[Resolved]  Vodafone — Can I Sue This Vodafone Company ?

My name is Azmuddin I am a Vodafone Customer My mobile number is [protected] . I Have been charged twice for the callertune on 13th Of June 2008 since then I am calling the cuctomer care and none of them are giving responce and say that my complaint has been forwarded and the amount will be credited into my account within 24 hours but till now no one is responding and when i asked an exicutive to transfer the call to his senior exicutive then he kept me on holt for nearly 10 minutes and disconnected the phone .For such type of behavior towards their customer can i Sue The Company?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was having 2 vodafone nos. [protected] & [protected]- on my wifes name - Nivedita ...while taking I had been told by the C.care Executive VIJAY that - your Rs.500 deposite for each no. will be refunded at ANY POINT OF TIME YOU STOP SERVICES...I was ok with that...they took 3 Signatures on one form with very small font terms & conditions. not even gave time to read it when asked replied -"Sir its all same what i have told you" was the answer of staff "VIJAY". I was told - you will immideatly get a free caller tune for 3 months & 1 DVD of movie...which I never got in 4 months service...
I was told to take one plan for 1st 3 days as it can be activated ASAP...& then i will get transfer to the Actual Plan which I REQUIRED...but that procedure took near about 2 months & 25 calls for follo-up & 5 personel visits at Vodafone Center at Dombivli(w).
After every bill payment before due date I use to get 15 calls to PAY YOUR BILL after due date...Even if i told them my Receipt no. of payment they use to ask me TO FAX it to Vodafone...What I can do for such type of Mental Harrasament & headache...
Then after getting frustrated I asked them to close my nos. & give me my 1000 RS. Deposit or adjust it with My bill...
they told me ...THIS DEPOSIT MONEY CANT BE REFUNDED AS YOU ARE CANCELLING BEFORE ONE YEAR...I AM ANSWERED FROM THEM THAT - YOU HAVE SIGNED YOUR FORM IN WHICH ALL THESE TERMS ARE MENTIONED - WE DONT CONCERN WHAT OUR STAFF COMMITS TO CUSTOMER...WE HAVE OFFICIAL PROOFE WITH YOUR SIGNATURE...YOU CANT GET YOUR MONEY BACK...
NOW I AM GETTING LEGAL NOTICES & THREATNING CALLS FROM VODAFONE for my bill amount of Rs. 1092 only...I am more angry on the stand they are taking & their commitment & services...
PLZ SUGGEST ME WHERE SHOULD I ASK FOR JUSTICE WHEN THEY HAVE MY SIGNED PAPERS ...MY NEW MOBILE NO. IS -[protected]...PLZ REPLY ASAP...I WILL BE MORE HAPPY IF I GET COMPANSATION FOR MY MENTAL HARRASEMENT ALSO...

Mera naam vijay shanker sharma hai. meri dukan 21/278 Jeoni mandi agra mai shanker Photostate ke naam se hai. sir mai ek retailer ho main apki company kai coupon baichta hoo. jis distributer sai main maal laita hoo uska naam sri lakshmi naranyan agency hai. sir main enke behaviour se kuhs nahi hoo. sir meri 1 comlents hoti to main apko sikayat nahi likhta meri anginat complent hai jo espirkar hai
1. meri lappo sim ka customer care 765 band hai
2. maine 28 jan 09 ko dhanvarsha scheme mai load dalbaya tha jisme mujhe 61 ka extra commission abhi tak nahi mila.
3. sir mere vodafone company ke 20 Rupee vale 100 cupon ki gaddi gayab ho gayi. giska serial number maine apne distributer ko de diya tha. distributer ne mujhko ek tehrir police chokey me likhne ko kaha. maine wo tehrir likhkar distributer ko de di lakin aaj tak distributer ne es subject per kuch bhi nahi kiya aur sir mujhe 2000 rupee ka nuksan ho gaya.
4. sir her bar lapoo ke liye rupey lai jate hai aur uske dusre din rupey dalte hai aur phone milane par phone ko uthate bhi nahi hai.
sir main bhut pareshan hoon meri pareshani ko koyi bhi nahin sun raha hai maine jab vodafone ke adhikari aur bade officer aur r.m. sabko apni pareshani batayi to sabhi ne meri ek na sun kar ulta mujhko bhala bura kaha hai. en sabse pareshan ho kar sir main mail bhej raha hoo mujhe english to ati nahi hai esliye use hindi main cunburd kar bhej raha hoo mujhe ummed hai ki aap meri samasya ko jaldi se jaldi solve karayenge.
