sms sending failure

Finding difficult to send sms to BNSL(Arunachal Pradesh) subscriber. If i send sms, balance is deducted but msg is not delivered & it shows msg sending failed. My vodafone no. is [protected]. DO HELP ME OUT N PLIZ solve this problm for others too....

I was called by a customer service person from vodafone (Phone Number : +91 [protected]) on 11/6/2009 at 7:23 pm. Hutch Sim card registration failed

Hi,

One fine day my old Hutch sim card registration has been cancelled, when I approached customer care they asked me to buy a new Vodafone sim paying 99 Rs.

Vodafone company has really gone mad, if the want to upgrade the sim, they should provide free of cost.

Deactivation of Connections

we are applying for disconnection of vodafone mobile numbers for last three months and i have requested them hundred times that please disconnect the numbers but they are not bothering us, they are just demanding a new thing every time bills are being raised for the mean months and we are paying like fools...

continuous bill related fault...

I am holding a Vodafone postpaid connection vide no. [protected]...my service provider is vodafone UP (w)...when i had taken a plan Rs333 rental, they told me that i'll get 666 minutes free on my local calls.

Recharge- Transation ID K009135070116

I have recharged with Rs.100/- today mornring (15/6/09) but till now (3.15pm) I did not get it refilled. When I complained at around 12 noon, a lady at the customer care centre assured me that in an hour time I would get the amount recharged. When even at 3 pm it was not done I complained again and they told me that their system shows that I have got the recharge. I do not know how to prove that the same is not done.

Rude behaviour of customer care executive and not complying with request for address changed
