to pay.

                                    Then Vodafone people harass me everyday by calling me and messaging me for the same.

                                    There are many other complaints already lying with at the vodafone INBOX and at customer care desks which are not solved.

                                    i will be very obliged if these complaints are solved at the earliest otherwise i will take a strict action against Vodafone.
                                    I BEEN EXPERIENCING BAD NETWORK PROBLEM SINCE 3DAYS NOW, EVER SINCE I LANDED IN BANGALORE ON 27TH.. I CANNOT MAKE CALLS OR RECIEVE CALLS NOR SEND OR RECIEVE MESSAGES ON MY PHONE.. ROAMINF IS PRE-ACTIVATED.. I SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES OF BANGALORE AND DELHI BOTH.. THEY JUST SEEM TO BE COLD ABOUT THE ISSUE AND KEEP THROWING THE BALL IN THE OTHER COURT.. ONE OF THE EXECUTIVE SAID THAT "IT'S NOT HIS PROBLEM" .. I'VE MADE THE NECESSARY CHANGES THAT THEY ASKED ME TO... I'VE TRIED THE SIM ON TWO DIFFERENT PHONE SETS TOO.. GOT A NETWORK CLEARANCE FROM BOTH THE DELHI N BANGALORE CUSTOMER CARE...                                     Hi I am Naveen Kumar H B from Bangalore [protected]. recently through MNP( Mobile Number Portability) I changed my connection to Vodafone from Idea. My friends and relatives told vodafone will best service and its network is good all bla blla .
                                    considering their views i switched to Vodafone.But After 15 days I faced bad network in my area ( K R Puram). I lodged complaint through customer care. they told problem will be resolved within 7 days. even after nobody responded from their end. No technical person has come to my place to inspect the situation. CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ARE TELLING THE SAME STERO TYPED ASSURANCE EVERY TIME U CALL. THEY WILL FORWARD COMPLAINTS TO NETWORK TEAM, ( MY CASE) THEY EVEN DONT KNOW THEIR NETWORK TEAM CONTACTS NUMBERS.

                                    VODAFONE WILL TELL ALL BLUFF THINGS IN ADD AND THAT TO HAPPPY TO HELP YOU ALL BAKWAS.
                                    I am facing network problrms since last 6 months I have complained several times to Vodafone customer care but the only response I am getting is your complaint will be resolved very soon but till date it has not been resolved

                                      I summarized in a nutshell my experiences with vodafonne.

                                      Yesterday, when yet another hooligan visited my place, I called my the newly appointed relationship manager; and he promised he would look into this. During a similar incident, one Mr Sundar Raman (or some such Raman) assured me thatsuch incidents would never occur. When I informed him that the incident is being repeated, I was stunned to hear him say, "No one visisted my place!!!" whereas I spoke to Vijay, the new relationship manager while that scoundrel was at my door.

                                      Sundar Raman not only turned a deaf ear to my earlier complaint, but he is a habitual liar.

                                      Horrible servivce. Terrible people.

                                        One of the hooligans from Vodafone visited my place, which I brought to the attention of some Mr Tom/Dick/Harry Raman at [protected]. He replied he would inquire and get back!!! Possibly he requred the Resseta stone to decipher the hieroglyphics; and has not been able to resolve the mystery and did not have the basic decency to admit his inabilities. I also was visistyed by another such unscrupulous fellows, which are exclusive staff of Vodafone and called my relationship manager Mr Vijay in his presence. Only when I threatened him of dire consequences for his unlawful entry, me made a hasty retreat.

                                        When I informed the same to the same Mr (some) Raman, he emphatically said, no one had visited my place. This was a blatant lie (from the past I have realized it is his standard practice). For a network which is so tawdry and the senior managers are so perfunctory and inept, don't you think the position of Vice President should be changed to "President of Vices" and Vodafone to "Voidfone"?

                                        They can send people on weekends to customers residence, but when you call them, they retort, they can do something on weekdays only.

                                        I wish we do not get any medical emergencies on weekends, so that we do not have to work on weekends!!

                                        And, when telecommunication is not being used in different countries for telemedicine, we just installed on large system using mobile phone with SAARC teledicine system, can we ever depend on a company or people like this, when we have to deal with medical emergencies? this has nothing to do with my complaint, but to inform the staff at this mobile phone company that if they have to understand the seriousness of the business they are in.
