[Resolved]  Vodafone — improper deduction of balance

I,prakhar gupta is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They deducted rs 200 from my account on basis of activation of any service which i never opted for..
inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.

I was using the Vodafone in Mumbai. now I shifted to delhi. I want to close my Mumbai's number. I requested this to the customer care. According to them I have to go the Vodafone showroom. I went there but they are also not accepting my request to close my postpaid connection. Please do something needful.

i am using vodafone in hyderbad. i had requested for GPRS settings in my mobile ,so they told me send sms to 52586 as vodafone. after that i got the sms that the gprs and mms settings have been sent to my phone but ididn't get setting then how i can access internet in my moible so please send the setting throw my email-id and my mobile no -[protected] and my mobile is Imate jam .so please help me

i'm a vodaeone pre-paid custimer in bangalore.
now i'm in roaming state. i.e. now i'm in west bengal.
i've complain that my vodafone cell *([protected]) does not deduct local call rate whenever i stay in local area.
i.e i mean that every call charge be 2.40p/m where as call rae rate 1.40p/m.

2) coustomer care executives are irresponsible to consumer.
3) more delay to receive consumer calls to coustomer care.

I am client of your mobile service. I was purchase your colour set-225 with new connection on dated[protected] from local sealer Harsh Language & watch Co. Orderly Bazar, Varanasi for Rs. 1600.00 the bill no is 1211 dated[protected].
The IMEL No of set is [protected] &
M.S.N. No is[protected].
On dated[protected] I found the screen of that set is damage. For repairing purpose I give that set to Harsh Language & watch Co. on dt. 13.11.2007.
Today they told me that the local distributor & service provider is not repairing that set and also not giving any details when they are able to repair that set. Please consider this matter on your level and shot out the problem as soon as possible for trouble free services.

I'm using vodafone in hyderabad i had requested for STD facility for which they informed me to recharge with 54rs which i did and after two days facility has been barred which cost me to more and is lost my valuable bussiness and whch give me bad immpression towards my coustomers . and when i calld up to customer care the keep on saying with in 24 hrs it will be activated but till time no result and whn i tried to call they are keeping my call on hold and dissconnecting it .. more important is my time which im waisting call 2 customer care please my request is remove customer care . And help me with my problem .. i want STD facility and 75rs tariff plan

They put in a request saying I was back and had requested for my number. 2 weeks later I reached Bangalore and went to the vodafone shop where I unapologetically informed that my number had been given away to someone else just a week after I put in the request for my number. Not only is it inconvenient for me but also for the person who has been answering my phone calls on my behalf. This is certainly not 'customer care/ service'

I have had issues with Hutch, but at that time they even credited my account with Rs. 100 of talktime when I complained(to hutch service). But recently after hutch became vodafone, I found that my gmail application fails to work complaining about connection problems while the integrated browser continues to work. Also I have got odd technical messages regarding failure in oledb while trying to send service commands. Their service and reliability seems to be degrading with time.

with regsrds i want to say that i am not satisfied with Vodafone connection which i have, which i am using No [protected].
Following are my complaints
1/Changed of caller tune without permission (complaint no.[protected]th of dec 2007)
2/unlimitted useless calls from VODAFONE
3/unlimitted useless messages from VODFONE
4/recharged STD pack of 79 but coldnt get the benefit, STD calls are still @RS 2.60. (My new complaint).
Looking good responses in future.
So now tell me the solution. Here we are hundreds of students having VODAFONE connnection....
We think we should quit VODAFONE now.

Hi ,
I think the serive of copying the caller tune is a crap, its been thrice i have received the SMS from 56789 that your caller tune has been copied from a particular number and i know that i cannot make a mistake all three times and i called the customer service dept. at least 20-30 times ,
fisrt the line is always busy and we do not have time to keep wating and after talking to the team leader (Gargi) and several agents i have not got any solution.

I am also from a International BPO so i knw the kind of customer service we have to provide to our customers and if this is what we get from you people its seriously a crap.......


and i dont think that my team and me will continue with this service provider....and not reversing the charges ...
