I am Vodafone Prepaid mobile service user since last 2 year. my mobile number is [protected]. I had activated Sms 34 scheme for 300 monthly sms free. Last month on the date of renewal I had receive a massage from Vodafone Company (144) that “we are happy to renew your SMS34 offer. No discounted rates on spl days. Send HOLIDAY to 111 for details. If you want to deactivate offer send CAN SMS34 to 144." and they had deducted total 34 Rs. from my account on dated 17 July 2009. Reply for the same I had follow the processors for deactivate the scheme and done the sms to the company. Socked to know that they had deactivated my sms scheme on that movement and they had not credited the amount to my account. I had complained to the customer care they had replied me that no refund will possible and also your scheme is deactivated. now my question is the company had deducted amount from my account advance before starting month and there after they send me the massage for deactivation, how can customer know that the amount is not refundable at the time of deactivation of the scheme, why company has not inform customer in advance before the date of renewal. ok now when customer had deactivate for further next coming month the scheme must be activate for the period of the charges deducted by the company from the customer's account.
plz refund me the same amount and do necessary action against the company.

Vodafone Prepaid — cheating officially

i have two connection i recharge both with 900rs card they are cutting different charges for both connection. this all mobile service company are basically cheating companies they are introducing different cheating schemes. to cheat their customers.
there should be some mechanism to check this type of legal frauds.

Dear Sir/Madam
My self Mr.Kumar Kalp Taru(from Chandni Chowk)
I have been using a vodafone number since ten years ([protected]),but no any services providing from company side and i am facing lots of problem due to receive lots of service massage and unwanted calls form company side,but in my area here is no any walking customer care for make any complaint or if i do a call in customer care they has charged from my balance,Kindly do a need full action for this.

    After receiving a flash message about Rs. 300 recharge scheme in which I should get Rs. 350 of talk time, I've recharged my mobile. But after recharging with Rs. 300 (Easycharge/Online) I got a talk time of Rs. 141.99 only. Now I feel like cheated.
    What does this mean ?
    They are sending flash messages with wrong information. This is really shameful.

    This is a request to please look into this issue. Details are given below.

    Vodafone — Easy Recharge for 300!

    I have recharged for 300 on 19-Jul-2009. I have got the talk time for rs 141 only. I think the offer has been stopped on that date. In that case I should have received a message saying recharge unsuccessful. Instead it said to pay rs 300 to the retailer. I lost the excess amount.

    I've recharged with 32 rupees easy recharge and got only .93 paise talk time
    i recharged chota recharge with 25 rupees but i got only .32 paise talk time.

      I want to infrom you company when i purchased this no [protected] at swartgate bas stand from your distributor mr shayam his no is [protected] or his shop no is [protected] when i bought this no he told me this is Ganesh Uthsav card is life time validity card in this card that time was having balance 1000 talk time also 1000 sms free but he didnt inform me after six months will reacharge atleast 200 rs within six months.
      Now want to infrom to vodafone what was mistake you had done when i have purchased is no [protected] in the card kit in no was is different and no was is [protected] that time i was in surat and when i bought no and dealer told me no is active within 2 and 3 hours that time me was hurry for bas and leave from there and he insure me no is active within some hours next day i called him my no is not active he didnt understand why no was not active and he send me at vodafone store in surat and was talk with MISS MISTU her no is [protected] she is working in vodafone store she know all matter you want to confrom with her regarding this matter even she also not understand why no is no active in system no was show active but when was insert sim card in handset thn i got in instructions no was soff your vodafone excutive not get any idea about this what happened this no. becouse in your system no was active all services are active. You know after 3 weeks your excutive got in kit no was different was on is [protected] in this sim card becouse of your vodafone i was suffer 3 to 4 weeks and that time your exutive gave me promise if in future i have any problem they will help out that excutive name is mr chetan his no is [protected]. i have wrote all details in this mail when i was suffer this problem you will conform them all people. So one mistake was done vodafone and by mistake from me .me not recharge no next time i remeber will not done mistake. As per talked with your customer care before 3 days they told me send my identification documents at vodafone office i already send all document So reactive my no as soon as possible .. and contact with me i am waiting for you reply

      Vodafone — Mistake by vodafone system and customer suffers

      Sir/Madam,
      there are 3 vodafone post-paid connections registered under my name. Now what happened was there was bill generated for my vodaphone No.[protected] on 28.2.2010 of Rs.2445 which was paid by me on 9.03.2010 by cheque of Rs.2445. But according to their system they took that payment against bill generated by them on 28.3.2010 of Rs. 1526 credited my account. Now according to their system they say that your bill is pending and due to which they have deactivated my phone no. [protected] which was carried by my dad when he was travelling to borada my dad is senior citizen so I asked him to carry that phone. Currently I am suffering from jaundice and I am under total bed rest for one month. When I called customer care centre I was told by senior person of billing department with the name salman Kulavle that “we can do anything you need to make the payment then only we can start your services.”

      My track record bill payment is also good for which they had offered me dynamic creditlimit of Rs. 15500.00

      my point is what was my fault in this entire situation. I had already made the payment against the bill which was showing due according to their system. They deactivated my no for which I have cleared all the bills and which was carried by my senior citizen dad and mom while they were travelling out of station. I also told them ok fine if I have not paid the bill then deactivate the number for which I have not paid you can’t deactivate my Vodaphone No in which there is no Dues. Situation is like ‘if am hitting to some person then police is arresting my wife and not me.’ And they forced me to make the payment of that bill and now there is credit balance in my vodaphone No. [protected].

        I am Joy Deb Adhikari a postpaid customer of Vodafone and my mobile number is [protected]. I am an Consultant by profession so am have to relay heavily on my phone. I am using Rs 444 talk plane my normal bill will be in between Rs 3000/- to Rs 4000 and my Credit limit is Rs 7, 600/- . But due to not paying my May bill, Vodafone temporary cut my connection on 10 June. I paid my bill on 13th July of Rs 2100/- out of Rs 2500/- but still Vodafone doesn’t activated my connection, at that time customer care executive (Vodafone) told me that connection will be activated within 24 hours.. But after 2 days connection is not activated when I inquire customer care executive told me that I have to pay my this months bill also to activated. My normal bill paying date is 27 July without fine and my credit limit is Rs 7, 600/-. But it’s till 19th July Vodafone didn’t activation my connection and due to that I am lose some Rs 80, 000/- to Rs 1, 00, 000/- weekly. Now I want compensation of Rs 50, 000/- fromVodafone and emendated activation to my connection.

The number was then converted into postpaid every month i getting out standing bill amount is too much i try to reach out to customer care but there is no response as soon as possible and reply me.otherwise i will disconnect the service and i am using this connection above 10 yrs

          i m a tv jurnalist and user of vodaphone since three years
          but accidentlay i have loss my old number because i was a postpaid user
          and that time i was out of city so i have got i new pripaid sim from lucknow city but
          sicnce 10 days that outgoing service is barred .i have phoned many time the retailer
          whose give me the new sim aftenr ten days he have gave me a number [protected]. i have called this person but
          this man is talking very ruadly and say that he cant do anything he have also give a new number that is [protected]

          I have purchased a Vodaphone prepaid sim a week back, submitted the proof of my residence but still my connection has not yet activated and i cannot make any calls nor receive. If you receive such service paying money in exchange then it is worth switching to other operators. There is no prompt service.

          I understand nothing is going to happen on this so called complaint forum but just thought of checking whether it also works or not ..i am sure it does not.
          Reliance Mobile reduced my prepaid amount 2 times by sending news SMS to my mobile without my permission & after complaining to Relience webworld they did not returned the amount back.

          Vodafone — Scrap network

          I am Balakrishna K P. I am using this Bull vodafone from past 1 year.I am currently staying in Vijay nagar, Bangalore-79 which is referred to as heart of the city. My problem is when i go inside my house i don't get any signal and my phone is like dead. Sometimes even outside my house calls get disconnected. This is really scarppy service. I have decided to change my service provider(Don't have patience anymore ).
          Cannot send sms for the past one week, call up the customer care service vodafone but they couldn't solve the problem instead blame on the handset and message setting (my handset is in good condition)worst they hang up the phone on the customer.customer care is to undersand the problem of the customer and provide an input to solve the problem.I blame the network service which is very poor, sometime cannot even find connection in the heart of the city-very disappointed customer [protected].

          Am trying to call the customer care but am unable to reach the customer care in time . Vodafone service is always shows not reachable or network busy when ever we call the opposite party . Now finally it came to customer care . you are having the facility to pay the bill online and if same happens again in last day to make the payment we wont be able to pay the amount in time, and you will charge the amout of 100 in next bill for us . Why should we have bare the charge for the poor service rendered by your side . When we are trying to reach customer care its not reachable, we people are calling only to know about your product and service only, not for time pass . Even if it got connected it takes 3 minutes to connect to Executive which leads to more frustration to the caller . Kindly look in to the mail, and try to solve the problem rather than taking the money from us .
          I have a prepaid Vodafone number [protected]. For the past 10 days I am not getting the call charge detail (which is by default) after each of the call that I make. Hnce there is no clue to the balance amount in my account. This problem was reported to the Customer care centre in Nasik one week back. I was promised the corrective action in 48hrs. But even after a week this problem has not been attended. Today when I met the Customer care centre; they expressed inability to help me out in this matter. I do not know how to get this service reinstatd for my account.
          Hi, My name is Punit Sahay from Bangalore my vodafone number is [protected]. Vodafone provides poor service to customer. I have exprienced it. I have made a complaint regarding my call in the month of October 2008 that I was not able to make call to my parents number due to network problem.

          Whenever I make call to [protected], I get the message that this number is not in use or number error however if I make call from other service provider, there is no problem at all.

          I requested Vodafone that please investigate about this issue however there is same response that they can not do anything because number is not in use however its not correct.

          I tried with some few other Vodafone number however no one is able to make call to my parents number through Vodafone network.

          So I can conclude that Vodafone Service is scrap. I wasted my lots of time while talking to Vodafone executive.

          Hutch was good...VODAFONE IS WORST.

          whan i called custumer care on the same day[protected] wednesday at around 10.pm)about the said matter, they said we cant do any thing about and cut the line.the one of them also said that your n. is barred due to in sufficient documents. i asked how it is possible when i am using this service from one year . I called three times, all in vein.
          it was some important information which i had sent.i lost a lot due to that.
          i want to book the complaint againest that persons whachn cut my line when i was calling.

          i have a vodafone number and for past one month i am facing the network problem in the office area where i work.i have lodged the complaint with vodafone authorities. they say that it would take furhter 15-20 days for tower repair. meaning i would have to face the inconvinience of calling up the customer ( there by increasing my landline bill) whenever they call to me on my mobile. more over the road is under repair for which landline is having crackling noise and cross connection ( complaint lodged with MTNL) so my business would suffer for all this days. vodafone would charge me regular monthy bill eventhough the repair would take 20 days. it is totally unjust. i hold 3 number of vodfone for my business. i think they dont need me as customer.
          I have taken 2sim cards from vodafone agent and he taken Rs.600 advance and he given receipt and for verifeicatation time I was not there at my house Once again
          I asked to come again but nobody was visited and not called also simply they are disconecting my 2lines and I visited to vodafone store again thyes said we will send person to again for verification with in a week but no body was visited. Again I was visited to vodafone store I requisted to cancelled 2connections I asked mony back they said after 15days we will give a cheque.
          After 15days I visited again they said after 40 days we will give you.after 40days again I visited one more
          employee said actually procedure we are giving 60days after cancell the sim card again visited again they said after 90days after 90days I visited to Vodafone store we will sending mail to our sales corp pepole we will sending your mony to your address but till now I am not received amount.I was paid Rs.300 for 2sim cards total Rs.600.they giving very poor service and no prosidure no clarity.

          I([protected]) have been complaining from 12/04/2009 to vodafone custumer care stating that I am not able to call my parents that is a land line of Orissa phone no is[protected] soro std code).Since 1 & half month i have been facing this problem that whenever i call this number its showing a wrong no or number is not in use.But till date the problem not been rectified, your custumer care people telling withen 24 hours it will be shorted out since 1& half month, but nothing happening.
          please look into the matter other wise i have to change the server to AIR TEL OR BSNL.Because when i call from any other server call is going.

          Any problems i would suggest you walk in to your local vodafone office and sort it out with the manager directly.That should help Faster./
          I took a connection from vodafone Trivandrum. The Executive told me if the connection should not go negative, first, the verification should be cleared. so i waited for 4 days for the verification process and 2 days for Activation process from the date of verification. Even since the verification was done before the activation process my connection was cut Why?? Is this the right service given to a customer. this was expected from vodafone Essar.           i got my bill in first month.after that i am not getting bill.and one bill is collected by me on the time of payment.

If your are unable to solve our problem with in 4 Days than Sorry to say that we will stop using Vodafone connection & we will go with another connection.

          I am using blakberry service on my Vodafone number but the service is extremely poor. Many times I am not able to send/receive mails. Also I am not able to log in to the messangers. Vodafone is still charging me for the same. when I call help lin they ask me to hardboot my handset( remove battery & simcard and install again). But this is not possible everyday and even they agree that some upgradation is oing at their end and will not be able to provide normal service for few days. So whay make customer pay for that period?

          Sir, I am using vodafone number( [protected] ) for the past 2 years. Just 2 months before i got the call from Vodafone regarding the address proof submission. For this task, they disable the incomming call numbers, Then I submitted the proofs in Chennai Vodafone Center (new Joyalukkas at T-nagar) on last Saturday(23.10.2010). They told, this is out of chennai, so it will be processed within 2 days, after that the incomming call numbers will be displayed. Till now it is not displayed. To day(after five days from the submission) they disabled my numbers for the Receiver.

          I want to know what is going on, tell me.
          Nowdays in market lot of service providers are there with more features.
          take immeadite action, Otherwise I will choose some other Servive Provider.

First they cut my caller Id services , next they charge me unnecessarily even though i have activated low rate calls and recently a new way they came out with in which they have blocked me from recieving any messages.

          Seriously, if someone is taking this complaints resposibily then do something about it.

          I would like to bring to your kind notice the poor service/support being followed by VODAFONE Telecom and I am the victim for the last 7 days since I got my number converted from postpaid to prepaid.

          I got my vodafone number([protected]) converted from postpaid to prepaid on 20th January, 2011
          i went to vodafone store at new delhi rohini sector-3 branch and asked one of the executive named AKHIL to do the process for me. and he told me that my prepaid number will be activated within 2 days i.e before 21st midnight but it wasn,t and then i again went there on 23rd jan and then the same executive AKHIL told me that my simm will be activated by evening.
          but its still not yet been activated

          i request you to take some serious action against him as my number is not working from past 5-6 days and facing many kinds of problems due to that.

          Myself Jagabandhu parui, i am using Vodafone provider Sim, last more than month they are sending countless flash message & i contacted them several time to their customer care they simply misguided & even they are that much stupid sure they even dnt know how to stop that they firstly told me they can stop from their system but its takes 24 hours,& when not stop that i contacted them they told i have to stop that from my mobile as they instructed me &i did that too but wont stop, then again next day i contacted them they told 1st process & wait for me 24 hours & after that time again contacted them they told 2nd process & lastly i withs to talk their senior they told pleas hold the line,thats fine & the hang on me more than 40 mints & not pick up my phone or you can say just observing my patience. after that i disconnect that & then i am going to contact their com plane cell number 198 & talk with them & they listen & told me he going to connect with their senior & same trying to hang on phone & as usual no one responding me. after that when ever i am trying o reach 198 i dnt know some how i cant connect them.
          so i am facing this drama last 27th February , & i m in kolkata if i am facing this problem so what about rest of others....!!!!!! & its really matter of shame as i am using mobile phone 1998 when it was [command ] in india then hutch then voda & today i think they are going to worst provider.

          1) please tell your customer care executive behave & attitude properly, its possible everyone know everything s but at-least be a human being we at-least expect some good attitude/behave from them.
          2) & always remember its Not US or UK, its simply India & i am expressing myself here. so our most of the people dnt know this procedure too, so just imagine how they got harassed /misguided from your peoples !!!

          Have contacted vodafone care 3 times today ie:- 11/04/11 regarding blackberry services provided on number [protected]. It was discontinued and at the same time vodafone TV was deactivated but the deduction of amount already done. It is still not rectified. I am very disappointed with the vodafone services.
          I am one of the customer of "Vodafone" suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.

          I Submit an application for migration of my postpaid connection to prepaid on 9th April. Last month bill was paid on that day only. they told me that it will be activated in 2 days. i got a message that vodafone exe will contact me on tue eve. but even after 5 days i got no call. in between my husband went there 2-3 times. they said it will be activated today EOD. but....

          After 5 days on 13th April when my husband went there, they asked them to pay my pending bill. dont know of what. and assure that no. will be activeted till evening.

          after paying that also, my no is not migrated. in meantime i was not able to make any call from my voda no.

          i called customer care to ask the status on 13th eve, they told me ur request has been cancelled as u havent paid the pending amt (even after paying pending amt).

          i called respective person on 14th April to whom i have submitted application forms. he again said 'aaj sham tak ho jayega.' then i cross questioned him ki kaise ho jayega, req is cancelled. he said 'i will raise the req again'

          my question is what was he doing for one day.
          why didnt he informed me that u have pending amt, u have to pay it otherwise ur req can be cancelled.

          the main question is what was he doing for 7 days.

          after that i decided to complaint this to senior most person of vodafone. i took Ashish's (some manager) from cust care and called hime many time in a day. his assitant told me he will call u b4 4. and after waiting till 4 i am writing this.

          this is not 1st experience with voda. i have activated a service for some time. and sent a message to deactivate it. i got confirmation message from voda.
          but they charged me rent for that service. when i comoplained thsi vodafone center and showed sms as proof, they told me it will get deducted from next bill. but for next 4-5 month no deduction was done. after visiting voda 4-5 times i get fade up.

          I am using Vodafone just becoz of it network availability. but i am afraid i need think over this now.

          Same migration issue is happening with my husbands no. atleast i got prepaid sim on same day. they got it after 4 days.

          YOURS 198 CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES ARE UNABLE TO CONNECT OF [protected]. SO SUFFERING HUGE PROBLEM .PLS SOLVE IT.
          1. I had reported a sim card loss on 20th Aug'11 at around 11.00am. I was told by Vodafone's call center executivce that I would be receiving the sim card immediately if I visit the Vodafone store or they can courier it within 48hours.
          2. I opted for visiting the Vodafone store and collecting the duplicate sim card. I was told that I would have to take only a photo id to get a duplicate sim card. I went to the Vodafone store but I was told that i had to get a photograph too. Since I was not carrying it, the executive at the store told me that he will keep the form ready and all I have to do is come later and handover the photograph and get the duplicate sim card in 10mins.
          3. I went back to the store at around 6:10pm, and handed over the photograph to the same executive. I noticed that he had not filled up my form. After I complained to him, he passed on my form to another executive who was handling a customer. After making me wait for 45mins, I was told that they cannot give me the sim card since their server had some technical problem. Because of the poor service I chose not to visit the Vodafone store again
          4. On Tuesday 23rd Aug'11, I raised a request through their Call-center executive for couriering the duplicate sim card to my billing address. I was committed by them that it would take 48hrs for them to deliver the sim card. Till Thursday evening (25th Aug'11) I had not received the sim card. I called up their call center executive again and complained about it. They asked me to wait for another 24hrs and it would be deilvered to my billing address. As of 29th August'11, I have not received my duplicate sim card inspite of making another complain on Saturday (27th August'11) where their Customer Care manager had committed that I would receive the card by Sunday evening.

          I am surprised that after being your customer for the past many years you'll have difficulty in delivering my sim card.
          Before switiching over to ebill, the Vodafone bill used to diligently get delivered to my current billing address.
          Also, from the time I have been speaking to your executives and Customer care Manager, none of them seemed to ask for the billing address.
          Vodafone charges its customer additional payment for late payment of the mobile bills. I am wondering as to how much should I charge Vodafone for not being able to deliver a duplicate sim card for the past 7 days when they commit to deliver it within 48hours.           Your service has been pathetic and I find MTNL providing better service in comparison to you. Atleast they set the right expectation

          Vodafone — Balance deduction via activating service without any request

          Vodafone has activated Voice chat service on my number without my any request to them.
          When i called customer care there was no proper response from them and they said me that there will be no balance refund because this request is made by you by dialing 123.
          i'm ready to submit my cellphone if they want and if they don't want to take pain of checking my call details.
          Such practices of deducting balance was not expected from vodafone at all.
          I never see my balance too, dont know how much such balances they have deducted till now.
          Want a solution from them and my money back. Will like to suggest them to improve their customer care executives they are of no use.
          I have ported my Airtel no [protected] into Vodafone postpaid connection. At the time of porting I submitted my ration card as address proof in which my father is the head.Vodfafone, without any objection port my number in to prepaid scheme. But after 2 months, when I found the prepaid plan quiet costly, then I visit Vodafone store addressing Nehru Ground, Faridabad to migrate my number from postpaid to prepaid connection. But it was not beneficial for Vodafone to migrate the plan from postpaid to prepaid so they started to tease me. First they refused to accept the authorization letter ,which I gave to my brother to submit the documents on my behalf ,and gave excuse that the person on whose name the connection is ,have to represent himself to sigh the documents, But the fact is that I confirmed ir from Vodaone Customer care to do the same and they replied that anybody can submit the documents if he has authorization letter. Again when I self visited the store, Vodafone again refuse to accept ration card as address proof and again gave excuse that it was against TRAI guidelines but the fact is that if I have to migrate from prepaid to postpaid They demand no formalities. This was just to restrict me from switching postpaid connection to prepaid connection. The attitude of Vodafone executives was very rude and unfriendly. When I told them to complete the other formalities and give me the CIF form,on which my signature is mandatory, They again refuse to give me CIF and again excused that it was against company policy to give CIF form to customer and told me that taking CIF form outside the store is not allowed, but the fact is that the same is uploaded on Vodafone Website. Moral of the story is that they do their best to restrict me from switching from postpaid connection to prepaid connection. Such a shameful act by Vodafone executives.

          Something is majorly wrong with their process. They should provide each applicant with an acknowledgement of documents submitted which the applicant can use to refute their system.

          In April 2011 I bought 2 post paid SIMs with credit card authorisation and the gallery forgot to file those and I was charged a penalty amount for not paying my bill on time. On 18 Jan I ported my wife's no, a doctor, from Loop Mobile to Vodafone (my 5th vodafone post paid connection- four in my name and the fifth in my wife's) and submitted the porting form, new app form, self certified copies of passport and PAN with the same address as the billing address, UPC code, credit card authorisation, previous bills from Loop mobile showing clear balances on 18 Jan. Today someone visited for verification and yet on 3 hours was disconnected for want of documents. Worse was the attitude of the help centre operators who wwre very dismissive and assumed we were in the wrong and refused to cosndier anything but the need for us to revist the centre with a fresh set of docs. When I spoke to the corp account supervisor, he at least got the no temp acitivated - which none of the others I spoke to could consider and indeed told me was not possible even when informed it was a doctor's no.

          I got my father to visit the gallery and someone there checked and reverted that the documents had been forwarded and seem to have been rekected for reasons unknown but could be signature mismatch and need to resubmit the documents at the gallery. Given someone else's experience in this site, not sure that will guarantee me continued service.

          Happy to help is a very inappropriate brand promise for vodafone- pure hype- no delivery. I am now looking at moving all my 5 post paid SIMs with total revenues of about 80,000 pa to some other provider and want to spread the word of Vodafone's poor service.

AFTER ALMOST ONE WEEK A MESSAGE HAS COME THAT UR BEING CHARGED RS.3 PER DAY TO USE SOME SERVICE AND MY FULL BALANCE IS OVER. NOW I AM NO WHERE. NEITHER I AM ABLE TO CALL NOR INTERNET USE. SO AFTER FRUSTRATION I HAD BROUGHT ONE IDEA SIM AND USING INTERNET. NOW MY QUESTION IS ONCE I AM UNABLE TO CALL ANY WHERE THEN HOW THE SERVICE IS ACTIVATED FOR BALANCE DEDUCTION . HENCE TTHIS COMPANY IS LOOTING THE INDIVIDUALS AND THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FOREVER. SO MUCH SO I HAVE ALREADY SET MY MIND TO GO TO THE COURT AGAINST THIS COMPANY AS MY INTERNET PACK TIMIING IS GOING TO BE OVER IN A WEEK BUT PRACTICALLY I HAVE NOT USED IT. HENCE THIS TYPE OF FRAUD MAY BE DEALT SEVERELY SO THAT THIS TYPE OF NUISANCE CAN BE AVOIDED. PLEASE ACTION

            Your request for the deactivation wont be addressed so easily by Vodafone people. I have been using Vodafone for last 11 years and struggling a lot to deactivate such services. They activate it on your connection without your permission and you will come to know about it only once you refer to your magical bill. For my connection, they have first activated DOWNLOAD, I followed with them for 2 months and as soon my struggle ended, they activated VODAFONE LIVE and then I again struggle for 3-4 months to deactivate it...none of their staff (customer care people or even the support people at Vodafone store) have right to take back (or deactivate) any of such services. Last month, finally it got deactivated and so this month again they have activated GPRS...bcoz of it I have received Rs.2000 excess bill . Now, I have again started my same process...may be in next 3-4 months, I will ensure to deactivate it. You guys enjoy!!!

            I have been using Vodafone for last 2 years . They activated GPRS connection without my permission and Rs 1253.77 was charged in my bill on a/c of mobile internate charges on september 2015 bill. I had complaint them, the had also adjusted the same amount. I had also requested them on 19.10.2015 to deactivated the GPRS services on the same date they ensured me that the GPRS services will be deactivate in my mobile, but stil it is activate and they have charged Rs 536.84 in my bill. Today again I have complaint but they inform me that GPRS services still activate and charges will be paid the same.

            I am requested you to deactive my GPRS service and remove unjustified bill which is not mine.

                hello friends, i got 1st two e-mails but being a law student and cyber law diploma holder, i knew about such frauds being going on through internet, and this person whatevr his name has done criminal offence of breach of trust and fraud which are punishable under Indian penal provisions, what is required is to take proper and prudent step in this regard. don't panic.

                  I had a Vodafone Corporate account ([protected]) till the time I was aemployed with my previous organization. I had resigned on Feb 3, 2009. In Feb 2009 I therefore called customer service(on Feb 11, 2009) and requested for a permanent deactivation of the account as I had resigned and was switching to an Airtel connected provided by my organization. Customer service confirmed that the number will be permanently deactivated and that I should just destroy the sim card. Post that I had paid the relevant outstanding on the account by the due date, destroyed the sim card and ended the relationship with Vodafone.

                  On 28th June after returning from a week long vacation out of Gurgaon, I was surprised to get a Vodafone invoice (# [protected] Dated 15.06.09) for Rs. 7108.59 with a due date of July 3rd.
                  The invoice showed that there were extensive calls including STD and ISD that had been made from the account in the months of May and June'09!

                  On the same day, I immediately called customer service to highlight the discrepancy and lodge a fraud/dispute case. I was connected to Kulwinder from the Retention team. I was shocked to hear what he said about the account. The key points that he mentioned are mentioned below.

                  He said the account was temporarily disconnected on Feb 11, 2009 (and not permanently deactivated as I had asked. He could not give a reason for this discrepancy).
                  He the conveyed that someone claiming to be ME, called up on 11th April and asked for reactivation of the account. His request was turned down at that time.
                  The person again called and spoke to the retention team on 17th April and asked for the reactivation.
                  On 15th May, the person went to the main Vodafone outlet at Rajiv Chowk and submitted all paperwork including address proof, ID proof etc claiming to be Sayantan Mukherji i.e. ME and his documents were accepted at the store!
                  Subsequently a new sim card was issued to him and the account has been again in use till then!

                  Kulwinder's attitude firstly was extremely curt, hovering around rude. He was constantly referring to me as if I was at fault. He did not even lodge a dispute case and was not even agreeing to a request to deactivate the account. It was only when I gave him a piece of my mind that he disconnected the number and again, only temporarily ( Deactivation ticket # [protected]).

                  I have written to Vodafone as well. They have finally provided in writing that they have disconnected the number but have still not resolved the dispute in my favour and have rather asked to pay up the full outstanding.

                  Request you to please look into my case. Vodafone should be pulled up for negligence of services and causing harassment & pain to me!

                    i had purchased a vodafone prepaid card from pune bharti vihar .i had furnished pan card and serving certificate on 6 /7/09.on 9/07/09 my out going calls were debarred stating non receipt of documents .on 10 i resubmitted the serving certificate ith a photo proof .till date i.e.17 the phone is not activated .on contacting the dealer they said they have submitted the forms while the customer care says they havent recieved the documents .what should i do?repeated inquires are waste of time .i think airtel would b a better option now .any other suggestions

                      Vodafone — disconnetion of caller tune

                      I am fed up with their caller tune unwanted calls which will disturbs in between any important meetings and iritates us sometimes. I am using the vodafone prepaid connection and my no is [protected] and this time reducusely I was very busy in with my customer meeting at the same time i have received their prerecorded caller tune call and even after my disconnecting the call they have autometically installed the caller tune on my cell and deducted the caller tune charges from my prepaid account which is totally rediculous.

                      I want my deducted balance to be credited back asap as this is totally unacceptable.

                        I was in Mumbai and number belongs to Mumbai Circle.

                        Since I am using this number for Business purpose i am very serious on the output.

                        Already Vodafone has lot of network problems in Pune and other rural cities.

                        I am chasing them in writing since a year for MCA services but the are saying MCA services are not available in roaming.. Horrible how come this will work. what is the use of this paid services then. I am in Pune now in Maharashtra circle and having lot of VI network issues and loosing many important call. Still i adjusted that, but requested them to atleast send me message so I can call back to my caller.

                        But no response from them..

                        Important point is that, I have another number in Airtel with same mumbai circle and they are sending messages for missed calls. How?

                        Now next i will approach to TRAI for this..

                        Another chitting approach, or their software fault, they were charging me twiCe in every month for more than 1 year may be. It's stopped when I noticed them.
                        Said will refund extra paid.. but no track of account or no summary email communicated to me.

                          I have been using my vodafone connection my no--[protected], i used recd all sorts of info about diff promos, thru sms & calls I recd a caller tune call and with out pressing any botton my caller tune gets activated.
                          I spk to the call center executive Name: Mr Madhu, & Some body called Mr Mondol they said that i have pressed activations key so that is why its got activated, More over these callers tunes r fully IVR voice they r not agree to listen to my words as i told them that there might be a technical prob they said no, as they r not willing to faith or rely on my face value. My question is how long these MNC will continue there mal practises & we r consumer harresed & there is no body to hear our complain.
                          Rqst you to look into the matter on urgent basis ASAP.

                          I too had the same problem... they send the caller tune messages through IVR and have a system that automatically picks the service without a sanction from the customer and then blame you... anyways law of karma of wrong doings spares no one. It is sad that cheating and malpractices as such are existent today by this big names. If they have a service they have their activation rules to be sent on certain number, then why send voice messages and activate it from their end?

                            Dear Sir
                            I was using mobile no[protected], & at that time i was not able to pay the bill, & they have dissconected connection, i cound not able to pay the bill at that time and i left the job at that
                            momvent, and i joined the other co., that is Transcity Developers, in the month of March-09, here
                            for salary i am having target, & iam not reaching my target from the first month that is the reason
                            i couldnt pay the mobile bill no[protected], but now the people from Vodafone they giving harriesmint
                            to me.
                            I hope you do need full to me about this, i will pay the bill but i want time to pay it.

                              This is regarding the Ticket number [protected] created long back from the mobile number [protected]. As we are residing in the KSP Residency, Green Gardens, Saibaba Temple Road, Kundanahalli Gate, Munnekolala, Bangalore 560037, and there are no Vodafone mobile phone network signals since more than 1 year, we have raised plenty of requests on the same. I would like to share all the Vodafone numbers getting issue from this Network Signals, please find them below. We indivisually raised many requests to the Vodafone, and we are tired to fight with Vodafone to get it resolved. As per the next step, we would like to close all the Vodafone connections we have in our apartment, if still there is no response. Here are the list of Vodafone connections with in our apartment.

                              i am mehboob harlapur residing at azad nagar belgaum and there are no Vodafone mobile phone network signals since more than 1year i would like to close my Vodafone connection b coz ur network is very poor i was complained one year before there is no response
                              Its really surprising that 4m past one yr u r having problem and u r still using the connection. r u all still in this age or in lambretta era.
                              i am vinay naveen puli residing at HBR layout Banglore and there are no Vodafone mobile phone network signals in my house i would request u to construct a tower or do the needful b coz ur network is very poor i have complained there was no response idea was poor before now its very good...
                              We also stay in the same area - Saranya Enclave, Green Garden LYT, Saibaba Temple Road, Munnekolala, Kundalahalli gate, Marathahalli, Bangalore-37. Vodafone has become worst and we always see 'Emergency calls only' or 'No service' all the time. It has become worst from last 1 year. My# [protected]

                                    I have a retail counter in gwalior morar that name is monish communication. i start retail the vodafone sim on 2-3 months. But your distributer are not give response in any decision. he not give the lapoo sim, and the saler of your company comes only first time when he sold me some sim again he no visit in my shop. I return my customer due to lack of recharge balance & sims.Today your company repotated in M.P. So in future i shaw in best company of the country. please take a right action about that.

                                      I am vodafione customer. My number is [protected].At Mar-10-2009 I send request for starting DND service at this number([protected]) at (START DND) 1909 (toll free number).In response Vodafone give me a registration number [protected] and tell me that your query shall be responded by Apr-15-2009.
                                      But still I am receiving marketing SMS and calls. I lodged two complaint in Vodafone customer care regarding to this problem. But yet he has not given any solution regarding to this problem.
                                      Please help me regarding to this problem. Thank you.

                                      I have been receiving unwanted marketing call & sms on regular basis inspite of being registered twice on DND - Do Not Disturb facility provided by vodafone, have informed them about the issue time & again & nothing has been done to address the issue. There is no ZERO customer focus & no ears to complaints.

                                      Vodafone — Unsolicited marketing calls and SMS

                                      Unwanted marketing calls selling personal and home loans. this despite number in Do not call registry and also having warned earlier about such calls. Once a complaint is made these calls / SMS do not come for some time and they start after some cool off period. is there no way to destroy this menace? the latest is call from[protected] selling loans from Fullerton India. Some SMS giving information on unwanted products or services. the latest number is[protected]. these desptie the fact that my number is not registered in any commercial website or organisation. this means that the mobile operator / staff have sold these numbers to marketing agencies.
                                      I am Vodafone customer. My number is [protected] my mobile registered in DND. but unwanted marketing sms still receiving.

                                      Called on 1909 but Vodafone customer care not give me any grantee to stop all kind of marketing sms They don't give any solution.

                                      I called the sender stop all sms the but there site no any apology.

                                      Please help me regarding to this problem. Please stop all marketing sms and call.

                                        I Mrs.Rashmi Shah own the following two Vodafone nos

                                        I had purchased the cell no [protected] from your dealer M/s. M.R.Systems and Devices from the sales person Mr.Raj Parikh on 11 June 2009. the cell number was activated on thew 12th June 2009 itself but was disconnected on the 10th July 2009.
                                        the reason for disconnection as quoted by your customer care on 111 is that the documents have not been submitted to us.

                                        As such i would like to ask Vodafone Essar Ltd. the following questions;

                                        1.How come the cell number was activated without the documents being submitted?

                                        2.How was that the bill for usage was sent to me without the company having documents?

                                        3.Why was i not intimated that the documents have not been submitted before disconnection my cell no?

                                        I had purchased the second number for muy business needs but needless to say due to this abrupt and uncalled for; disconnection of service I have made a loss amounting to thousands not to mention the embarrasment caused by the same.
