Invalid SIM Issue with vodafone

I purchased a Fly B430 DS (Also known or marketed as Fly Circle) on 22/01/2010 from New Universal, Ultadanga, Kolkata after doing some initial research on Dual SIM phones with qwerty keypad.

I am corporate customer of Vodafone. We are paying rental of 199 rs per month to afford a mobile phone connection. Non refund of deposit collected

Sir, I took a sim card of Vodafone [protected]. While issuing this sim card, I was asked to pay deposit of Rs. 300 which is refundable in case the sim is returned. But no receipt was issued to me for having received this amount but the staff in the customer care center at Shimoga stated that the amount will be shown in the account. Misrepresentation cost me Rs 700 extra

Last Month I received a Bill of Rs. 644 and upon taking a look, I noticed that majority of it was coming from SMS usage. I had taken 200 free SMS for Rs. 45 plan however my usage was more than that. land rent payment

Dear Sir,
I Malti Devi, Village Fasia, Dist- Gumla (Jharkhand) Like to draw your attention towords the Vodafone Company's Mobile tower etablished at Fasia, Gumla, Eight month ago on my personal land. Yet they have neither given any copies of agreement nor they have paid any land rent.

Zoozoo contest - not received gift
