i have to disconnect my caller tune
i have not asked for caller tune activation but they themself activated and charged money for it inspite of complaint and deactivation done through customer care

So I kindly request you to deactivate my caller tune and give me my balance back

a worthless CT was activated on my phone automatically for free. I want to discontinue it. But now they are charging me money for disconnecting it!!!
i wanna cancel my caller tune bcoz I don't like the service.so pls do a favor on me.

Vodafone — wrong caller tune activation
Dear Mam/Sir,i have got a call from your side by the no of [protected] to activate favourite caller tune i have selected one of them but activate another one from your side also have been deducted the charges of rs. 15/- since 22 Feb 2008 i have complained many time but not getting proper responce and your executives also disconnecting my call in coustomer care.my complian no is[protected].so please do the needful if it is not possible so i m going to take another company connection.my cell no is [protected]
