Caller tones

This is just one of the never ending miseries o[censored]sing Vodafone service. Last time I tried to be good to them by switching to prepaid from post paid as I was going back home to North east (As I won't be able to pay them my bills from there and I didn't want to default on paying bills). I cleared all the bills and paid them the extra amount meant for the new sim as well for continuing with the same number. But all this genuine gesture...

Poor Network Coverage (Pune)

Hi,

I am a vodafone mobile user, I am facing network problem from last couple of months, I couldn't get it resolved.Finally putting it here.

I am getting same response from them, that we planning to install a new site in your area in few days, I can't see the new site but I can see the new hoarding after few days, I guess vodafone is busy in putting hoarding instead of putting network towers.

unjustified charges.

i run a vodafone connection since last three months. they have many times taken my balance off by various purposes. they give you a vocal call and ask you to press any digit for example 5 if you accept the offer.
but [censored] the company as you press any button they accept the entry and cut off your balance...
i have everytime immiediatly called to the customer care and they say..."sir pls call after...

Change plan without permission

Me Thirumalai I used this no. Network problem since Oct 2007

I have been facing the problem with Vodafone network from a long time. I raised a problem in Nov 2007 then again May 2008 but nothing has been done yet.Today again i have raised a complaint and the Customer care executive is telling me that he doesn't know how much time it will take to solve the issue.

Vodafone network is the worst in bangalore and specially in shanti nagar. Even Spice network is better...
