[Resolved]  Vodafone — Cheated services

I m uday singh rawat ([protected]) a vodafone customer want to bring some attention over vodafone cheated services to the customer.They did following cheating:
1) By recharging of addon card of Rs 20 for local 100 vodafone to vodafone night mins....they without any notification converted my previously aquired 800 vodafone to vodafone day mins to night.Hence loss of valuable 800 day mins.They gave the reason that it is stated in terms and condition which they never inform to me.They said u have to ask to retailer about this condition and we cannot do anything.

2) They send many services messages in which by simly opening them u automatically get subscribed without any information.Eg.They send me message for india pak series updates via service message,where i just open it and my 100 Rs get deducted.I talked to customer care and they said " sir its ur problem u clicked a link and you just message dct ckt to reply then ur cricket update service will blocked and u will get ur balance back.I did the same as said but my balance not given back,so i called back to customer care and they replied " U got the wrong information we r sorry for this but we cannot do anything " hence my valuable 100 Rs lost with no cricket update service....so its a clear case of cheating..

So to whom it may concern i requested that please do something in it otherwise everyone will be cheated like this.

same complaints I received from my friend's side.

so its really requested that concern person please take some action and give me some kind of reimbursement either by wealth or action over this company.

Hi My name is Fahad Javeed. I have a travel ticketing business wherein i sell mobile currencies as well to my customer's, so I wanted to take even Vodafone retailing as well. With this in mind I started hunting for the Vodafone dealer agent for the service & I got One agents no. his Name is Ramu & his no. is [protected]. I spoke to him over the phone, after awaited 7-10 days he visited my office & took my id proof doc's. Then he almost disappeared for more than 2 weeks & when he returned it was a shock to hear that the 1st time I should take minimum of Rs.3000 worth currency whether its required or not & also asked me to pay Rs.450 for the demo sim card with the knowledge how much talk time will be available on it. He was the most cheapest dealer I had ever seen who didn't even know how to speak as he sounded very arrogant.

i have a vodafone number [protected] . i recharged it with rs. 100 annd balance of rs 40-50 was deducted between 20 Nov. to 23 Nov. 2010, i called to customer care 198, first time someone picked the call and disconnected ,second time i asked the customer service Representative (Anita Devi) to transfer the call to vodafone manager he put the call on hold for 18 minutes and disconnected the call, third time i spoke with Mr. Parveen he transfered the call to his supervisior i spoke with him he didn't give any resolution i asked for customer service head number and e mail id , he didn't provide me finally i disconnected the call, surprising- Number temporary Disconnected. this is vodafone customer service............

I am using a Vodafone no-[protected] since last one year ,i recharged this no. with rs. 100 and balance of rs 40-50 was deducted without making any calls i called Vodafone cust care 198 to complaint for the same, first time i called a customer service executive picked the call and disconnected, second time Anita Devi picked the call I asked to transfer the call to manager she kept me on hold for 18 minutes and disconnected the call, third time i spoke with Praveen he transferred the call to his supervisor Mr. sandeep he didn't give any satisfactory answer so i disconnected the call , i was surprised after this my number was temporary disconnected i was not even able to call cust. care then i called [protected] from a different number and spoke to Mr. haridutt he informed that they have received a req. to bar the service as this number is lost ....This is the customer service of Vodafone.....


Lucky all the customer who doesn't have a Vodafone number

I am Rakesh and been using the Vodafone number since last 4 years. In these four years, I never felt satsified with their customer service. Their customer service is worst, I have ever seen.

Some, people will say, if you are not satisfied, then why you are sticking with the company. The reason is, I am using this number since I came to Mumbai and do not want to change the number.
Also, if these comments are coming from the person who has used the services for 4 years, it has some truth in it. There are other service providers also and even their service is not good but at least their call rates are cheap. Vodafone is the most expensive among all the service providers and still their services are so bad... Really disappointed.

Vodafone — Complaint repeatedly ignored

Despite repeated complaints through numerous calls and emails, my problem of 3G service not working has been ignored. I have also been charged for the service in spite of me highlighting the fact that the service is not accessible on my connection.

Also the complaint contact number mentioned on the site , 198, does not work stating ' can not process your request at this time'.

The responses to my emails do not address my concern of why the service is not working. It has been approximately more than 3 weeks since i had highlighted my issue.
