SMS charges

I am using, Vodofone GSM number, according to my tariff plan, i shall get 100SMS per day, at 12AM sms counter has to reset. But between 12AM to 1AM i get charged INR 0.50. Lifetime service deactivated for no valid reason

Hi,

I am their customer for last 10 years(BPL Mobile -> Hutch -> Vodaphone ) holding 3 connections. All of them are prepaid connections and are activated for Rs.999 Lifetime service. I recharge all these connections on regular basis without fail even if i am not using that number for couple of days during travellling abroad so that i keep them active all the time.

Currently I am abroad for last few months...

No payment of security deposit.

I had been using vodafone number [protected] since July 2007. After my transfer from Bhuj-kutch(Gujarat) to Ajmer (Rajasthan) I surrendered my postpaid SIM at the Ajmer office of the company in Aug- Sep 09. I deposited a sum of Rs. 500 at the time of connection activation. But after a time span of more than three months I have not received my security deposit of Rs. 500 from Gujarat Vodafone Essar Ltd.

Disconnection not done

Sir,
I was a Vodafone postpaid customer for more than 8 months since feb 08.
My But due to some personal reasons i couldn't pay the bill of one month on time.
Hence the Vodafone people first started calling all the numbers to which i had called started harrassing them for my information.
As soon i came to know about it , i paid the bill and asked the Vodafone customer care executive to disconnect my connection...

charges for not downloading the caller tune

I have been often asked by the Vodafon service over phone that whether i want to change the caller tune. though i reject any change, they will deduct Rs.15 as caller tune change charges. Even today they have smsed me that they have charges Rs.15/- for caller tune downloading. whether i hav e not downloaded any caller tune.

Also i receive unsolicited calls or rather pushed advt. calls on my mobile which is very irritating....

Connection Closure

This is Tarun Gupta, I am using two Vodafone numbers. I want to disconnect both numbers as i am reloacting to some other place. As per the process i send an Official email regarding this on Mon 12/21/2009 4:57 PM. And Today is 30th December. Till now this connection is active. Vodafone Prepaid -Rs 51 Scheme rates not being implemented

My Vodafone Mob No is [protected].On 20/12/09, I filled in Rs51/- for 40p/min(local) and 50p/min(STD/other Service Providers) Scheme.Even after recharging Rs 198( talk timeRs177.51) Re1/min is still being deducted for local calls and Rs 1.50/min for STD calls.
I have complained several times to 111-they said that I should be getting the 40p/min benefit- but it is not so yet.
If this is not sorted out in next 3 days, I shall take...
