Vodafone No. is + 91 [protected].
Vodafone Per call Charges is 1.99 Rs./Min which is unautorised the actual charges is 1 Rs./Min.
I have filed a compalint againt this to coustomer care many times the complint nos.are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]lanch by one of hopeless Team Lead), and[protected]this is not filed by me the executive launch on his own).
I am currently in Pune plz.take appropiate action on it.

I was speaking to customer care executive (Monika) regarding the de-activation of my old number ([protected]) which I never activated.
I am using corporate connection and the sales guy given me one additional no. with my actual number and said that whenever you needed you can activate with in 30 days but only after 15 days I called customer care to de-activate this number permanently because I am using only one number.
Monika was not able to convince me so she forwarded that call you her supervisor (Satish) and the language he was using... my God...I can't believe Vodafone has such customer care executive who doesn't know how to speak to the customer.
Already I have registered a complain with customer care with ref. No [protected].
Request you look into the matter and not hire such a rude person at least in customer care who doesn't know how to speak.
