[Resolved]  Vodafone — Irresponsibility and not giving proper service to the customer.

Hi,
I am Goutam Dash . I have taken a post paid connection through VODAFONE sales executive on Dtd.[protected]. I had given all the documents (1) Recent Photograph. (2) ID Card Photocopy. (3) Signature Proof (PAN Card Copy). Your sales executive immediately gave a SIM Card ([protected]), when i asked him regarding the activation of my SIM Card , he told me it will activate in the Mid Night 12. After 24 hours when i called him over phone he didn't lift the call, after that i had sent a mail to the mail id (gulam.[protected]@vodafone.com) which has been given by the sales executive (Mr. Kiran) but neither Mr. Gulam nor any other person respond to my mail.From[protected] to[protected] nobody responds to me.The sales executive(Mr.Kiran) who had given the sim playing with me.Vodafone sales executive request and repeatedly insist me to take a connection as because it is a magic no. But i don't know he insisted me from his side and still unnecessarily irritates me.Please is it the BUSINESS PLAN of VODAFONE company to unnecessarily irritates a person?

I had called the sales executive more than 40 times but that person each every time cancelled my call.
IS IT CUSTOMER SERVICE OF VODAFONE?

Please clarify the same or I will go with proper legal procedure that Unnecessarily mentaly harassing and irritates a corporate person.

Vodafone — Not following the procedures properly while giving a new connection

I have made a big mistake of taking an SIM from Vodafone store, Domlur, Bangalore. While taking the SIM as a process they have collected all the required documents and proffs from me. Following are the issues that I faced after taking a connection,
1) The executive there told me that the SIM will be activated the next day, but waited for 1 day the SIM was not activated. So called to customer care who suggested me to go back to the store. So again I went there and got it activated. This time I had given an amount of Rs.500 to recharge for the new connection that I had taken.
2) Waited for 2 days again the amount which was supposed to be credited the next day didnt got credited again. Again the same reason from the customer care to visit the store. So I visited again and then got it done right in front of me.
3) After 2 weeks I got a message to the new connection saying "You have not submitted your proffs, so inorder to retain ur connection, please go and submitt it at the earliest". Again the same reason from the customer care to revisit the store.
4) This time I went and scolded the executives there, they again told me to resubmit my proffs. So again I gave a copy of my proff and then took the number of an executive there inorder to call her directly when needed, the number which I took was [protected].

Now its 2 months completed after all the above incidents. Again last week I am getting the same message of "You have not submitted your proffs, so inorder to retain ur connection, please go and submitt it at the earliest".
When I am calling to the number [protected] now, it always says its switched off. So how many times I have to go to customer care for making a mistake of getting a new connection.

Please help me in getting this issue solved.

Vodafone — Not giving proper service

Sir

My name is Mayur Malviya and i am one of the costmer of Vodafone num is [protected].
The complaint is that, that i had recharge my mobile on 21.07.11 with Rs 297/- as Vodafone offer they have to give me Voda to Voda free and 30 min free for other calling. But still i didnt get that offer of 30 min free calling for other and when i called costmer care of Voda they told me "SIR U WILL GET THIS OFFER WITH IN 24 HOURS".

MY point is that when costmer is paying the amount to the company then why offer after 24 hours and this offer is for 30 day and i am getting offer after 24 hrs then the validity will be 29 days.

Why these companys are not giving proper serivec to the costmer and why always cosumer have to suffer always. Why these company always lead on head of costmer?

Please do the needfull aganist this company.
