I have got a sms from vodafone "New offer rchrg with 36 and get 110 local vodafone mins free valid for 30 days" .Then i activate this and got a acknoledgement "Hello Rs 36 deducted towards BC36 enjoy 110 v2v free mins" But credited only 72 mins. Then i called to customer care, they behav to me very badly and said we cant do anything its a server problem.Then they disconnected permanantly my customer care calling facility. My no-[protected], sir pls take any action.

My balance of approx Rs.200 vanished overnight in my prepaid Vodafone phone.
When I complained, I was told that it's a technical fault and balance
will come within 4 hours. It never came and same repeated for next 5-7 days.
Was promised time and again that my balance will come back which never did.
After 10 days upon my complain on facebook, they called and said that the balance got deducted
due to internet usage. I never used internet so how is that possible !! They told on phone that
will send me proof o[censored]sage which they never did.
These just telling me lies all the time.
They are cheaters and a fraud company and I warn everyone not to use them.
Will port all my vodafone numbers.
Vodafone customer care is also full of and liers

    Vodafone — Disturbance From a VODAFONE NUMBER

    Vodafone — disturbed my one day

    i am a vodafone post paid sim holder from past 2 yrs longback i activated DND also
    on 19th nov 2011 they send around 20 sms regarding bill payment one should notice that
    neither my credit limit is exceeded nor bill due date
    i received same sms for 3 days
    when i asked in vodafone store malakpet they have given service regesrtation num ie is [protected]
    and they said we will respond to your query by tuesdat 29 th nov 2011
    but still i didnt receive any phone call from vodafone
    my mobl num is [protected]
    I am receiving disturbing calls from the number[protected]. No one speaks and gives missed calls tiwice a day.. Anybody please tell me any way out...?

      Time and again I have posted the following complaint to the Nodal Officer, Vodafone, Bhubaneswar.
      Each time they have acknowledged the same mechanically, but not given any redressal, or reply.

      Vodafone is a customer-friendly service provider and you are all so friendly people.
      But what happens to us. My woe is not over. It has increased.

      In a confused state, I pressed MCI on 07.08.09. Some service provides have this facility free - that was my state of mind. Then when I realised that Rs.30 gets deducted, I wanted to decativate the command through SMS. I did not get any confirmation message to this effect; rather got some cricket news.

      My BSNL landline phone being dead, I was not able to send an email. I lodged a complaint through my Voda voucher vendor to deactive MCI and all such priced services. Then when my landline was set right, I wrote to you.

      I was informed that after deduction of Rs.30.00, I had a negative balance of Rs.12.06.

      I charged the account today with a voucher of Rs.50.00 with full talk time. Supposing that

      -Rs.12.06 was correct (I have contested it), I had a balance of Rs. 37.94. But, but, when I enquired about the balance a few minutes back, I was informed that I have a balance of minus Rs.11.06. HOW IS THIS, WHEN I HAVE MADE NO CALL, NO SMS, NOR AVAILED OF ANY PRICED SERVICES? WHERE HAS AN AMOUNT OF Rs. 49.00 GONE AFTER MIDNIGHT AND MORNING? THIS IS SUSPECT AND VERY SERIOUS. I HAVE TO ABANDON VODAFONE SIM AND PERSUADE MY RELATIVES & FRIENDS TO DO SO.

      My request:

      1. As I have written already I had a big balance before I used the SIM on 07.08.09 after hybernating it for about 3 and half months. It cannot be Rs.17.94. I need a detailed statement of accounts to be satisfied that it was so.

      2. The MCI command may please be reversed as I wanted to reverse it atone by SMS, but it could not be possible. Moreover, I have not at all availed of its benefit at all.

      3. If you judge that I must be charged Rs.30.00, then after my complaint, MCI and all priced services should have been disfunctional.

      Supposing that -Rs.12.06 balance on 07.08.09 is correct, I must have a balance of Rs.37.94 on this day, 15.08.09. IT WAS THE BALANCE IN THE MIDNIGHT, HOW CAN IT BE OTHERWISE IN THE MORNING WITHOUT ANY CALL OR SMS?

      Kindly attend to this personally and resolve all the complaints.

      SUB: - Deduction of money


      Dear Sir,

      I charged my account (mobile no.[protected]) of Rs.50 on 16-09-09 at 1.30 pm. I made a local call for 6 min at 7.00 Pm & what I found its 9.97 paisa left in my account .I inquiry Costumer Care but he did not gave satisfaction answer. According to him some LOVECOMBO service is activate which I never requested and to lodge a complain but in spite of solving the problem he cut the phone. Again I dialed Mr. Pradip Das- Supervisor (as he Mention) said your money cannot be return. He argue with me for long time but neither agreed to lodge a complain nor return money to my account. He spoke me such a way which gave me moral harassment and I was depressed

      Hence I want to get a clarification & want my money back. I want a result in 7 days otherwise I am going to lodge a complain in consumer court against your company.

        HI,

        This is sudeep pillai one of the dissatified customer of vodofone. I was a customer of vodofone for last 2 yrs with RCUG 50 Plan . But all on a sudden they have changed my plan to [protected]@1. without my permission.

        When i contacted the customer care the CSE told me that i have send an sms to change plan.

        But i had not send any sms to change my plan . Why i will do so when i am holding a corporate plan.

        I am extremely dissapointed with the respose which i got from the CSE who attended my call .

        Then i have visited the vodofone store for resitering the compliaint. They have informed me that it was happen due to some technical problem and your problem will fixed within 3 working days.

        Again i visited the vodofoenstore as my plan has not got changed to previous one. But this time there was another CSE who atteneded she was also saying that i have send an sms request to change my Plan.

        Why there is'nt any sms command for termination, when they have the sms command for plan change.

            It was earlier a prepaid connection i requested to convert to post paid they did but when i requested to convert to prepaid they telling that they dont have that option

              I BOUGHT A NEW MOBILE (BLACKBERRY 8900) IN DECEMBER 2008. I HAVE ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON THE MOBILE. FEW WEEKS BACK THE MOBILE STOPPED WORKING SO I GAVE IT FOR REPAIR AT THE VODAFONE STORE IN ANDHERI(W), MUMBAI. THEY TOOK MY MOBILE AND SAID THEY WILL FIX IT AND GIVE IT BACK TO MY WITHIN 14 DAYS. THEY ALSO PROVIDED ME A DOCUMENT WHICH SHOWS THAT THEY HAVE MY MOBILE FOR REPAIR AND WILL BE DONE UNDER WARRANTY.
              NOW, AFTER TWO WEEKS THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO FIX MY MOBILE AND IF I WANT TO REPAIR IT , I WOULD HAVE TO PAY RS.19,000/- . WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. BRAND NEW BLACKBERRY 8900 COST IT RS.24,000/-. I CANT AFFORD TO PAY THAT AMOUNT SO I TOLD THEM TO RETURN MY MOBILE WITHOUT FIXING IT. NOW, MY MOBILE ARRIVED FROM THE VODAFONE REPAIR CENTRE AT ANDHERI(W) VODAFONE STORE.

              THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME MY PHONE BACK, THEY ARE ASKING FOR RS.2100/- IF I WANT MY MOBILE BACK.               Send me a mail with your contact details and I would be able to help you out with the same, as this is against the law and be it Vodafone or Blackberry, they can't play around with consumer rights...don't pay them a penny and I will help you get your phone fixed from them free of charge (only if there is no water damage)...as that is not covered under any warranty

                Hello,

                My name is Ritesh Suri and I'm the frustrated customer with Vodafone Essar Ltd. I've been using their service for a long time and everyday i think of changing the phone number creates me a problem. I can neither change the number nor can keep it because of the services.

                My bill for the Month August was Rs.1316 and my last date of payment was August 21, 2009. I didn't pay the bill till 20th and tried paying the bill on the last date through my credit card on the IVR services. It rejected my ICICI bank credit card and the payment was not processed. Then i thought that there might be a problem with my Credit card so i tried with my HDFC credit card and the same happened, Declined.

                I called the customer care and asked for this problem. they said that they don't have any tie ups with these company so i should try some other credit card. I tired using my Citibank card and the same happened to me. I then called up again and aksed them this issue. They said that sir, try our website and try to make online.

                Website really sucks as Whenever i tried to login with a username and password provided by the executive never worked. It's been 27th august now and everytime i just got the same reply. In between that they barred both my incoming and outgoing 2 times. Then these buggers keep on calling me saying to pay my bill but none of their stupid services works.

                Then on 1st September their executive called up and said that he'll send me the guy who'll come and pickup the amount on 2nd. I said ok and requested to send the guy at 1:00 PM. Now this guy didn't come on 2nd September and came on 3rd when i was out of station and that to at 5:00 PM and then this illiterate bugger kept calling me while i was out of station and kept saying sir, Can i get the payment. Now 3rd September Vodafone again stopped my incoming and outgoings. I was out of station and couldn't call or receive calls. Unfortunately, My dad met a serious accident and these guys just barred without any reason. Next day i came back home and paid the bill. It was Rs 1316 that i had to pay and i tried to give Rs 1500 to the money collector. He said that he didn't have the change and so asked for Rs 1000 and said that they'll adjust the rest amount in the next bill. Since that time till now vodafone has disconnected my incoming and outgoings both for more than 5 times. The customer care executives really don't care for your problem.For example i met this Floor Supervisor Sandeep Kash who was such an illitrate bugger that i couldn't understand him and was so frustrating to me that i requested him so many times that i want to speak to some other executive, his statement was "Sir, It's not possible, you'll have to chat with me only!" I said i cannot talk to you, is there anyone senior out there and in reply to that he said "No Sir, there is No Manager, No assistant Manager, No Team Lead No one, You can only speak to me"....I had a word with this guy on September 11, 2009 and for the proof have all the calls recorded....But the company has no interest in solving the problem...

                Till date I'm facing such problems and still continuing talking to stupid Customer Care Executives...God knows when I'll be free?

                i agree . VODAFONE is one of the worst in customer handling. Its a fact that though these executives have been appointed in job but they are not aware as who employed them and who pays them their salary and they have no senior staff in their organization. They have right to disturb you at any given time but u cant even reach them. They are the worst people in INDIA . then you cant help this. They have many services introduced but on papers only. I[censored] register for DND, next day onwards u will start receiving more and more calls and sms . if you complain, your own number will be disconnected. They probably get money for these calls or SMSes so why they bother about customer.

                anyway Mr Ritesh this is just one of the problem and the customer needs to compromise . so cheers

                It is written over the address that for 1 hour, downloading is free;but my Rs.150.0 has been charged, when i download some wallpapers.my call is barred, so i can't talk to the custmer care officer.It is not the first time even 2 weeks ago this happens when i was downloading a game.that site or address is also free; it is also included.i was not satisfied with the answer given by custmer care officer..vodaphone doesn't care about its custmer.it always avoid the problems of their custmers.

                VODAFONE ESSAR LTD — Fictitious Billing for Mobile No. 098305 46286

                My wife Mrs Shampa Chakraborty received a bill of RS. 3628/- for the month of 10th Aug to 9th Sept’09 and found that out of RS. 3628/- SMS/ messaging charge is Rs. 2459/- whereas call charges is only Rs 565.23. She surprised to receive such fictitious bill and she had no option but to intimate customer care for disconnection of service as well as for correction of bills. But till date she has not recived any responce. Since she does not accept such fictitious billing, so question of payment

                  I had recharged my vodafone mobile No. [protected] for Rs. 250/-, for which Transaction ID wasDL [protected] dated 5th August 2009 on the confirmation of their promotional call from 888.
                  My utter surprise I was given the balance for Rs.116/- only. On asking from customer Service Executives, he could not reply me satisfactorily.
                  Then I written a letter to Ms. Nidhi Seda, Nodle officer of the company on 8.8.2009, On reciept of my letter I recieved a call from Ms. Tanu for asking my complaint but no solution was made so far.
                  Now I will request the competent authority to do the needful

                  Dear sir,
                  I am recharge my vodafone number [protected] in online recharge website is www.vodafone.com. Its showing recharge Rs.32 you get talk time Rs.27. so i recharge for Rs.32 but i get Rs.10 only talk time and one caller tune activate but i recharge only for Rs.27. If contact to vodafone customer care they give the good response.

                  I was out of India for 5 months and my no was in safe custody even though, Vodafone kept sending the bills, i visited their Store in Jasola Vihar, a Lady named Ms. Gopika confirmed me that due to some problem from our (Vodafone) side it happened i will rectify and call you (she collected all the concern doc.)

                  i never received her call and when i called Vodafone customer care, to my surprise they said sorry i can not help you, you need to visit the store again, even i can not take the complain. After 3 level of escalation the Manager Sumit answer was same, i wonder how come Vodafone store and Calla center are not related.

                  then i called the head office in Mumbai first 5-6 calls they disconnected then the Arrogant Secreaty picked up the phone and asked.-whom do you want, i tried explaining her the story, but she is least bother tell me the name of person i said i wanna escalate the issue above Sanjay, she gave me a no. which is of Vodafone collection center, where a Security Guard answered the Phone and said this phone is no transfarable and hang up, after that even he did not bothered to pick up.

                  Well VODAFONE---Happy to Help, and a Dog Keep follwoing you, this is wat they portray themself, if all the 6 level of People does not answer you, does not rectify your concern then what to do and how to Escalate it further and Highlight the issue.

                      I am a coustomer of Vodafone telecommunication. A dnd service is activated on my phone no [protected] from september 2011 but till now i have recieved promotional messages for this i have registerd my complaint on 30 November 2011 on 1909 but there is no action taken by them till 23rd December 2011.so i decided to port out my number after this i got a call from vodafone that your problem is resolved with in 7. days and they gave me a offer of 200 min free from vodafone to vodafone and they told me that this balance is credited in your account within 48 hours but no balance is credited. They also. stop my service of creatin complaints. so please never purchase a vodafone services. They creating fools of people.

                        I am the customer of yours cellular services having a above three connection but I am not getting satisfaction services as per my expectation. That the bogus bills are issued and the recovery mode of the said bills. Subsequently no adjustment is made in the next bill misprint of separated request that there is no proper and responsible matching prodded to settled the claim.

                        That I have deposited Rs:-100/- on 15/5/2008 for safe custody of phone no:-[protected]. under insurance that no bill will be issued for further period of three months .that the amount of Rs:-2922/- is recovered from me but in spite of request the said amount not adjusted till this day.

                        That in 2/11/2008 I paid the amount of Rs:-150/- in respect phone no:-[protected] while making a payment Rs:-100/- denomination note not passed through the machine. I have made a complaint on counter at the same time. I am told that the send amount will be adjusted is no adjusted. that you have stop the outgoing calls without statement of the excesses recovered amount.

                        That you have issued a bill in respect of phone no:-[protected] when the card was not actually activated . But after prolong period was repeated demand, the said bill is cancelled.

                        Thus your cellular services misted of providing service and facility to the customer to caused and harassment mantel tension, waist of time and energy. If your service would have been proper I would not have suffer monetary loss and mental tension. Please take a note of that notice. You please refund the amount of Rs:-100+2922+3022/-excesses recovered amount and make a settlement of all excesses bill finally within days otherwise I will disconnect my all phone connection.

                        If you failed to comply with my request in writing, I will proceed
                        Against your company for recovery of amount and damages for harassment prosecution for extraction of money by issuing fake bill and demand. Please note that, I will not be responsible to pay any further bill if any unless and until you settled my claim of excesses recovery amount. I hope as a responsible authority of the company you will do the needful as a part of customer service. I am awaiting for your reply.

However of late I have noticed that the balance in my account goes on reducing even when I have not made any calls or sent messages. If I call from different no sometime they say they call back later, sometime they put down the phone.Two of my Known people was also been cheated by another dealer for Vodafone connection.I complain everything in details to the Vodafone complain centre through E-Mail. In my 2nd mail I gave them the details of my chq. There was no result the matter was lingering. So in my 3rd mail I warned them that i will highlight it in papers. Its being 2 months there is no results.

                          I HAVE HARDLY USED MY NUMBER FOR 2 DAYS . AFTER THAT MY CONNECTION IS DEACTIVATED,

Thank You!" and her account was debited by Rs. 30/-, and the due date for the next month for paying Rs 30/ as October 10, 2009, but she has never requested for this service.

                              I had applied for a vodafone corporate connection which my company piramal lifesciences offers.I got a number which was already being used by someone else and his debit wasnt even cleared. For the month of feb he and i both made a payment of 567Rs.He reverted his payment and it showed to be debited to my account so previous for 8 months now my accountkeeps showing a due e evenamount of 567 rs.I have even submitted the receipt of my payment twice but my account hasnt been cleared yet.And then to top it all they bar my outgoing calls.
                              First of all is it right to give out a used number whose bill isnt even cleared.and secondly why should a person who has duely paid all the bills and also submitted a receipt for this confussion suffer.
                              Please i need to get out of this misery.
                              I had paid my bill via Internet Banking, Due to some problems 5 times it has credited vodaphone .Iam requestinng from past 15 days to revert the extra payment, But nobody has responded properly..
                              At present I'm in srilanka on a project ... very difficult to followup ...

                                I have activated "Vodafone Live" on 20th of June which is different from [protected]@199. I was never told about this while activation. Neither my internet account showed me that its [protected]@199 rather than Vodafone Live, it always should me Vodafone Live until August.
                                Thinking it is Vodafone Live and the process told to me for deactivation was by calling up the customer care and deactivate or do it via my internet account.I did it both the ways.
                                Still i was charged 199 for [protected]@199 every month, that is in July 09 and August 09, also the late days of June 09.
                                I had approached the Vodafone outlet for the same, as said by the person i had submitted a written application for deactivating of [protected]@199 and waiver of the monthly rentals charged to me for July 09 and Aug 09. This was of no use. Instead in the next bill(Bill of August) they have added an extra 199 and deducted the same as waiver. which doesn't make sense at all.

                                When called the customer care... the fellow slammed the phone on my face saying that the systems are down.. when i was explaining him my problem. This is absolutely insane.

                                My plan has monthly rental of 199.

Documents which I have submitted got rejected due to some reason. That’s fine but When I went to vodaphone store (Kalyan branch – Station road opp. To Platform No.1 )NO one was ready to help me out with the issue. One person was sitting in help desk Name Mr. Rajesh. When I asked him, he dint bother to give reply and it was written “Happy to help you Rajesh”…..is this the customer support you are giving?

                                  When I told him, “IT’S THE MOST DISGHUSTING SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN”, he is laughing at me and saying that is your problem, that you have not come across any thing like this. What kind of reply is this


                                  Don’t fool the customers by saying that you are happy to help , by recruiting representatives like Mr. Rajesh. I want you to take strict Action against him. Kindly reply me else I have to move to the consumer court.

Have been trying to get my number ported for so long that I have almost given up!! Wish more people like Janani would stand up and speak out.

                                    I requested Vodafone, Mumbai to change my pre-paid connection [protected] to post-paid connection. On 12th June, Vodafone Executive informed me to provide the photocopy of Electricity Bill as address proof and photocopy of pan card as identity proof. On 16th June I handed over the signed the application forms and gave the representative of Vodafone all the necessary documents. On 17th June I was provided with a new SIM (SIM No HLR[protected]). I was told that soon after the address & indentification verification, post-paid number would be activated.. Inspite of my repeated reminder, the connection could not be changed to post paid before the 23rd June and Vodafone void my connection.

                                    Later I was told, documents were not available to change the connection to post-paid. Also they said they were not aware, who gave me the new SIM card. I was told, I did not pay the security deposit. My pre-paid card had more than Rs 4000 balance. I had asked Vodafone to adjust from my credit balance. They agreed and provided with a new SIM. Since they could not perform they duty, hence blaming me for the cancellation of the connection.

                                    Infact Vodafone has lost my documents and the signed application form. They do not have internal control on the SIM management and the supporting application fomrs / papers / documents. This is a serious security concrned.

                                      I have got an SMS on 04.08.2009 saying that club Vodafone Mega Talktime 349 offer. Recharge for Rs.349 Today. Get Rs.449(Calls and SMS Only) for 30 days.I used the flexy recharge service and recharge was done for Rs. 349 but it was not accounted to my credit. I thought it would be activated when the existing balance is depleted. But my dismay even after the usage of existing balance it was not activated and when i contacted the agency from where the flexy recharge was done it was informed that the offer was valid only for one month and nothing can be done now.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        Very humbly I would like to submit that i am using vodafone prepaid SIM since more than 3 years
                                        and further many members of my family are also vodafone customers.
                                        The problem is that vodafone has blocked card recharging on my mobile phone no. [protected] i.e. i cannot recharge thru any card any tariff or any talk value card on my mobile. The disadvantage of this is that i am unable to obtain the benefit of may servcies/tariffs which are availaible in only cards.

                                        Further i have spoken for this to vodafone customer care exectuives on their help no. 111 various times for this problem, and everytime i have been answered that ur card recharging has been blocked because u have entered a wrong recharge no. and now u can never recharge thru cards, Your mobile now can get ONLY RECHARGED THRU either mobile recharging or net recharging. I
                                        would like to inform you that i have never enetred a wrong recharge no. in my mobile and further due to this problem i cannot use those tariffs or sms cards which are availiable in CARDS ONLY and further this permanent blocking of service is unfair and bad as far as the principles of natural justice are concerned.

                                        With all the above, I request u to plz help me in the above unfair policy of vaodafone towards its customers.
