[Resolved]  Vodafone — Disgusting Services

I dont know whether this is the problem with only one Vodafone Store that I have been visting for the past 3 months or it is with entire Vodafone Customer Care Services. This is the most disgusting and pathetic customer care service I have come across.
First I wanted to get my number tranferred and for that I went to submit the documents 3 times to Vodafone Store in Aundh, Pune. Everytime i went there with documents i was told to get one more new document and finally when all the documents were accepted I was told that my number will be tranferred within 10-12 days. But after one month when it still dint get change and i went to check out with the store, the simply aweseom guys over there told me that my request have not been raised yet and documents were lying somewhere deep down in the pile of garbage. Again i was told that due to changed policies I will have to submit few more NEW Documents. Next time I went there on Saturday with all the complete documents and they asked me to come on Monday to sumit the document as the documents might get lost !!! I also wanted to get a temporarily suspended number activated again and for that gave the application. It had to be activated within 24hrs. But as I was sure o[censored]selss and good for nothing work of Vodafone so i told them 10 times that its urget to get this number activated ASAP and I was assured it will be done. Next day when as expected from Vodafone it dint get activated so i called them up and askd wot the hell was their problem now, they told me "No request has been raised for it yet"
Now guys plzzzz tell me what to do with this Vodafone Store and the customer care services. No written complaint on Vodafone's website is addressed. I have got 2 Vodafone numbers and I am planning to change it at the very first chance i get. Plz never in life take Vodafone number or advice someone else to take it.

I have never ever seen poor crap customer services like this.csr in vodafone are seriously manner less and everytime i will call Vodafone customer services lets say 15times in a day everyone gona hang up on me.Very very poor customer services however i have 5 contracts and 1 prepaid of vodafone but they wont give you any value or any importance they will treat u like a or you can say Dogs customer services. hell.
I[censored] got some queries about your bills they will never gona sort it out however if you miss to pay your bills bcoz of their website or sytems which nvr works they gona charge you late payment there and then morover you will recieve like 15 calls from Vodafone about your bill payment.SHAME ON YOU.
Hope you will contact me very soon about my complaints i[censored] have some manner left.

Vodafone — Disgusting service

Dusguisting service by Vodafone, requested for address change at the vodafone store, till date it is not changed.and now they say form was not filled and I have to fill the form again. Spoke to complaints team Harsh Lilakar- not ready to take my complaint, useless people recruited in complaints helline if they can't take a complaint, when About to close the call, he was very happy to get rid of me, asked for sup. informed sup are all on calls. call made on 29th April 3:00 pm.

agent naming sonam has talked rudely wid me and she has disconnected mine phone widout answring

I, Dharm Pal Mob No-[protected] is very annoyed with your service. Before 15 days my child dial *123*5# for internet topup from the same no as in the set earlier there was airtel sim. Immediately i got two sms one is for caller tune and another is bizz news activation. Immediately Rs.60 deducted for the same. I immediately cancel the caller tune as well as I call to customer. You customer care told that service will be stopped with immediate effect but amount will not be refunded. Should I pay for that witch I did not use. If it is so than I am sorry, I have to use the MNP.
