Dear Sirs,
I took Vodafone mobile connection No: [protected] on 25.5.08
by paying Rs.599/-from the Vodafone representative Mr. Sagar (mobile No: [protected]) who is sitting in the shop Orbit Communications, Shop No: 6, R C Marg, Near Chembur Police Station, Chembur, Mum-71. I have given my PAN card, telephone bill copies and a photograph to him to line up the transaction properly.
On 3.6.08 while I was at Nigdi, Chinchwad, at 6.00 pm the mobile phone line suddenly stopped working for outgoing call where I was frantically trying to call my family at this hour very incessant rain was continuing. The mobile phone connection not activated even at the time of this writing. Several occasions I talked to Vodaphone call centre toll free No: 111 but they could not do any thing and requested them to cancell my subscription and return whatever the balance amount left out may be returned to me and I will go for another connection of Airtel or any others.
Today is the 3rd day the mobile is not activated and no service whatsoever is forthcoming from Vodafone.
This is my complaint, what to do? how to go about it?

Vodafone Postpaid — non receipt of bill
myself Jagdish V. Kolle, as i m working in municipal corporation of greater mumbai (MCGM) in water dept. and my postpaid vodafone no. is [protected] i want to recieve my bill at my office. my office address is Mr.M.A.More cabin, water works, 4th floor,k/west ward office,paliram road, opp. andheri(west) railway station. i called customer care so many times but no use. plz do necessary action.
