This is Vikram Sethi from Abohar (Pb.). I have a Big Grievance against
Vodafone for harassing my Dad, (Mr. Subhash Chander Sethi)
Actually,My Dad was a customer of VodafoneI.e. [protected].Customer ID-1
15182669. On 9 Nov. 2009, We gave a written request to Vodafone Store (Durga
Communications Abohar) for suspension of services without further.Female
Representative accepted it and made me talk to Vodafone Customer Care
executive for convincing me to continue! As,He flunked to convince me
Representative accepted my request for disconnection and told ,''Permanent
disconnection will be done after paying Bill''. I nodded and said I will pay
it,As I will receive the copy of my Bill. After that day, We didn't use
[protected] at all.Well, We got the Bill on 21 Nov. 2009 and We paid it all
(Rs. 486) On 23, Nov. 09 along with a SIM CARD,NEW REQUEST LETTER as said
by Vodafone customer care AND XEROX OF VOTER ID.Representative destroyed
that sim and told ''Your number will be disconnected permanently in few
minutes''.
On 15 Jan. 2010,I got an E-bill (ONLY RENTAL) from Vodafone. I contacted the
customer care and asked to update the database,But No Response! I again
e-mailed my complaint to numerous of times, But No body became ''HAPPY TO
HELP ME''.Next month again, I got an E-bill Rent to me. I again complained
on 15 Jan 2010 and asked to ameliorate the services, But again No response
at all!!!!!!!!!!!! You can see how pathetic and cruddy service your service
is!!!!!!!!!
After that , I made numerous of complaints to Mr.ARVIND DHIMAN,vodafonecare
[protected]@vodafone.com and other available e-mails against this wholly cruddy and
unprofessional Service of Vodafone!!!!!! But still no response!!!!!!!!Sorry
to enounce ,But Your employees have made VODAFONE a bloody -hole!!!where
professionalism and Integrity are still searching their place!!! Customer
should be coined as a King, But your Bloody incompetent and Rude employees
treat customers like a cut-throat dog!!
Limit got crossed, When,On 13 March, Afternoon, My Dad got a call from
Vodafone.He threatened and abused my Dad very Badly and asked to pay Rs. 400
immediately, otherwise, the result will be horrendous!!!,He added.After
talking to him, My Dad got heavy stress and hypertension.Vodafone threatened
and abused my Dad without any fault! Vodafone tried to assault and exploit
my Dad!Vodafone harassed a Heart-Patient and caused hypertension to whole
family without any fault! Vodafone is dreading people...I never expected
such a bloody rude, cheap and unprofessional Behaviour from such a Famed
GLOBAL BRAND! This is highly Behaviignoble as well as implausible our done
by Vodafone!
Why the hell, We should pay for what we haven't used??? Why??????Its not a
matter of just some 400 bucks,But a matter of above all Integrity towards
consumers.Its dead annoying... And such type of Behaviour towards a
respectable and honest person is not bearable at all! We followed all the
procedures whatsoever told by Durga communications to disconnect the number
permanently.Our Fault is what that We are honest??? Vodafone has become a
menace for us! Abruptly,without giving any information your people begin to
harass us!
Dearie! Today i.e. 15th March is the WORLD CONSUMER RIGHTS DAY and on this day in 1962,
President Kennedy had declared four consumer rights,Which you have forgotten
totally, Let me remind you! Right to safety- We have a right to safety,Your
company has become a jeopardy for us. Its yours Executive's fault that she
didn't disconnect the number in spite of getting written request and Full
payment on 23 Nov 2009 from customer and you are imposing this flub on us
rudely!We have a right to be informed, But no reminder or Information (via
email,reply,phone,sms,fax) was given to us regarding this!Were you
celebrating a slumber party in Vodafone ??????????????????????????I am
awaking you by sending e-mails asking for clarification or making complaints
But I get no response!!! Is this a way vodafone become HAPPY TO HELP????
Instead of help use ''HAPPY TO HARASS'' 3rd is I have a right to choose, I
chosen to change my operator due to non satisfaction and your employees
didn't let us opt this right yet!!! AND 4th right is to be heard, I have a
right to be heard! Without listening, Abruptly, Your executives tried to
molest us by giving threatening call! This is thorough appalling,Aberrant
Behaviour done by VODAFONE!After observing these rights, I entitle to be
redressed! Isn't it?

I'm living in kerala, and i am a customer of Vodafone.
On 25th September 2008 I saw my account balance as Rs.161.96/-.
But today(26th september 2008) Just after making three calls, I found my account balance as Rs.43.66/- . Each call could maximum
long to 2 minutes. So I was charged more than Rs.100 for nothing.
No extra services like caller tunes or alerts. When i searched this forum, I found hundreds of similar complaints. But I am ready to pay more potential on this as this is not the first time I am experiencing this. If justice is not on the consumers' phase I am even ready to advance for an appeal in the court, complaining the deceitful behavior.
