    I am using vodafone no.([protected]). in last feb i recevied the bill in which there were extra charges of some sms plan. i went to there v-store and told thm about this they said it may be activated by you by mistake send message for deactivation . i did but the reply came that no sucs service is provided on this no. then thesaid they will send the email to solve my this problem which (server)was not working at that time but again it come again in my next bill.than i call to customer care and tell them about my problem they said you make the remaining payment we will solve this problem but that did'nt happen. i tried so many times but result as same.i also have recording of there commitment which theay made to me but did'nt fulfill. there is another problem regading sms actually when i took the the sim out of my phone and then again put it back in my mobile it automatically send sms when i asked them about this they said they can't tell me the no. because of sequrity reason & when again i went to the regarding this problem the said this is probleum which occur in some handsets if you want this problem to sort out you should take new sim by paying Rs100. this probleum occured me few time back but at that time they didn't tell me this. now they have stopped my outgoing call even without informing me.

    Vodafone Postpaid Connection — wrong plan issued

    I want to share that i have called to vodafone customer care to hire a post paid connection, they have issued me a number and i distributed in my circle, but when my sim card was activated my mobile no was not same that was issued by vodafone at the time of sim delivery. I have called to customer care they said now your no will remain same which is activated, not possible to change. And a big issue is that i have choosen my rental plan SPL-175 but when vodafone welcome excutive came to meet me, he said my plan is 444, which is not taken by me and i cant afford this plan now i have talk with vodafone care about 50 times and already passed a month but there are nothing solution with me by vodafone. Now i dont understand, what should i do?

    Postapaid connection- Plan 444 — Getting a new SIM for the same number

    I was having a postpaid connection [protected] under plan 444. My moile was lost on 21 May 08 in gurgaon. I contacted the customer care and suspended my SIM for calls. After some time i got a call from vodafone that they will provide me  a new SIM for the same number at free of cost and executive from vodafone will deliver me the SIM with in 6 hrs. I waited for 48 hrs and contacted with same executive for 6 time to know the status SIM. She made me fool by saying that an executive will be visiting very soon for delivery.After waiting so long i thanked the executive for her hospitability and punchuality. Now I am looking for other service provider for getting new connection. 

    vodafone postpaid plan — Wrong bill

    i am a residence on Mumbai, i am having vodafone postpaid plan, In local network am paying 50RS per month for incoming .For some personal work i had been to Chennai for four month, before going to Roaming i talk to customer care of vodafone and asked about call and SMS charges in Roaming .They inform me that As your STD sms is .50paise the same sms charges will be( .50paisa) per sms In roaming also, this information i got from customer care .
    after reaching In roming i was facing continuous network problem because of this i was keep on sending SMS and my bill accumulated up 1000.00 rupees ...
    now they have stopped my service because i have not paid my bill ..
    Please guide me, what action i should take ., ,

    Kindly stop sending Bills to me as i'm part of "Go Green" so i'm trying to avoid getting bills and taking printout so kindly stop this.. i have filed a complaint with customer service no reponse still i'm getting bills.
    Dear Sir,

    I had surrendered my post paid vodafone connection on 20/2/2009 after deposited all dues against your challan No.7781
    dt.20/2/2009. The sim has already been handedover to the representative at your Udaipur office, but still raising invoice to
    me without any proper reason .

    In this connection, I have contacted various time to your office and they assured me that no bill shall be raised in future.Today
    I have got a invoice vide relationship number[protected] for Rs.424.48.

    Further, earlier one of your representative Mr.Souchi, whose cell No.[protected] visited my shop and assured me that the company will be reactivate my old number i.e.[protected] with new plan within 2 hours and I have paid him Rs.120/- against this account. After substantial time has been passed neither activate my number nor he come on the phone.

    You are requested to kindly look into the matter and sought out my problem immediately else I will force to take appropriate
    step against mental harassment against you.

    Vodafone — wrong billing on sms

    i recived bill for jul 2009, and was shocked to see 60 international sms, whice is next to impossible, pl check your data, and credit the amount to my account .

    Vodafone — technical problem in sending SMS

    For the last two days i am facing some problems in sending SMS.I already registered my complaint in Vodafone Customer Care.But no use.The only option before me is take any other company's connection.Sorry to tell you frankly that your service is so bad.

      this card offered me 20 paisa/sms but from yeasterday ur deducting 1rs/sms pls reply that why this is happening

      the calling charge for the five vodafone no's is 10ps/min so why is it charging me 50ps/min...this is happening from the day i have activated my campus card scheme ...now it has been the heights, so pls solve it as soon as possible. i have been talking to the executive men on vodafone care but still there is no respond .
      i brought new camps card. i want to add numbers but not getting how to do it please help me...
      when i bought this sim at that tym 200 msgs were free on my card... then the rule of 100 msg limit came... but now they extended msg limit to 200... but yesterday my balance got deducted when i sent more than 100 msg... hav u changed the msg limit.. or its some other problem... pls let me know...

        Hi this is yogesh bhatt.

        I am using vodafone postpaid connection from past 2yrs.
        Even after paying all my biilss on time and no backlockss..I am suffering from poor connectivity in my residencial area.

        complaints to this haas been made almost 5-6 times with customer care and stoe deptt.. but nothing is b eing done in this regards

        Its almost 1 month now nd i am unable to conect to any calls .I want jusst an answere to this that whether my conection wil work properly or not else i will chaange my number with anyother srvice provider.

          Respected sir,
          I am Neeleshwar Ghai R/o jammu i had applied for a new vodafone connection because i believe in the brand name of the comany but because of a distributor i as a customer feel very bad to inform u that the distributors are doing fraud with customers as well as retailers.
          i have purchased a prepaid no. [protected] from sifty communication janipur (a retail outlet) under the distribution area of Ruchi sales corporation Amphalla jammu (disatributor).
          After purchasing Redbox, including wrist watch and 2 bonus cards, i had filled a form with the relevant documents, i have handed over it to sifty communication(retailer) and they assured me that the sim will be delivered to me with in 48 hours but after waiting of such a period of 2 weeks i went back to that outlet for some information regarding my vodafone connection and retailer was surprised to know the inconvience i as a customer had. then the retailer contact their distributor regarding my vodafone connection.
          Finally i visited to distributor located at Amphalla jammu with redbox and relevant proof of slip having the stamp of that retailer and the Ruchi sales corp. ( the distributor) have neglected my complaint and he didnt attend me properly and strted giving me funny excuses of replacing ur vodafone no. with some another no. this is the biggest example of fraud distributor as i have ever seen. this is not the fraud with only the customer but also with hte company's name.
          I have all the proof of purchasing the vodafone connection under mobile no. [protected]. So please take some action regardind my complaint and help me out.

            Its to inform you that I am staying in Type 5, 14 no quarter in KPCL township SHAKTINAGAR, Dist:Raichur. There is feble network coverage inside the house as well as outside areas. It is becoming very inconvenient to communicate properly. though I have loged complaint to Vodafone office at Raichur, no action have been taken till now. please interrupt to redress the complaint immediately.Hoping for early acknowledgment.

            I have a Vodafone pre-paid mobile phone connection. The number is [protected]. The major problem i face with the connection is that, because of no or very weak network intensity my mobile is of no use at home.

            Vodafone — There is no network when i am inside my house

            I have been the customer of Hutch/Vodafone for the past 4 years and it has become a terrible and the worst service for the past 5 months. There is no network coverage inside my house, I am residing at 2/78-1 bazaar street, st. thomas mount, chennai. I am living in this same house for the past 10 years and i did not have any problem. I registered my complaint many times and i even mailed my complaint to one the HR-Executive and finally they managed to send a technical person to my house to assess the signal strength in my house and he made his assessment and told me that, it will be rectified as soon as possible. But after some days i got a call from my HR-Executive stating that the problem cannot be solved in a short span of time, as they dont have any plan of installing additional tower in my area. And i am facing a great difficult in switching to another service provider. Since for the past 4 years i have this number to lot of my colleagues, college and family friends.

            I feel that after the takeover of this service from hutch by vodafone, i service has become worst, and it has spoiled the good name that hutch maintained.

            It is only 1 week old SIM & verification was done at office address but coming to residence verification executive haven't find my address results SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED due to verification not done.

            I have been using vodafone no. from last 2 years in mumbai and never been satisfied with the network coverage at my residence at all.

            I have made various complaints but never been recieved a satisfactory response from vodafone team.

            Every time my calls gets dropp or disconnect during the call.

            I am working in Dell and there is very poor network connectivity.
            I put complaint also. But there is no response from then.
            i have two sims of vodafone.i have bought one of them 6 months ago and the second one before 2 months ago.i was complaint them from last 5 months but they did not take any action.i have facing the coverage problam in my home since last 5 months.the phone always show NO SERVICE.please take any action against them.

            Its reticulous and hutch is losing its creditability I will surely switch to other good sevice providers like airtel as no action has been taken since my last complaint. no [protected] Pune.

            Vodaphone-Pre-paid connection — Problem in reception

            Hi,

            I have been using the Vodaphone connection for quite some time now and recently there is a problem with reception
            When i dial my number from a landline or any other mobile it takes 2/3 attempts for me to connect to my phone and get a busy tone even when my cell is not in use
            Please rectify this problem as it is quite irritating when ppl try to connect me
            The only solution for me will be to switch my network provided the problem is not rectified from your end

            Now all of a sudden from the past 2 3 months there is no network coverage at are billing address (house no 7 road no 60 west Punjabi bagh New Delhi 110026)

            despite of making many complaints at the store i got assurance that the problem is there from the side of Vodafone only and the network booster will be installed in the next 2 3 days and now its more than a month the network condition is very poor..

            Would like to tell you network coverage was very good 3 months back it happened all of a sudden...

            Please help me out should i buy the connections of some other company or should go legal as I am facing this harassment...

            I was used the vodafone postpaid connection for 2 years. I was faced call drop issue for 1 year. The call will get disconnect during the call. It may happend at any time. I used to do ISD calls. That time also my call used to disconnect in the middle. Due to this, i was payed money more than that I talked( If I talked for 1 minute 1 sec, my call will be charged for 2 mins. Assume that call disconnected after 1 min 1 sec).

            The question is, I was payed all the money that what they are charging to me. Why should I pay for non-talking minutes?
            I was complained many times to cutomer care. But there is no improvement. Finally we got a settlement to deduct around 600/- from one of my montly bill and connection is closed. But the fellows are still generating bill every month including the deducted 600/-. I dont know to whom to approach regarding this.

            Voda sim — manager of the service center has cheated

            Sir, I RAJ KUMAR BODDETI ,went to the voda service center to report my number lost with the FIR case. And I have requested another number [protected] on 14th of this July 2010. And I submitted three id proofs and address proof everything co-operating whatever they want.And the manager of this service center started demanding me to show some other proofs insisting me . As if they are too professional .I co-operated him by sending the scanned ones.and hard copies. And that's it.Sim was with me[protected]without activation and he activated my number by selling it to some one else without intimation. What does he think ? Does he think that he can decide whatever that way he likes?His name is Anil Guleria .I sent a complaint upon him to the voda service center by mail.But they didn't answer to my complaint. I finally went to the center and demanded my docs and refund my money. they have refunded . But I lost my reputation. and I became a victim of this man .             Vodafone mobile — NO NETWORK

            I m having a postpaid connection of mobile with vodafone from long time and now there is no network around my area from last 48 hours.

            this was happening earlier many times but it was reciprocated now its complitely out of network.
            DLF IT SEZ Chennai - Ramapuram has got a very bad net work coverage for vodafone in most of its blocks! and despite of a lot of complaints they are not able to rectify it!

            Some one planning for connection can go with Airtel as they got a very good coverage - even in the basements!!!

            I have recharged internet package one week before from the day onwards if i cross Dental college near martahalli, bangalore. Signal coverage is good, but not able to access internet. And 2G internet is too slow compared to other networks.

            If the same problem exists for few more days. I will change sim card.
            I have registered two complaints with Vodafone regarding no network coverage on ECC Road, Whitefield, Bangalore-560066.

            I request consumer forum to take some strong action against this service providers as after logging complaints twice and sending mails to national service managers no steps are taken to resolve the problem

            Vodafone number [protected], i am recieving no network coverage area (R.C.Church, Colaba ) since Wednesday, 1st May 2013, 6.00 PM (IST), i have raised the complaint to customer service department but still there is no response till 2nd May 2013,

            If there is any network issue they should respond us by acknowledging.

            Request you to raise this point and take the action as fast as required.

              i have a complaint regarding my unnecessary deduction of balance on around 5th of july i recharge my phone by 410 and 20 on a same day by easy recharge and that time i m in roaming i dont have habit to check my balance on a day 9 or 10 i seee my balance is too low it means 135 rs deduct at a time and i make a call only of few minutes to some number the calling number which i make a call usually [protected] i tell the customer care they said u make a 00 before the number thats y i charge a call at isd rate that make stupid but ur executive was what i say they put the phone when next time i make call ur executive said this is our mistake i refund this within 24 hr but balance is not refund afer 72 hr then again i make a call then they said within 24 hr again balance is not refund by u i make my phone off bcoz i m in roamig and my balan ce is finish this is not happend once after deeuction my balance 135 i check my balance each and e very time they get normal but when the conversatio n begin from [protected] the mistake is occur once a time i have a balance of 23 rs i make a call then after 1 minute the phone is cut and the message show me at my phone that ur last call charge is 12 rs then 11 rs is remaining .this make my too disturb during my exam period but now i m in delhi i said the customer care executive they said i dont have record of 15 days back .i m too disturb from that

                Dear Sir,
                I bought three connections from Hutch [protected], [protected] and [protected] in the year 2006. I started using the number [protected] and got the expansive package installed. This connection started showing problems and did not show any network. On complaining this to their customer care I was told to go Hutch care at Ansal Plaza, Delhi as only they can rectify this fault. I reached Hutch Care and they found the SIM faulty and replaced the SIM and assured that new SIM would work. Within hours new SIM also declined to work and problem could not be rectified. I visited Ansal Plaza more than three times leaving aside my official work. Then one of the executive at Ansal Plaza told me that Hutch sometimes does not work with Samsung mobiles. Left with no other option I changed my phone and bought popular nokia phone but this even dod not end my woes and connection seized to work. I also wrote many complaints through mail to Hutch seniors officials but there was no respite. I after getting frustrated dumped the connection.
                After this I started using other connection of Hutch [protected] and that is working fine. On 29th July 2009 i.e after 3 years Vodafone people deactivated my current number as they claim I have outstanding of previous phone i.e [protected]. Their this act has caused a huge toll on me as I was at Airport and one of my 70 year old relative was coming who just had my number with her and she could not contact me because of this act of Vodafone. The agony I went through can't even be expressed through words. That old lady had to manage her way to home by her own.
                My grievance is that Vodafone is trying to extort money out of me as my this number is circulated amongst near and dear ones and they know that usage very heavy and I can not afford to surrender this number. There was no intimation prior to disconnection of my this phone and Vodafone is claiming bill of that connection which has caused me huge loss of time and money and was not even able to use the phone number which I got after many efforts.
                Besides this I tried called the numbers given in the website of TRAI. This website gave the numbers of Nodal officer, [protected] was picked up by one Kapil who after listening acted in a manner the irresponsible man can act he straight away told that vodafone does not need customers like me and said that what could they have done if the number[protected] was faulty, what they need is money. On explaining that why should I pay for something which was of no use to me and even caused me losses but his answer was absurd. After this I call the appellate number of Sanjay Sawhaney but there was no response.
                Please let me know what to do with these greedy people.

                  I have a prepaid account (mbl no.[protected]) of vodafone co.I was messaged(CAN COMBO to 111) to vodafone on 12.07.09 for deactivate my combo pack(tariff rs.118) service.same day(12.07.09) vodafone replied(2 message) to me that "apki vodafone COMBO band karne ki request hume prapt ho chuki hai.yeh seva 24 ghanto me band kar di jayegi." and "Apki 118 combo seva deactivate ho gayi hai" but again on 25.07.09 vodafone deducted 118 rupees from my prepaid account for combo pack(tariff rs.118).Then i was complained to vodafone customer care(by mobile) & his outlets(personaly) but they don't satisfied to me.This is my first normal written complain.pls return my amount in my prepaid account.Otherwise i will take some legal action.

                    we are taken the connection on Feb 2009 with the information of executive stating tat 249 plan with 200 min free and CUG plan is free. But after first bill they suddenly increased monthly rental from 249 to 299. Even i called with customer care they are telling the same thing tat my plan is 299 rental only...but i have a welcome letter from vodafone stating tat 249 rental and the details...so how could i raise the complaint...can anybody suggest me?

                      Vodafone Prepaid — Disturbing Calls

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      I have taken a Vodafone Prepaid cellular card in June 2008. I started receiving around 3-4 calls per day from Vodafone which advertised either their services or services of their partners. I contacted them and asked them not to make such calls. They assured me of no such calls in future. Yet I receive such calls occasionally. Such calls are very disturbing and my privacy is at stake.

                        had paid my bill for the last month and misplaced the receipt.Got repeated calls from your representatives to pay the bill and repeated smses to pay the outstanding bill.Finally had to go to the vodafone showroom wait there for an hour and then told them the exact time and date when i paid the bill.After another wait for maybe half an hour they found the duplicate receipt and then my account was updated.I expect the company to compensate me for the inconvenience, my wasted time plus the expenses i made for calls and travelling...

                                    Subject : Fraud committed by Vodafone employees as they sold off my Vodafone number to another person after taking extra money from him.

                                    Case details:

                                    I got a call on 15th July, 2009 regarding selling a Vodafone number – [protected] to me and as I liked the number, I agreed and booked the number on phone by paying cash Rs.250.

                                    Employee names – Daksh (Tel No. [protected]) and Mahinder (Tel no. [protected])

                                    DSA/Company Name: Bigtel IT solutions P Ltd, B-103 Okhla Ind Area, Phase – I, N Del – 110020

                                    On the same day, Ravi Malhotra(tel no. [protected]) came and collected Rs. 250 and booked the mobile number. Details as follows :
                                    Receipt No. 17977, dated 15 July, 2009 and delivered the
                                    SIM No.[protected]
                                    CAF no. 81015161


                                    16 July, 2009


                                    On 16th July, Rishi and [censored]ij called from [protected] for verification for the new connection number and informed me that after some time I will get a call from the verification dept.
                                    On the same day, after some time I received a call from Ashish Bhardwaj ( Tel. no [protected]) from the verification dept. and he got all the particulars verified and commited to me that your number will be operational within 4 hours. He also told me that I would receive a call within a few minutes from a number which will have the last 3 digits as “000”





                                    17 July, 2009

                                    I dialled the same allotted number – [protected] and it was received by some Chandan Singh and he told me that he has purchased the same number on 16th July, 2009 by paying a premium amount of Rs. 5000






                                    26 July, 2009

                                    Out of guilt on their wrong doing, I received call from 3 numbers –
                                    [protected](5.33 PM)
                                    [protected](6.07 PM)
                                    [protected](6.11 PM)

                                    These guys tried to compensate by offering me some other numbers which I did not want to accept and when they had no choice they started using abusive language.

                                      I dont know whether this is the problem with only one Vodafone Store that I have been visting for the past 3 months or it is with entire Vodafone Customer Care Services. This is the most disgusting and pathetic customer care service I have come across.
                                      First I wanted to get my number tranferred and for that I went to submit the documents 3 times to Vodafone Store in Aundh, Pune. Everytime i went there with documents i was told to get one more new document and finally when all the documents were accepted I was told that my number will be tranferred within 10-12 days. But after one month when it still dint get change and i went to check out with the store, the simply aweseom guys over there told me that my request have not been raised yet and documents were lying somewhere deep down in the pile of garbage. Again i was told that due to changed policies I will have to submit few more NEW Documents. Next time I went there on Saturday with all the complete documents and they asked me to come on Monday to sumit the document as the documents might get lost !!! I also wanted to get a temporarily suspended number activated again and for that gave the application. It had to be activated within 24hrs. But as I was sure o[censored]selss and good for nothing work of Vodafone so i told them 10 times that its urget to get this number activated ASAP and I was assured it will be done. Next day when as expected from Vodafone it dint get activated so i called them up and askd wot the hell was their problem now, they told me "No request has been raised for it yet"
                                      Now guys plzzzz tell me what to do with this Vodafone Store and the customer care services. No written complaint on Vodafone's website is addressed. I have got 2 Vodafone numbers and I am planning to change it at the very first chance i get. Plz never in life take Vodafone number or advice someone else to take it.

                                      I have never ever seen poor crap customer services like this.csr in vodafone are seriously manner less and everytime i will call Vodafone customer services lets say 15times in a day everyone gona hang up on me.Very very poor customer services however i have 5 contracts and 1 prepaid of vodafone but they wont give you any value or any importance they will treat u like a or you can say Dogs customer services. hell.
                                      I[censored] got some queries about your bills they will never gona sort it out however if you miss to pay your bills bcoz of their website or sytems which nvr works they gona charge you late payment there and then morover you will recieve like 15 calls from Vodafone about your bill payment.SHAME ON YOU.
                                      Hope you will contact me very soon about my complaints i[censored] have some manner left.

                                      Vodafone — Disgusting service

                                      Dusguisting service by Vodafone, requested for address change at the vodafone store, till date it is not changed.and now they say form was not filled and I have to fill the form again. Spoke to complaints team Harsh Lilakar- not ready to take my complaint, useless people recruited in complaints helline if they can't take a complaint, when About to close the call, he was very happy to get rid of me, asked for sup. informed sup are all on calls. call made on 29th April 3:00 pm.

                                      I, Dharm Pal Mob No-[protected] is very annoyed with your service. Before 15 days my child dial *123*5# for internet topup from the same no as in the set earlier there was airtel sim. Immediately i got two sms one is for caller tune and another is bizz news activation. Immediately Rs.60 deducted for the same. I immediately cancel the caller tune as well as I call to customer. You customer care told that service will be stopped with immediate effect but amount will not be refunded. Should I pay for that witch I did not use. If it is so than I am sorry, I have to use the MNP.

                                        I am on permanent roming and retaining the SIM for Old references users. In coming calls coming by customer care for new scheme, aids and other information is being levied for all incoing which I donot require.
                                        Kindly stop the incoing Call form Information services..

                                        Vodafone Prepaid Service — incoming call charges without roaming

                                        today i suffer by the service from vodaphone.. that my current balence is reduced after receving an incoming local call.my no is not in roaming. my no is [protected].. plz let me know why my balence is being reduced after receving the local call ??

                                        while i m in roaming vodafone customer keeps on giving promotional calls from different numbers if i attend the call the charge me for attending call in roaming. moreover i contacted customer care but they said they are unable to stop it.
                                        my question to vodafone is that why did they give my no. to others who call me for ringtones or diler tones? i availed your service because i trusted u, i dont want any promotional calls on my mobile.
                                        yes they are alwaz making fool the customer only.im also getting it.
