Aug 14, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Aug 23, 2014 dr.m.r.santhi's response I am a vodafone customer .My no.[protected].I have received sms on 24.7.2014 stating that free incoming calls while roaming in India at monthly rental rs.75.To activate sms ACT ROAM to 111.I activated it immediately.I received a reply aiso.I was confident that I am receivving incoming calls at monthly rental rs.75.But the bill was a big shock for me.There is no proper answer when we approach for redressal.I feel I am cheated.they should not have sent a luring message like that.
Jul 24, 2015 esar's response I Post Paid Bill pay for (Mob No. [protected]) Rs.4000/- My Account is debited this amount But Mob amount not release. Please this matter is urgent.

The GPRS connection has very poor in vodafone.i am not satisfied the vodafone GPRS...please get new ideas for implement more.compare with other networking gprs, has more easy to activate and more money savable...example in aircel we are activate 14 rs gprs pack then we have all free such as downloading and browsing... and please send a correct activation messages for user...
