Below in red is the reply that i have recieved from Bigtel IT Solutions pvt. ltd. in response of my concern. I am forwarding the same reply in a separate mail as well. I would like to draw your attention to the carefulness of the bigtel which i think represents vodafone in the public. In the below reply they have quoted the number incorrectly which they had promised to provide me. The number which was promised to be made available to me was [protected] and not [protected].



The reason why i am sending you there reply is because i want to show you people that how well they are carrying out there business. This goes to show that how careless they are when they make promises like these to customers on behalf of vodafone. This brings bad name not to Bigtel but to Vodafone because it is your name which is being used by them.



As far as there offer of refunding the money is concerned this offer is not at all acceptable to me. I would like to tell you one thing that i am not going to deal with BIGTEL anymore as I dont have any faith in what they say or commit. What i simply want is that i should be provided the number which i have already paid for. In case it has been alloted to someone else than what i can do for you is to accept some other number having last five digits as "70000".

Vodafone / Mobile Services — Deduction of balance from prepaid A/C

Money has been dedcuted from my prepaird account of Vodafone Mobile no. [protected] and my present account balance is negative. When customer care was contacted I was told that due to net browsing from 16 Aug 2011 to 31 Aug 2011, the balance has been deducted. However I did not do any net browsing and asked Vodafone to provide me with evidence. I have written emails to their nodal officer and appellate authority also. But I am yet to receive any satsifactory response from Vodafone. Moreover the information given in their website is confusing and false w.r.t. contact nos. of their complaint cell and nodal officer / appellate authority. for e.g. their nodal officer no. is [protected] ext. 8300 (as per their website), but when this no. is being tried from BSNL landline, it is shown to be an invalid number.
I do not have any alternate number. You have to call me on the same number
Why is it that I have to visit the nearest Vodafone Store for assistance? Why is it that my complaint cannot be resolved after you have known about the same. And for your kind information, I have already written to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com several times with a copy to your nodal officer and appellate authority. But I am really frustrated and aghast by your poor response. And when the mobile no. of your nodal officer and appellate authority being displayed in your website i.e. [protected] ext. 8300 is being dialled, it is being told that the number is invalid. Isn't it disgusting ? I have been complaining to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com since almost a month and there has been ABSOLUTELY lukewarm response to it. Even your toll free no. 198 does not register any complaint as you have told. GOD save Vodafone and its subscribers.
There has been no response from Vodafone after my last comment. Then do I presume that there would no no further response from Vodafone about the same??

    This is in regards to a company owned company paid number [protected] sim number [protected] name of the company is McCANN ERICKSON, I was promised that this number will be activated today evening (26/06/09) as the paperwork was submitted yesterday but there is no response from the same from our point of contact RAKESH RANJAN.

    More over RAKESH is unhelpful, rude and does not know how to talk to a corporate client.

    Vodafone — Re activate my number

    I have use my vodafone number in last 6 years still last i get the sim not register problem how can i solve it sir it my very sensitive number, pls do the crt reply to my mail([protected])

    I have placed a request in vijayawada vodafone in the month of Nov to change my number from postpaid to prepaid..I have submitted all the related document and the store person has given me new SIM card and the reference number(attached to the request) by paying the outstanding amount on that number. But now I am receiving an email saying that if I don&#039;t pay 600/- amount which is due on my number they will proceed legally. I haven&#039;t used that number for the day I have placed the request.

    I tried reached out Hyderabad Himayathnagar Vodafone store and ask about the status. The store person that the request which I have placed in the month of NOV was not processed and asked me to pay the amount and cancel the number if wish or place the request once again to get the number migrated from postpaid to prepaid.

    When I dined to pay the amount he said he will activate the number and raise a request on my number for wavier and once the amount is cleared. I can pay that month bill and cancel if I wish or request for migration. The number got activated on the date when I reached vodafone store and now after a week they have again barred my number. When I called up customer care they say I have pay the amount or they won&#039;t activate the number or cancel my number.

    Request you to please help me out in getting this issue resoved as soon as possible. I am really fed up with vodafone service.

      SIR,
      I HAVE VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION. MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].ON 11TH OCT NIGHT, BALANCE AMOUNT IN MY MOBILE WAS APP 175/-RS, BUT ON 12TH MORNING IT WAS SHOWING -14/-RS.WHEN I CONTACTED VODAFONE ESECUTIVE, I WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR 24 HRS & IT WILL BE RECTIFIED, AFTER 24HRS, WHEN AGAIN I CALLED, I WAS AGAIN ASKED TO WAIT, THIRD TIME, I WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE USED INTERNET & HAVE DOWNLOADED SOME IMAGES. I SWEAR THEM THAT I HAVE NOT USED INTERNET, AS I HAVE LAPTOP WITH UNLIMITED BROADBAND CONNECTION & HAVE BLUETOTH IN BOTH MY LAPTOP & MOBILE, HE DISCONNECTED THE CALL, BY SAYING, U HAVE TO PAY THIS & IN FUTURE, U WILL NOT GO THROUGH THIS PROBLEM.
      SIR, THE MATTER HERE IS NOT OF 200 BUCKS, BUT THE WAY THESE COMPANIES TAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED.       Vodafone — Negative Balance on Prepaid No 9873197099

      I have Vadaphone prepaid connection no [protected]. The balance is turning negative 3 times within a span of one year of my connection. They dont inform me why they are deducting money from balance and foced me to recharge to turn positive and for making call from that no.

      Since my connection usage is very low, they are extracting money from me by way of making the balance negative.

      So i request you to look the matter of turning my balances into negative.

      Vodafone — Negative Balance Prepaid Account

      I have a prepaid connection of vodafone. The service since the date I have purchased the connection is pathetic. Iwas bombrded with their offers and also kept getting SMS from ICICI bank regarding credit card payment. It seems the number was with somebody else and then was sold again. The balance of my account has now become negative of Rs. 862.00, which very weird since the services stop the moment you cross a certain balnce. I am not able to access my number any longer.The customer care is too laborious to contact with too many OVRS optionsand too slow to repond. Emails take two days to be answered and am stil waiting for reply. Extremely pathetic service. My number is [protected]

      I have recharged my no. for internet use and i did not use much internet service and my balance is now negative (-366). I went to the customer care service center and they said they cannot help me. As a customer i want claim.

        I am a shopkeeper of vodafone. I have a major complaint against my distributor that is . I had purchased 12 sim and 8 coupan 149 from "Sunshine Distributor" in east delhi which are fake or wrong. I have complained to Sunshine Distributor many times but they are not having intrest into my problem. So i am so dissapoint plz sir take some action ..

        The person who take the sim card and my documents it tell that the sim will activated in 48hrs but still the no. not activated i am going to Vodafone Store at Dadar and complaining about that matter the Vodafone representative told me that we not do any thing for you.

        The most important thing is that I am requesting about a new sim card to Vodafone and from Vodafone reqruit a person from Andromeda Marketing PVT.LTD i don't know the Andromeda Marketing PVT.LTD

          wroteR/Sir, With due respect I have to state that I had a Vodafone(formaly Hutch) prepaid connection([protected]) since last 5years. In Nov 2008, my brother tell me about vodafone postpaid, and show me full value 250Plan. In such concern I visited to vodafone store Bulandhshr and talk to Mr. Gurpreet he told me that the 250 is monthly rental and it can be used for Localas well as STD call purpose. Then I think that my monthly usage is about 300then I should go for it. Actually sir I am working in Gr. Noida where I get roaming. After taking that postpaid connection problems just started. I mention my problem faces in last 6months from Vodafone-1. As Mr. Gurpreet explained that Rs. 250/- can be used for Local and STD purpose, I suppose that it may be used in Roaming also, but my Bill comes in which roaming charges were extra.2. My usages goes upto 600 so everymonth they disconnect my number for 10 days and demand extra security.3. After 2 months of approx 600 per months(650 and 629) payment and disconnection everymonth I decided to chenge my plan again to Prepaid, (As TRAI says- you are free to chqange your plan anytime and noone can bound you to stay in same plan) but they says4-6week time for it, but no result everytime I call customer care a new date has been given to me. but never my problem has been resolved.4. In the bill generated on 18th May the amount was 518 while I had used only my local and STD usage of 111only while I got 250 free per month, the reason was that I only can know unbilled amount but cann't know the roaming and local+STD used amount, because of which I gave extra payment in my Bill.5. Next problem was also from 18th May bill, as I got 5-ISD calls as Thankyou card(were valid from 18th April for one month) and used 3 of them on 3rd may but in my 18th May bill the call charges of Rs. 27/- of 3-ISD calls was also included. 6. I also got offer on 2nd may that if I make 10STD calls that day then I got next 10STD calls free till 9th may, but in my 18th may bill that amount was also added.7. On the basis of above problems of 18th may bill, and after a long discussion and no satesfactory answer from Customer care I decided to I ask Vodafone to Either change my connection from postpaid to prepaid otherwise disconnect my number then they disconnect my number on 25th may 2009.8. After that I visit to Vodafon store they said "we will change ur number to prepaid but it'll take 45 days, but now nothing can happen because you disconnected." the I giver reference to many requestes of mine of past then they quite and not give any satesfactory answer.9. I visited that day for Payment of 18th May bill, and ask them to resolve problem related to extra charges of ISD and STD calls but they said we had entered your request and will resolved in future and you get a new bill then you pay it.10. On 21st June Mr. Kuldeep Saxena from Meerut zone call on my alternate number-[protected] and wish to meet me, I meet him at my home, He came with a Bill of Rs, 652/- which include late charges+last bill amount(including free usage of ISD and STD calls)+usage upto 25th may. Then I again download my bill form vodafone and shaow him the bill and request to resolve before I pay. Then he talked to his Head and after a long discussion he said matter will be final at Rs. 400/-. I paid him the money and wish that my bill will be fully paid. But still the remaining payment is in my account and Mr. Kuleep Saxena denied that he ever said for waived off in the bill. While all the talk was before my all family members.11. Mr. Kuldeep Saxena also offer me the Zero rental plan, of without caller ID(especially for me as company plan include charges) charge if I reactivate my numer, but I said I have not the SIM card, he offer a free SIM card also then my brother said that SIM card is on him and ask me to reactivate as he is requesting. Then I reactivate the number.12. At last my plan changed to zero rental on 25th June, and they don't give me free caller ID, as Mr. Kuldeep offered me, instead of that they disconnect caller ID.13.               Dear Sir/Madam,

              My mobile number is [protected]. In the month of May i have been billed Rs.6314 for GPRS usage while i was in Europe. On earlier occasions when i was in Europe i have never been billed so much. When i asked the call center for details of my GPRS usage and why i have been billed so much, the answer i get is 'Sir, we do not have any details. You will have to pay for this'.

              Instead of solving my problem and giving me details, Vodafone has blocked my calls. When i called the helpline, their supervisor (Ms.Vasanti) kept me on-hold for almost 25 minutes as she wanted to check the details with their backend. Since i did not get any response i hung up the phone. Its been more than an hour and noone from Vodafone has bothered to call me back and resolve my queries.

              During my conversations with the call center executives it has been told to me that i can disconnect the service if i wish! In this world of cut-throat competition, Vodafone is more than happy to let go off a customer!! What is more surprising is that Vodafone spends crores of Rupees to promote a service called 'Happy to Help'!

              I would like to file a consumer case against Vodafone for such an unprofessional behaviour and causing mental harassment to me. Kindly advise me on how to take this forward.

              Hi My name is Nirmal choudhary ( Mumabi ).

              I am using Vodafone no. [protected] since last 5 Yrs, When It was Orange, Hutch and now Vodafone. First time I am facing problem with Vodafone.

              Last friday on 5th March, 09. They Vodafone deducted around Rs 40 from my accound and activated caller tune without intimating me. I realized that only after 2 days i.e. on 7th March 09, when I checked my balance.

              I complined to vodafone customer care immediately and they ansured me they will reimburesed my Rs 40 to my vodafone account and deactivate the service ( caller tune ) but still I am waiting for some positive action from their side.

              It shows unprofessionalism from Vodafone .

                i too have vodafone postpaid connection. I got information from the vodafone person who gave me the connection that the amount Rs.330 i am paying for the connection will be refunded after 6 months or at the time of migration from post paid to prepaid. the information he gave me before 6 months. but now all the vodafone people are saying that there is no migration from post paid to prepaid and they are not going to give my money Rs.330 back also saying that there is no relation to them with the person who gave me the connection and saying me go and fight with him. they charged me Rs.1017 unnecessarily. And i paid it with a lot difficulty as my number is very important to me. I fight with them for 30 days by sending mails and calling them again and again. but i didn't get any use from it.

                vodafone is the worst service .. please suggest all your friends not to take it . at least let us save our friends from vodafone.

                  Facts of the Case

                  1. I am having Vodafone number [protected] since it was Command and then rechristened to Hutch and then Vodafone for about 9 years. Prior to that I had [protected] since 1996 or so.
                  2. I am faithful and loyal customer of Vodafone
                  3. There is no delay payment since inception except on one or two occasion because of me on Holiday / Tour out of Calcutta.
                  4. During my tenure I have changed plans several time on the advise of Customer Care Executive. Ofcouse, decision to change was always mine.
                  5. On October 27, 2007 I changed to Present plan ? Plan 2499 of Vodafone where in following facilities was offered to me, also mentioned in the mail annexed herewith name :?Change of Plan ? [protected]? in the attachment.
                  ?On discussion with Ms.Neha, your Customer Care Executive, I request to change my present plan to Rs.2, 4499/- plan where I have been offered all value added services free like 4000 minutes local call free to any phone M+LL, 2000 minutes free for STD to all phones M+LL, 5000 SMS free to any place in India besides all other value added service available at your end free like itemised billing, CLIP, Voice Mail, GPRS including surfing charges, missed call alerts etc. etc. I THEREFORE REQUEST YOU TO CHANGE MY PLAN IMMEDIATELY AND ALSO ENSURE THAT NO EXTRA BILLING IS CHARGED TO ME FOR SUCH CHANGEOVER. I AM DOING CHANGE OVER FOR REDUCING THE BILL AND NOT FOR INCREASING THE BILL. ?
                  6. At the time of opting this plan, I was given clear understanding that I will be charged at normal rate for any usage beyond 4000 minutes local call, 1000 minutes of STD Calls and 5000 SMS.
                  7. I was also informed that all value added services like Itemised Billing, CLIP, Voice Mail, GPRS surfing charges, Missed Call alerts etc. etc. will be free of charges to me.
                  8. All on a sudden, one day I got SMS that all concall charges will be charged at normal rates and I started receiving the bills for concall charges.
                  9. On my representation that Company can not suo moto make any changes in the plan which affects me financially adversely to me, besides the fact that any concall charges minutes utilization is well within overall limit of local 4000 minutes and STD 1000 minutes, Company reversed all charges.
                  10. However billing with concall charges continued and consistently I made them my stand clear that I should not be billed this charges which initially I was assured that matter will be looked into and later on I was told that they have made policy decision to charge concall charges at normal rates for every one.
                  11. I repeatedly informed them about my non acceptance of these charges by mail, verbal communications as well as SMS and gave them option to disconnect my connection if they don?t agree to my viewpoint, but I am not going to pay concall charges.
                  12. Now they have taken decision that they will continue to charge the concall charges and also If I don?t pay the dues then they will terminate my connection.

                  Query

                  13. I have specific query that the minutes utilized with two persons on concall will be treated as local minutes utilization or not?. E.g. If I talk 4 minutes with Mr. A & Mr. B in concall, will the 8 minutes (adding two times four minutes) will be treated as local minutes or not?.
                  14. Besides If Mr. A has made me a call ( I am recipient of the call) and I am making call to Mr. B and making conference with A & B for four minutes . How many minutes will be treated as local minutes and whether this call will be treated as Con Call.

                  I request you to kindly look in the matter and ensure that justice prevails and loyal customer like me are not harassed. It is not a matter of 100 to 200 rupees per month for payment of concall charges per month, which I can easily afford as in the past I had paid Rs.4000/- or even more per month for a long period. It is a matter of principle and ethics. Such a large multinational corporation can not dictate any terms as per their whim retrospectively in utter disregards to the promises made ? suo moto. If they decide, it should be for new customers taking such plan from the date decision is taken and making Customer aware of implication of this decision.

                  I am also attaching last mail received from Vodafone for your perusal and decision.

                  Rest of the in between mail / corrspondance etc. will be produced before you in case need arises.

                  In the mean time I pray before your goodself to direct the Company not to disconnect / terminate my connection till
                  1) decision is taken from your end and
                  2) reply to my query mentioned above is given in this matter,

                      i am a hyderabad vodafone service user. i activated DND in december and since then i am giving complaints. every time i give a complaint the CCE used to say taht it will take 24 more hous. its more than 100 days that i placed this complaint and two days back when i spoke to a SO CALLED MANAGER, he assure that he will look into the matter. after that he gave me a call and said that i did not send the message.
                      i am very much sure that i sent a message because it was done by a CCE at vodafone store in begumpet. and when i tried to argue the manager sayd that i am supposed to talk properly and i should not raise my voise as he is the manager... so does it mean that the managers there can soeak is any way they want and the customers have no right to hive a complaint??? and the manager there. He told me sir, ''in this apko 100 local v2v minuts, 50 national sms, 10 paisa/minuts call v2v for next 3 months, 1 paisa/second call on other for till next 1 yrs, 100 mb data for internet usseage milenge & full talk time with any top up for next 3 months.''
                      but i got only 20 minuts local v2v balance.then i call on 198 & ask for this.There was a female emp. she told me sir, ''iske liye apko mnp deparment mein baat karni hogi main apka call mnp mein transfer kar du. there was another girl who told me sir maine apka complaint fwd. kar diya hai you have to wait for 24 hrs. after 24 hrs. i call again on 198 there was agin female executive she told me, ''sir apka koi complaint fwd. nahi kiya gaya hai.aap muje unka naam baata de jinse aapki baat hui thi.''                       Then a went vodafone store. there was mr. deepak. he told me, ''sir in this situation i can't help you.''iske liye app 198 ya 111 pe baat karo. when i said 198 or 111 barred hai. then he told me sir iske liye apko sonipat jana padega.Then after my requesting he told me sir if you recharge. your a/c with 94 rs.top up then you get 94 rs. talk value in this. then i recharge. my a/c with 94 rs. but again i got 83.22 rs.
                      now you tell me sir what i do in this kind of situation.

                      This complaint is regarding the Vodafone pathetic service. the service which is given by Vodafone customer service agents are very unprofessional and arrogant. the behave very rude to the customer and harass the customer. The customer support agents are very unprofessional and behave like nonsense when you have queries. they speak very rude and disconnect the call. they have an unethical behavior of customer support- They are not trained on customer support instead they are trained on disconnecting calls and not providing service. idiotic people who work, they don't have basic communication skills or basic discipline how to behave with the customer. i hate the service and i would definitely recommend everyone not to choose Vodafone.

                      This is vikas from Hyderabad im using Vodafone corporate sim card since six months with numbers [protected], [protected]. I wanted it to convert it into from postpaid to prepaid. I applied for it on 3rd of April at vodafone store at S.R.NAGAR Branch in HYDERABAD and cleared all the amount which was 400rs for the number [protected] card & 420rs for the another number [protected] and they gave me two new sim cards with sim numbers[protected] &[protected] for which they charged 25rs for each. I have been told that the very next day they will carry forward the request and soon it will be activated.On 6th April I called to customer care, I gave them my new sim card numbers they said your amount has been cleared and with in 48 hrs new sim will be activated.for conversion. But again after 48hrs my new card was not yet been activated.when I called back to customer care they said more 48hrs it will take for conversion. Yesday which is 13th of April I called to customer care, they said my request has not yet been received, where as i was been told that the request will be carry forwarded the very next day which was next of 3rd of April which is 4th of April. Yesday when I lodged a complaint to customer care. Today which is 14th of April i received a call from the same S.R.NAGAR branch telling that I have given entered wrong sim card numbers.Sir if i have entered wrong numbers they would have called me the very next day or the other day and I was treated badly on the call, I said them I will lodge a consumer complaint against, they said do what you what to do, we have some procedures . Sir, I request you to please kindly look into the issue.
                      I am facing this problem from a long time. I have two Vodafone numbers Prepaid and Postpaid. Whenever I recharge my prepaid number and activate the internet packs it deducts balance from my main account. Even when I call the customer care people they are horrible to speak with. This time it deducted near about Rs 25 and I want it back. Also I want to register complaint against the executive named as Sekhar ( So called SR. Executive). He just disconnected my call without hearing my issue.

                        It is very unfortunate to write this kind of a feedback from an old Vodafone customer. Vodafone has launched a very cheap way of earning money. This scheme is called Vodafone Tuesdays. They display good offers on their site and ask customers to call. When you call them, these offers are never displayed for you to select. As a result paying them 3 rupees a min raises your bill to the amount of minutes you wait for your offer to be said out during the call. Read out more to know what happend with me.

                        I met Vodafone guys (at DLF Cybergreens Gurgaon) at a kiosk set by for promoting Vodafone Tuesdays offers. I registered myself with them and also asked them for the process. They asked me to call a number 56777 and look for available offers. I wanted to have food offers from Pizza hut, Dominos or KFC. I dialled the number and waited for good odd 30 mins for any of the above said offers but when none of them appeared, I disconnected. The only point I have to say is that how come Vodafone site displayed all these offers when they were never offered during 30 mins of call. Either the site was not updated or the software that gives these offers was not in sync with your vodaphone site.

                        I must say that this was a very cheap way of duping thecustomers. Hope some one hears me out and refunds my money.

                        On top of that below was a stupid mail responded by customer care:

                        Dear Mr. Bachhal,

                        Thank you for your e-mail dated 23/06/09 regarding the call charges clarification on your Vodafone mobile number 9999XXXXX..

                        We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.

                        We would like to inform you that the call charges on 56777 is 3Rs./min for your Vodafone number. We regret for mispresented information. Hence, we would not be able to reverse the charges for the same.

                        Looking forward to providing you with the best of our services at all times.

                        We hope, we have been able to resolve your concern to your satisfaction. In case you need further assistance please do call or email us we will do our best to help you.

                        I had a bad experience with vodafone tuesdays. The offer says sms tuesday to 56789 for coupon code. I did that and got an sms saying reply with tuesday to 56789. I did that. and again I get an sms saying reply with tuesday to 56789. Then I called their customer service. Then I was told that you have to sms tuesday <space> m to 56789. Now that is no where mentioned on their website or in the sms I received. Then I try using the code for DT cinemas gurgaon through bookmyshow. It says that the code is not valued for this venue. I went to the vodafone website and found that they have a link to book shows for DT cinemas using the tuesdays offer. It is powered by bookmyshow and of course it doesn't accept the code. So I wasted Rs 12 and still I have to pay for two tickets.
                        Spoorthy stop sayin wrong. Accept i[censored] don't knw hw to avail the offer den why do jst vf is duping cust. I[censored] say u had sent sms as tueasday to 56789 the msg u rec is as follows : " Welcome to Vodafone Tuesday ! Enjoy BUY 1 GET 1 free offers every Tuesday. To get your mCoupon reply with TUESDAY M for Movies, TUESDAY F for food to 56789. Futher their service ad. " And 2nd thing there is no link to book show on VODAFONE SITE for any cineplex.
                        i had a very bad experiance of vodafone tuesday bacause all refuse to provide the schmes of dis rubbish thing, specially f### d management of DOMINO (mmx)GAZIABAAD.f#### off domino...

                          I have got the solution for this. I called at the Vodafone Customer Care, and I came to know that to again activate the account we need to recharge it with a minimum amount of Rs.200. This has to be done every 6 months in order to prevent suspension in future.

                          Vodafone — Suspension of Prepaid Services

                          I am an MNP (mobile no. portability) customer of vodafone (shifted from MTNL).
                          I had submitted all the documents that were required when i shifted to vodafone ([protected]), in Jan-2011.
                          Now, after 14 months, i get an sms from vodafone that i need to resubmit all the documents withing 24hrs, or my prepaid services will be disconnected.
                          Firstly, this is is too much, too little time, as i was not in town.
                          Secondly, why should i resubmit all the documents when I had fully complied with all their requirements in Jan-2011?

                          Now, after 3 days, my pre-paid services have been stopped!!!

                          This is a horrible way to treat a customer!!!
                          My connection was suspended suddenly for no reason and then on trying the customer care 198 it was not getting connected and the response was 'Account Suspended' Thereafter I recharged my connection with 222 Rs still getting the same.

                              As per Vodafone Mumbai's latest competetion - Pre due date competition, I tried & entered the contest by paying my bill before the due date (7 days earlier).

                              As per the competition rules, I am supposed to sent a SMS as follows:

                              “PDD I prefer paying my bills before due date as …….***
                              SMS to toll free number: “4044”

                              This SMS does not get delivered, neither do you receive any confirmation after that.

                              I have read the terms & conditions of this contest & only in the terms they have specified to send message to the said number - 4044.

                              I feel that Vodafone is only cheating their customers & in actual, there is no such offer!

                                This is Prashant Gala using your Vodafone Post paid number[protected] from the year 2005.I want to Complaint about the Fact that Vodafone Customer Care Department is very much a hopeless Department.I had gone to make a Payment of Vodafone Bill of Rs 2660 on 9th September 2007 through my Debit Card. Due to some technical reasons the Debit Card Machine haulted my Transaction & due to this i asked the Vodafone executive not to swipe my Debit Card again but he didnt listen to me & said sir there is no problem in our machine dont worry nothing wrong would happen. Due to his assuarance i signed the Confirmation Slip & walked out of the Vodafone store. Next day when i went to my ATM Centre to withdraw some money there was hardly any Balance left in my account & the reason behind it was that my Debit Card got swiped Twice with the amount of Rs 2660 on the Day of Transaction. When i visited that Vodafone Store again the executive refused to Credit me back that extra amount which was swiped twice, despite of showing him my Bank Account Statement in which it was clearly showing the amount getting swiped twice.Then i again went to my Bank & cross confirmed it with them but they said the amount had already being debited from account & they couldnt help me more in this. Sir now when almost Two years have been passed out fighting with Vodafone, Complaining with them several times i've come here for justice & i hope you will definately help me & look into this matter asap. I hope i would get the Credit back as it is not a small amount & it really matters to me as am a only Bread Earner to my family.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have been trying to register online one vodafone.in with my postpaid account number [protected] but to no avail. I did this twice, I even got my password but when i tried registering my account said de-activated, I tried again but the website's enter button wont work!

                                      Then I called customer care who registered on my behalf, I received my password. But now, when I try registering again, I provide my security answer that the customer care rep gave me, after dis again the enter button doesn't work on the site and there is no response. Such a huge company and can't have a functional website????

                                      Registering on airtel site is sooo simple!!! on vodafone, first step is online, den call customer care, then receive sms and then again register wid password smsed to you online. Some ten steps in various mediums involved!!!

                                      i am not satisfied with the services provided by you people..i have registered my complaint on customer care. i have sent mobile msg also. your services is piss poor. i didn't get any responce by your side. my mobile no is [protected].

                                      your vodafone services are poor i have buyed 3 postpaid vodafone and given all adress proof then also my out goning have been bared
                                      i had already given complaint many times to ur agnets but from ur side it has not been solved my problemm till date...complaint was also given in vodofane gallery at mulund lbs marg office but they didnt solve my problem..., , u can check my status of complaint from my conatct no [protected] that i had register to u... i[censored] dont slove in just 2days then i will change my service

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I had a vodafone postpaid connection in january which i cancelled in April. I didnt got any postpaid bills on my correspondence address. I paid 2 months bill, when i got my due bill amount as a messege from vodafone. i lodged a complaint with them for providing me with the postpaid bill. and since i didnt got the bill still at my address, i witheld the due amount for march. i told them then also that i will pay my bill only when i get all the bills. they said they will be sending all the bills to my address. but since then, i havent got any bill from them, and not even a single call or reply from them. yesterday i have got a notice from the companies lawyer that i MUST pay the bill within 7 days or else legal action will be taken against me. but i cant pay my bills as i dont know how much i spend or where i spent all that usage of my vodafone bill.
                                        please help me in this regard.
