Validity of SIM

I have vodafone prepaid connection of which validity was getting over on 10 august 2009, i called customer care to know the tariff plan to increase the validity by another year. The response was incorrect as the plan suggested didnt exist at all . Out of my 10 years of association with vodafone, today was my worst and probably the last day with Vodafone.

Unwanted charges in Bill of month August

i have activated my vodafne GPRS connection. I am having corporate mobile connection which is postpaid.Company had given offer of 199/- GPRS unlimited use. In which we can do unlimited surfing on mobile as well as on Computer also.
Hence I activate this connection before 4 months and upto the JULY month company had not charged any extra money of surfing on internet;; but now for the month of july company has chaged 131.10 rupees extra...
