Hi,

I am Janani Iyengar. I purchased a Vodafone sim few vks back ([protected] Mumbai number in the name of sampath kumar). Documents which I have submitted got rejected due to some reason. That’s fine but When I went to vodaphone store (Kalyan branch – Station road opp. To Platform No.1 )NO one was ready to help me out with the issue. One person was sitting in help desk Name Mr. Rajesh. When I asked him, he dint bother to give reply and it was written “Happy to help you Rajesh”…..is this the customer support you are giving?

When I told him, “IT’S THE MOST DISGHUSTING SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN”, he is laughing at me and saying that is your problem, that you have not come across any thing like this. What kind of reply is this


Don’t fool the customers by saying that you are happy to help , by recruiting representatives like Mr. Rajesh. I want you to take strict Action against him. Kindly reply me else I have to move to the consumer court.

Well said Janani Iyengar. Even I have faced similar issues with apathetic support from Vodafone customer service at Kalyan branch. Have been trying to get my number ported for so long that I have almost given up!! Wish more people like Janani would stand up and speak out.

Kudos to Janani for taking the time to highlight such issues.

    I requested Vodafone, Mumbai to change my pre-paid connection [protected] to post-paid connection. On 12th June, Vodafone Executive informed me to provide the photocopy of Electricity Bill as address proof and photocopy of pan card as identity proof. On 16th June I handed over the signed the application forms and gave the representative of Vodafone all the necessary documents. On 17th June I was provided with a new SIM (SIM No HLR[protected]). I was told that soon after the address & indentification verification, post-paid number would be activated.. Inspite of my repeated reminder, the connection could not be changed to post paid before the 23rd June and Vodafone void my connection.

    Later I was told, documents were not available to change the connection to post-paid. Also they said they were not aware, who gave me the new SIM card. I was told, I did not pay the security deposit. My pre-paid card had more than Rs 4000 balance. I had asked Vodafone to adjust from my credit balance. They agreed and provided with a new SIM. Since they could not perform they duty, hence blaming me for the cancellation of the connection.

    Infact Vodafone has lost my documents and the signed application form. They do not have internal control on the SIM management and the supporting application fomrs / papers / documents. This is a serious security concrned.

      I have got an SMS on 04.08.2009 saying that club Vodafone Mega Talktime 349 offer. Recharge for Rs.349 Today. Get Rs.449(Calls and SMS Only) for 30 days.I used the flexy recharge service and recharge was done for Rs. 349 but it was not accounted to my credit. I thought it would be activated when the existing balance is depleted. But my dismay even after the usage of existing balance it was not activated and when i contacted the agency from where the flexy recharge was done it was informed that the offer was valid only for one month and nothing can be done now.

        Dear Sir,
        Very humbly I would like to submit that i am using vodafone prepaid SIM since more than 3 years
        and further many members of my family are also vodafone customers.
        The problem is that vodafone has blocked card recharging on my mobile phone no. [protected] i.e. i cannot recharge thru any card any tariff or any talk value card on my mobile. The disadvantage of this is that i am unable to obtain the benefit of may servcies/tariffs which are availaible in only cards.

        Further i have spoken for this to vodafone customer care exectuives on their help no. 111 various times for this problem, and everytime i have been answered that ur card recharging has been blocked because u have entered a wrong recharge no. and now u can never recharge thru cards, Your mobile now can get ONLY RECHARGED THRU either mobile recharging or net recharging. I
        would like to inform you that i have never enetred a wrong recharge no. in my mobile and further due to this problem i cannot use those tariffs or sms cards which are availiable in CARDS ONLY and further this permanent blocking of service is unfair and bad as far as the principles of natural justice are concerned.

        With all the above, I request u to plz help me in the above unfair policy of vaodafone towards its customers.

          Dear sir,

          With respect i bring to your kind notice that as on[protected] on my moblie no. [protected] i got a message that your astro pack alerts has been activated and 30rs. has been deducted from ur account whearas i did'nt apply for any type of alert or facility. i called to customer care to reverse the 30rs, they give me complaint no.[protected] to see it within 24 hours whether you applied or not for such alert. but after 24 housrs i have not received any amount or any call from customer care, So please tell me what can i do now to get my money back form company.

          Vodafone — unwanted astrology activation in my mobile without prior intimation

          To The Concerned Person,
          Dear Sir/Madam,

          Respectfully, I state that on 20/3/08 onwards, I got a message on my mobile([protected]) of astrology activation without my any attempt and on the next day my recharge account was debited by approx Rs 30/= .
          I therefore request you to kindly deactivate this astrology updates and refund the amount deducted in my mobile account

          Vodafone Essar — Regarding money return

          I have registered for the vodafone tower establishment nearby my residence in bokaro steel city last year on 15.07.2009 with local vodafone manager and he had also taken Rs.5000 with me for that. The name of the person was Mr.Pawan Juyaal and his account no. is[protected] in ICICI bank branch of chandigarh. There is not any reply from him towards the tower establishment. I think that the person has cheated me. So, kindly pay attention towards my case and take some strong action towards that. Please reply to my email address if something necessary or i[censored] want to tell me anything.

          Vodafone — Activation & charges without any intimation & not reversing now

          Vodafone has activated [protected]@1(India One) service without any intimation & charges for the same is levied for two months (charges for a month is levied even i deactivated the service.) to my Vodafone no. - [protected].

          Even i have not made any single STD call during the period, coz i am not aware for the same, they were not ready to reverse the charges for the same.

          I am using the services of this number since 2002-03.

          Requesting you to please tought a nice leason for these kind of things by the persons to achieve there targets.

          My name is roopesh mehra.mob.no.[protected]. there is a reduction in my balance due tosms alerts.i find that cricket alerts are coming on my cell.i was not activated that type of alerts.please solve my problem otherwise i will go to the CONSUMER BOARD.

          Vodafone — Amount deducted without prior intimation

          Hi Sir/madam,

          I would like to escalate the issue, which i experienced before a day. I am using vodafone's prepaid connection for the past one year. I recharged my phone with 99 rupees internet pack and I recharged with Rs 300.00 full talktime, for which they deducted the amount of Rs 291.00 without any prior intimation. I have been to the customer service centre and explained the issue. They have not given the exact reason for deduction, but they are saying because of my GPRS pack they deducted Rs 291.00 and they are unable to show me proof.

          Please take necessary action to get this fixed.

            Dear sir,
            I am having a postpaid Vodafone connection from your company.
            I have a serious issue about the connection that is I don’t get my bills on time, either they are delayed or sometimes never come
            Due to this every month my sim gets disconnected from your end. From the past 13 months your company is charging
            Me late bill charges, reconnection charges, connect charges, disconnect charges, which goes to Rs 300-400 every month.
            I am using this connection for the past approx 5 years now. Just because of the problem from your side I have to pay these
            Hefty charges. I want you to look into the matter asap, and reimburse my money back. i.e. Rs 350X13 months. And see to it that the bill comes on time.

              I have been trying to change my tariff plan from last 15 days & have been requesting for change in tariff plan to vodafone by E-mail & to Customer service agent. but not one is taking my request.

              I have been using Vodafone for 3 years with corporate 199 plan, & now i am requesting to change the plan to Enterprise 175. But the Vodafone people are saying my company is not tied up with vodafone for this plan. but one of my friend, who is working with me in same comapny is using same plan. When i am giving his no. for ref., they are not having any answer to give & disconnecting my call. If other employee of same company can use same plan, why can't I. This is my simple question to Vodafone but they are not replying properly to my E-mail also. The only reason i am not changing my service provider is i don't want to change my number. Otherwise DOCOMO is giving very good plan.

              Please help me. I do not have any option left.

              Vodafone — Change of tariff rejected by giving vague reason

              I have been trying to change my tariff plan for the cell no. [protected] (Mathura, UP) from last 13 days & have been requesting for change in tariff plan to Vodafone by Customer service agent & personal visit at Vodafone Store but no one is taking my request seriously.

              I have been using Vodafone for last 2 years with super 444 plan, & now i am requesting to change the plan to 150. On 3rd October, I called to Vodafone Customer Care for the same and he assured me that within 24 hours plan will be change. But after 36 hour my plan was not change. I again called to customer care and he again assured me for next 24 hour it will be change but plan was not change. I personally visited the Vodafone Store Mathura and met to Mr. Sandeep last Saturday, 10th October and he also assured me for next 24 hour but the tariff plan is still same as earlier. I am very upset & helpless.

              Please help me. I do not have any option left.

              Vodafone — Tariff changes

              I have been having of issue with vodafone.
              I was on a Corporate tariff and wanted to change my billcycle so that i could pay my bill on time. I spoke to vodafone several times and was told that the i cant change it since its corporate account. I then had to change my tariff plan to a consumer plan. I was then informed that im a corporate customer on a consumer account so couldnt change it. By then i had lost all the benefits of a corporate account.
              All i wanted was to change my bill cycle date so that i can get a due date at the start of the month when i get paid. I have keep getting harrased by their collections agents every month. i dont think it will ever stop.

              My bills having comming high due to data usage. I have asked them several but they dont have any addons. I recently found out that one of my friend has got unlimited basic GRPS for RS. 99. When i asked for the addon i was again given the Corporate account crap.

              Im disgusted with the service i received then Vodafone.

              Im wandering if will ever get the unlimited basic GRPS for RS. 99 and get my bill cycle date changed

                This is just to let you know that I was interested in buying an e-top sim card of your company but I got surprised by the behaviour of the area supplier/ agent after so many calls nobody bothered to contact me or gave time for me to contact everytime only excuses if such are your area dealers then one can understand how good you service can be for our customers to whom a person like me is transfering money to other companies mobiles

                  my vodafone no is [protected] & add-on no in [protected].(add-on is with my wife)
                  the problem occurs in the month of janunry 2009 when my bill for add-on connection was cross the limits without usage of gprs. i.e. rs 1200/-. amount of bill of this no never exceeds to rs 50/- to 80/-.
                  co. disconnect outgoing without prior imformation & gave reply after questioning that ur limits of the phone exceeded. after somany phone calls mr. abhishek from vodaphone called me up that u will get a waiver of rs 500/- & u pay rs 700/- to the executive. i paid rs 700/-to him but services was not actvated by co.after caling somany times abhishek never pick my phone up.i phoned somany times to customer care but all in vain, to save my 700/- i had paid another 600/- (500/- +100/- some fine )to them, then they activate it after a long time approx(30 hours)

                  after only one month they created a scene with my another no [protected].
                  they added the charges of gprs (mobile to pc) i.e. rs/- 299 monthly continue for three months and lpc charges of rs/-400. then i asked kindly waive all this money the balance i will pay u.
                  but they disconnect the phone on 30 june. i visited somany times to vodafone store ,customer service but they dont take any responsibility & keep on harrsing me.
                  now they send me the bill for the month while my phone was not activated & they pressurising to pay the full amount.

                  kindly do the needful.

                  Vodafone — Disconnected the connection without prior permission

                  Hey,

                  I bought this vodafone prepaid connection no [protected] from V4U networks, Sector -10 , Panchkula.
                  When i bought this i submitted all the required documents (my driving license copy) and my photograph.
                  After one month they have disconnected this connection without seeking my permission. When I asked about this , they said that I havent submitted my documents. I also told them the information of dealer from which i bought this connection. I even called the dealer, he said that he has submitted all the documents i gave. I am on roaming from a month due to my marketing job and not able to sort this issue. So I had to buy a new mobile connection. They have really exploited me in this regard.

                  I just wanna say that without my prior permission, my calling details and my messaging details has been given to unknown person.                     i had a very very bad experience with the miss guidance and rely bad technical support by your customer care executives working in your call centers firstly they have very less knowledge about your product secondly they place you on hold or either put your call on mute,i spoke to 4or5 of your staff,some of them put my call on hold,some put me on mute,and everyone had different answers.finally i was told to visit vodafone help center,i visited the nearest one in santacruz, S.V ROAD and my experience with Vodafone got even more worse..
                    one of your staff members name:-Vandana Popatlal Mehta was least bothered that there was some one sitting in front of her,she was busy smiling and communicating with the male staff behind me,forget the problems we bring to you at least have the decency to speak to your customers properly...anyways hope this email shows some changes in your service...

                      Vodafone Store at Ansal Plaze new delhi By the plan of 999 that was
                      good on that time too but after some time once I visited your store
                      about the network problem or not able to talk properly etc… but your
                      staff is too good they listen to me very much and they changed my mind
                      and very clearly and cleverly they forced me to take the best of good
                      or better plan than the 999 that was I am using before , they told me
                      to switch over the new plan of 444 – this plan save your money and
                      time and others problem too so after that I also agreed ok go with
                      that too , but I also told them that I am leaving the delhi right now
                      and its an official ture of 30 -35 day to come back they sure me sir
                      there is no problem from the side of Vodafone too that is my need I
                      was using one or only one number in the media and press or TV or
                      publication or any event in all over india too and I have to move at
                      every place of india like Agra, Lucknow, Alhabad and than Chandighar
                      than Jaipur and after than my boss says to to Goa there was some
                      exebition is going to be held and you have to attend that also than
                      Mumbai than Kolkota too and back to new delhi by that time I was using
                      – 444 plan – so you can say a loss of 34 day with out network with out

                      why my bill jumps till 890/- pls clear it now then I will clear the
                      amount too but you people talk it in the negative manner too and they

                      staff is too good they listen to me very much and they changed my mind

                      or better plan than the 999 that was I am using before , they told me
                      to switch over the new plan of 444 – this plan save your money and
                      time and others problem too so after that I also agreed ok go with

                      and its an official ture of 30 -35 day to come back they sure me sir

                      every place of india like Agra, Lucknow, Alhabad and than Chandighar
                      than Jaipur and after than my boss says to to Goa there was some
                      exebition is going to be held and you have to attend that also than

                      – 444 plan – so you can say a loss of 34 day with out network with out

                      Vodafone Delhi Customer Service - very bad and unresponsive

                      I have been using Vodafone (previously Hutch) Delhi for quite some time - their customer service, that is, number 111 has gone from bad to worse. While they are showing advertisement that boasts of their good customer care, the fact is that in spite of waiting for more than 20 minutes for almost every day since the last 2 weeks, I have not been able to get anyone on line.

                      I simply need to change my talk plan since the last 2 months but due to their bad customer service; I have not been able to do it.

                      For this purpose u have started the customer care service...? I have some problem and I wanted to know about it. But you are not at all connecting my call to Customer care executive.

                      With due respect, I Mr. Nihar Ranjan Mohanty, recently transferred my all house hold goods on 23rd August 2009 from Badarpur (New Delhi) to Chennai as my job has shifted to Chennai, through 1st Arrow Packers and Movers, plot no. 134, Pratap nagar jail road, Near Hari Nagar bus depot, New Delhi-110064. I booked the packers and movers through sulekha.com. I have already paid all the amount to the packers. They have also given me the receipt, bill and insurance papers etc. Initially they told me they will deliver the goods in Chennai on 31st of August. After that they told truck met with one accident near Hyderabad, so it will take some more days means around 5th or 7th of September. you will get all your belongings. After that onwards they keep on saying today, tomorrow like that. But from last few days they are not picking up our phones and do not response even. I also checked the insurance paper in the R.K, Puram branch of National Insurance Co. Ltd. And found that document is absolutely fake. Insurance people told, we have not issued that paper to any packers like 1st Arrow packers and movers and that is a fake one. Sir/Mam now I am in Chennai with my family but without having any household goods. We really facing a lot of problems here in Chennai. Please do take the necessary actions against the culprits.

                      Therefore, kindly request you Sir/Mam, please help me in this regards for which I shall be obliged.

                      Vodafone Essar — Misleading Information

                      Hi i m Vodafone Subscriber from Mumbai these people have cheated me. i was having 40p STD pack Activated and they send me Offer msg for 30p Local Plan so i activated that and after 15 days they deactivated my STD Plan as its validity got over but now they are saying that i can not activate 40p Std Plan coz i already activated 30p plan what rubish is ths they should have informed me about that earlier.
                      The problem I m having is i need the 40p STD plan the most it is more useful to me so i wl have to opt for that plan for that i wl have to deactivate 30p local plan without its validity getng over and they are refusing to give refund also.
                      Please help me to get back my money these people are misleading everybody.

                        I had given the request for the Vodafone Prepaid to Postpaid migration on 15th of August 2009 & today is 2nd sept. 2009 , I had called many of the times to the vodafone customer care , & had visited the vodafone store too located at Sector 18 Noida & meet Ms. Neha Mishra, i had received the call for the same by one of the executive having the mobile number : [protected]. but as on date my number had not been migrated , they are saying that the varification is -ve but no body has come for the varification at my office, the vodafone executive said that i am not working in the office, i dont know approx 10 peoples come every day to meet me with the scheduled appointments & no body complaints me aboutr this than how com the vodafone executive reported this? i am working in thi organization for last more than 3 years & am the IT Head,
                        I am requesting for the vodaphone Prepaid number [protected] , The Vodafone exectuive who had taken the cash & given the receipt for the sim having the number : [protected] is still dead & not activated .

                          hi,

                          i have vodafone number [protected](chennai circle) . I am not able to recieve any calls on this number in any of the roaming circles (outside chennai) and the call gets disconnected in a second and due to my business i am not able to change my number.So on all the incoming calls i have to call back with roaming charges applicable.

                          i have registered 5 complaints with vodafone from last 1 year on there customer care but all the time i got the reply that the problem is resolved but every time it was a mock message and even i have send them personal mails on the mail id which they have provided for customer complains(vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) ,but their reply was just a formality to put the matter in cold bag.
                          YA ...even i am from chennai circle and i am facing the same problem...
                          Exactly the call disconnects at 00.00 secs and thought that i was the only one facing this problem...but u came to my relief...think vodafone should seriously consider this...

As my kid is Quite young of age 13-14 Months and after hearing messages he wakes up and we land up in a mess as me and my wife have to take care no other family members are staying with us.
                            Even in meeting i used to get these messages every month even after complains to the higher authorities but theses people are not taking my complains seriously and the worst part is both the company is not having Complaince Section or Consumer Grieveince Cell.

                            Vodafone & Airtel — Vodafone & Airtel (India) sells consumer call history and database to HSBC & third parties!

                            I had a bad history with HSBC bank especially with my credit card debt. Hence I decided to settle all my dues with the HSBC bank. So i started engaging in settlement negotiations with their DSC. After i started my negotiations with them, i came to know that they have called up all my contacts (with whoever I had telephonic conversation for the past 1 year with my Airtel & Vodafone number). I use two numbers one of Airtel for official use & other is Vodafone for personal use. As soon as I heard complaints from my professional contacts & my relatives that they have recieved phone calls from a agency that I have taken a personal loan from them of 1.2 Lakhs (though i spent only 55 thousand from credit card and the rest was the interest & additional charges which HSBC has levied on me) and that I am a thief and not trying to evade the amount which I owe. Such type of call went to all my colleagues, clients, friends, relatives, etc. But since the agency had hidden their identity I didnt knew who its was. Though at the back of my mind i knew it was HSBC's agency. As that was the only bank I owed money.



                            Finally I settled my dues with HSBC and got my Settlement Letter. The first thing then I did was to start tracking on the calls which all my acquantainces has recieved. Since I doubted the HSBC agency, so I somehow started to flirt with the girl from that agency with whom i was in touch. In no time I could convince her for a date. There comes the shocking news. As I was having my date with the girl from HSBC's agency. I came to know that they had all my call records for the past 2 years, and that they only have called up all my contacts in my call records for the past 1 year, to create a pressure on me so that I can settle in a hurry and pay all the amount they have demanded. I was even shocked to hear that they got all my call records on a weekly/fortnightly basis for both the Vodafone & Airtel numbers.



                            I have posted this article to make you all aware of the misuse of our personal data which is being done by the major telecom service providers (Vodafone & Airtel) for their commercial benefits.

                                Dear Sir /madam ,

                                My self and my husband took a vodafone connection from a Vodafone store ( Kharadi near Zensar office Pune) and not from a dealer last Wednesday. After submitting adequate documents as per the vodafone customer service agent . he checked our documents and agreed that the documents were appropriate . Now today ..our outgoing calls are barred . I called up the customer service call center ... the agent could 'nt understand my problem as it seems he had an English language problem , i asked him to pass it on to his manager . A person named as Ashish answered the call stating he was the manager after a very long wait . Then he asked me to resubmit the documents again because his staff didn't not submit the documents to the service center . I asked him ... if his staff ( the vodafone staff ) is not following the duties , why do they bar the calls , without any prior notice. He had no answer .I asked him if he could unbar my calls , he said he can't take a guarantee.I asked him what sort of answer is that ? I also asked him what sort of documents we need to submit . He said he doesn't know ... may be the same documents ! I was really disappointed with such an unprofessional service from Vodafone , where they have such untrained staff with such a bad unprofessional customer service where they can't even understand what the customer wants , or what the actual number is . Really bad and such a big inconvenience. i am new to the city pune and now if i have to make any calls in case of an emergency i have no other option .

                                i am using vodafone number [protected] from last 2-3 month and facing lots of problem from your side on this number.

                                Promotional call are coming still deactivation.
                                i handled 7-8 calls in a day whose said its my number.
                                last evening i talked with two customer care executive, they are unable to given me suitable response and disconnect my phone.

                                kindly sort out all the problem at the earliest otherwise disconnect my number.

                                This complaint is to compliment the pathetic service i'm receiving from VODAFONE.
                                The vodafone connection that i have will not display the callers name for the last 3 months. The callers name on my phone would says unknown even though its a saved contact on the sim and phone. I have called vodafone regards to this about 45-50 times and no one seems to be too interested in fixing the fault for me. Basavaraj, manjunath, Arif, Vinay, Malikarjun .... Are the untrained, unprofessional customer service agents whom i've spoken to, these so called customer service representatives ask me to submit my address proff, ID proof with a photograph at the vodafone office. I have submitted the same about three times with no result. Im so frustrated with the incompetence of your support functions. I have subimmed my address prof, voters id with a photograph at Kamanahalli vodafone branch three times... During the course of checking it the same sim works on another phone, i damaged this sim, went to the vodafone office again and got a new sim with the same number and this was about 2 weeks back. The store person said this would work in 30 min.. As he said it worked with no callers name.. Now i have reached a point where i have spent close to about 150rs only to speak to your customer care agents. With great regret having this connection i thought i will give you guys one last chance and called last saturday thats 19/02/2011. Spoke with Malikarjun and asked him to transfer me to a supervisor, he put me to an ext that no one answered. I called again and spoke with Basavaraj who said his supervisor is in a meeting, i wonder why supervisors are always in a meeting all time. Again he disconnected the call on me. I have so much to write here about the ****** services you guys are providing. Finally i got to speak with a supervisor whos name is Srikanth, who covered all the customer service parameters being apologitc, assuring promised a solution by monday afternooon. Today being wednesday close to business hours im with no solution.

                                To add on, Vodafone gives missed calls. I end up calling back and my money goes. They share the database with so many companies and everyday i get atleat 50 adv/marketing messages and about 5-7 adv calls. Probablly this is another way they make money.

                                Kindly advise where do i go from here.

                                    I owned a connection from vodafone till about 3 months back when i decided to discontinue the services due to bad services.

                                    There was some payment pending from my side for which i requested a bill from the company for. upon receipt, i insisted that the payment would be made by the end of the month

                                    however, on the 20th of july, another executive insisted that i should somehow make the payments by the 26th of the month because she had to achieve her collection targets. She also insisted the company had authorized her to use a language she deems fit with defaulting customers. This was followed by threats to call all the dialled nos from my bill and inform them of my failure to pay bills. she then hung up the phone. time was 1.28 p.m and the phone no is [protected].

                                    i have sent several emails to vodafone bringing this behaviour to their notice and demanding a written apology. however, m/s vodafone has preferred to stay silent and only sent legal notices.

                                    i require your help in bringing a conclusion to this issue

                                    Dear voda team,
                                    My mobile SIM ([protected]) has been lost. i went to vodafone store Darya Ganj by 03/09/09, and submit ID proof, FIR copy and 99 Rs. change for sim, The vodafone executive said that no. will active within 4 hour but the no is not activated. I had already spoke many times to vodafone care but dont give me proper information, some one says that it will activate within 2 to 4 hour, some one say within 24 hour, some says that need to go to vodafone store.. so i am much confuse due to costomer care executive.. costomer care executive name is Mr. Gaurav, Mr. Yogesh, Ms Gurpreet, vidi and many more. but they camt give any proper information.. can u confirm what need to do... how i can activate may sim... plz suggest.. i am much disappointed with vodafone service... otherwise i am going to taking legal action against tha company... I am not happy with your services... Plz do the needfull...

                                      dear sir,
                                      i have used vodafone conn. since last 2 years. my no is [protected] but i have change the conn. prepaid to postpaid . one day i recieved a vodafone excutive call he suggest to me change a prepaid to potpaid, and he disscussed the plan 1199/- and i was accepted the plan and i will give up the all documents and sequirity money 250/- he told me sir, your voda conn.was sarting after 2 days, but the conn. was not responding and excutive was not responding my phone calls .excutive name mr. sarvesh vodafone ( aliganj office lko)
                                      so kindly plz. solve this problem as son as possible.

                                        im vodafone prepaid customer with mobile no. [protected], last month i was on tour of orissa and bengal .on 18/7/2009 to 29/07/2009 . i was wrongly charged while i was in roaming i was making a call in same circle i should have been charged 1 rupee but instead of this i was charged 1.50 paise per minute . i have made many calls during my 10 days visit .
                                        when i came to my home circle, i had called customer care told them abt the problem i had faced, but instead of appoligising they responded i was correctly charged with rs 1.50 paise per minute, but as per rules of TRAI i should have been charged rs 1 per local call when i was making a call in orissa itself, because i was in roaming in orissa all my orissa no. calls shold be treared as local calls .
                                        even the CSR was not aware with call charges . they told me details are not available right now, call after 4 hours . i had called them two to three times . instead of taking my problem they barred my customer care .
                                        it was the worst experience .
                                        poor quality and service .
                                        uneducated customer care staff
                                        high call charges as compared to other service provider
                                        very poor and irresponsible staff
                                        50-50 paise wrongly charged in HINDI we call them CHINDI CHOR .
                                        i promised my self im not going to suggest vodafone to any of my circle around .
                                        it was not a matter of 5 to 10 rs it was matter what really customer expect from your side after paying money
                                        You are obviously right...what a bakwaas customer care service they are providing..
