Dear Sir,
I hereby want to state that my complaint is yet to be solved. From past 3 months am visiting your outlet but its of no use and just waste of time. For my number which i had disconnected on Jan-2010 / Dec-2009, i had received a call from vodafone and suggested some offers and forced me to continue my pouring down the offers. But till now i haven't got any offers. When contacted Vodafone Store at ITPL, Bangalore, i got a poor response from them. They took it very lightly & were too negligent about my complaint. Why did your vodafone executive mislead me by suggesting offers and why did they asked me to continue.?? Today your executive had called up and asking to pay the bill as its the last date, incase of delay in payment, he will be disconnecting itseems. Let him do watever he wants. Only during the bill payment, they will remember the customers. But for the complaint issues, they are least bothered. If this is your kind of service and If your not keeping up your words, please disconnect the above mentioned number.

    Hi,


    This is in regards with my Vodafone mobile number [protected]

    I had activated GPRS service for Rs 58 for 15 days where you get 30 MB/ day on the 11/03/2010

    According to the service provider, I am supposed to get 30 MB of data everyday

    On the 14/03/2010, Vodafone failed to credit 30mb of data on my account and when it was 12:00 midnight and the next calendar day started i.e: 15/03/2010; due to Vodafone not crediting the free allowances I started getting charged 10p/10kb and was charged 50 Rs for surfing and downloading.

    When I called Vodafone and spoke with their unhelpful customer service advisor; Mr Sandeep Jayaprasad Jaiswal..he said that it is a network problem and hence the issue..and they cannot do anything about it.

    The 30 mb was credited to me later; however the 28 mb that I had remaining on my account was taken away.

    In this process; I lost 28mb of my data, and was charged 50 Rs extra…

    When asked for a manager; Sandeep says that there is no manager available and I will need to call in the morning.


    I want the following issues resolved;

    • Register a complaint against Vodafone for poor customer services
    • Asking customers to call later when it’s a problem on their part
    • Crediting back my 28mb
    • Refunding back my 50Rs because of their network problem

      This is Vikram Sethi from Abohar (Pb.). I have a Big Grievance against
      Vodafone for harassing my Dad, (Mr. Subhash Chander Sethi)
      Actually,My Dad was a customer of VodafoneI.e. [protected].Customer ID-1
      15182669. On 9 Nov. 2009, We gave a written request to Vodafone Store (Durga
      Communications Abohar) for suspension of services without further.Female
      Representative accepted it and made me talk to Vodafone Customer Care
      executive for convincing me to continue! As,He flunked to convince me
      Representative accepted my request for disconnection and told ,''Permanent
      disconnection will be done after paying Bill''. I nodded and said I will pay
      it,As I will receive the copy of my Bill. After that day, We didn't use
      [protected] at all.Well, We got the Bill on 21 Nov. 2009 and We paid it all
      (Rs. 486) On 23, Nov. 09 along with a SIM CARD,NEW REQUEST LETTER as said
      by Vodafone customer care AND XEROX OF VOTER ID.Representative destroyed
      that sim and told ''Your number will be disconnected permanently in few
      minutes''.

      On 15 Jan. 2010,I got an E-bill (ONLY RENTAL) from Vodafone. I contacted the
      customer care and asked to update the database,But No Response! I again
      e-mailed my complaint to numerous of times, But No body became ''HAPPY TO
      HELP ME''.Next month again, I got an E-bill Rent to me. I again complained
      on 15 Jan 2010 and asked to ameliorate the services, But again No response
      at all!!!!!!!!!!!! You can see how pathetic and cruddy service your service
      is!!!!!!!!!

      After that , I made numerous of complaints to Mr.ARVIND DHIMAN,vodafonecare
      [protected]@vodafone.com and other available e-mails against this wholly cruddy and
      unprofessional Service of Vodafone!!!!!! But still no response!!!!!!!!Sorry
      to enounce ,But Your employees have made VODAFONE a bloody -hole!!!where
      professionalism and Integrity are still searching their place!!! Customer
      should be coined as a King, But your Bloody incompetent and Rude employees
      treat customers like a cut-throat dog!!

      Limit got crossed, When,On 13 March, Afternoon, My Dad got a call from
      Vodafone.He threatened and abused my Dad very Badly and asked to pay Rs. 400
      immediately, otherwise, the result will be horrendous!!!,He added.After
      talking to him, My Dad got heavy stress and hypertension.Vodafone threatened
      and abused my Dad without any fault! Vodafone tried to assault and exploit
      my Dad!Vodafone harassed a Heart-Patient and caused hypertension to whole
      family without any fault! Vodafone is dreading people...I never expected
      such a bloody rude, cheap and unprofessional Behaviour from such a Famed
      GLOBAL BRAND! This is highly Behaviignoble as well as implausible our done
      by Vodafone!

      Why the hell, We should pay for what we haven't used??? Why??????Its not a
      matter of just some 400 bucks,But a matter of above all Integrity towards
      consumers.Its dead annoying... And such type of Behaviour towards a
      respectable and honest person is not bearable at all! We followed all the
      procedures whatsoever told by Durga communications to disconnect the number
      permanently.Our Fault is what that We are honest??? Vodafone has become a
      menace for us! Abruptly,without giving any information your people begin to
      harass us!

      Dearie! Today i.e. 15th March is the WORLD CONSUMER RIGHTS DAY and on this day in 1962,
      President Kennedy had declared four consumer rights,Which you have forgotten
      totally, Let me remind you! Right to safety- We have a right to safety,Your
      company has become a jeopardy for us. Its yours Executive's fault that she
      didn't disconnect the number in spite of getting written request and Full
      payment on 23 Nov 2009 from customer and you are imposing this flub on us
      rudely!We have a right to be informed, But no reminder or Information (via
      email,reply,phone,sms,fax) was given to us regarding this!Were you
      celebrating a slumber party in Vodafone ??????????????????????????I am
      awaking you by sending e-mails asking for clarification or making complaints
      But I get no response!!! Is this a way vodafone become HAPPY TO HELP????
      Instead of help use ''HAPPY TO HARASS'' 3rd is I have a right to choose, I
      chosen to change my operator due to non satisfaction and your employees
      didn't let us opt this right yet!!! AND 4th right is to be heard, I have a
      right to be heard! Without listening, Abruptly, Your executives tried to
      molest us by giving threatening call! This is thorough appalling,Aberrant
      Behaviour done by VODAFONE!After observing these rights, I entitle to be
      redressed! Isn't it?

      Vodafone — Disconnection and harassment

      I’ve been a Hutch customer for I don’t know how long. Till you (Vodafone) stepped in, it was a good experience. However, the last few weeks have been harrowing, to say the least.



      By all definition, I should be a premium customer. I had a Blackberry, a national and international roaming, an ISD call facility, a voicemail and whatever else. When I quit my job at Principal, all services on my phone were discontinued without any warning and I was literally threatened by your customer service executive (don’t remember the name) that I had to go to the store and sort this out. The reason given was the shift from an individual to the corporate account. Interestingly, before Principal (two-n-a-half-years back), I had an individual account for years with all the premium services. Hence, it is a bit ridiculous that you disconnect the phone. Just because your records aren’t straight, why I suffer.



      Well, so far so bad. I then went to your Vodafone store at Peninsula Corporate Park and asked the customer service execs – Shanawaz and Shilpa Poojary – to do whatever was necessary (yes, WHATEVER WAS NECESSARY in capital) to activate the services since I was traveling to China and had to have an international roaming and an ISD service. I was asked to pay Rs1500 (despite as much credit in my account) and was categorically told that everything would be alright and I need not worry. The day I started my travel my phone was disconnected. Remember, this was despite my plea that I’m willing to pay and do whatever for continuing services on the phone. When I came back and approached Shanawaz again, he was cold and said services were discontinued for lack of documentation. I argued that I had got the necessary documentation and also paid some arbit amount for getting full service but he pleaded ignorance. Since, there was nothing else I could do, I waited and submitted my passport copy, signed some documents and the phone got re-connected after a couple of hours. Needless to say, my business loss was tremendous in that whole week.



      Now, I find that my phone has been disconnected again. Your telephone executive (Samir) tells me that the reason is because the documents are in transit. After a week since the documents were submitted and the phone re-connected, how can documents be in transit? His boss, Tushar, refuses to come on line and I am told that my phone will be re-connected in another couple of hours. I don’t have to do anything, this time, apparently!!



      What the hell is happening? I hope you realize that the only reason I am behind you is because of number portability… I can’t get the same number with another service provider. I can now understand why you guys are lobbying against it… because your service is and you know customers will switch. If you don’t want a customer why don’t you just tell him that he can’t stay. You have no right, whatsoever, to agree to render service and not do it, damn it!



      I had to perforce buy a new connection from Airtel to switch my value-added services like Blackberry, ISD, etc. In a scenario, where companies struggle to keep premium, credit-worthy and high networth subscribers, you guys are actually subjecting them to a harrowing time. Surprise!!



      Since, you guys have subjected me to this torture and I have had meaningful business losses, I wish to sue you and/or take you to consumer court. Haven’t done this before so it would be nice if you could advise me how to get a redressal.



      Hoping for a reply though not really expecting it given the past experience.

      Yes, I agree to the words of Mr.Srinivasan. I experienced the same with the great Vodafone. My new connection was activated by the Sion-Mumbai Office after receipt of my address proof, Photo ID proof. But my connection has been disconnected with in 3 days. The reason i was told, pls visit your nearest vodafone centre and your connection will be activated. I went to same Sion-Mumbai office they activated the connection in 2 hrs period. That time i have been told by the executive this is because of during address verification no body was at home!! Is this possible that we could sit at home for the executives visit? Again that inteligent executive visited the place and gave miss call to my mobile. (I thought that some one known to me is giving miss call due to some urgency) And i called him back. He replied sir, i am at your home are you styaing in the same address and other formal questions. I answered all his questions. That time i particularly asked that guy is there any other thing is required from my side pls tell me my connection should not be disconnected. He said no sir, nothing to worry verification is over for your mobile. Then next day evening i received a call from one of the call centre of vodafone. They once again confirmed me the address for billing. After 24 hours once again my outgoing calls was disconnected. I got shocked and called the customer executive. The reply i got from the (girl i dont remember the name) executive was so irresponsible. We cant do any thing your address verification is not completed because of that your mobile credit limit is set upto 500 Rs. You make an interim payment then your connection will be activated. If we want to get a credit limit of 500 rs. and making payment freequently for making our outgoing calls. What is the need of having Post paid connection? This happend 3 more times more. I requested the call centre people to tell your honerable executive to visit my place i took leave for 2 days only for that fellow ant sitting at home. They said dont worry sir he will be visiting your place in 24 hours. I was at home from Thurse day to Sunday but no one visited my place for verification. Again my connection disconnected. That was very very horrible day for me i want to make some imporated and emegency STD calls my out going service disconnected. I called the customer care executive and explained him i made online fund transfer of Rs.1600 pls activate my connection. That time all the juniors gave differenct differenct answers. One fellow said in 2 hrs your connection will be activated. 2nd person in 24 hrs your connection will be activated. At last at nignt 10 pm i spoke to one senior called "Subhash" gave me a valuable reply sorry you give me the transaction details in full i will activate your connection. I explained him pls i need to make some emergency call activate my connection til tommorow morning if am not giving the details you required de activate my connection immtly. The answer i have been said sorry sir, for this you have to approach some STD booth i can help you for this. What irresponsible answer and adivicing the customer for going to public booth??? After completion of all i received the bill for 2200 Rs. The worder full thing in that is they billed wrongly for 765 rs. extra. for that i have been tortured to pay extra as interim payment of Rs.1600. Now their reply is sorry. Now that valueable and responsible call centre senior "Subash" will pay the amount and interest for my extra payment received from me? AGAIN THEY ARE TORTURING ME NOW YOUR CREDIT LIMIT IS EXCEEDING PLS MAKE AN INTERIM PAYMENT. TILL DATE THE EXTRA BILLED AMOUNT NOT BEEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT.

      ONLY ONE WORD VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE NOT DOING CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST DEFENDING THE CUSTOMERS AND TORTURING THE CUSTOMERS. NOTHING TO SAY MORE.

      TRAI IS MAKING STRONG THE SYSTEMS IN MSO (MULTI SERVICE ORGANISATION) BUT THEY WANT TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION FOR BAD SERVICE ALSO. I AM SURE THEY (VODAFONE) WON'T BOTHER FOR ANY THING.

      IF ANY ONE READY TO SUPPORT ME I AM ALSO READY TO FIGHT AGAINST THESE SERVICE PROVIDERS.
      My brother have brought a vodofone prepaid connection.Last one or two day no.have seen a problem.the problem is received call, when the call, s coming, then no. have seen private no.pl.solution this problem.i have submit my mail id 5 or 6 days before.Pl solve this problem very soon.The no. is [protected].Pl check this no.

        Today I got blank calls from [protected] several times .When I called back to this No. ,no body was speaking ........Kindly investigate in this case .When I searched in Internet the no. is from Pakistan .Pls make sure that this should not repeat again .

          I PURCHASED TWO PREPAID CONNECTIONS ABOUT TWO WEEKS BACK THROUGH M/S HIYA TELE COMMUNICATIONS, C-5B/36-A, JANAK PURI-PROP. SUNDEEP CHOWDHARY.
          AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE OF TWO PREPAID LOADED NUMBERS [protected] AND [protected], I SUBMITTED THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.

          AFTER SOME TIME THE CONNECTION GOT STARTED. I LOADED EXTRA RECHARGE AMOUNT AND SMS FACILITY SEPARATELY IN TWO CONNECTIONS.

          AFTER ABOUT EIGHT TO TEN DAYS THE CLIP SERVICES WERE BARRED THROUGH SMS AT MID NIGHT. I TALKED TO THE VODAFONE CARE SERVICES THROUGH ITS SUPREMO MANISH WHO THREATENED ME OF BARRING OUTGOING CALLS IF THE DOCUMENTS WERE NOT SUBMITTED, WHICH I HAD ALREADY SUBMITTED.
          LATERON OUTGOING SERVICES HAVE BEEN BARRED THREE DAYS AGO AND LASTLY TODAY AN SMS HAS BEEN DELIVERED FOR BARRING OF INCOMING CALLS.

          ON ENQUIRING FROM M/S HIYA TELE COMMUNICATIONS, THEY HAVE SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS ON THE DAY OF PURCHASE.

          WHO IS BEHIND THIS ENTIRE EPISODE- VODAFONE CARE SUPREMO MANISH OR SOMEONE ELSE.

          I SEEK PUBLIC OPINION TO FIGHT INJUSTICE AGAINST ERRING VODAFONE SERVICE PROVIDERS.

          PLEASE COME FORWARD AND JOIN IN SAYING VODAFONE HAI HAI, VODAFONE HAI HAI

          PURCHASE ANY CONNECTION IN FUTURE BUT NOT THE VODAFONE, THIS IS MY APPEAL TO ALL HONEST INDIANS.

            i m asking to vodafone for gprs settings for my mobile lg kg195. But they r not Giving that. They r saying that my request has been taken. but there is no solution im having.

              Dear Sir,
              I am using Vodafone prepaid connection for short time and i was pretty happy with the services till the date of
              [protected].I have recharged at 171 for get all vodafone to vodafon at 10 paise,i have already activated another offer that was for geting all calls at 50 paise,but before activation 171 i called at vodafone customarecare and told them about acivation of 50 paise and enquired them about activation of 171. They told me there is no problem you can activate the 171 offer, but after the activation,i used the 10 paise offer but after some days i can't get that offer. My all vodafone calls charged at 50 paise when i call the cutomare care thell told me you can not activte the offer you have already activated the 50 paise offer.
              Iam not satisfied the opinion of vodafone customare care they can't reply my questions and they disconnected the line.They gave me officer no ,when i call that no that was switched off.Iam really disappointed the services you are providing to your customers.
              Plz look the matter and activate my services.

                I have vodafone Post Paid Connection from 10-AUG-05 of which my services are barred. I am unabe to take or make any call. I have received the call from voafone for re-submitting my documents which they want within 24 hrs but I told them I can do only on weekends as on weekdays my office timimg didn't allow me to go to vodafone store and submit my documents.
                Now today they suspend my no. without intimitaing me.I have called them then they say within 2 hrs your phone will be activitaed but till now it has not been activated.
                I call number of times but they just put my call on HOLD rather than talk to me. This is the Mental Harrasment I ma facing as there are some urgent call which needs to be attanded by me.

                  I am tottaly pissed off with the Vodafone services, I took over 5 numbers from somebody , where these numbers were corporate numbers . I requested 3 numbers to be converted to prepaid and 2 to remain post paid . and transfer all the numbers on my name on address. This was a corporate to individual account transfer. All the documents were given like , NOC on corporate letter head, ID proof of compney owner , and his pan card. its almost 15 days now I am going to vodafone store each and every day , nothing is done. I am tottaly sick and tired of this . Vodafone is acting like a goverement institute. I will not recomend Vodafone to anybody also I have some 8-9 Vodafone numbers running on my name that I will move to Airtel once the Number Portability starts.

                    SUB:- Threatening & Abusing language used by Floor Manager of Vodafone

                    Dear Sir/ Madam,

                    This is in regards of a complaint filed on 12th March 2010 at near by 6:45 pm regarding for the IVR service as I continuously charge by the IVR service whenever i got any missed call from these number's [protected], [protected] (10th march 2010), [protected] (9th March), [protected] 8th March, [protected] (7th March).

                    I simply dialed these number's to check whether for any concerned person or not. After dialing the same IVR service started and the amount got debited for the same.

                    When i filed this complaint to the customer care executive he is unable to solve my problem as he diverted the statements (like the services are not available, or i dont have any updations on this account).

                    Further When i spoke to his senior Mr. Ravikant (Floor Manager), he started abusing and threating me that i will disconnect your number and started using abusive language and disconnected the call.

                    I again called up the customer care for comp-laing about the same instance the Floor In charge Mr. Manoj picked my call and further he replied that i am unable to find out your complaints as it is not registered.

                    This is very shocking to listen to this kind of language from the customer care department.

                    I am really upset from this instance and liable to file a registered case in trai and consumer court for this kind of indecent, inhibited behavior. Further i am sending you a mail to kindly look into this matter and i need an apology letter on behalf of said Managers.

                    Moreover, if there is no action taken against these people I am liable to go to the court for misleading the customers in evident to these people as well as the company.

This Connection is continue service up to 3 to 4 years.In a 25th Feb i can receive a Vodafone customer care executive call they can say that Complete our id Proff , than i can submit our id & proof in a local Vodafone store Khanna in 26th February 2010. My id is receive in a Sarabjeet Singh Local Vodafone care Executive. But 26th February My no is Disconnect. The validity plan is Life time. . I enquired in the vodafone customer care, but they are no response.

                      Since then also the card is not activated, & say this no is not activated.

                      Poor service from vodafone.

                          I am using Vodafone No. [protected] since March 2008 in prepaid. I recharge this number with life time validity on March 2009. Due to some reason I did not use this number for two months and when I switch on this number its shows Sim Registration failed. I went to Vodafone store, Model Town on 25.02.2010 and they told me that the number is deactivated due to not use for last two months. They said you have to take this number again in post paid and I agree and they issue me new Sim Card. But after two days it’s not activated and I went again in Vodafone Store on 28.02.2010 and they told its paid number and you have to pay Rs.50000/- for activation. I am using this number from last two years issued in my name then why I have to pay again as I already paid for this number 2 years back. I told them that you should send any reminder before deactivate this number but they saying that we send reminder in same number on 22.02.2010 but if number is off then how can I get Vodafone reminder and no grace period is given from Vodafone.

                          Service of my number is deactivated on 22.02.2010 and I went Vodafone store on 25.02.2010 morning. How can number be recycle within two days? I am sending Email to Vodafone from 28.02.10 but no reply is coming from Vodafone.

                          This is wrong because this is paid number you deactivate this number. I want this number again in my name but they asked Rs.50000/- to pay. I am very old customer of Vodafone since last 12 years. Please help. You can Contact me on my other Number:[protected]

                            Hi,

                            I am Aayush Kumar Agrawal living in karnataka. On calling to 111 or [protected] (customer care numbers of vodafone), the answering machine speeks in kannad which is not my language. I am trying to press numbers from 1 to 9, expecting that any one of it is a meny option but nothing heppens.

                            This is happening from last 10 months.

                            For some offers, when ever I got a call from vodafone, then only i am able to clear my doughts. In the same situations i have requested the caller to change my language option to english, but never happened.

                            The services provided by vodafone are very bad.

                            If you can help me in doing somthing about this issue, then thatnks as it will save a lot of my time. Else i am gonna sue vodafone for for sure in a month.

                            I guess that is a common problem. Whenever I am dialling 121 or 1210, it is speaking in Kannada language and I am unable to understand anything. Hence, always, I have to go to some vendor and get special offers and adding the vendor also does not have much info. This is very bad from Vodafone. Can someone help. IS VODAFONE LISTENING?

                              I Myself 'Deepak Thapar' customer of Vodafone past 10 years & I am using 4 Vodaphone connection, the issue I am facing is that on 1st week of March I received am SMS stating that to re Submit documents to avoided any kind of Line disconnection due to some new Govt laws

                              I received sms on Prepaid number [protected] & I am using this number from past 7 years & its on my personal name the query is that today i walked in in Vodaphone Mini store to resubmit my documents as per sms received, I tried to Submit my License xerox copy but they are demaning for SIM xerox as well,


                              My complain is that my present number [protected] is in roaming area & its been used by my Parents & they will back in town on 20th March, As its very difficult & i don't want to give kind of Problem to them to Walk in in any Roaming Vodaphone stores or Faxing or Scaning the sim xerox as they are aged & not familiar about it.

                              If Vodaphone cellular requires Xerox copy of my SIM why is it not mentioned in the same SMS to submit SIM xerox as well???? this is not the first time we receive any kind of SMS to submit documents this cycle is been in Process in every alternate 2 years & for my number [protected] i submitted my documents for more than two times in past 5 to 6 years & as per Info recieved from Mini Vodaphone Store(KanjurMarg East) Shop name Shreeji Mobile. my Number belongs to My name Deepak Thapar & even my date of birth is matching with my documents but the Address which is updated in Vodafone list is of Andheri Marol address & i am residing at Sion & all my documents belongs to Sion

                              How its possible that Address is wrongly updated in Vodaphone list??? irrespective i did submitted all my documets when ever its requested by Vodaphone but still my correct address is not Updated.

                              I will Submit my Sim xerox if require on 20th March but till then please note that Line should not get disconnect & should not face problem in connectivity as my Parents are aged & out of Town for Religious Tour

                                I have applied for reactivating my Vodafone SIM card Mobile No. - [protected]
                                with all required documents and photos to Vodafone service outlet at, Gole Market Jammu on 18th Feb 2010.
                                The Vodafone persons verified papers and checked the SIM, and confirmed that the servives shall be restored within 48 hrs. They even declined to give the contact number of Vodafone service outlet at Swarn Theatre, Gole Market Jammu since the services shall start anyway.
                                However, to our utter surprise and disappointment, when the SIM couldnt be reactivated even after 15 days, we went bk to the same serveice outlet again on 5th March to enquire. There was no proper no. and record and it took another 45 mins for the staff and myself to trace the entry made in their registers. The Vodafone staff there was more surprised than us and blank, unable to find the reasons or guide further the custmer (us). I insisted to talk to some senior. After long persuassion, I got the number of Mr. Sahul, who was out of station. Next day onwards, I contacted Mr. Sahul a number of times to find out the fate of my SIM card. Everytime he says he is trying to find. Since 9th March , it seems he has also stopped picking up my calls. Many have advised me to get the new SIM card from BSNL or different service provider.

                                Howevr, visiting ur site at http://www.vodafone.in/existingusers/hns/pages/reachus_mum.aspx?cid=mum , the number [protected] details the list of the Vodafone Products and Services and justifies why Vodafone is the top rated company in telecom sector !!!!!

                                Now after long trying and no response we are planning to surrender the Vodafone SIM and get BSNL .

                                Dear sir,
                                i have bought 2 no. of sim of vodofone but there are not to be activated, what i can do. i have allredy paid 500 rupees for the activation, but there are no response. i have done a complaint frist but there are no reply. plese retrun my 500 rupees or activate the sim. I have recpit for the pays. i hope that is my last complaint.

                                  I am using Vodafone connection and recently I ahve changed my tariff plan from vodafone family plan to vodafone group talk 165 having monthly rental of Rs.165
                                  I was surprised when I received a bill they have changed my plan from family paln to group talk 250 with monthly rental of Rs250. I had compalined regarding the same to their call centre but inspite of that they have not reverted back to me on the issue. Every day they ask me to wait another 24 hours for reply and their 24 hours never ends

I have told them the condition but they still buzing me. They torturing and harrasing me mentally by barring my messeges and outgoing calls several times in this month only. I have been to vodafone store several times and lodge the complaint but nothing happend.Today they again barred my outgoings, I am fed up this kind of pathetic service I have never seen in my life its hampering my business and productivity.I have every proof of this transaction.Please do something and help me out.

                                    Vodafone Post Paid — Call drops is irritating

                                    The problem is that my incoming and outgoing calls are getting cut automatically after some minutes.

                                    this is happening only at the peak time.

                                    It is hurting us as i billed in minutes not is seconds.

                                    Hence this should be redressed with immediate effect.

                                      I am the prepaid Customer of the Voda Phone, last 5 or 6 Years and my mobile no. [protected]. I have registered this number under DND scheme 2 years ago but I have receiving promotional call regularly.
                                      Tomorrow (date 27/06/2009) I have received a call from mobile no.[protected] for convertion of prepaid to post paid of my no. The caller told me “ I am calling from Voda Phone”. She was pressurized to me for this and she was misbehaved with me after that she was line disconnected. Then I was revert on that number but she was not picked the my phone. In this matter I have complain to Voda Phone Customer Care under complain no.[protected].

                                      Again Today (Date 28/06/2009) at 10.15 A.M. I have received a call from Mobile No. [protected] and the caller told me “ I am calling from Voda Phone ”. She wants to sale me prepaid to post paid connection. She told me own name Simanti. Then I have told to her why you are disturbing me, this no. is registered under DND. Again she misbehaved with me. After that a person MR. Borango came on line and told me if will not call to u then how we will eat (Agar humlog Aapko call nahi karenege to khainge kaise.)

                                      After that I had called to Voda Phone customer Care regarding the above matters and I want to launch complain in this matter. Mr Mukesh (Customer care) refused to take my complain and my line was transfer to senior Mr Aditya. He also refused to take the complain. And he transfer to line Ms. Sangita (Floor Manager). She was again refused to take complain. Then I was told to Ms. Sangita, if you not register my complain then I will not disconnect the line. After 1hrs 20 minutes she take the my complain under complain no.[protected].

                                      I want to say following things:
                                      1. Why I am getting promotional call when I was registered under DND Services.
                                      2. Why I have received 2 promotional calls from Voda phone in gap of 20Hrs.
                                      3. Why the are misbehaved with me.
                                      4. Why I have wasted my important time ( About 1hrs 20mins) for registration of my Compalin.
                                      I have done any thing wrong with the Voda Phone Company, if No then why I am harassed by the company. Always I feel that the customer care don’t want to take any complain.

                                      sorry the number is [protected].
                                      I too receive unwanted calls and also SMSes, The Vodafone computer also automatically activates Caller tunes on their own for which they charge or deduct rupees 30 and also for selecting songs at 15 Rs per minute. and even if you call their toll free No.[protected], it is connected to a computer and then the computer will give you all it options and take its time and that time is charge as per the number of minutes you are connected. There is no human interaction involved, in any case the person who comes online does not provide educated information and is not in a position to solve your problem as he will say that you will first have to send and SMS from your phone, as they do not have any control over most of the options.

I registered one written compalint at Vodafone Shop at four bundlow on 13th November 2009 under complaint no. SR No.[protected]. Even making written complaints I am receiving SMS and phone calls. One of the SMS i received at 2.30 a.m.

                                      I would like to know what action you havwe taken to stop this. If no action will be taken I may have to consumer court and fight it out.

                                      whenever i register a complain with 1909 they said that after 24 hours you will not get any such calls n sms but after 5 complains in last 8-9 months i still getting

                                      I am narrating the classic example of inefficiency of our telecommunication ministry and how our govt. and telecom minister is snoring on compliance and regulatory matters to give free hand to all telecom operators to let frustrate consumers.

                                      I own a vodafone number and had activated Do Not Disturb service on Jan 27, 2010. I was being told that it will take 45 DAYS to update all the database, fine, i had to bear the nonsense promotional sms for another 1.5 month, hoping that i'll get a peace of mind atleast after that.

                                      To my surprise the nonsense kept going on even after 45 days and it still continuing in full force. When i complained i was being told that it will take ANOTHER 21 DAYS to resolve the matter, means i have to suffer for another month, fine, even that 21 DAYS PERIOD IS OVER and I still keep suffering with the nonsense.

                                      When i did a bit of research i learnt that there is NO COMPLAINING BODY and our dear TRAI is only there to make rule, but not to ensure that they get followed.

                                      So the moral of story is that ONLY GOD CAN HELP CONSUMERS IN THIS COUNTRY, because our govt. doesn't like people complaining against poor service, that's why there is no complaining body and there is no provision of hefty penalties to teach a lesson to offending service providers.

Despite repeated requests to the company, no fruitful result came out, rather they deducted Rs 18.00 from my account without any reason and without making any calls. I lodged the complaint and also sent the SMS to company, but to no result. Will the company refund excess recovery of Rs 18/- and give 100 apna minutes.

                                      I am a vodafone customer since last 6 years and my mobile no is [protected]. I am using this number since vodafone was BPL MOBILE.
                                      I have registered this no in do not disterb registery before 2-3 years. Despite of that I am getting promotional sms daily. Telemarketers flooding my inbox with promotional sms continuously and I have complained about it so much times to the vodafone. Every time the take 15 days time to solve the complaint but still i am waiting to solve it.
                                      Now I am frustrated so much and helpless.
                                      But vodafone doesn't care about it's customers.

                                      I also, recently made the foolish mistake assuming that a new number I would not get any promo calls. But I m now thinking that VODAFONE, Happy To Help should be renamed BAD-A-FONE, Happy To Harass. First I started receiving Flash msgs every two minutes (which is the default setting for a new connection!). Absolutely dumb . Secondly, even before I could my give friends my number I started receiving a maddening calls and promo smses from Vodafone company itself! Looks like I might have to eventually dump these harassment providers altogether!

                                      In the case o[censored]nregistered telemarketers, we outcall the agency and follow it up with a warning letter, demanding a justification, which needs to be responded to within 7 days. If the justification is found to be valid, no action is taken and the agency is informed about the registration process. If found to be a telemarketer, we ask the agency to register with the NDNC within 7 days, failing which, his connection is suspended.



                                      As per TRAI guidelines, in the case of a registered telemarketer, the first step for addressing a DND complaint is to forward the telecalling agency's number to its service provider, who in turn issues them a warning notice, along with a penalty of Rs. 500. If the calls/SMSes continue, a penalty of Rs.1000 is levied on the errant number. The final step of suspending the errant number is taken, if the calls/SMSes continue to persist.

                                      I've been having a problem connecting to a customer care agent on both vodafone numbers 111 and 198 for the last one months, even tried their general number you know that[protected].

                                      The IVR Not Picks up so I could not enter billing and when i press the number for connecting to the customer care agent its going back to the starting of the IVR Recording. This happens in the[protected] number and the 111. The 198 number tells me they cannot connect at the moment.
                                      TODAY ON DEC,15 2011 I TRIED ATLEAST FOR ONE HOUR TO MAKE A COMPLAINT WITH COSTUMER CARE IN VODAFONE.BUT EVEN AFTER MAKING SO MANY CALLS AND BURNING THE BLOOD I WAS UNABLE TO MAKE COMPLAINT.SHAME ON SUCH A WORST SERVICE THAT TOO WHEN I AM THEIR COSTUMER SINCE LAST 15 YEARS REALLY SHAMEFUL.

                                        Here are some points to review.
                                        Why I take Vodafone Postpaid connection? – if there are so many subscriber available Airtel/ TATA/Relieance/ Aircell.MTNL etc..
                                        Why I take postpaid connection not Prepaid?

                                        All credit goes to your sales promotions Teem.
                                        They did the call to the customer and tell their valuable scheme and I want to inform your they are doing their work very well by providing wrong information to increase their commission amount.
                                        They miss-represent the scheme very dynamically – with the falls commitment and tell about -Gift voucher , 10000/- min talk time free., STD 30 min free in a month . more than Rs. 500 of bill will get the 50% discount. Blaa blaa blaaaa…..

                                        For your information, I am a working in private company and get fix amount of my salary per month. I know my budget and my purchasing power; I could not be expense more over the budget. That is why I take postpaid connection because I come to know by your customer care sales department there is a good scheme on Vodafone postpaid connection Watch/Leather bag free. Security amount refundable, 667 min. local STD both min. talk time free.

                                        But, Sir after bought this connection no gift has been received till date. Access amount of bill while using limited use. Which is impossible?

                                        Now I have changed my mobile no [protected] post paid to prepaid after the six month is over my security amount not been refund till date.

                                        You are requested to this matter and release my amount (refund security money) with interest.

                                        Other wise I lodge complaint about this matter to consumer forum and also ask for compensation against mentally harassment and disturbance create in my life from the last six month.

                                        Here! I want to mention that all this thing which I mentioned above its issue of Harassment of customer which I was faced by Vodafone after availing the Vodafone services.

                                        Vodafone has no right to send this type bill to customer without prior checked.
                                        Vodafone no right to call sales promotion call to their customer and disturbed him.

                                        So, I am in bound to such the disconnect the phone and clear my dues and and adjust accordingly to the plan which was committed to me.

                                        Vodafone Prepaid — Poor & Negligible service

                                        I recharged Rs.150 /- 01.06.2009. But do not get any message for recharge value. I talk to customer care at 11.45 AM. Mr. Bharat customer care officer attend and replay system not updated. Thereafter I request for talk to Sr. officer but after 15 minutes hold and cuted my phone call. Again I called Mr. Karan another officer attend but do not take complain on Mr.Bharat. Then I told about recharged complain and he lodged complain no. [protected].

                                        Ultimately you are west my time too much. Very Vey poor quality of service.
