[Resolved] Vodafone — No network coverage | |
Its to inform you that I am staying in Type 5, 14 no quarter in KPCL township SHAKTINAGAR, Dist:Raichur. There is feble network coverage inside the house as well as outside areas. My mobile number is[protected], [protected]. It is becoming very inconvenient to communicate properly. though I have loged complaint to Vodafone office at Raichur, no action have been taken till now. please interrupt to redress the complaint immediately.Hoping for early acknowledgment. Vodafone — no proper action taken
my no.is [protected].i m unable to recieve any STD landline calls.i complained regarding this to customercare approx 20 times.but no action has been taken against this. Sorry no response regarding complaint .

We are having 5 Mobiles in our Home. Which are having vodafone connection. But all of the them is having network connectivity problem inside the house. Me and my friends are working in Top MNC's company here in Banaglore. Nearly all the people around 2000 in our locaity are having the same issue with vodafone connection.
Kindly look into the issue.

I have a Vodafone pre-paid mobile phone connection. The number is [protected]. The major problem i face with the connection is that, because of no or very weak network intensity my mobile is of no use at home.
I am staying at F-68/1 Shaheen Bagh Okhla New Delhi . The Vodafone company is cheating me with not providing network inside the city. How can I be blamed if i move to any other mobile service provider in this condition?
I plead the authorities to take immediate action against the company for violating their assurances to the customer

As i have complaint alot at your gaurav tower office, malviya nagar, jaipur. about, the matter of releasing of call details along with my bill. But they didn't respond about this matter. they even didn't consider it at all.
So, please help me out and release my call details with my bill as soon as possible else i have no choice rather then withdraw with your services.

Vodafone — There is no network when i am inside my house
HiI have been the customer of Hutch/Vodafone for the past 4 years and it has become a terrible and the worst service for the past 5 months. There is no network coverage inside my house, I am residing at 2/78-1 bazaar street, st. thomas mount, chennai. I am living in this same house for the past 10 years and i did not have any problem. I registered my complaint many times and i even mailed my complaint to one the HR-Executive and finally they managed to send a technical person to my house to assess the signal strength in my house and he made his assessment and told me that, it will be rectified as soon as possible. But after some days i got a call from my HR-Executive stating that the problem cannot be solved in a short span of time, as they dont have any plan of installing additional tower in my area. And i am facing a great difficult in switching to another service provider. Since for the past 4 years i have this number to lot of my colleagues, college and family friends.

I feel that after the takeover of this service from hutch by vodafone, i service has become worst, and it has spoiled the good name that hutch maintained.
Sorry to say this truth...

Vodafone — Network not connected
Mam,Im Munuswamy R from Chennai, I got a prepaid connection No.[protected] two months back ( I year validity offer) I am using ten days only after that my mobile was broken, so that i am not using that Sim card. Now only I got new mobile, instead of I am using that SIMCARD its says LIMITED SERVICE.
Kindly clear that problem and reply to me
