Hello,

Vodafone service is now become worst. They simply dont want to answer customer queries and dont want to assist their customers. They should change their slogan to "Not Happy to Help" :(

When we call 111 , there is all mess. I tried to understand it by dialing 3-4 times and requested their IVR system to email me itemized bill for the month of january , february and march 2010. Once I disconnected the call, they sent me SMS that "your request id number is[protected]" on 20th march 2010. They are still sending me soft copy of my bills. I was properly receiving ebills till december not sure what happened to them they stopped sending me bills from january 2010. I am still waiting for their emails. They simply dont care and I am not sure what they got by designing that worst IVR system which is not helping their customers.

I contacted their representative in january and february to disable ISD facility for my mobile . They told me to send sms to this and that number and assured me that they have disabled the facility and it is still active on my cell. God knows what type of staff they have and what actually they do when they disable ISD facility . I think they think disable any facility means "keep it active" .

When I try to contact their complaint department, that auto voice lady just says "Sorry we cant process your request at this time" and call get disconnected. I am not sure at what time they can process my request.

which is also not working

it just hangs once we enter all the information and hit enter.

Do anyone knows if we can have the same number by switching to another provider ?

when I sent a message EBILL <my email addresss>, I received the message from 111 that "Please try after some time" and when I am trying to contact 198 they are saying that they are not able to process my request . What is going on ? Please change your customer service options and have the real representative talk to us else you will loose many of your customers.
Still nothing ??

Vodafone Customer Care ...why you told me to submit details ???????????????????
ISD is still not disabled ...Ok I will deactivate your service in this month and will switch to Airtel.

    My plan was 222-talk time for [protected], but just three months back, I got a bill where the plan was changed automatically without any request from my side for this number. Vodafone changed the plan lifetime and I got a bill of Rs 500 extra. I immediately visited your nearest service centre, East of Kailash, and after waiting almost one hour, I complained the same, and they promised that I will get revised bill… within next 72 hours. Please check your service centre, in front of me only a customer service representative send the mail to your higher authority from Vodafone East of Kailash office. I was told that once I received the revised bill I should pay. I was waiting for bill almost 10 days but no bill received. Then after 10 days my phone was suddenly disconnect. But frequently I get call from your Vodafone service for payment, I told change my bill and send me. I will pay, and request to please check my phone service… no outgoing call was possible. Every time, I had given promised but no solution.
    After that two-phone bill they send. With addition of two months bill and lot of late payment without changing the same but surprisingly last three months I was no call from that number.
    One-day one payment collection executive come to my home, I told the same to him and told him to check my bill and correct it and send me. If not disconnect my number and deduct from my security money of 500, what I had done. But no result.. Every time call centre of Vodafone call, I request them to rectify my bill and restore my phone but my problem is not solved at all and nobody bother to take care of customer genuine problem.

    Second number also. I supposed to pay 15th of every months and if you see my check payment, I am paying before 15th but they are sending me late payment in last few bills. . But frequently after that two-phone bill they send. I complained but no solution. From today without telling me anything. That number also suspended.
    Either my service is stopped or not that is not the criteria main points here:

    1st, why Vodafone not bother to provide the solutions for last three months and unnecessary billing to me whiout any phone connection and harassing the honest and genuine customer like me.
    2nd for payment calling four times a day but why not my problem was solved.
    Why they are made my handset out of order because my handset number is with them. This will be seriously viewed.

    3rd it was Vodafone mistake to change my plan without any consent of mine and because of I want solution they started one by one wrong step and I tortured and harassed by Vodafone.
    4th If the number is disconnect like this and I will not able to call and then you will send a bill with full Charge of 299 plan, this will not be acceptable at all.

    5th if I am not getting the solution… and the way Vodafone harassed me will not be acceptable by us at all and same will be conveyed to 1st higher authority of Vodafone,

    I want this matter should enquire by independent agency from your Vodafone.

    Last Year I had purchased the Idea Sim from the dealer who has near the my house, and i gave them the my proof, but the dealer issued another sim of vodafone on the same proof of on the name of .and the purchaser of vodafone sim knew that fact and he use the proof for the wrong pupose om that proof.and can u help me that what can i do

      I am a doctor working and living in delhi and have been using vodaphone no [protected] for last 4 yrs now . there has been a poor network service for couple of years now . inspite of repeated complaints to the costumer service , the problem still persists . I get false assurances frm vodaphone that it will be resolved .
      the problem is that there is low singnal strength near my home- i live in south delhi near alaknanda . the call gets disconnected when i'am on some important call and voice is not clear . I even changed my mobile phone and bought a blackberry smart phone -but the problem still persists . The voice quality is not good even when i am away from home .
      Vodaphone has admitted that the signal strenght is low in the area( alaknanda ) and they are working upon the problem to get it resolved .
      I am a doctor by profession and its improtant for me not to miss any call . my friends and patients always complain that the voice is not clear and every time they have to dial my no. many times to talk. i cannot change my number for obvious reasons.
      There have been repeated complaints to vodaphone but of no use - its all gone into deaf ears .
      I hope complaining through this media should make some difference .

        Dear Sir,

        I am a vodafone customer of Punjab circle at Chandigarh with mob no. [protected]. The customer service of vodafone is very poor. Inspite of lodging my request for deactivating caller tune service to my mob no. repeatedly on 22 Mar 10, they have not deactivated the same. Whenever their customer service is approached, rather than giving any satisfactory reply, they redirect a customer to some other number. Except speaking their routine courteous tone, they do nothing worthwhile.

        It is requested that they do at least some semblance of customer service and help their customers. My request is still pending.

        i was looking forward for the i phone provided by the vodafone wanted to know more on that i called the customer care & followed the ivr my call was hited one advisor but there was no response for a few seconds then he intouduced himself As IMRAN & while i was talking to him he just transfered me & put me back on ivr & this happened at about 3:05 am, this is not one the time that this is happened the customer service is really gone bad thought there are lot of improvments in network & priceplans not all agents are bad but there are some whom i have come across many a times; but even if few agents are bad the customer experience is really hampered
        kindly see that no customer is given poor customer service this really effects the vodafone customer experience

        Vodafone — misbehave of the customer support agent

        i am using my vodafone number for the past 7years.......though i was quite satisfied with it.....but it all ended today....the customer service team totally misbehaved with me and denied blatantly to provide the information which i requested for.....and all i wanted to know was when my sms pack validity will end.... i also provided the necessary informations that impolite customer service agent asked from me......today i am really feeling ASHAMED that i am using a vodafone connection....

        i also know that vodafone will ultimately do NOTHING.....but i thought atleast people should know the truth about the infamous customer support service of vodafone......we are paying 50p/3mins for NOT GETTING ANY INFORMATION.......

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I had bought a vodafone sim card [protected] from Vodafone gallery (Kandivli). I had submitted my documents (Voters Id & Pancard) as address & Photo id proof.
        My line got barred the first time for address not found. I called the customer care and provided the complete address.
        I received a call from the verification guy stating that he arrived at the given address and my father claimed I don't live there, when I asked him to handover the phone to my father he refused and said that he has left from the given location.

        Thereafter I received a bill and paid it at the Vodafone store Mira Road.

        Again my line got disconnected, I visited the Vodafone store in Kandivli and informed the agent Aniket that I reside at the same address and requested for reverification, But the verification department refused the request claiming for a different address proof.

        I visited the Vodafone store Malad and informed the case, they requested for a reverification. But the back end department did not perform a verification and refused.

        When I called the customer care helpline they said they will arrange an out call from a senior executive, which I received after several reminders calls to them.

        I revisited the Vodafone store Kandivli, they requested for a reverification and again it was declined.

        I need to know are the Vodafone store agents more competent or the back end department. after 5visits to Vodafone store yet my issue is not resolved. Why is the back end department not performing its verification. they claim 7 verification, but i only received one call from the verification agent.

        if they claim the address is incorrect, how come i received the bill?
        and if they claim I don't reside there, Why do they not perform verification on the given date and time? why are they harassing the customer so much.

        I was a post paid customer of vodafone till date of Dec 4, 2010.My vodafone no is [protected].When I approached vodafone store in Aban Arcade, Pathanamthitta, for plan migration from post paid to pre paid an executive whose name may be Anu, arrogantly behaved me.He is very insincere and arrogant to the customer.He used abusive language against me.Service of such staff in pathanamthitta main Vodafone store, would never be Favourable to the company. Such harsh behaviour of the executives would generate negatives about company.

        Hi,

        I have switched from Loop to Vodafone lately. I had heard about its network and it is a good service provider in Mumbai.

        However, my experience after switching to Vodafone is very bad. The day I got my new Vodafone sim card and tried to activate the internet service, I was told thrice (Calling after 2 hr interval) that the system is down and please call tomorrow. This is how it started.

        After I got my ISD calling service activated, its been just a day the service is again deactivated. To speak to a customer service rep about this I tried calling the vodafone hotline number. Firstly, it is so frustrating that every time you call you listen to a long information about superweeks. Secondly, everytime you call it asks you the language you want to select and then it says please confirm to keep it for future calls. However, it always asks for it. And then have to go through a lot of options till you reach a point where it says select '9' to speak to a customer service rep. When I selected the option ''9', I got transferred back to the main menu. I tried almost 6-7 times but always the same response.
        The customer service is very very very poor and I am highly disappointed with it. I had a lot of expectations from Vodafone as I had a very good brand image of it, but guess it was a mere incorrect perception.

        I still have not got my ISD calling activated or internet service. Very hurt and disappointed with this kind of service from Vodafone.

        Guess I have made a wrong decision of switching to Vodafone and should have explored more options.

        This is your kind Information, I am Using one of vodafone Number- [protected] Last 7 year now what happened i was went out of Mumbai Last Three Month, after that i saw my number was closed , i went to vodafone gallery in Near vashi Realway station ms. Pallavi Told me that if I want to use same Number than I have to take postpaid, not in prepaid, She Don't have meaner how speck with customer, Very Poor

        Why should I Not use that Number by Prepaid ?

          Prepaid Vodafone No. [protected]

          I have received an SMS from Vodafone mentioning that they have charged Rs. 30 for the `Alert' service and my present balance is Rs. -15. I have never opted for this service, and the Vodafone has activated this service at their own. When I want to deactivate the service I could not do so. I have talked their dealer as well as their customer care. The customer care is saying that they are not responsible for this activation when I asked to deactivate this service and credit the amount to my account. But he kept my call in hold for a few minutes and no response has received from them after wards. Now-a-days, the customer care is charging the call made to them.

          Kindly take up the matter with Vodafone and ask them to credit the amount charged for `Alert' Service.

            I wrongly recharged an amount of Rs. 610/- for my vodafone number, which I accidentally typed as [protected] instead of [protected] (my number).

            I have conveyed my problem to Vodafone Care. They replied that they will try to resolve it as soon as possible. But it is almost 3 months no action has been taken as yet for the refund of the accidental recharge. Also the person (Mobile No. [protected]) is not picking up my phone and not taking any calls and my repeated SMSes.

            Please let me know how can I get back the amount (Rs. 610/-).

              I have a Vodafone postpaid connection (299 plan). My calls get cut abruptly after few seconds even if the signal is good. this happens with every number.

                Sir,
                I am a prepaid customer of vodafone (Mo. No.-[protected]). I have duly activated GPRS and regularly acess the limited mobile internet contents through VODAFONE live .I strictly view the financial market data and avoid the video sites.I subscribe to the scheme that offers 11 mb free usage for 7 days and the package was sufficient for a week commensurate with my usage.On[protected] morning I found that Iam being billed for the access to the internet,so I immediately subscribed to the Rs. 23/- package thinking that my data download may have exceeded the free limit.My transaction was confirmed and transaction ID was
                RB [protected].It was also confirmed that my prepaid balance at that relevant time was Rs.34.41 .Around 4 pm on that very day i.e.[protected] I found that my prepaid balance was reduced to negative.I was aghast since I was sure that I did not exceed the free data usage.I visited the vodafone store at Balurghat ( Dist. Dakshin Dinajpur,West Bengal) but could not get any satisfactory reply.
                The amount is very meagre but the point is I HAVE BEEN CHEATED.
                The next time even if they cheat me by 50 paisa I will want to see them in court.

                I tried to recharge my phone with Rs.351.- through ICICI Bank gateway few at 7:40 pm today. Instead of debiting me with Rs.351.- bank debited me with Rs.3515.-

                ICICI reference is BIL/[protected]/0206/[protected]

                Can you please credit the excess amount back to our bank account.

                I have a postpaid connection of Vodafone. They have charged me quite in excess on the Calls and SMS and international SMSes and special SMSes. I am fed up of all these long bills. Please look into the same and do the needful.

                  I am a Vodafone Prepaid customer.

                  A few days back, I had received an SMS from Vodafone asking me to submit by id/residence proofs along with a customer application form again to my nearest Vodafone Store/Mini Store within the next 7 days.

                  I am a resident of Naihati (24 Parganas North, WB). Consequent to this SMS, I had approached my nearest Vodafone Mini Store (231/3, RBC Road, Naihati) with the completed documents. My request to accept the same was denied, and I was asked to report to a Store. Over the next two days, I tried to submit my documents to Vodafone Stores in Barrackpore (SN Bannerjee Road) and Girish Park (opposite Girish Park metro). Both the stores denied my request on the ground that my connection is that of the West Bengal circle and not the Kolkata circle. I was in fact advised to submit my documents to a Vodafone Store in Kharagpur/Midnapore (both these places are over a 100 km from where I stay)!

                  I called up the customer care twice (once at 111, and the second time at 198), but they could not help either.

                  Really appalled to see the quality of service from an operator which is so vocal about their customer service (Happy2Help!!)

                    I was using this number [protected] from more than an year. This was having lifetime validity. I last switched it on in October 2009 when I went to kerala. When I switched it on in March, I see that it wasn't registering. On calling customer care from another phone, they advised me to recharge it for Rs. 200. Recharging didn't help though. Later from Vodafone store I learnt that this sim is deactivated in January and has been allocated to another person. Customer care should confirm the name before advising to recharge. I called customer care again after that. They said the number is free and i can get it back if I go to any Vodafone shop in kerala. Next time I call customer care, I was told the number is allocated to some other customer.
                    1. SIM being deactivated if not used for 60 days is not acceptable for a sim with lifetime validity. This doesn't make any sense. Customers can have foreign trips for coupla months. 60 days is too short. No other operator other than Vodafone does this.
                    2. Customer care executives talking to customers should have proper information about whatever they are talking about. They dont even seem speak or understand english properly. Their mistakes make customers loose money. Keeping untrained executives to talk to customers is not expected.

                    I'm also afraid that some vodafone employees might be involved in selling these numbers to anti-social elements for quick bucks. So, another purpose of this complaint is to make sure I dont get into trouble.

                    Vodafone — customer care dept is lousy

                    the same caller tune got activated twice on my phone, once because of my mistake.. and second time by itself... besides these 90 rupees.. the deactivation message i sent also did not work.. its been abt 20 days... n i call up the customer care ... n u wont believe it.. but they always tell me various things like i would hav done it myself... or they would re-imburse in 24/48/72 hours... i hav registerd so many complaints with them.. nothing helps.. they hav horrible service... i hav been using hutch for the past 5 years... i never had such trouble before... n now that i have the trouble.. nobody can resolve it... n yes... one of the customer care employees hung up on me... IS THERE ANYBODY WHO'S LISTENING??

                    Vodafone SIM — Poor customer service by Vodafone

                    After using Vodafone postpaid services for 3.5 years,I have migrated to prepaid which has now became a headache for me. Every second day the incoming/outgoings are blocked citing some reasons, I have submitted my documents twice , everytime with a confirmation that now you won't face any problems as the documents are as per security norms. As a responsible citizen of the country, I am aware of the security concerns added with a prepaid connections and thats why visited the store again and again and submitted my documents and got the confirmation from the store supervisor (vashi) that everything in place. Still I am facing the same problem. The IVR 111 is giving all info on product and services but is not connecting me to the customer care. Is this the free pain package of vodafone to pre paid customers. I am fully frustated by this , as such thing is not expected from an esteemed and leading service provider as Vodafone. I am missing out on some important business calls, and for that again I have to leave my office and search for a vodafone store to get this done.

                    I have a verry bad experience with vodafone service providers.Some months back i took a vodafone connection from a local shop in ernakulam. After 2 days all the callls were barred, i called upto customer care then they responded that they havnt got my identification proof and photo yet .When i took the sim i had dulyfilled the form, and gave my documents and photo and the shopkeeper told me he handed over those documents to the local dealer to submit in the vodafone centre.If so why its not reched there . I asked in the vodafone office in palarivattom, they asked me to give another proof. They dont have any control over their staffs, i can under stand that i have to give another proof, if its missing .But dont i have the right to know what happened with my previous documents.A persons documents are highly taken care of as it can be misused by others .And more over its not a new thing that local dealers working in collaboration with terrorism and sex racket, where they take fraud sim and finally landing innocent people into trouble .When we went to the office, we saw many people come with same problems, and vodafone office staffs were asking to submit another documents .My question is this if many people come with a complaint like missing documents and photo the office staffs dont have any interest to know where the problem exists and how to solve it .Is this called as the customer care service by vodafone company .Shame on you.

                    Vodafone — lousy customer care

                    I took the vodafone connect in feb 2010. In the past one year i have complained several time regarding no network inside my house. Nothing was done. I waited for number portability and now it has come i went to airtel to port my number and they asked me to pay the outstanding amount. I went promptly and checked with them and paid the money after they deducted the deposit i had given during taking the connection. But when i sent the port request, they deduct telling me that the amount is not paid. I contacted the customer care and they tell me that the caution deposit will be given only after the connection is moved to airtel. But again i went to vodafone office and somehow they told me that it has been adjusted and now i should go to airtel and again resubmit the bill.

                    I am going on vacation and this is really made me depressed

                    such is a state of customer support here. They take customers for granted and this is the worst experience .
                    I got the same experience which my sim registration failed, because i haven't used for 3 months, but the sim have life time validity, , , , , , , they haven't mentioned before if i don't use for two or more months it will disconnect, its unfair and stupid service of Vodafone, , , , , , , why this company doing like this i don't understand

                          Vodafone — Disturbing call

                          Respected Sir/Madam i have been using vodafone number [protected] for last four years and as i was posted in Hyderabad and was going through financial crises due to which i could'nt pay Rs.7000/- the due amount. For the same reason vodafone collection department called my Managing Director and told him that i have given his refrence number which is completely lie and i was thrown out of my job because my Boss thought i have given his number. Sir/Madam i was working as Project Head and was getting a pakage of 60, 000/-pm, i am married man and now i am job less due to vodafone team.

                            Actualy iam using vodafone prepaid connection.One day i received a call from vodafone customer service, saying that they are introducing new postpaid tarrif plan i.e.monthly rent is 199Rs/-. Also they said that, i can active to any another vodafone number for free to talk for 24hr's from my mobile number which i will use frequently and 50Rs/- will get deducted from 199Rs/- for that vodafone number(which i have activated to talk freely). And also to pay 300Rs/- in advance. So i have payed 300Rs/- and i took the sim.
                            Now my OUTGOING call has been cancelld. I have called to customer care and asked for the detail.
                            Now they are asking me to pay the bill of Rs.2227. This vodafone people has cheated me by billing for the number which i have activated for free. Also they are asking me to pay credit limit amount of 1200Rs/- also. They didnot inform me about this credit limit only and now they are asking me to pay that amount also.

                              It's a worst experience in my life that, after trying and repeating more than 10 times a same statement could not able to understand by the telecphonic executive and he has a fear that, it should not escalated to his / her senior and try to convince the customer. Actually, he is not able to understand and say that, "It's perfectly alright" but still repeating the same sentence that, I cannot handover the phone to Senior.

                              Since he cannot take the decision due to lack of product knowledge, he has to handover the phone to his/her senior who can handle it.

                              Vodafone — Lack of product knowledge

                              I recharged the unlimited pack browsing worth Rs.123/- for 30 days. The activation is taking more than 5 hours. Actually yesterday (30.09.2010) i recharged thru Vodafone.in by 3.30pm and still it is not active. When I call to the customer care, there is no proper reply. A very very bad service by Voddafone in my past 5 yrs (I am using Vodafone for past 5 yrs). Also they are saying that the customers can use only wap sites and if they use WWW sites they will be charged by 5ps/10kb. The company should make to know the customers about the products. But they do not do this. So the problems occur and the subscribers will be in trouble.

                                Mysel[censored]rvesh Chheda. I have converted by 2 mobiles of Vodafone connection from Prepaid to Post Paid. I was asked to pay Rs. 50.00 extra on each connection and told that I will get a selected gift after the activation. After Activation when i enquired they told u will get after the payment of your first bill. After Payment of first bills at Mulund (w) vodafone gallery they gave me 2 vouchers and told to send them at chandigarh. today more then 3 months have passed with no revert. I tried calling to Vodafone and they told to call at Innovative Incentives & Events Pvt. Ltd. at chandigarh. they gave me 3 nos. of shima malik [protected], vandana sharma [protected] and ashu sharma [protected]. but there is no revert from their side also.. I kindly request to refund my 100 rs. (50x2 connection) with my all courier charges.. i[censored] are not willing to send my gift. My mobile nos. are [protected] and [protected]..

                                I am bery much dissatisfied with the behaviour of Vodafone Essar in this matter,

After complete verification they activated my servecies but forgot to activate frinds & family pack and they even did not inform me. Due to which my bill reached upto max. limit very soon.

                                    for the last 2months i have been using the vodafone now i need to activate call conference so i approched help line but they are saying that i need to fill some form &photo copy should be given to near voda fone service provider then only it will be activated but in other network without such these formalitis they are giving call conference so i feel that it is very bad & suppose if you want to sell any of your things in just sms u r activating i thing it will end at your costmer loss so try to avoid this

                                    How to connect the conference call, if connect the error msg was shown, kindly help me...
                                    I'm facing a similar problem, they are asking me to deposit Rs.2500/- to activate Call Conference service behind which i don't see a suitable logic. As I'm compelled to use their service as I'm part of a CUG connection of my company. The Service that is free for any other user requires a deposit for a corporate connection. Hilarious!!!

                                    Me too, today i just got a surprise by Vodafone saying Rs 2500 deposit required to activate concall... if the same has been communicated earlier i wouldn't have taken the connection. I am not going to pay a single rupee to use concall facility. I am now thinking to port to another service provider or to convert this card in prepaid connection.

                                    Clever Vodafone. My address was not verified by their employees and they blocked my outgoing connection including data. I got irritated and asked them to terminate my number. They told me that it cant be done in the middle of address verification process.. It took them 15 days to activate my no. and they charged me amount for the entire month telling that my incoming services were active.

                                    Hi Vodafone Customer Care Team,

                                    I'm prepaid customer from Karnataka and wanted to activate the Conference Call facility. I have checked in your website and it is given that this Conf Call facility is discontinued for Karnataka.

                                    I don't understand the logic behind enabling it for whole india and disable only for Karnataka.

                                    Also, in this mobile era it is strange to see a top leading mobile carrier is having limitations in enabling the service for prepaid customers when other telephone carriers are giving it in easy method.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    M 2 facing same problem not able to go for call conference n top of that u ppl have suggested some activation code though i gone through that but no result yet so its very inconvenient for Vodafone customers to go through such a pathetic situation while doing just a call conference call, really sounds Awwwww. let me know how to do it .

                                      I am using above mentioned Vodafone connection since feb.2009 with Lifetime Postpaid @999 Tariff Plan but I was surprised when I received a my mobile bill through mail on dt. 08.03.10 they have changed my plan from Lifetime Postpaid @999 Tariff Plan to Talk 199 hello plan. Due to this reason my outstanding pending and I reply again & again your payment collection executives when i received my next bill i will be pay my all dues, but all these happend my mobile dissconnect from 08.03.10, I had already compalined regarding the same to your call centre to Mr. Manoj by comp. no. 69940468, but inspite of that i don;t have received any reverted back call from your side on the mentioned issue.



                                      I used this Vodaphone connection approximately 1 year, Previously I have complained against vodafone regarding wrong billing services & activation so many things which customer d'not have required.

                                      i have been facing numerous problems with your company for billing charges since connection activation to last bill because from my first bill I had looked that Vodafone activated many chargable services without my permission & information.


                                      I am dissatisfied with your services from starting when i purchased this connection from Paramjeet Singh at your C.P. Vodafone Centre because as per your scheme my gifts for new connection still pending for the same and more over you dont live up to your motto "happy to help" its an irony because i have only been facing problems after problems . i would like you to look into the matter as soon s possible.
                                      not receiving proper assistance from the cust care officers
                                      I am fed up with vodafone

                                        i have done recharge online thru my credit card from vodafone.in on 5/3/10 but i have not credited in my mobile account and also not credited back in my credited card account,i have sent atleast 12 mails to vodafone delhi and they replied once only and give me assured for credited back amount in 72 hrs in my bank account,but 10 days have passed no one listing for my words and not giving my money.my number is [protected]

                                        You are absolute right I am also sufrer of same type problem nobody is responding on customer care 111.
                                        recently i have switched from idea to vodafone .I think services of IDEA were far better.I have switched over due to problem of connectivity in my area. Such type problem not being attended by such type of world wide known company are not good.I think management should took seriously such type of complains to save image of company.
                                        I agree with your comments.I have recenly switch over from IDEA to Vodafone due to some network related problem but as far as customer care is concerned IDEA is far better than VODAFONE since I am trying to lodge my comlain with 111 regarding amount deducted from my account on 30/4/11 but recharge failed.In this regard I have also sent mail neither any action taken nor any reply recieved from your end.Customer care even not bothered to receive phone or reply properly.
                                        Such type of pitty things thrashed image of such reputed company.Management should should look after and take decision promptly in this regard.
