There seems to some serious billing issue regarding Vodafone Mobile Connect Rs 899/- unlimited usage plan .
As taking into consideration even a least download speed of 10kbps if someone uses the internet
Services for even an hour the unbilled amount for download comes to approximately Rs 1800/-
((60mins*60sec*10kbps)*(0.05Rs))
And if someone uses it for couple of hours the unbilled amount is surely goanna exceed
the credit limit making it impossible to use the services further.
This seems to be a serious issue as we have already been charge in advance for the service o[censored]nlimited usage and then not allowed to use the service stating the unbilled amount for net usage wherein no such amount is actually due, as the plan is for unlimited usage and rental has been taken in advance.
This to me appears to be a fraudulent way of stopping the customers from using the services.

Plz do not believe Vodafone,
Vodafone unlimited data plan is a mess, they will bill all your usage @ ((60mins*60sec*10kbps)*(0.05Rs)) and if the bill crossess your credit limit they will bar your service with out priour information .

They doesent even have the courtacy to inform us before barring our service .

    Vodafone One Month Blackberry Charges Rs. 15000 (Plan was Rs. 499), Vodafone Number [protected]
    My Vodafone number is [protected]...

    I had activated Blackberry on my Mobile by calling Vodafone Customer Care.

    I was told about a plan of Rs. 499..wherein I will get 500 MB free for the usage, I had crossed checked twice to confirm that its 500 MB and not 500KB. Now I am being told that the plan offer 500Kb as free services.

    To my surprise I received an SMS intimation of Rs. 10000 of the Usage on 12th July, as the bill was not generated (Bill Cycle followed is 18th-17th) I was told to check back on 18th July.

    However in span of last 6 days Bill has gone up by Rs. 5000/- now my current Bill amt is Rs. 15158/-

    In the duration of last one month from 18th June to 12th July I did not get any intimation from Vodafone on usage of Blackberry.

    It is very surprising that Plan of 1099 offers unlimited usage, wherein plan of 499 is now costing me Rs. 15K.

    I have already approached Vodafone Gallery at Lower Parel yesterday but was of no help.

    Only option I can see forward is to discontinue with the services which ideally should be my last option as I don't intend to change my number.

    Looking forward for any help possible.

    Vodafone Blackberry — Customer be damned

    Vodafone Store in Kolkata, India sold a Blackberry Bold to me on 27th October 2008. Very soon, steel frame started rusting. I took it to the Vodafone store and learnt that facia is not covered under warranty. Soon after, the Scrollball started to jam. Helpline advised me to re-boot the instrument. The phone would hang frequently and every time I would re-boot. On 20th of October the Scrollball stopped moving downwards and re-booting did not work.

    On the 24th October 2009, I produced the purchase bills and demanded a replacement under warranty but was told that Vodafone Store (Southern Avenue, Sarat Bose Rd corner) could only register complaints and send the instrument to Bangalore for resolving hardware issues which would take 15 days.

    Vodafone sells Blackberry phones all over India but iin the event instrument has problems they will simply pass on complaint to Bangalore. I demanded a replacement as the instrument was within warranty period, had a history of problems and was defective in many respects. I am yet to get a response even after 10 days. I need to travel abroad on business soon and will be severely handicapped without the Blackberry. I will definitely move the Consumer Court with damages if all else fails

    Vodafone Blackberry — Overcharging

    As a subscriber of Blackberry services, I was registered under package of 1099/- per month. I happened to visit the website and checked that there was no such package in vogue. When I called up, I was told the 1,000/- package stands reduced to 599/- per month. While they have agreed to revise the charges with prospective effect, I would like to know whether it is not an unfair practice to have continued charging me at a higher rate all this while. Would I be right in seeking a refund of all the moneys overcharged thus?

      sir,
      i have to state that we have already provided the address proof and verification to vodafone.as we belong to up(e) and every time ur people cutoff the connection of our mobile enquirng about the address verification.If this type things will happen again and again then we will take the vodafone sim.please look into the matter as soon as possible try to resolve our problem.

      regarding verification of address

      I have the complaint regarding address verification, i have taken a new number on my name wher i also have the two other numbers also with the same name and address. and for the new connection my address is not varified and told that we have shifted where before two day of that i got the vodafone bill for my other number on the same address.

      due to this reason vodafone have stop my new numbers connection, when i call on customer care they told me that i have to visite personally to galary or i can send the document via email or fax and donig this my line will be activated within 4 hours.

      i had email the address proof document on corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com and same had faxed on 66661200.

      but after 4 hour when again i called on customer care, the person on line told me we will not start the line unless u visit vodafone gallary.

      I think vodafone is having more that required customer base and they don't care for new connection.

      i think vodafone is not a trusted telecom operator.

      I am Mr. Vyas, a law student at NUJS. I just got a Delhi card from Vodafone and last night the number was deactivated. When I called the helpline, the person said that the guy came twice for verification but that I wasn't there and so he deactivated my number. However, he's not visited me. I think the person conducting the verification has not done his work at all. This is just a means to harass the customers. If he could not find the place or did not see that I was in my room, he has not even bothered to have the decency to call me so that I can be present.

      I am very inconvenienced. This is unfair and harassing that a person does not conduct proper verification and without notice cuts the connection. Please initiate proceedings against Vodafone and this practice. Please issue directives to the verifiers to call the person before visiting them. Please further issue directives to restart the connection. Thanking you.
      I have submitted the documents on 11th feb 2012, around 7pm at ansal plaza vodafone store, no recipt has been given, nor customer token, [protected] is the service registration number i got via sms on 13th.

      on 17th, my phone got burred. i called up 8-9 times at the night and the executive over phone told that they can not trust on me ( i have paid all the bills within time throughout 4 years). And they asked me token number which is not the number what i got over sms, they want address proof for the old address...many many things to confuse the customer and i felt that i had done some major crime that they cant allow me to use my phone...

      i am not going to use vodafone again and will go to another player in the coming morning

          then i visited vodafone store there are i wasted my 1 hours but no helo is given by them floor manager raima khana told me that we are not ging ti give any revrsal evene she not given any latter or any proof why they cut down my bal only due to press *

            Vodafone — Confused CC

            I got my Vodafone prepaid number converted into a post paid connection. Well everything sounded perfect when they were asking me to make the change… but as soon as I agreed the trouble started … 1st the executive started pestering me to with calls to make the change.. Then due to some confusion with her senior made me get the wrong papers…. It after all that mess got finally sorted my calls get deactivated for 2 days (transition you see….) . Its maddening… wonder why I’m still with them!
            lol, its a scam. There's no such thing as a free lunch in this world :)

                my no is[protected] sir from last two days 5 rupees two times has been deducted wen i sent a local sms which i had made free with bonus card and when i call to customer care they put the call on hold and never reply.
                Hi this is vimal. On 18 I called up the customer service staff to activate for ACT 69 bonus, which they never even attempted to do it till 20th. On 20th I manually sent msg to 997 for activating the bonus pack which contains the offer of 2 paise msg to all mobiles and 30 paise call rate to vodafone and 69 for others. As soon as i sent this msg, my 69 Rs got deducted from my balance and the greatest part is that the plan never changed as per the offer plan. My msg and calls are still costing 1 Re. When i call the customer service, I believe the only way they answer our querries is by placing it on hold for long time and disconnecting. Vodafone is not a govt organisation to behave like this. Thanks.

                    Hello,

                    I would like to register a complaint against Vodafone Mumbai for harassment. They've sent me repeated communication asking me to pay a bill which has already been paid. I have in fact recieved an email confirmation from Vodafone stating that there're no outstandings in my bill, inspite of which I've received calls and emails asking me make the payment, failing which they shall take "legal action" against me. When informed that the bill has been paid, I'm being asked to send in the confirmation that the bill has actually been paid. Its like I'm dealing with various companies instead of dealing with different departments of the same company.

                    I have already sent them the details as required but the reason I'm lodging this complaint is because I'm being repeatedly harassed by them asking me to confirm that I've made my payment. There's no assurance that after this there shall be no more communications for payment of an already paid bill. Requesting assistance.

                    Vodafone — Harassment for bill pay which is already paid

                    Hi All,
                    This is not tolerable from such a named telecommunication service provider of vodafone for harrassment of bill payment towards one of the old no. used way back in 2-3 years back for which payment has been already made.
                    Initially, it was not paid,but when I had taken new connection from vodafone itself, after some period they had deactivate the service due to non payment of existing bill. Hence I paid all the dues via Cash/Chq (exactly cannot recollect) but couldn't find the receipt/proof bcz of my movement/shifting from one place to another for living.

                    This such an unexpected service from vodafone that, having such a poor system, where they could not maintain thier client payment record.

                    I need a fair resolution for this and I can confirm that, I have made the payment, else, they would have not activated my other services also. Here they ae playing games with customer. But i am not going to pay any single peny for thier irresponsible duty and lack of system support. I can proof that, in many incident, they have proof that, thier system is low and maintainance is going on, hence they cant update the detail...

                    If in case, it's not resolved, i am going to recover 100 times of their claim money for making such harrassment and unnecessary mental torture. Bcz, of this I cannot concentrate on my routine thing and i am losing foresights.

                    Hope this will satisfy to resolve this case asap.

                    Vodafone — Bill payment harassment

                    I have paid the bill and also shown the proof for payments.
                    Yet they harass me with the recording for the payments while making calls each time, by also calling about the non-payment during the working hours.
                    Each time there is an additional of the amount in the bill.
                    I am not happy with the service and the way they have handled the complaint.
                    I am much in shock the behavior they have shown and to top it all they are demanding things to be done from my side even though their system is faulty.
                    Sincerely not a good mobile service provider and especially not a good service and giving information.

                        I recharged for Rs. 300 but the amount refilled to my account was only Rs 141.99. On asking what is the reason that this amount they had deducted for, vodaphone people replied that this deduction is made for processing fees. On asking what is the processing fees for, that they have deducted, they dont have any answer for that.
                        It is realy very harrasing that when u go for recharge for a particular amount and u dont get the amount u have recharged for and above that u dont know what is the cause of the deduction...

                          Today afternoon I received a call from Vodafone caller tune service. At the start it said "This call is in response to your request for setting a caller tune" or something like this. Then I heard the song "Woh paheli baar" being played. Suddenly the song stopped & I as said, "Thank you for selecting the song. Your caller tune will be set within 24 hours". Though I did not do anything to set any caller tune. Then I got few messages saying that I have set "Bhojogourango" as my caller tune. Something like this has happend to me earlier as well. Then the customer care executive heard me properly, she also refunded 45/-. Perhaps she knew that 45/- is a quite lot of money to waste at Vodafone's whims. But this time, few hours later when I called the Customer Care I was said that I myself have set the tune. Which is not true at all. I was horrified when I heard the customer care executive accusing me of lying indirectly.
                          I would be pleased if some higher authorities intrude in the matter and try to resolve my queries about why:
                          i) Why in such way caller tune will be said without my wish or knowledge?
                          ii) How come I will not get the refund as ti was not my fault?
                          iii) Hoe can the customer care executive say money ca not be refunded in these cases although I was refunded earlier?

                            I am Vodafone Prepaid mobile service user since last 2 year. my mobile number is [protected]. I had activated Sms 34 scheme for 300 monthly sms free. Last month on the date of renewal I had receive a massage from Vodafone Company (144) that “we are happy to renew your SMS34 offer. No discounted rates on spl days. Send HOLIDAY to 111 for details. If you want to deactivate offer send CAN SMS34 to 144." and they had deducted total 34 Rs. from my account on dated 17 July 2009. Reply for the same I had follow the processors for deactivate the scheme and done the sms to the company. Socked to know that they had deactivated my sms scheme on that movement and they had not credited the amount to my account. I had complained to the customer care they had replied me that no refund will possible and also your scheme is deactivated. now my question is the company had deducted amount from my account advance before starting month and there after they send me the massage for deactivation, how can customer know that the amount is not refundable at the time of deactivation of the scheme, why company has not inform customer in advance before the date of renewal. ok now when customer had deactivate for further next coming month the scheme must be activate for the period of the charges deducted by the company from the customer's account.
                            plz refund me the same amount and do necessary action against the company.

                            i have two connection i recharge both with 900rs card they are cutting different charges for both connection. this all mobile service company are basically cheating companies they are introducing different cheating schemes. to cheat their customers.

                              After receiving a flash message about Rs. 300 recharge scheme in which I should get Rs. 350 of talk time, I've recharged my mobile. But after recharging with Rs. 300 (Easycharge/Online) I got a talk time of Rs. 141.99 only. Now I feel like cheated.
                              What does this mean ?
                              They are sending flash messages with wrong information. This is really shameful.

                              I have recharged for 300 on 19-Jul-2009. I have got the talk time for rs 141 only. I think the offer has been stopped on that date. In that case I should have received a message saying recharge unsuccessful. Instead it said to pay rs 300 to the retailer. I lost the excess amount.

                                Vodafone — Mistake by vodafone system and customer suffers

                                Sir/Madam,
                                there are 3 vodafone post-paid connections registered under my name. Now what happened was there was bill generated for my vodaphone No.[protected] on 28.2.2010 of Rs.2445 which was paid by me on 9.03.2010 by cheque of Rs.2445. But according to their system they took that payment against bill generated by them on 28.3.2010 of Rs. 1526 credited my account. Now according to their system they say that your bill is pending and due to which they have deactivated my phone no. [protected] which was carried by my dad when he was travelling to borada my dad is senior citizen so I asked him to carry that phone. Currently I am suffering from jaundice and I am under total bed rest for one month. When I called customer care centre I was told by senior person of billing department with the name salman Kulavle that “we can do anything you need to make the payment then only we can start your services.”

                                My track record bill payment is also good for which they had offered me dynamic creditlimit of Rs. 15500.00

                                my point is what was my fault in this entire situation. I had already made the payment against the bill which was showing due according to their system. They deactivated my no for which I have cleared all the bills and which was carried by my senior citizen dad and mom while they were travelling out of station. I also told them ok fine if I have not paid the bill then deactivate the number for which I have not paid you can’t deactivate my Vodaphone No in which there is no Dues. Situation is like ‘if am hitting to some person then police is arresting my wife and not me.’ And they forced me to make the payment of that bill and now there is credit balance in my vodaphone No. [protected].

                                  I am Joy Deb Adhikari a postpaid customer of Vodafone and my mobile number is [protected]. I am an Consultant by profession so am have to relay heavily on my phone. I am using Rs 444 talk plane my normal bill will be in between Rs 3000/- to Rs 4000 and my Credit limit is Rs 7, 600/- . But due to not paying my May bill, Vodafone temporary cut my connection on 10 June. I paid my bill on 13th July of Rs 2100/- out of Rs 2500/- but still Vodafone doesn’t activated my connection, at that time customer care executive (Vodafone) told me that connection will be activated within 24 hours.. But after 2 days connection is not activated when I inquire customer care executive told me that I have to pay my this months bill also to activated. My normal bill paying date is 27 July without fine and my credit limit is Rs 7, 600/-. But it’s till 19th July Vodafone didn’t activation my connection and due to that I am lose some Rs 80, 000/- to Rs 1, 00, 000/- weekly. Now I want compensation of Rs 50, 000/- fromVodafone and emendated activation to my connection.

Vodafone service is always shows not reachable or network busy when ever we call the opposite party . Now finally it came to customer care . you are having the facility to pay the bill online and if same happens again in last day to make the payment we wont be able to pay the amount in time, and you will charge the amout of 100 in next bill for us . Why should we have bare the charge for the poor service rendered by your side . When we are trying to reach customer care its not reachable, we people are calling only to know about your product and service only, not for time pass . Even if it got connected it takes 3 minutes to connect to Executive which leads to more frustration to the caller . Kindly look in to the mail, and try to solve the problem rather than taking the money from us .

For the past 10 days I am not getting the call charge detail (which is by default) after each of the call that I make. Hnce there is no clue to the balance amount in my account. This problem was reported to the Customer care centre in Nasik one week back. I was promised the corrective action in 48hrs. But even after a week this problem has not been attended. The Executive told me if the connection should not go negative, first, the verification should be cleared. so i waited for 4 days for the verification process and 2 days for Activation process from the date of verification.                                     i got my bill in first month.after that i am not getting bill.and one bill is collected by me on the time of payment.
                                    This is to inform you that we are not happy with your service. Because we are facing problem regarding the Vodafone connectivity since last 2 months in Nararin Manzil on 16th floor 24 Barakhamba Road Cannught Place New Delhi 110001. We complained in customer care so many times but we haven’t got any kind of response. They always give next date that your problems will be solved on this date but there is no response on that day. We again complained than they have same answer & your customer care people don’t know how to solve the problem. We already have three complained numbers, complained date, problem Solving Date and the person whom we spoken in coutomer care. If your are unable to solve our problem with in 4 Days than Sorry to say that we will stop using Vodafone connection & we will go with another connection.

                                    I am using blakberry service on my Vodafone number but the service is extremely poor. Many times I am not able to send/receive mails. Also I am not able to log in to the messangers. Vodafone is still charging me for the same. when I call help lin they ask me to hardboot my handset( remove battery & simcard and install again). But this is not possible everyday and even they agree that some upgradation is oing at their end and will not be able to provide normal service for few days. So whay make customer pay for that period?

                                    Sir, I am using vodafone number( [protected] ) for the past 2 years. Just 2 months before i got the call from Vodafone regarding the address proof submission. For this task, they disable the incomming call numbers, Then I submitted the proofs in Chennai Vodafone Center (new Joyalukkas at T-nagar) on last Saturday(23.10.2010). They told, this is out of chennai, so it will be processed within 2 days, after that the incomming call numbers will be displayed. Till now it is not displayed. To day(after five days from the submission) they disabled my numbers for the Receiver.

                                    I want to know what is going on, tell me.
                                    Nowdays in market lot of service providers are there with more features.

First they cut my caller Id services , next they charge me unnecessarily even though i have activated low rate calls and recently a new way they came out with in which they have blocked me from recieving any messages.

                                    I got my vodafone number([protected]) converted from postpaid to prepaid on 20th January, 2011
                                    i went to vodafone store at new delhi rohini sector-3 branch and asked one of the executive named AKHIL to do the process for me. and he told me that my prepaid number will be activated within 2 days i.e before 21st midnight but it wasn,t and then i again went there on 23rd jan and then the same executive AKHIL told me that my simm will be activated by evening.
                                    but its still not yet been activated

                                    i request you to take some serious action against him as my number is not working from past 5-6 days and facing many kinds of problems due to that.

                                    Myself Jagabandhu parui, i am using Vodafone provider Sim, last more than month they are sending countless flash message & i contacted them several time to their customer care they simply misguided & even they are that much stupid sure they even dnt know how to stop that they firstly told me they can stop from their system but its takes 24 hours,& when not stop that i contacted them they told i have to stop that from my mobile as they instructed me &i did that too but wont stop, then again next day i contacted them they told 1st process & wait for me 24 hours & after that time again contacted them they told 2nd process & lastly i withs to talk their senior they told pleas hold the line,thats fine & the hang on me more than 40 mints & not pick up my phone or you can say just observing my patience. after that i disconnect that & then i am going to contact their com plane cell number 198 & talk with them & they listen & told me he going to connect with their senior & same trying to hang on phone & as usual no one responding me. after that when ever i am trying o reach 198 i dnt know some how i cant connect them.
                                    so i am facing this drama last 27th February , & i m in kolkata if i am facing this problem so what about rest of others....!!!!!! & its really matter of shame as i am using mobile phone 1998 when it was [command ] in india then hutch then voda & today i think they are going to worst provider.

                                    1) please tell your customer care executive behave & attitude properly, its possible everyone know everything s but at-least be a human being we at-least expect some good attitude/behave from them.

It was discontinued and at the same time vodafone TV was deactivated but the deduction of amount already done. It is still not rectified. I am very disappointed with the vodafone services.
                                    I am one of the customer of "Vodafone" suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.

                                    I Submit an application for migration of my postpaid connection to prepaid on 9th April. Last month bill was paid on that day only. they told me that it will be activated in 2 days. i got a message that vodafone exe will contact me on tue eve. but even after 5 days i got no call. in between my husband went there 2-3 times. they said it will be activated today EOD. but....

                                    After 5 days on 13th April when my husband went there, they asked them to pay my pending bill. dont know of what. and assure that no. will be activeted till evening.

                                    after paying that also, my no is not migrated. in meantime i was not able to make any call from my voda no.

                                    i called customer care to ask the status on 13th eve, they told me ur request has been cancelled as u havent paid the pending amt (even after paying pending amt).

                                    i called respective person on 14th April to whom i have submitted application forms. he again said 'aaj sham tak ho jayega.' then i cross questioned him ki kaise ho jayega, req is cancelled. he said 'i will raise the req again'

                                    my question is what was he doing for one day.
                                    why didnt he informed me that u have pending amt, u have to pay it otherwise ur req can be cancelled.

                                    the main question is what was he doing for 7 days.

                                    after that i decided to complaint this to senior most person of vodafone. i took Ashish's (some manager) from cust care and called hime many time in a day. his assitant told me he will call u b4 4. and after waiting till 4 i am writing this.

                                    this is not 1st experience with voda. i have activated a service for some time. and sent a message to deactivate it. i got confirmation message from voda.
                                    but they charged me rent for that service. when i comoplained thsi vodafone center and showed sms as proof, they told me it will get deducted from next bill. but for next 4-5 month no deduction was done. after visiting voda 4-5 times i get fade up.

                                    I am using Vodafone just becoz of it network availability. but i am afraid i need think over this now.

                                    YOURS 198 CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES ARE UNABLE TO CONNECT OF [protected]. SO SUFFERING HUGE PROBLEM .PLS SOLVE IT.
                                    1. I had reported a sim card loss on 20th Aug'11 at around 11.00am. I was told by Vodafone's call center executivce that I would be receiving the sim card immediately if I visit the Vodafone store or they can courier it within 48hours.
                                    2. I opted for visiting the Vodafone store and collecting the duplicate sim card. I was told that I would have to take only a photo id to get a duplicate sim card. I went to the Vodafone store but I was told that i had to get a photograph too. Since I was not carrying it, the executive at the store told me that he will keep the form ready and all I have to do is come later and handover the photograph and get the duplicate sim card in 10mins.
                                    3. I went back to the store at around 6:10pm, and handed over the photograph to the same executive. I noticed that he had not filled up my form. After I complained to him, he passed on my form to another executive who was handling a customer. After making me wait for 45mins, I was told that they cannot give me the sim card since their server had some technical problem. Because of the poor service I chose not to visit the Vodafone store again
                                    4. On Tuesday 23rd Aug'11, I raised a request through their Call-center executive for couriering the duplicate sim card to my billing address. I was committed by them that it would take 48hrs for them to deliver the sim card. Till Thursday evening (25th Aug'11) I had not received the sim card. I called up their call center executive again and complained about it. They asked me to wait for another 24hrs and it would be deilvered to my billing address. As of 29th August'11, I have not received my duplicate sim card inspite of making another complain on Saturday (27th August'11) where their Customer Care manager had committed that I would receive the card by Sunday evening.

                                    Before switiching over to ebill, the Vodafone bill used to diligently get delivered to my current billing address.
                                    Also, from the time I have been speaking to your executives and Customer care Manager, none of them seemed to ask for the billing address.
                                    Vodafone charges its customer additional payment for late payment of the mobile bills. I am wondering as to how much should I charge Vodafone for not being able to deliver a duplicate sim card for the past 7 days when they commit to deliver it within 48hours.                                     Vodafone has activated Voice chat service on my number without my any request to them.
                                    When i called customer care there was no proper response from them and they said me that there will be no balance refund because this request is made by you by dialing 123.
                                    i'm ready to submit my cellphone if they want and if they don't want to take pain of checking my call details.
                                    Such practices of deducting balance was not expected from vodafone at all.
                                    I never see my balance too, dont know how much such balances they have deducted till now.
                                    Want a solution from them and my money back. Will like to suggest them to improve their customer care executives they are of no use.
                                    I have ported my Airtel no [protected] into Vodafone postpaid connection. At the time of porting I submitted my ration card as address proof in which my father is the head.Vodfafone, without any objection port my number in to prepaid scheme. But after 2 months, when I found the prepaid plan quiet costly, then I visit Vodafone store addressing Nehru Ground, Faridabad to migrate my number from postpaid to prepaid connection. But it was not beneficial for Vodafone to migrate the plan from postpaid to prepaid so they started to tease me. First they refused to accept the authorization letter ,which I gave to my brother to submit the documents on my behalf ,and gave excuse that the person on whose name the connection is ,have to represent himself to sigh the documents, But the fact is that I confirmed ir from Vodaone Customer care to do the same and they replied that anybody can submit the documents if he has authorization letter. Again when I self visited the store, Vodafone again refuse to accept ration card as address proof and again gave excuse that it was against TRAI guidelines but the fact is that if I have to migrate from prepaid to postpaid They demand no formalities. This was just to restrict me from switching postpaid connection to prepaid connection. The attitude of Vodafone executives was very rude and unfriendly. When I told them to complete the other formalities and give me the CIF form,on which my signature is mandatory, They again refuse to give me CIF and again excused that it was against company policy to give CIF form to customer and told me that taking CIF form outside the store is not allowed, but the fact is that the same is uploaded on Vodafone Website. Moral of the story is that they do their best to restrict me from switching from postpaid connection to prepaid connection. Such a shameful act by Vodafone executives.

                                    Something is majorly wrong with their process. They should provide each applicant with an acknowledgement of documents submitted which the applicant can use to refute their system.

                                    In April 2011 I bought 2 post paid SIMs with credit card authorisation and the gallery forgot to file those and I was charged a penalty amount for not paying my bill on time. On 18 Jan I ported my wife's no, a doctor, from Loop Mobile to Vodafone (my 5th vodafone post paid connection- four in my name and the fifth in my wife's) and submitted the porting form, new app form, self certified copies of passport and PAN with the same address as the billing address, UPC code, credit card authorisation, previous bills from Loop mobile showing clear balances on 18 Jan. Today someone visited for verification and yet on 3 hours was disconnected for want of documents. Worse was the attitude of the help centre operators who wwre very dismissive and assumed we were in the wrong and refused to cosndier anything but the need for us to revist the centre with a fresh set of docs. When I spoke to the corp account supervisor, he at least got the no temp acitivated - which none of the others I spoke to could consider and indeed told me was not possible even when informed it was a doctor's no.

                                    I got my father to visit the gallery and someone there checked and reverted that the documents had been forwarded and seem to have been rekected for reasons unknown but could be signature mismatch and need to resubmit the documents at the gallery. Given someone else's experience in this site, not sure that will guarantee me continued service.

                                    Happy to help is a very inappropriate brand promise for vodafone- pure hype- no delivery. I am now looking at moving all my 5 post paid SIMs with total revenues of about 80,000 pa to some other provider and want to spread the word of Vodafone's poor service.

AFTER ALMOST ONE WEEK A MESSAGE HAS COME THAT UR BEING CHARGED RS.3 PER DAY TO USE SOME SERVICE AND MY FULL BALANCE IS OVER. NOW I AM NO WHERE. NEITHER I AM ABLE TO CALL NOR INTERNET USE. SO AFTER FRUSTRATION I HAD BROUGHT ONE IDEA SIM AND USING INTERNET. NOW MY QUESTION IS ONCE I AM UNABLE TO CALL ANY WHERE THEN HOW THE SERVICE IS ACTIVATED FOR BALANCE DEDUCTION . HENCE TTHIS COMPANY IS LOOTING THE INDIVIDUALS AND THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FOREVER. SO MUCH SO I HAVE ALREADY SET MY MIND TO GO TO THE COURT AGAINST THIS COMPANY AS MY INTERNET PACK TIMIING IS GOING TO BE OVER IN A WEEK BUT PRACTICALLY I HAVE NOT USED IT.                                       Your request for the deactivation wont be addressed so easily by Vodafone people. I have been using Vodafone for last 11 years and struggling a lot to deactivate such services. They activate it on your connection without your permission and you will come to know about it only once you refer to your magical bill. For my connection, they have first activated DOWNLOAD, I followed with them for 2 months and as soon my struggle ended, they activated VODAFONE LIVE and then I again struggle for 3-4 months to deactivate it...none of their staff (customer care people or even the support people at Vodafone store) have right to take back (or deactivate) any of such services. Last month, finally it got deactivated and so this month again they have activated GPRS...bcoz of it I have received Rs.2000 excess bill . Now, I have again started my same process...may be in next 3-4 months, I will ensure to deactivate it. You guys enjoy!!!

                                      DEAR SIR/MADAM
                                      I have been using Vodafone for last 2 years . They activated GPRS connection without my permission and Rs 1253.77 was charged in my bill on a/c of mobile internate charges on september 2015 bill. I had complaint them, the had also adjusted the same amount. I had also requested them on 19.10.2015 to deactivated the GPRS services on the same date they ensured me that the GPRS services will be deactivate in my mobile, but stil it is activate and they have charged Rs 536.84 in my bill. Today again I have complaint but they inform me that GPRS services still activate and charges will be paid the same.

                                      I am requested you to deactive my GPRS service and remove unjustified bill which is not mine.

                                        I have received a call from your DSA FAST TRACK as on[protected] that i purchase an ADD On connection from then which has the number of which last five digits are same as my current number. My current number is [protected]. Today[protected], i am received a confirmation call from your vodafone and the person confirmed me the different number. The number which is allotted to me is [protected]. I am not your [censored] customer. I believe only on vodafone thatswhy i make a payment to them as security money.



                                        Now will you tell me that can i recieve the number which is allotted to me or not.



                                        I am attaching the voice recording of the executive who talked to me from the Fast Track.

                                        PLEASE SHORTOUT THIS PROBLEM. I DON'T WANT TO GO BY ANY LEGAL PROCEDURE.
