Vodafone Live and Download Charges

Respected Sir/Madam
I am a Vodafone postpaid customer,Mobile Number : [protected].In my January month bill, i have been
charged with Rs. 753/- for Downloads charges and Rs.118.50/-, which i certainly have not
done. Also, these people are not willing to register my complaint and they

I am registered at DND registery. Despite that I get marketing calls from other companies and continous messages from vodafone all the time.
Given Cricket alert service unnecessarily and deducted the amount even after unregistering from the service.
The customer service agents NEVER RESPOND TO THE CALLS!!!!!...

Abuse

I want to lodge an official complaint against a vodafone kolkata no. ie [protected]. I got call from this no and the guy named Rajesh Das who has asked for my sister and gave me threats and used abusive language and after that I also lost my cool. I just want the details of the person who owns the no so that I can trace him down and lodge and official complaint against him at Kasba Police station....

change of tariff

wel i have asked vodafone to change tariff. they asked to submit request in company letter head being corporate account. we did that but still got rejected. we repeated again but after regular follow us they only ask to wait but no reason given for delay, nor satisfactory reply from them. why this company is doing this, delaying for simple request of change of talk plan, don't know....

charging 456.50 for vodafone live despite using bb 899 plan

my number is [protected] [protected] i have been charged 456.50 of vodafone live when i have not used it at all . i am using blackberry 899 plan unlimeted usage and downloading .
then howcome i am getting charges for vodafone live when i have not used it ??

when made a complaint i was told i may have used youtube on my blackberry ?

i was never informed that youtube is chargable on this unlimated download...

Hi, I am Shraddha and my no. is [protected]. I very well know that while taking this no. I submitted my Documents in one of the vodafone gallery in Borivali W.

After few months, I got the msg from vodafone stating that you need to re-submit the documents for verification purpose.

When i called up the Customer Care,for the same these people said that the name I am taking and the details mention in their system...

Unwanted dirty sms

My Sister is continually getting dirty sexual harassment & unwanted messages from a Vodafone Number i.e.[protected] in spite of warning several times.

fraud billing and disrupted service's ,trying to distrub people without even taking a complaint

Hello all,

I had made Payment's on this account even after my repeated request at customer service to deactivate the connection and internet service as it was not compatible for my usage .

However this was after ward's confirmed that each request was confirmed as an inquiry when the request was deliberate and was a complaint and vodafone continued to charge the same.

Deactivation of all add ons to my number

Be aware of - Vodafone

Rate Cutter System in Vodafone Telecom is going very poor .... whatever they are saying is not implemented in that process. Besides Customer Care systems making irresponsible answers to all customers queries.
They are not generating NEW PLAN which is all are FORGERY....

No proper signal

Dear Sir,

We just shifted from Malleswaram 8 th cross to Malleswaram 13 th cross next to MES college 3 days back.But to our horrible nightmare there is no signal not even one bar on the signal bar in my Nokia 5233 mobile.Also i tried sim in other mobile but no signal.I have to come out of house to the main road.Its very difficult .Please advice....
