Hello,
I dont know how many times i explained this story to Vodafone Customer care guys. fed up of this. I recharged the 69Rupees pack on 1st Aug & till now it is not activated. every call & every messages charging like 1Rupee. so i lost like 400-500Rupees. I made a complaint twice to customer care (Complaint Num-[protected] made on 6th Aug & [protected] made on 4th Aug). One guy called mahesh attended my call & he promised that it will get activate within 48hours. Since it didn get activated, i wentu Vodafone store-jayanagar 4th block, Bangalore. One guy named Prabhu attended my request & the same old disgusting stories continued by telling the Issue has been raised to 3rd level promising that the pack will activate in 48hours. But it doesn. Again i went & met that guy after 2 days. Then he called to a madam & told it will get activate on that day i went. its been 2weeks am struggling with the Customer care guys with this issue. i lost some amount with that. I[censored] read completely then please think from my position & proceed accordingly. Please return back my 400-500 after deducting the amount from the 69pack charges which will charge if it is activated and also my 69Rupees Pack.

U people know very well that what has to be done.

    BUT NO RESPONCE FOR SIM REGISTRATION. TODAY THEY TOLD ME ABOUT 11 AM AFTER 2 HOUR YOUR SIM IS ACTIVATED

    TILL AT THIS TIME SIM IS NOT ACTIVATED WHAT SHALL I DO FOR FOR THIS IRRESPONSIBILITY

    YOUR ON ROAD MOBILE STORE IN CALICUT AREA WORKING PEOPLES ARE SCOUNTERS, IDIYATES, BLACK LEGGERS AND THEY ARE DOYING READICULAS.
    I am having the worst experience with vodafone.I was misguided by one of my friend to leave my 9 year old idea post paid connection which never gave me such fatal errors or bad service.I had to wait 4 days g to get my sim activated.after that i was forced to change my golden number due to (god knows) sudden unavaliability of the number i had chose and booked for 1000 rs.and after just 4 days of active working ing in the middle of a very urgent meeting i get cut off from the network claiming an error in verification and no service number helps to find out the actualproblem.finally i come to know that the adress verirification went negative because inspite of my words that i wont be avaliable in the local adress for two days they simply called up in the lan line and concluded that the adress is fake.no one has details of calicut vodafone.no fone numbers.nothing.it seems that you have to physically go all the way from your meeting grounds to vodafone store to get it re activated.I think i will have to go back to Idea.Thanks for the number portability.

      sir, i have received a sms on 12 augest 2009 and the wording of sms is, "Congrats!!You have won Prize of 200, 000 GB Pounds In 2009 02 Telecoms Mobile draws. to claim Your Prize Contact Dr. Ben Email: [protected]@live.com." But now here at the site only are available. so please take some strict action and i also want compensatioon of this bad joke and for wasting my time.
      i have received an mms from an vodafone mobile but my phone was not competeble for mms that time, they send me a sms provided a link and an message key i have tried atlist 30times but i can view the mms please help me out.

      Dear Sir,
      I want to say that I am from Barnala, Punjab and using vodafone's prepaid services. My name is Goldy Raja. My mobile no. is [protected]. On 26th january, 2010 at 8:00 pm I got a message that you have copied caller tune (CRBT) and Rs.60 got cut from my balance. I called an Airtel mobile number and I am sure that I hadn't pressed * button. I hadn't copied caller tune to my mobile and I am deadly sure about it. When I contacted to customer care, Mr. Mushtak (Vodafone customer care representative) told me that you have copied the caller tune, he misbehaved with me and refused to give higher authorities contact number on my request.
      This type of problem hadn't happened first time, In August, 2009 "call one service" automatically activated to my number and weekly Rs. 7.00 got deducted from my balance. I had myself deactivated it.

      Please look in the matter as early as possible.

        I have a problem of incoming & outgoing calls due to network problem for last three days. I can't receive any calls because the all incoming calls are automatically disconected for few seconds.And I also can't doing outgoing calls for network problem in vodafone. so i request to solve my problem as soon as possible.

        Vodafone — Network with incoming and outgoing calls problem

        Sorry In my last complaint I forgot add my mobile number. So, now I am sending my Mobile number i.e. [protected]. I request to u pls. solve my problem as soon as possible.

        Vodafone — problem in incoming calls

        From 29/09/2010, I m anot receiving any incoming calls in my Vodafone number, any body dialing my number gets the mesaage that the my is not valid it's a wrong number. I have tried several time calling in my own number from other phone , but faced the same problem. I checked my handset by inserting another sim of different number that worked fine. I have also inserted my sim in other mobile handset & faced the same problem. I have called 5 time to vodafone customer care but are not able to assist me saying they have checked the network & all incoming & outgoing calls network are showing fine in their system. Please what should be done.

          i have been vodafone prepaid customer since 2 years, and recently i got a call to change my plan to post paid.one of vodafone sales executive (Amol) has teken documents whih he need also 250 RS on August 1st
          he told me it will activate on 3 ed Augst. but it has not been activated yet .

          i went to vodafone store 2 times also i talked with customer care guys and sales executive persons on 8 th August again they told me it will be activate on 10 August. but those promises are use less.

          i am aneesh my no is [protected] am in karnataka circle i would like to inform you that i gave request to activate second billing for my prepaid connection on 09.01.10 but still 19.01.10 its not get activated and am not getting good responses from customer care thet are putting my call hold for more than 15 minutes . i hope it wiil rectify soon and my previous tariff was local vodafone calls 30ps and other local calls 50ps but now all my local calls are RS 1 .

            As per my telephonic conversation with call centre manager, he has told me that pls make your bill payment & afterwards we can activate you connection, According to him, I make my payment by cheque. And your manager had activated my line,

            But... after 12 hours, He also deactivate it.

            I Again call to your call center He suggest me to go vodafone gallery, and show you pan card ID, your line will activate within 02 hours, Then I go to your ghatkopar west gallery & met kunal, he told me soorry we canot activate your line, if you want to activate it pay rs 250 of activation charge again, then only I wiil send a request for it but its not confirm, I told him my was activated before 2 days how can you charge me 250 rs, but its not also confirm.

            I ask him, i want to ask your sr. person for this, he revert with politly but oragantly (i think it bcause your company trianing) that, I am only sr person here you do it what eve you want to,

            Is it your service & like kunal u have your company represatives, who doesn't have manners to handle the customer, he is handling like bhajiwala.. ??????

            I will not going to pay any extra charges, Bcause I known my LINE had activated before 2 days, your guy's are deactivtaed it again,

            I had prepaid no [protected]. I was convinced by customer care executive for postpaid migration. He told me I will be charged of .50 paisa per min for all local and std calls on pact of 31/- Rupees. And a (Prateek Varma named) salesperson has been send to my address for collecting of document. Again I confirmed about that plan by him and his senior Prince by telephonic conversation. After starting my connection Vodafone is charging me 1/- per min for all calls. Why you people misguiding us. Please forward this to your senior manager.

              I have taken a Vodafone Prepaid SIM card on 24th july, 2009 from a retailer in Pune. I was asked to submit address proof and ID proof for the activation of the card and i submitted PAN card. I asked the retailer whether ican submit house rent agreement as addressproof to which i received a flat NO. As i am not a native of Maharashtra, I can not produce any of the bills or driving license on which the present address is mentioned.On his suggestion i submitted the company ID and i changed my address to the company address on the appication form. I recharged my card for 500Rs. and to my surprise i am unable to make or receive calls. After a series of phone calls to the customer care and retailer, i was informed that my documents were rejected by the company. I again visited the retailer and was asked to give the same ID card copy attested by the company by having company's stamp on it. I followed the same and visited the retailer again after 2 days as the card is still not usable. I was again asked by the retailer to fill an outstation form and asked for some documents of the landlord. As our landlord doesn't stay in pune, i asked the retailer whether i can bring a letter from our company's HR head stating my permanent address and the present address of Pune. The retailer contacted the distributor and the retailer agreed to take the letter as the distributor was ready to accept it.i submitted the documents and even after long wait, i am unable to use my card. I appreciate if any action is taken on the retailer and the distributor for not being informative, responsible and concerned. They are answerable for the time and money i had spent on it as they are not knowledgeable on the product they are selling.I feel that the retailer and the distrbutor must be competely aware of the whole process stringenlty and it is the responsibility of the company as the retailers and distributors are the representatives of the company and they are in direct contact with the customer.

The Retailer is Super Communication, B - 5, Near HDFC Bank, Central Market, Bhiwadi, Alwar (Raj.). Upon asking the retailer says I will recharge it when it comes to my mobile but till date[protected] this is still pending. The Retailer (Ashok Koslani) said you please dail [protected] to which the wrong recharge was done and speak to him but on dialing the response was THIS NUMBER IS TEMPORARILY NOT AVAILABLE. At the same time, I recharged of Rs. 250/= because of less balance in my mobile. So please take necessary action in this regard and do the needful so that I will get my money (Rs. 500/=) back.

                dear sir/madam,
                i am being wrongly duped by m/s vodaphone by charging me a wrong bills to the tune of 4940 rs .
                i have enough facts to submit to prove that i have never dialled outgoing calls on number [protected] from 6th june 2009 to 23rd june 2009 and inspite of that the vodaphone people are showing atleast 25 to 30 calls on the above numbers during that period.
                please note that i was on a europe tour during that period .
                i have being told by lots of people that mobile operators like vodaphonehave been doing it regularly according to my knowledge if the matter is taken up to the highest level this could be the biggest scam of the era wherein crores of rs are looted by the mobile operators in the same fashion .
                i was given a wrong excuse that the call center people's kept on calling my number and since i didnot attend it it went on voicemail but it is not my fault and i never accessed voicemails nor did i request any diversion during that period.
                please nopte my mobile no. [protected] stands disconnected.
                i sincerely request you to help me out to expose the scam nationwide.
                please note that my personel mobile no. are provided to call centers as a database by vodaphone people only and they disturbed me in the odd hours also . do you appreciate call centers calling during late nights or early morning. there are chances that mobile operator may share your no. with militants and gundas also for earing/making money .

                I agree with you. I also face same problem on my phone no [protected]. Vodaphone company deducting amount without any usage. they send some SMS or request for yes/no then deduct for service. when I request to customer care then are not listning and deducting of money is aontinue.

                  I was holding a postpaid connection with vodafone for a good period of time. Due to late payment of my bill, vodafone disconnected both my incoming as well as outgoing services.
                  One fine day, a not so gentleman named Mr. Sanjay, holding the mobile number [protected] called me to claim the bill amount. I agreed to pay up within the very next day. However, this did not pacify him and he hurled abuses at me and was shouting on the fone at an earshattering decibel. It wonders me, who employes such people who do not know basic courtesy leave aside customer relations. The irony is that this person personifies the ethics of a company who claims HAPPY TO HELP with that cute pooch running around you..The reality is exactly reciprocal, I think they are HAPPY TO YELP..and the pooch should be replaced with monster..
                  I would tell vodafone, whoever is in the recruiting team, kindly take in people who add value to your company, not ones like mr. Sanjay from bangalore..He has a terrible way of talking, he is not fit to work in any good company..He needs to be educated..Please help him to help you to retain your company's motto HAPPY TO HELP, therwise it stands as a joke, a mockery.

                    I've been a Vodafone connection user for around two years. My mobile number is [protected]. The service was kind off OK till the month of May 2008. One of the sales agent of Global Direct Sanket Rege, which is the GSA for Vodafone happened to visit my residence & explained me the details of the new scheme that Vodafone have launched. I paid him Rs. 350 by cheque & was promised a new vodafone connection, a vodafone bag & other goodies. One of the goodies promised which compelled me to pay was the 800mins free offer on my excisting number. he left promising that the new card & the bag will be delivered in a week's time & my excisting number will be upgraded to the new scheme instantly.

                    But the dilemma & the torture started just two days later. I tried calling up Global Direct to clear my doubts & was kept on hold for almost 20mins, my next call was disconnected by the arrogant lady. This continued for the entire day. Later i got the number of One Niranjan who unfortunately happens to be Manager (read Damager) of Global Direct, Andheri(W) branch. He was not even bothered to take my calls or reply to my sms's. The very next day i visited there office at Andheri. After waiting for more than 30mins, i met niranjan. On hearing my complaint, he casually said that he did not pay heed to my calls & sms be cause he is not bothered about customer complaints. He very cooly dismissed that the promises made by his executives(conmen) were not true & it was some mistake from my end.

                    Since then, i've been visitng the vodafone store in goregaon compalining about the issue. I've also registered several complaints over the phone to the executives calling me up everyday. They are not only useless but pathetic in thier service level. The people working with vodafone are not aware of what they are hired for. thevodafone store dismisses the complaint saying that its Global Direct which is responsible & i should approach Global Direct to resolve this issue.

                    I dont want to go anywhere. I've used my other vodafone number i.e, [protected] to the fullest. The current outstanding amount is Rs. 1300. I've told the vodafone executives very clearly that am not going to pay this amount untill the issue is not resolved & a action is not taken against sanket rege, niranjan & Global Direct. I'll lodge a police complaint against all these people if i keep getting calls from vodafone.

                    Good Luck Vodafone. You advertise with the help of a pretty dog. Your service is going to the DOGS. Your service & customer care sucks.

                      I am having a vodafone connection and my number is [protected]. Last month I got internet connection disconnected from my phone still they are charging huge internet usage charges. Even though I am not using internet. I even tried to talk to customer care representative but they are not reachable. Moreover the contact detail given of the development officer- Ms. Nidhi Sida viz. I had to make payment for those charges as at present I don't want to change my number

                        I have vodafone prepaid connection of which validity was getting over on 10 august 2009, i called customer care to know the tariff plan to increase the validity by another year. The response was incorrect as the plan suggested didnt exist at all . I got one message saying that recharge by Rs. 73 and the validity will increase by 1 year with no tariff plan change ; i immediately got that recharge done on 7 August 2009 but nothing happened, i again called the customer care and i got the response that it will take 24 hours but again nothing happened i tried calling them on 8 and 9 August 2009 it couldnt connect only . On 10 August 2009 morning i called the customer care and they say its still not done and will be resolved by thursday i.e 13 August 2009 .I asked them if anything can be done to avoid the situation but the response was negative. I am working so dont have enough time to go to the store also . Dont know what to do in this situation . Are vodafone people listening to complaints ... do they really care about people and can they have a proper customer care department wherein people can just reach without any hesitation . Please hear my complaint before its too late

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I have received my vodafone bill for June'09 on 21.06.2009.The amount of the bill is Rs.14562.42. On enquiry I have learnt that the abnormal amount raised by the service provider during my 48 hours visit to Istanbul ( I am using this connection for last 4 years and my maximum monthly bill so far raised Rs.1000/-). On the same date I have spoken to the representative of Vodafone and sent a request to relook the matter and sanction me 12 EMI to repay the bill (since I have not consumed the service, my set was auto mode for e-mail services). Since the representative of Vodafone did not reply to my request I have once again sent mail to him and cusomer services. Since then I am repeartedly sending mails to vasrious authorities and speaking to concerned oficers numbers of time to resolve the issue.I am unfortunate to inform you despite of my sincere effort Vodafone is not paying any heed. Meantime the celluler company has raised its July month bill and I have paid it within the due date.From 15.07.2009 they have withdrawn all the services from my set and I am unable to use the connection. Recently people from Vodafone is calling my higher authority and putting unjustified pressure on me.

                          The unathetical attitude of Vodafone made me depressed and worried. Requeasting you please use your goof office and pervail the justice in this regard.

                            This is to inform you sir, that I had purchased one sim card on 4/11/08 from Lekavada(Gandhinagar) shop.The name of agent is Vishalbhai.I have submitted my documents two to three times but now again your company has stopped the functioning of my sim card .I am not able to understand what is the problem in verification of my documents.I have submitted my copy of I-card, Pan card along with residential proof i.e zerox copy of Government quarter alloted to me.The documents have been submitted two to three times.Now again the functioning of my sim card has been stopped for want of documents.Please look into the matter and activate my sim card no [protected] at the earliest as non functioning my sim card is hampering my day to day work.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I had logged a complaint to Vodafone Relationship manager (by email) on 3rd Apr 09 regarding my handset Blackberry 8100 Pearl, technical problem as under.

                              1. The instruments gets switched off during conversation even when battery is almost at 50% strenghth.
                              2. The shift key is not functioning.

                              To my surprise i was informed verbally by them that my handset is beyond repair due to some liquid discharge which is not accepatable as my handset for perfertly alright apart from the above two defects. It seems some engineer of Blackberry while trying to check / repair has damaged my handset totally and now they say that it is my problem. After my continous follow up and conference call with Blackberry engineer and vodafone Relationship Manager i was told by the Blackberry engineer that he cannot do any think and my handset has now become beyond repair. I have paid Rs.24990. for this handset and in less than 2 years when i send the handset for minor problem thay have totally damaged it & made it irreparable. While handing over the handset i was using my handset perfectly fine apart from above 2 issue. It is now 4 months passed and now the Vodafone writes to me that they can provide the handset at a cost of Rs.11000. which is simply unacceptable.

                              I would need your help to resolve my problem as there is negligible effort from Black berry and Vodafone too to resolve my problem and provide me my handset back / replace the same with a new handset.

                                hi this is k.ramesh and i am using vodafone post paid sim card from 3 years, and i am a customer paying the bill around of 3000 every month and i have activated one caller tune with my own voice by calling to 56789 charged 6/-per minute and i have that, and before that i hv called up to the customer care and confirmed that if i use this service to activate the tune will it be activated r not and they told that it will be activated and they have charged me the tune around of 100/- at that time and my service not get activated and they is no responce when i am calling to the customer care.

                                    We have a phone connection from your company since more than 9 year

                                    We give the request for safe custody with paying all outstanding amount and Rs 100 for safe custody charge

                                    At that time Vodafone customer care assistant told me that this phone should be out of custody after 3 months automatic and same thing she gives me in writing

                                    After 3 month my phone not starting automatic at that time I visited Vodafone store again and they told me that you can give us one application for keep out your phone from safe custody after that your phone starting in 24 hr and I did as per customer care assistance request. After that I am again out of India.

                                    When I check yesterday and same my phone still not working

                                    Again I visited Vodafone store today and they told me that it’s not possible to re-activate your phone and from our store no one can give you in writing that your phone starting automatic after 3 months – if so please show us that letter we can start immediately.

                                    I came back to office and searching for old receipt and letter and go back to store at that time they says that we cannot help you to re-start this phone again with same SIM and Number. If you won’t you are free to go anywhere in consumer court or else were who can help you to start this phone

                                    I am not accepting this kind of rude behavior from store manager

                                      This is to brring to the notice of Vodafone Customer Care unit
                                      My Name is Yash Gangooly and am having one prepaid voda fone connection bearing number [protected]since 3 years. Am one of the user of Topup facility of Rs. 69 which makes me all local sms at 0.02 paise, STD sms at 0.50 paise, all local local calls at 0.69 paise, and STD calls at Rs. 1/- each

                                      ON 03.09.09 i have reachrged my connections with Rs. 402 and Rs. 69/- of top up facility. I got confirmation of the both services from voda fone.
                                      Mean while am using my fone under the impression of all my calls and sms are under the reduction rates. Even though i got confirmation of recharge of topup facility, my calls/sms were chargesd at higher rates. While equirying with Customer care office at Seshadripuram, Bangalore, I learnt that topup of Rs. 69/- not credited to my account. During my visit to customer care office I got an advise to wait for 24 hours time and problem will sort out due to upgradation of technical prob.
                                      on 04.09.2009 again i have rechrged topup Rs. 69 by way of sending sms to 997 and got a reply from 997 as Promotion successfully applied. Before recharging top of Rs. 69/- i have spoken to customer care guy Mr. Prashanth, and Prashant informed me to opup can be recharged by way of sending sms to 997 with the text act 69 and forwarding to 997, has to wait for 24 hours for activation of facility.
                                      It is very much regret to note that after 48 hours also topup facility not given to me and all my scalls/sms are charging in HigherRates. Again i have lodged one more complaint in 06.08.2009. This is my second complaint.

                                      I got service reply from Voda fone for my first compalint vide service registration number [protected] with an assurance of query willrespond by 05.08.2009 6.00 pm
                                      Further i got one more sservice reply from voda fone for my second complaint under service registration number [protected] with an assurance query will be respond within 06.00 pm, 06.08.2009.

                                      Again i have approached customer care office, Seshadripuram, Bangalore and Mr. Shamsuddin, Front Office Assistant informed the same old reply due to upgradtion in technical team topup facility of rs. 69/= not effected to subscriber. During our discussin my first complaint hhas closed in half and remaining half of my compliant yet to attend.

                                      Ince 03.08.09 all my calls/sms are charing higher rates and causing financial losses.

                                      Please note all my outgoing calls/sms are to be charged at reduction rate from 03.09.2009 to till resloving the problems. This assurance given by Mr. Shamsuddin in our discussin dated 06.08.2009 at around 7.30 pm. If not, legal action will be initiated in the court of law

                                      and as im using facebook mobile so im replyin from my mobile,i got msg from fb numbers +£££££££££££(+than 10 digit number) istead of +91and than 10 digit number,,so they charged me 15 (5 Rs. per msg),,,im having free msgs but they charged me for isd chrges...

                                        Last week I deactivated my bonus card 31 (STD 1 rupee)by sending an SMS. Immediately it got deactivated. Atfer that STD cost was 1.50 per min) . Then I activated bonus card 14(STD 1 Rupee for south india), once the SMS is sent 14 rupees got deduted, but service is not activated. I called customer care they said I have to wait for 24 hrs, i waited 24 hrs 48 hrs it didnt happen. I called customer care many times no proper response. The raised complaint twice, nothing happened even after 10 days . Customer care disconnecting the call abrubptly. What can be done.

                                        If they do like this for atleast 1 lakh customer 100000 * 14 + call charges how much they earn.

                                        Can i file a public welfare case against them . It is really frustating. I can easily change my service provider but i want to do something about this. Vodafone SUCKS.
