regarding my incoming call problem outside chennai network

hi,

i have vodafone number [protected](chennai circle) . I am not able to recieve any calls on this number in any of the roaming circles (outside chennai) and the call gets disconnected in a second and due to my business i am not able to change my number.So on all the incoming calls i have to call back with roaming charges applicable.

i have registered 5 complaints with vodafone from last 1 year on there customer...

Misbehaviour by customer care

I owned a connection from vodafone till about 3 months back when i decided to discontinue the services due to bad services.

unprofessionalism customercare

im vodafone prepaid customer with mobile no. [protected], last month i was on tour of orissa and bengal .on 18/7/2009 to 29/07/2009 . i was wrongly charged while i was in roaming i was making a call in same circle i should have been charged 1 rupee but instead of this i was charged 1.50 paise per minute . i have made many calls during my 10 days visit .

Deactivate 14Rs south STD pack

I sent SMS to deactivate my 14Rs south STD pack(DCT[protected].Its not getting deactivated, after one day i booked complaint and get service registration number and they send 3 days time for responding about that query.But no use till now its not deactivated.There are lot of controversies between the customer care officers, they didnt know about all the information to provide for us....
