Hi,
This is D.D Sekhar. Iam having Post paid Connection with phone No. is [protected].In the aprial month i requested the staff of Panjagutta Vodafone store to change my address .They said me that in the next month bill, you will get the New address bill.After one month i had again given complaint near HimayatNagar Vodafone Store, He said the next month your bill will be received.The complaint date is 22-may-2009.But till now i had not received my bill today. 2 or 3 days back one girl named Sudha from Vodafone Store, Varun Towers, Begumpet has called me to pay the bill, then i told her that i had not received the bill.she said that she will send the bill with in 2 days. So once again iam giving written complaint please send me the bill (Hard Copy) to my changed address soon.Untill i receive the Bill statement to my address, iam supposed to pay the Bill & i was not responsible to the Late fee.

I have submitted my application for change of address, but till date my problem is not solved. I have submitted the entire requisite documents in your Vodafone office at Nehru Place, after that I have followed up so many times, but I got no reply. I am facing so many problems; please solve my problem with an immediate effect.

i too have vodafone postpaid connection. I got information from the vodafone person who gave me the connection that the amount Rs.330 i am paying for the connection will be refunded after 6 months or at the time of migration from post paid to prepaid. the information he gave me before 6 months. but now all the vodafone people are saying that there is no migration from post paid to prepaid and they are not going to give my money Rs.330 back also saying that there is no relation to them with the person who gave me the connection and saying me go and fight with him. they charged me Rs.1017 unnecessarily. And i paid it with a lot difficulty as my number is very important to me. I fight with them for 30 days by sending mails and calling them again and again. but i didn't get any use from it.

vodafone is the worst service .. please suggest all your friends not to take it . at least let us save our friends from vodafone.

    Facts of the Case

    1. I am having Vodafone number [protected] since it was Command and then rechristened to Hutch and then Vodafone for about 9 years. Prior to that I had [protected] since 1996 or so.
    2. I am faithful and loyal customer of Vodafone
    3. There is no delay payment since inception except on one or two occasion because of me on Holiday / Tour out of Calcutta.
    4. During my tenure I have changed plans several time on the advise of Customer Care Executive. Ofcouse, decision to change was always mine.
    5. On October 27, 2007 I changed to Present plan ? Plan 2499 of Vodafone where in following facilities was offered to me, also mentioned in the mail annexed herewith name :?Change of Plan ? [protected]? in the attachment.
    ?On discussion with Ms.Neha, your Customer Care Executive, I request to change my present plan to Rs.2, 4499/- plan where I have been offered all value added services free like 4000 minutes local call free to any phone M+LL, 2000 minutes free for STD to all phones M+LL, 5000 SMS free to any place in India besides all other value added service available at your end free like itemised billing, CLIP, Voice Mail, GPRS including surfing charges, missed call alerts etc. etc. I THEREFORE REQUEST YOU TO CHANGE MY PLAN IMMEDIATELY AND ALSO ENSURE THAT NO EXTRA BILLING IS CHARGED TO ME FOR SUCH CHANGEOVER. I AM DOING CHANGE OVER FOR REDUCING THE BILL AND NOT FOR INCREASING THE BILL. ?
    6. At the time of opting this plan, I was given clear understanding that I will be charged at normal rate for any usage beyond 4000 minutes local call, 1000 minutes of STD Calls and 5000 SMS.
    7. I was also informed that all value added services like Itemised Billing, CLIP, Voice Mail, GPRS surfing charges, Missed Call alerts etc. etc. will be free of charges to me.
    8. All on a sudden, one day I got SMS that all concall charges will be charged at normal rates and I started receiving the bills for concall charges.
    9. On my representation that Company can not suo moto make any changes in the plan which affects me financially adversely to me, besides the fact that any concall charges minutes utilization is well within overall limit of local 4000 minutes and STD 1000 minutes, Company reversed all charges.
    10. However billing with concall charges continued and consistently I made them my stand clear that I should not be billed this charges which initially I was assured that matter will be looked into and later on I was told that they have made policy decision to charge concall charges at normal rates for every one.
    11. I repeatedly informed them about my non acceptance of these charges by mail, verbal communications as well as SMS and gave them option to disconnect my connection if they don?t agree to my viewpoint, but I am not going to pay concall charges.
    12. Now they have taken decision that they will continue to charge the concall charges and also If I don?t pay the dues then they will terminate my connection.

    Query

    13. I have specific query that the minutes utilized with two persons on concall will be treated as local minutes utilization or not?. E.g. If I talk 4 minutes with Mr. A & Mr. B in concall, will the 8 minutes (adding two times four minutes) will be treated as local minutes or not?.
    14. Besides If Mr. A has made me a call ( I am recipient of the call) and I am making call to Mr. B and making conference with A & B for four minutes . How many minutes will be treated as local minutes and whether this call will be treated as Con Call.

    I request you to kindly look in the matter and ensure that justice prevails and loyal customer like me are not harassed. It is not a matter of 100 to 200 rupees per month for payment of concall charges per month, which I can easily afford as in the past I had paid Rs.4000/- or even more per month for a long period. It is a matter of principle and ethics. Such a large multinational corporation can not dictate any terms as per their whim retrospectively in utter disregards to the promises made ? suo moto. If they decide, it should be for new customers taking such plan from the date decision is taken and making Customer aware of implication of this decision.

    I am also attaching last mail received from Vodafone for your perusal and decision.

    Rest of the in between mail / corrspondance etc. will be produced before you in case need arises.

    In the mean time I pray before your goodself to direct the Company not to disconnect / terminate my connection till
    1) decision is taken from your end and
    2) reply to my query mentioned above is given in this matter,
    under intimation to me.

      So, I kindly request you to don't use of online recharges from vodafone online recharging some times it will not working properly.

        I am Bagga Singh From Sirsa ( Haryana ) I have a mobile connection of Vodafone compeny.My mobile number is [protected] ( 29 may 2009) on 3 pm. I was call with customercare Number [protected] of mohali about recharge coupon. After call on customer care i received a sms ' i[censored] satasfied this customercare write yes/No.and send it 6789.
        I wrote 'No' and send it 6789. After 5 minuts I received an abused sms on my Mobile from customercare ([protected]) is given below:-

        ''Saale+kute no likh kar kyun bheja ab tera no band"

        I call on customercare's senior officer about this but he ignor this matter.

        Sir, plz tell me what can i do against vodafone costomercare by consumercourt.

        Vodafone — VODAFONE abuses customer to cover their mistake

        i am a hyderabad vodafone service user. i activated DND in december and since then i am giving complaints. every time i give a complaint the CCE used to say taht it will take 24 more hous. its more than 100 days that i placed this complaint and two days back when i spoke to a SO CALLED MANAGER, he assure that he will look into the matter. after that he gave me a call and said that i did not send the message.
        i am very much sure that i sent a message because it was done by a CCE at vodafone store in begumpet. and when i tried to argue the manager sayd that i am supposed to talk properly and i should not raise my voise as he is the manager... so does it mean that the managers there can soeak is any way they want and the customers have no right to hive a complaint??? and the manager there. MADHU closed the issue. how can he do that without customers consent?? is this the attititude of managers?
        THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICES VODAFONE. we will never wish to use your services.

        Vodafone — Requesting for xerox a copy of one of my submitted documents when I applied for postpaid coneection.

        Hi Vodafone,

        I humbly request you to give me a copy of one my document that i had submitted to you when I took postpaid connection ([protected]).

        This is because I need to submit that document to the company and I will be getting bigger amount reduced.

        I made calls to Vodafone outlet and customer care but I didn't get any positive response.

        The only way where I can get that document is Vodafone store, I'm not having any backup of that doc with me that's why please do me the favor in giving the copy of my document.

        I think you will solve my problem in couple of days because I have less time.

        Take that SMS and walk in to your vodafone office and complain officially .Tell them that you might go to the newspapers as well.
        Also issue a notice of harrasment to vodafone and give them 15 working days time and if not responded in that time, file a case in consumer court.Dont take a lawyer because ..no one can represent your case better that you yourself...

        Vodafone — Disturbance by your massage center and call center

        I am using mobile no. [protected] which is registered in do not disturb also, on this number I am receiving at least 4 call dailly from following numbers

        Respected sir, I am sub samuthiravel c, serving in Indian Army, Corps of Signals in last 26 yrs, at present served in jaipur cantt, i was prepaid connection taken from vodafone on dec 2008 with proper documents.In three months before msg from vodafone fresh documents deposited to any nearest vodafone care.then i was deposited to the following documents (1) servicing cert with my officer signed with office seal, (2) Pan card xerox copy, (3) driving licence xerox copy then two weeks wkg properly then same msg was come in my phone, the complaints given to vodafone the same then wkg two weeks properly .after that again same msg come in my phone Then i was submitted the fresh documents to same vodafone care shop at 09 Dec 2010 at 11:02am, service registration ID given from vodafone was [protected]. then today same problem come with me and out going also blocked .my present address

        I am not satisfied with your customer care. i was recharged my phone with Rs.95/ pack for internet on[protected] for 1 monh validity period.At a time i have recieved a message, in this recharge was successfull in my mobile, but unable to use a interet connection in my mobile..i have spoken already 5 times a customer care executive, they told me it is an computer generation problem, so please wait me 4 hours after u can use a net connection. But at present not connected an internet in my mobile as on[protected].( The difference is 2 days). You have no customer relationship in ur service.presently i tried 5 hours to call a customer care, but no response for me. First u studied how to service with customers.your service is too bad. i planned to disconnect a vodafone connection and bring another connection.

        My name is brijesh kr. rana. I did port my no. [protected] bsnl to vodafone.Before porting i rec. a call from vodafone for what benifet i got in this service. He told me sir, ''in this apko 100 local v2v minuts, 50 national sms, 10 paisa/minuts call v2v for next 3 months, 1 paisa/second call on other for till next 1 yrs, 100 mb data for internet usseage milenge & full talk time with any top up for next 3 months.''
        but i got only 20 minuts local v2v balance.then i call on 198 & ask for this.There was a female emp. she told me sir, ''iske liye apko mnp deparment mein baat karni hogi main apka call mnp mein transfer kar du. there was another girl who told me sir maine apka complaint fwd. kar diya hai you have to wait for 24 hrs. after 24 hrs. i call again on 198 there was agin female executive she told me, ''sir apka koi complaint fwd. nahi kiya gaya hai.aap muje unka naam baata de jinse aapki baat hui thi.'' After some kind of argument i just said thank you so much & cut the call.after few minuts i rec. a call from same no. & same executive she refer to me her seniour i don't know what ever that person name is?he told me, ''sir i am sorry for this kind of misleading information.''
        After that i rchg. my a/c with 100 rs. that time i got full talk value.After that i rchg. again 100 rs. but i got only 88.66 rs. Then i call on 198 but this no. was barred then i call on 111 but there was same situation.
        Then a went vodafone store. there was mr. deepak. he told me, ''sir in this situation i can't help you.''iske liye app 198 ya 111 pe baat karo. when i said 198 or 111 barred hai. then he told me sir iske liye apko sonipat jana padega.Then after my requesting he told me sir if you recharge. your a/c with 94 rs.top up then you get 94 rs. talk value in this. then i recharge. my a/c with 94 rs. but again i got 83.22 rs.
        now you tell me sir what i do in this kind of situation.
        In this way I become fed up with Ur Services AGAIN, and Leaving Ur Feel Good Public Relation Services...But think again again Ur Customer Care Executives Services Not Ur Company Services...IT Will harmful U in Future...Not warning but kind Request Which give Ur employee Excuse me.

        I have purchased a Data Card Postpaid Plan of Rs. 4499/- on 18/08/2011, vide data Card No. [protected] under One year free usase & downloading and same has been activated as per customer care service w.e.ef. 08/09/2011. But I could not even one second from that date to till now. Because here is shwon as "No Service" and If I call on the Data Card No. [protected] then massage listen that the "Number is temparary out service, please call after some time" customer care is also help less. so kindly come and solve the proble either refund my money niether I will file an pettition against you..for this harrasments and damages.

        This complaint is regarding the Vodafone pathetic service. the service which is given by Vodafone customer service agents are very unprofessional and arrogant. the behave very rude to the customer and harass the customer. The customer support agents are very unprofessional and behave like nonsense when you have queries. they speak very rude and disconnect the call. they have an unethical behavior of customer support- They are not trained on customer support instead they are trained on disconnecting calls and not providing service. idiotic people who work, they don't have basic communication skills or basic discipline how to behave with the customer. i hate the service and i would definitely recommend everyone not to choose Vodafone.

I complained about gprs service with service registration no: [protected] on 13-sep-2012. was said that my query would be solved with in 48 hrs. i waited for more than 60 hrs for no use. spoken to executives several times. and i asked about the extension in my validity for the loss which i beard more than a week. please extend the validity and resolve the problem.

        This is vikas from Hyderabad im using Vodafone corporate sim card since six months with numbers [protected], [protected]. I wanted it to convert it into from postpaid to prepaid. I applied for it on 3rd of April at vodafone store at S.R.NAGAR Branch in HYDERABAD and cleared all the amount which was 400rs for the number [protected] card & 420rs for the another number [protected] and they gave me two new sim cards with sim numbers[protected] &[protected] for which they charged 25rs for each. I have been told that the very next day they will carry forward the request and soon it will be activated.On 6th April I called to customer care, I gave them my new sim card numbers they said your amount has been cleared and with in 48 hrs new sim will be activated.for conversion. But again after 48hrs my new card was not yet been activated.when I called back to customer care they said more 48hrs it will take for conversion. Yesday which is 13th of April I called to customer care, they said my request has not yet been received, where as i was been told that the request will be carry forwarded the very next day which was next of 3rd of April which is 4th of April. Yesday when I lodged a complaint to customer care. Today which is 14th of April i received a call from the same S.R.NAGAR branch telling that I have given entered wrong sim card numbers.Sir if i have entered wrong numbers they would have called me the very next day or the other day and I was treated badly on the call, I said them I will lodge a consumer complaint against, they said do what you what to do, we have some procedures . Sir, I request you to please kindly look into the issue.
        I am facing this problem from a long time. I have two Vodafone numbers Prepaid and Postpaid. Whenever I recharge my prepaid number and activate the internet packs it deducts balance from my main account. Even when I call the customer care people they are horrible to speak with. This time it deducted near about Rs 25 and I want it back. Also I want to register complaint against the executive named as Sekhar ( So called SR. Executive). He just disconnected my call without hearing my issue.

          It is very unfortunate to write this kind of a feedback from an old Vodafone customer. Vodafone has launched a very cheap way of earning money. This scheme is called Vodafone Tuesdays. They display good offers on their site and ask customers to call. When you call them, these offers are never displayed for you to select. As a result paying them 3 rupees a min raises your bill to the amount of minutes you wait for your offer to be said out during the call. Read out more to know what happend with me.

          I met Vodafone guys (at DLF Cybergreens Gurgaon) at a kiosk set by for promoting Vodafone Tuesdays offers. I registered myself with them and also asked them for the process. They asked me to call a number 56777 and look for available offers. I wanted to have food offers from Pizza hut, Dominos or KFC. I dialled the number and waited for good odd 30 mins for any of the above said offers but when none of them appeared, I disconnected. The only point I have to say is that how come Vodafone site displayed all these offers when they were never offered during 30 mins of call. Either the site was not updated or the software that gives these offers was not in sync with your vodaphone site.

          I must say that this was a very cheap way of duping thecustomers. Hope some one hears me out and refunds my money.

          On top of that below was a stupid mail responded by customer care:

          Dear Mr. Bachhal,

          Thank you for your e-mail dated 23/06/09 regarding the call charges clarification on your Vodafone mobile number 9999XXXXX..

          We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.

          We would like to inform you that the call charges on 56777 is 3Rs./min for your Vodafone number. We regret for mispresented information. Hence, we would not be able to reverse the charges for the same.

          Looking forward to providing you with the best of our services at all times.

          We hope, we have been able to resolve your concern to your satisfaction. In case you need further assistance please do call or email us we will do our best to help you.

          guys, , if you have some knowledge o[censored]sing internet, than just visit vodadone tuesdays website, , and chek out the list for the restaurants that are under this offer, and simply send the msg "tuesday m " or "tuesdays f"..it will charge only 3rs and u will get that coupon, , ,

          I had a bad experience with vodafone tuesdays. The offer says sms tuesday to 56789 for coupon code. I did that and got an sms saying reply with tuesday to 56789. I did that. and again I get an sms saying reply with tuesday to 56789. Then I called their customer service. Then I was told that you have to sms tuesday <space> m to 56789. Now that is no where mentioned on their website or in the sms I received. Then I try using the code for DT cinemas gurgaon through bookmyshow. It says that the code is not valued for this venue. I went to the vodafone website and found that they have a link to book shows for DT cinemas using the tuesdays offer. It is powered by bookmyshow and of course it doesn't accept the code. So I wasted Rs 12 and still I have to pay for two tickets.
          Spoorthy stop sayin wrong. Accept i[censored] don't knw hw to avail the offer den why do jst vf is duping cust. I[censored] say u had sent sms as tueasday to 56789 the msg u rec is as follows : " Welcome to Vodafone Tuesday ! Enjoy BUY 1 GET 1 free offers every Tuesday. To get your mCoupon reply with TUESDAY M for Movies, TUESDAY F for food to 56789. Futher their service ad. " And 2nd thing there is no link to book show on VODAFONE SITE for any cineplex.
          i had a very bad experiance of vodafone tuesday bacause all refuse to provide the schmes of dis rubbish thing, specially f### d management of DOMINO (mmx)GAZIABAAD.f#### off domino...

            I have got the solution for this. I called at the Vodafone Customer Care, and I came to know that to again activate the account we need to recharge it with a minimum amount of Rs.200. This has to be done every 6 months in order to prevent suspension in future.

            I am an MNP (mobile no. portability) customer of vodafone (shifted from MTNL).
            I had submitted all the documents that were required when i shifted to vodafone ([protected]), in Jan-2011.
            Now, after 14 months, i get an sms from vodafone that i need to resubmit all the documents withing 24hrs, or my prepaid services will be disconnected.
            Firstly, this is is too much, too little time, as i was not in town.
            Secondly, why should i resubmit all the documents when I had fully complied with all their requirements in Jan-2011?

            Now, after 3 days, my pre-paid services have been stopped!!!

            This is a horrible way to treat a customer!!!
            My connection was suspended suddenly for no reason and then on trying the customer care 198 it was not getting connected and the response was 'Account Suspended' Thereafter I recharged my connection with 222 Rs still getting the same.

                As per Vodafone Mumbai's latest competetion - Pre due date competition, I tried & entered the contest by paying my bill before the due date (7 days earlier).

                As per the competition rules, I am supposed to sent a SMS as follows:

                “PDD I prefer paying my bills before due date as …….***
                SMS to toll free number: “4044”

                This SMS does not get delivered, neither do you receive any confirmation after that.

                I have read the terms & conditions of this contest & only in the terms they have specified to send message to the said number - 4044.

                I feel that Vodafone is only cheating their customers & in actual, there is no such offer!

                  This is Prashant Gala using your Vodafone Post paid number[protected] from the year 2005.I want to Complaint about the Fact that Vodafone Customer Care Department is very much a hopeless Department.I had gone to make a Payment of Vodafone Bill of Rs 2660 on 9th September 2007 through my Debit Card. Due to some technical reasons the Debit Card Machine haulted my Transaction & due to this i asked the Vodafone executive not to swipe my Debit Card again but he didnt listen to me & said sir there is no problem in our machine dont worry nothing wrong would happen. Due to his assuarance i signed the Confirmation Slip & walked out of the Vodafone store. Next day when i went to my ATM Centre to withdraw some money there was hardly any Balance left in my account & the reason behind it was that my Debit Card got swiped Twice with the amount of Rs 2660 on the Day of Transaction. When i visited that Vodafone Store again the executive refused to Credit me back that extra amount which was swiped twice, despite of showing him my Bank Account Statement in which it was clearly showing the amount getting swiped twice.Then i again went to my Bank & cross confirmed it with them but they said the amount had already being debited from account & they couldnt help me more in this. Sir now when almost Two years have been passed out fighting with Vodafone, Complaining with them several times i've come here for justice & i hope you will definately help me & look into this matter asap. I hope i would get the Credit back as it is not a small amount & it really matters to me as am a only Bread Earner to my family.

                        I have been trying to register online one vodafone.in with my postpaid account number [protected] but to no avail. I did this twice, I even got my password but when i tried registering my account said de-activated, I tried again but the website's enter button wont work!

                        Then I called customer care who registered on my behalf, I received my password. But now, when I try registering again, I provide my security answer that the customer care rep gave me, after dis again the enter button doesn't work on the site and there is no response. Such a huge company and can't have a functional website????

                        Registering on airtel site is sooo simple!!! on vodafone, first step is online, den call customer care, then receive sms and then again register wid password smsed to you online. Some ten steps in various mediums involved!!!

                          Dear sir,

                          I had a vodafone postpaid connection in january which i cancelled in April. I didnt got any postpaid bills on my correspondence address. I paid 2 months bill, when i got my due bill amount as a messege from vodafone. i lodged a complaint with them for providing me with the postpaid bill. and since i didnt got the bill still at my address, i witheld the due amount for march. i told them then also that i will pay my bill only when i get all the bills. they said they will be sending all the bills to my address. but since then, i havent got any bill from them, and not even a single call or reply from them. yesterday i have got a notice from the companies lawyer that i MUST pay the bill within 7 days or else legal action will be taken against me. but i cant pay my bills as i dont know how much i spend or where i spent all that usage of my vodafone bill.
                          please help me in this regard.

                            Dear Sirs, I am a Vodafone customer for the past 4 years. Though i have registered for DND with Vodafone as well as at NDNC, which is active, i continue to get unwanted calls/SMS's from external parties as well as Vodafone marketing. In view of this harassment, I have been asking Vodafone for deactivation of my connection, but they are doing the same. During the course of discussions with Vodafone, I was offered a number change free of cost on 16th June, and yesterday they have sent my bill for last month including changes of Rs. 250/- towards change of number. When contacted they are stating that the credit has been provided for the same and will reflect in my next month invoice.

                            When I need a deactivation of the connection I fail to understand why they are stating about next month invoice. I am tired of writing to the Corporate Relations team as well as speaking to the customer care team for getting my connection deactivated.

                            I have copies of the communication which I have had with Vodafone team. I have also stated very clearly to them that they need to furnish a fresh invoice for the previous month after removing the charges for number change, upon which I will be making the payment.

                            Can you take this up as a formal complaint and help me get this connection deactivated and get my security deposit refunded?. My details are given below:

                              I have submitted this request on 4st week of May(28th May 2009) along with photocopy of my 1) passport 2) voter’s card 3) PAC Card for verification purpose, and I do see that is not been processed and I m been charged for the period I have not used the service just because one of the associate of yours didn’t update the information in the system. Hence I dispute the charge laid on my account of 496/- rupees which is deducted from my credit card account.

                              I want you to revert that charges for the same – applicable 25th may onward ….

                              2nd instance. .. call made ([protected]) to 111 number on 06/16/09 at 01.25am which is not logged in the system – associate I had spoke was not professional and not clear at all. He failed to provide me any information I asked about – and upon ask for escalation to supervisor – or launching complaint against – keep my phone on hold for good 30 min for no reason – and I disconnected the same – dialed in 2nd time at about 2.16am spoke to Ishan - another representative of Vodafone - same thing even he refuse the launch complaint and he also inform that there is no information logged about the last call I made to 111-
                              According to my understanding – policies and procedure says that each and every call made by the customer is suppose to be logged in the account –please look in the matter and revert back for the same
                              I would like to know name of the person I spoke to first and I would like to be “cc” on feedback provided to the same associate

                              Vodafone mobile — Deactivation of postpaid connection

                              I had taken a Vodafone postpaid connection on February 23, 2010. I have been hardly able to use this connection for maximum two to three days during this period as the company has repeatedly deactivated my connection with a reason which seems completely illogical.

                              At the time of taking the connection, I had submitted all the necessary documents required and my connection was activated.

                              Then after two days my connection was deactivated stating that since I am planning to shift from my current residence, they cannot offer me this connection, though I have always informed them that currently I am staying at this residence only for which I had provided the address proof and the same was confirmed at the time of residence verification as well.

                              I am still staying at the same residence, and am really unable to understand why I am not able to use this service since the last 20 days almost for no fault of mine, and just because of some stupid executive of the company who does not understand that under KYC the current residence address proof is provided and the same is to be verified as per company's requirement and not the future residence of an individual, which in my case, is still undecided, I am not able to use my mobile phone for the last 20 days.

                              Would request everyone concerned for a speedy resolution as I desperately want mobile connection to be activated so that I can start communicating with people again.

                              I am a Vodafone Consumer from the past 2 years.
                              I currently hold a Vodafone No. [protected]. In the past 1 year i have been asked to resubmit my documents for verification again and again 4 times and i have did so. They constantly ask that because i currently hold a prepaid connection. Last week i began getting a pre-recorded announcement that i will have to deposit my documents again. I visited their store to submit. I would like to inform that the said number was in the name of my servant so this time i decided to transfer it into my name for all future purposes. The store executive refused to take the documents and instead said that i port my number. i requested to port my number but again vodafone care executive called and asked me not to port the number and submit the documents with a N.O.C. i did so on monday i.e 6/06/2011. Now its been a week now and my documents are not being updated. i keep trying customer care and they say that the store hasnt sent the documents but the store people out there says that they have already sent the documents, I am getting this pre-recorded announcement and also this is very inconvenient. Kindly help me.

                              I'm a vodafone customer since a very very long time and was happy with my prepaid connection.

                              But before few months vodafone agent called me up and convinced me to go for Postpaid and now currently it is giving me a hell lot of issues.

                              Where the bill is raising continuously month after month. Still I'm paying my bills regularly for every months.

                              Recently what did they do just block my network for 2 days and when asked said that it is above credit limit without notifying me.

                              Now when I say them I wanted to move back to prepaid they are saying its not possible now you have to wait for 6 months.

                              What kind of service this is and this is really frustrating for me just blocking my network. I will choose another provider if my matter is not sorted out in a quick time.

                                Sir,

                                I had already made a letter to your notice about mms. when vodafone didn't mention about in any of the advertisement. i call them many time. after complaining in this, they call me and told that this service only to vodaone and restricted to karnataka only. whereas they request me to check with my friends and all lost money in sending sms to me and vice versa.

                                now i change the hand set to nokia e 65. the problem which i face is that when the call is of 58 second, there is no problem vodafone will charge for one call. when it call is 59 seconds vodafone charges for 2 call charges. when i put other sim in my mobile there is no problem 60 seconds one call. earlier i didn't notice. now i contacted customer care the says that it is 1 min call.

                                third is that one re std pack. i charge once. no they started cutting about every month without my concern.

                                please serious looking into there may be so many other customer lost there in this ways.

                                  Me and three other friend of mine have taken vodafone postpaid connection at the same time. vodafone people had done thier address proof verification but not mine despite we are living in same flat...also they have stopped our services almost 4-5 times till now.We have subbmitted all the documents required still they are asking me to submit my address proof..Moreover call centre people did not response properly..

                                  Vodaphone network is not giving satisfactory services to clients and it seems complaints are taken down but no proper action is taken to rectifiy the faults in transmission / connectivity to clients.
                                  We are residents of Sec-53, in Noida and also work in Noida. I have a vodaphone prepaid connection and my husband has a post paid connection.For several days we are facing vodaphone connectivity problems with the network. I have lodged several complaints to 111, we were instructed at first to switch off the mobiles for 5 minutes and then restart our mobiles which we have been doing and still face the same problems.
                                  On Friday when I called 111 I was informed that there is a problem with the network which would be rectified, and a complaint registration number [protected] was sent to me via sms.
                                  It is no good having a mobile and vodaphone connection if we are not able to use the same. Most of our work is on the mobile and I have a lot of international incoming and outgoing calls to attend. Kindly let us know when this is going to be resolved if not we will have to discontinue the services of Vodaphone and since I work for a media company I shall put this complaint in the newspapers. SInce we are not getting any suitable help in this respect.

                                    The Vodafone company (Madhapur, Hyderabad) has offered a Fila Shoes coupon on booking a new postpaid connection and has taken Rs 300 extra for that and promised us that the coupon will be handed over at the time of first bill payment. But after paying the bill, they said the coupon is out of stock. and asked to come next week. Like that we went there atleast 10 times for the coupon but hear the same thing . They say they will do home delivery or Monday you can come and collect. But till now we have'nt received anything. Only waste of time and petrol. We have requested them to deduct the amount from our next bill. But they say they cannot.We've also requested to give the other coupoun of Provouge. But they said the same. Kindly give a solution. I am planning to go to the consumer court if this is not solved in the next one week time. KIndly help.

                                    I completely agree with you Roshan, same has happened with me at Mumbai.
                                    Vodafone's gift voucher (Reebok) is always out of stock and Rs. 300/- was a complete waste.
                                    Vodafone's tagline "Happy to Help" is false as none of their executives at vodafone store were Happy to help.

                                    They have our address to send the bill but they cant send the gift for which they have charged!!
                                    It is vodafone's duty to ask all the eligible customers about the gift voucher and they should generate some unique code over call/SMS.
                                    Why is customer liable to visit their Store for gift voucher? They have all the details and the confirmation can be asked by customer care executive. ID proof can be shown at the time of delivery.
                                    Vodafone is "Happy to Bug" customers!!

                                    I am going to discontinue vodafone no.

                                      Vodafone — unauthorised Deduction of Rs. 36/ from pre paid connection

                                      on 21 May I got a SMS from Co. tht my music station has been activated and Rs. 50 will be debited to my account. I on 22 May talk with the executive of vodafhone at 111 and asked him to give me detail of my request for activation but he refused to listen me and by that already Rs. 12 Debited from my pre paid bill, and by 5 june they debited Rs. 12/- more on two occassions. Whereas on the roof my home there is mostly full signal & I also selected my network selection manually. From my home 02 towers are situated at a distance of approx 1 to 1.5kms.

                                        sir yahan 8 kilo meter ke andar vodafone ka ek bhiTawer nahi hai ek saal pahle thik-thak kaam karta tha but ab kuchh bhi kaan nahi karta hai kahi kahi ek do point network rahta hai lagbhag bahut Sara grahak MNP kara liya hai airtel me aap se nibedan hai ki yahan ek Tawer dene ki kripa kare jameen yahan sarkaree or private dono bahut Sara hai bijali bhi 20 ghante rahta hai yahan grahakon ki bahut sankhiya hai plz sir.
