Sir Mera no. [protected] jo ki webworld internet & cyber cafe ke naam se hai, ye sim mane 07/07/08 ko liya hai ye no. to activate ho gaya but iska SMS ID jo any no. par recharg karne ke liye use hoti hai ye abhi tak start nahi ki hai, jis vodafone shop se ye sim liya hai vo kheta hai ki ye to company ka mamla hai,

Please aap se request hai ki jaldi se jaldi is no. ki sms ID di jaye.

Iam in chennai Iam reciving a call from anonymous number it is +301, +501 it is mearly iritating us and threating us so pls do sime thing, and I want to trace the number for that what I have to do my number is [protected].I dont know what to do please guide me, and Iam using "VODOFONE NETWORK in TAMIL NADU in COIMBATORE."

    This email is in regard to a fraud by Vodafone against my Mobile No [protected]. We got numerous calls from Vodaphone to buy new plans or additional plans but we never agreed to that just because of getting so many calls again & again in frustration we said YES so that we will not get the same calls again & again. We have actually purchased a Plan 444 but for the last 4 months we are using the additional Plan 555. I did called Vodafone Customer Care 2 months back that I wish to discontinue the additional Plan 555. And they assure me that it will not be added in the next month. After that I haven't checked my bill for the last month and paid the Bill. But this time I was about to pay my Bill before due date but I checked that the same Plan 555 is still in continuation, I did called on them again for the same on this Friday 25 July 2008 and they assured me that the payment will be reversed and they will confirm me on Monday 28 July 2008 i.e, Today but no responce. I did called them today again on Vodafone Customer Care and after 20 mins of call their Manger PREETI again told me that they will try to sort it out by Tomorrow 29, July 2008. I told them clearly till the time it has not been sorted out I will not pay the bill, so she threaten me that THEY HAVE OTHER WAY OF GETTING THE BILLS BY THEIR COLLECTION AGENTS.

    Its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.

    my vodafone no is [protected] im a previlage customer of vodafone thats why company give me 1 customer query manger of vodafone . mr amit is my customer care manager last 2 years in last 2 years i got very very high and unresonable bills from vodafone everytime i made a phone or massages complain to him and every time he gave me atrust that there is some problem from our romaning partners as soon as we clear we justify your bill and at the end of my billing date they cutof my services and make me fool i always paid my bill this cycle running last 2 years they cheated me like anything .
    this time also the same thing goihng on the height is they dnt have time to tell me what is going on on my issues before a month they send me sms that you dntpay your bil;l bzcz we are talking with our romaning partners and there some mistakes in your bill and after 5 days suddenly they cut of my services i again talk with amit he restarted my services bt said you have to pay the bill
    my story is very long story till this moment i ddnt get justice. I NOW CALL VODAFONE AS A FRAUD AND CHEATER CELL COMPANY IN 3 DAYS I WILL PLANNING TO GO TO THE COUERT AND CONSUMER FORME AND MEDIA ALSO.

      i m selling the vodafone last 7 yrs.i have sell 5-10 sims daily on my counter.my sail of vodafone is app. 10000 daily.here are the fresh recharge sheet of recharge of rs.10 is alredy use.i have call the rm os silawar enter.shamliand tell him about this matter.he replys me that what can i do?he says that here is a laser pen in the market, from this pen we can read the screch no.of the fresh recharge coupon.i have suffer this problem 3 times in last 1 year.last recharge of rs 10 sheet i have send it to silawar ent.shamli.gurusharan says that you give me the sheet of recharge.and i will give you the fresh sheet.i want to know that how does it possible?after that gurusharan talk me with rm bharat dua.he tells me that i have change this sheet but in the future after the date of the bill i cannot do anything.plz give me solution of this problem or i have going to consumer coart.plz cont.me at my cell no.[protected], [protected].

        Vodafone India — Fraud colection centre: uncooperative and very rude customer care

        I had made the payment of Rs 1500/- to Mr meherban singhof Byword Services,7A/42,3rd Floor,Western Chamber,WEA,Karolbagh,New Delhi-110005 on 31st Oct,2007 via reciept no-BS3201 and Relationship No-1.12943358 and the payment has not been updated in my a/c as yet.The company has bered my No saying that the pament is not made.Their are 2 contact nos given in the reciept who being called use filthy language or do not respont back at all..The customer care of India is equally patjetic ,rude and unprofessional.They in turn shout back at customers when being asked to solve the problem .Its really sad and unprofessional attitud efor a company like this.I would also request to cancel the licence of the above collection centre as well else we will ahve no option to go to press inthe next 24 hrs....

        Vodafone — charging for caller tone

        The company has been charging everymonth Rs.30/- from my prepaid account balance for the caller tone without guiving me any opportunity to disconnent the caller tone. I dont want to continue with the caller tone and tried to inform the company by sms through the same number by which they are advising me the deduction of charge of Rs.30/ per month.
        Please disconnect the caller tone and never charge any amount from my prepaid account.
        I also want to know the telephone number of the company so taht I can talk to the company concerned persons

        Vodafone India — unwanted caller tone in my mobile phone

        I have vodaphone connection for my mobile. Suprisingly without my knowledge 2 days before i have received a sms from vodaphone saying that your callertone will be actived immdly which i never asked for. How a Company can do such an unprofessional way to irritate a customer . i hope this sort of cheap way of marketing should never happen to customers like me. one thing is I will be charged for the caller tune which i never asked for and secondly the song of the caller tune which is rubbish ( surely the person who is calling will irrirated if he/she listens to the caller tune)Moreover when i tried to contact the customre care it gives automatted voice messesges which doesnt have an option for changing the tune. i hope the Company has some better ways to attract the customers not like this.

        Right now I am on roaming at Walajabadh, Kancheepuram district.
        On 28.09.2009 I have reacharged with 198 or 199 from one local shop and it was ok. But today I have charged one shop at Walajabadh for Rs. 202 (This amount I used to charge every time at Bangalore), The shop keeper charged but only Talk time (53.03) has come, He said it is because of Validity but I have valedity for 3 years.         Vodafone — MCI activation

        I got a call on 16th November at 17.31 asking that i am a lucky customer selected randomly for MCI service. I denied it stating very clearly 2-3 times that i don't want this facility. And today 17th Nov, 2009 at 18.16 i am receiving a message saying my request has been registered. I want a answer as to why this service has been activated when i denied for the same? Please return the amount deducted ot else will raise this issue as this has been a regular case with telecom operators.

        Vodafone India — Absolutely filthy treatment of customers

        Vodafone has to be give the award for
        the least customer friendly network
        the best in nuisance sms sending network
        the network which wastes most time o customers....

        I just had a simple complaint of my msg sending nt working. I called the customer care 111 about 15 times or any ino nd i cud ind no way to talk tto a cust care exec. finallly i logged on net and at a corner of their web i found a num198 to which i calld nd they diverted me back to 111.

        I calld 198 again nd again saying i cannot find an option for custmr care exec in 111, they cud nt help me at all.
        Although all their recordings r in english they did nt hav a single english speaking cus care oficial.. my mother tongue is nt hindi nd i cn only undrstnd basic hindi, these ppl were talkin so fast in sm sort of accent i cudn t undrstnd at all.

        finally atr i had called them abt 20 times i started getting the recording that my request cannot be processed... thats how they treat u...
        Like u r beggers...

          I am an unfortunate customer of vodofone and my mobile number is [protected]. The bill for june was received by and promptly paid by me within due date in cash at the vodafone outlet. I regret that the outgoing service has been abruptly disconnected since the past three days.

          I made a complaint to the vodofone, whose "customer (dont) care" person assured of restoring the service within an hour or so. It has not yet been done.

          Hi,
          My Name is syed Naseeruddin shah i Purchased a Vodafone sim Card in the month of April. this vodafone people always disconnects My outgoing calls at first thime when they disconnected i lodge a complaint and they said to resubmitted the document it was rectified. And you know the funniest part aft Three months the have once again disconnected my outgoing. when i called up the coustmer care they are saying the same blady reason due to documents ur connectinon is removed. I have sumbitted around 12times till date for this blady connection. This vodafone people are harshaning the people so much.Do hell with your blady service

            Sub:- overcharging in bill no.[protected] dt. 24.02.2008 against vodafone no.[protected] for bill period 24.01.08 to 23.02.08 due on 01.02.08.

            Kindly refer to my above referred complaint regarding wrong billing and change of plans without my consent. You were requested for not to change my plan. But the plan has been changed from prepaid to postpaid without my consent.
            Also other extra charges have been charged without taking my consent.

            I have requested on customer care centre many times to stop my phone services. in addition to this your representative at customer care does not allow to forward these complaints to higher officer for taking decision. I had written all the matter in my previous fax mentioned above addressed to The Manager/Customer Services, Vodafone Essar Mobile Services Ltd., C-48, Okhla Ind. Area, Phase-II, New Delhi-110088 and sent to fax no.[protected].
            I personally met with MS Neha date 11.10.2007 at Okhla service centre and explain the problem. I again explain over telephone no.[protected] to sh. Samrender dated 28.02.2008 and sent all fax again on dated 05.03.2008.

            On date I got telephone from telephone no. 64121681 that you have to attend the Patiala house cort on 25.07.2008 at 11:00 hrs. as your case file no.5335/2008 has been lodged against you and consult to sh. Ashok Malhotra, Advocate over telephone no.[protected] for consulting about this case. I contact Sh. Ashok Malhotra, advocate and he narrated me that my outstanding payment of Rs.3150/= is balance against phone no.[protected] and I have to pay this amount immediately and confirm him the receipt no. of vodafone, only then the case will be withdrawn and I will not be needed to go to court.

            I have deposited the same on date 24.07.2008 at Kamla Nagar Vodafone store, transaction id no: DKN-2-[protected] for Vodafone no.[protected] amounting to Rs.3150/=

            It is requested again to stop/ deactivate the phone no.[protected] immediately as the services of Vodafone are not satisfactory and harass to its customers.

            I am surprised that I have not been sent any notice regarding this case earlier to this phone call. I feel threatened that despite not having any communication regarding my complaints I was forced to deposit the amount of which my consent was never taken.

            Now I feel hurt and take decision to go to consumer forum with all the documentary proof I have, as you have not even seen or consider my complaints.

            sir my mobile number is [protected] sir i recharge my vodafone no: for using internet of rs:26/ but when i use it it does not work for two days and third day when i use it it work very rapidly i use it for downloading some files and i use it in night hours but when i wake up in morning i got my balance negative rs-193 .as per recharge of internet it is the rule of vodafone that we can download anything without any limit and i got this shameless thing .plz take in consideration of my point.

              we would like to inform you that On 23-July-2008 (6:45 PM), I was at Vodafone Store, Hisar(Hariyana) for bill payment. When was paying my bill through Machine. I was suppose to 1600 for Mobile No: [protected]. But After Entering 1100. there were Power failure. And I didnot get any receipt for this.We regret to inform u that Even No one was ready to give me any prove for that payment. I am still waiting for his response. And I have not received any SMS also. I am at Roaming.

              We will anticipate ur early action in the above matter at the earliest.

                i have been using vodafone from past one year.

                when i am at my home there is no network coverage, i have to come down my building to talk to everyone, there are frequent call drops. i can bet if the vodafone owners can come down to my home and can make one single call or receive a call from my number i will change my name.

                i stay near andheri station at nagardas road

                i m tired of making complaints almost every week i call up

                from last 8 months they are saying network will upgrade in your area after 4 months its now 6 months the network has gone bad to worst and now they are again saying more 4 months to do the work.
                this will continue to happen
                by getting fed up i have to throw the sim
                it was my fortune that i had a Airtel sim with me where i can recieve my calls and make calls

                  Hi All,

                  I am an old Customer of Vodafone(number [protected]) since 2005( at time it was hutch), Recently i visited My Vodafone shop in JMD tower.the agent named mahesh informed me about a new plan in which if a take a new number(beneficiary number) then the calls made from the beneficiary's number to my master number(existing number) the cost wud be 10 paise. i Found it interesting, i discussed the same with my friends and decided to buy a new number.i called customer care and told them my requirement, they transfered my call to service dept(i dun know it was a service dept or any DSA of vodafone).
                  Then i filled the form by calling an agent to my premises andthat agent told my you get 10 paisa call to master number as well as 1000 talk time free.I paid him the 998 plus some security money for 298 advance rental plan(number [protected]).To my surprise, when i got my first bill all calls from beneficiary' number to master number are not charged as 10 paisa call.and no 1000 talk time free on master number.from 6 march to till date i have logged numerous tickets about my concern but still no action has been taken.I even talked to supervisor of Vodafone customer care (nupur arora and Prashant lal), eveyone says it will be resolved by 24 hour SLA, One month has been passed since i raise my concern but still no resolution or steps taken.The bunch of ticket number for your information are given below:[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].Today i talked withManav then transfered to Supervisor Prashant Arora.
                  If it is not resolved i wont do the payment of my vodafone numbers( 1-[protected], 2-[protected], 3- [protected]) and will go for another ISP. i am also visited at your rajouri gardem branch, in paragon maill, but they dont have solution this problem. i am suffering from last 2 month, ..

                    Inspite of several mails sent to Vodafone Kolkata Customer care by me, they are not taking enough care about my case, on the contrary I am getting several calls almost everyday asking to pay Rs.586/- alnogwith every month's late charge of Rs.100/- that you are continuously adding with my bill.

                    This is a harassment. I have paid all my dues within the stipulated time frame. The bill that Vodafone Kol are claiming is due is already paid by my YES Bank account [AC No.: [protected]] on 07.06.08 through Cheque No. 000017 but till now you didn't update that one and not only that they are constantly spoiling my mental peace.

                      I had a postpaid delhi connection([protected]). And I had given request for the disconnection of this no., as I have shifted to mumbai.

                      As per the direction given to me by vodafone's agent as well as by the vodafone shop in mumbai, I send disconnection request with the scanned copy of my ID proof through email(at:-vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) & asked for my outstanding ammount so that i can clear my dues and disconnect my no..

                      However, even after calling & mailing them several times I didnt get any response, moreover they have not even closed my billing cycle and my billing ammount is also increasing even though i am not using their services.

                      Kindly help me to settele my dues as it applicable in a fair manner and disconnect the services, as I am facing mental & financial harrasement due to this.

                      I completely agree with this. I have requested for disconnection of my postpaid and opted for lifetime prepaid connection. Post paid connection is discontinued but till now even afte paying the amount for lifetime prepaid connection, my prepaid sim card is not activated. Every day I am visiting vodafone's Bandra (West) store and every day I am told that it will be activated by that evening. Since last 5 days, my phone is not working. Their service is terrible and they are just not bothered to give you proper replies or explanations.
                      My daughter took a new connection from coimbatore, two weeks before. From Delhi, we can not
                      make calls to this mobile from land phone, as it always says that "PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER
                      YOU HAVE DIALLED". We have dialled "0" before the mobile number. I have complained to Ms. Ramya of Vodafone office ([protected]). Not receiving a reply from Vodafone. Please look into it.

                        I had activated a sms pack on my number and everything was goin on smoothly until i decided to deactivate the pack.I sent msg for the deactivgation but teh server refused to accept it by sending the error msg that "Sorry this service is not valid for your number" so I called the customer care people One executive forwaded my complaint and he asked me to call the very next day when i called thn i ws told tht due to technical reasons request wasnt fulfilled ..bus Goli dal rahe the saale ..Later on whn i tried to send msg from my fone i realised tht my msg service is also barred nd also my incoming msg service ws also barred ..wht the hell is this ..this cmpny is really a

                            I PURCHASED VODAFONE POST PAID CONNECTION UNDER 999 SCHIME ON 09/03/2008 DELIVERED AT MY HOME BY AOUTHORISED AGENT OF VODAFONE M/S INTOUCH SOLUTION PVT LTD AGAINST PAYMENT OF RS 1000.00( RECEIPT NO 22699 DATED 09/03/2008). TILL THREE DAYS CONNECTION WAS NOT ACTIVATED . WHEN I ASKED THE REASON FOR DELAY, I WAS TOLED THAT MY MAILING ADDRESS WOULD BE VERIFIED BY FODAFONE EXECUTIVE .                               I have called to your customer care on 20th July 2008 and taken a new Postpaid connection .Mr Ajay ([protected])from M/s Intouch Solution Pvt Ltd visited to us and taken the documents from us and provided the sim card . And taken Rs 500 as cash and provided the receipt number 1911 Dated 20th July 2008 . The number allotted to us was [protected] . With CAF number 80157860 SIM number [protected] .

                              I called to your customer care and the executive confirmed me that the the number is being allotted to some Mr Ali and its not in my name . I would like to know that how come is it possible that you can sign and confirm the agreement of one number to two persons .

                              I would like to request you to kindly look into the matter and rectify the issue and allot the selected number [protected] to me . I have talked to Mr Varun of Intouch and his response was negative

                              The kind of service you people advertise is totally useless . I am going to put this mail along with all the concern number on the blogs and to the consumer forum . I have been cheated by vodafone the number which was being sold to me is being used by some one else and when I call to the peoples they just throw the balls to one another . I talked to Mr Ajay on [protected] he was not ready to entertain he says to call helpline . Helpline is totally useless not ready to help . Then I get a number of Mr Varun said to be the head of INtouch he give me the number of a person [protected] he says I have to call to ajay fo the same no body is caring and you people advertise that you are caring for customer . WOW ????????
                              Then I have been given the number of Mr suraj <[protected]> he says that some body will come to me in seven days time . What all it is am I begging anything . There are many companies who care for customers .

                                A marketing person had called up initially for an ADD ON card request. I took up the add on number as he said that Corp 299 plan could not be activated on my existing number. AddON number: [protected], Existing Number: [protected]. Once the addon number got activated i went to deactivate my existing number at a vodafone store, at which i was told that i could have activated the Corp 299 plan on my existing cell. I then activated the plan on my existing cell and requested for a cancellation of my Add on number. Now, the security deposit of Rs.299 which i had paid for my addon number is not refunded as i raised a request for not paying the bill of my addon number[protected]. I was told the security deposit amount wud be adjusted in my existing cell bill. But it was not adjusted.

                                My grievance is: Would i be getting the Rs. 299 back which i had submitted as security deposit?

                                My mobile number is cancelled without any one from the cancellation department trying to call me on the main number or the alternate number and now I want my services to be reinstated ASAP.
                                Nobody, Neither 198 nor the store guys nor the email care department nor the cancellation has time to hear out a customer. This is absolutely pathetic and disgusting customer service.
                                All I want to know is there anybody in Vodafone who is interested in listening to the customer ???

                                  on 25 may, 08 i picked a call from Vodafone DSA. he was giving me 600 free sms, local 30 p & std 50 p& 600 calls local & std in 600 Rs.monthly .

                                  Afterthat i confirmed with vodafone custmore care, he told me that he has not any plan which has std 50 p & local 30 p.

                                  therfore i hav paid him 250 for connection .

                                  i hav register a complained in vodafone, he was saying, he will take action againest this DSA . but now till date he has not taken any action . why he gives wrong information to custmore .

                                    My name is Manjeet Singh, I use vodafone prepaid service and my number is ([protected] )which is valid until[protected] .

                                    I am writing this complaint letter to you because I received an unwanted call on [protected] at 6:08 pm from caller tune service and without my concern they deducted 15 Rs. From my phone and later I received a sms from them that my caller tone service has been registered and they asked me to ensure that I have more then 30 rupees in my account so that they can activate the my caller tone .

                                    I have no intentions of activating this kind of any service on my phone and therefore I also called Vodafone customer care service and there also they did not had any solution to this and only thing they suggested was that I recharge my account and let the caller tone service deduct the next 30 Rs, and called them after that, I have to say I am very harassed and discouraged by all this and therefore I want you to take immediate action regarding my problem as soon as possible .

                                    I would like to say that a big company like Vodafone should stop this kind of cheap pick pocket attempts of making money.

                                    I also would like to know how can I keep my number away from all these kind o[censored]nwanted calls and I hope that you take an action as soon as possible and return all the deducted amount back to my phone if not I am willing to take action against this problem on my own by reporting this to TRAI(Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) and also CONSUMER COURT and News Papers if I have to .

                                        I am Abhishek Singh, using a vodaphone no. [protected].I have taken this no. two months ago at vodaphone store at ansal plaza.On this no i have taken a 888 plan in which they asked me to activate ECS service from my credit card (they told me inorder to take a 888 plan you need to activate the ecs service without this they will not activate this plan ) I activated the ECS service from my Barclays credit card, also given xerox copy of my card.Later I received the bill but as I have activated ECS so I did not make the bill payment . After few days of my due date they barred my outgoing service .I made a call 2 customer care and asked them why they have barred the service. They told me they have not received the ECS details so the amount is not taken out of my credit card .I told them that i have submitted the required document at vodafone store .I also told the name of sales agent who sold me this connection, his name is JAGMOHAN.They said you will have to visit vodafone store again .As vodafone store is faraway from my residence n this is no fault of mine I asked them 2 send someone to my redience, they said for this i need to mark a mail to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com . I did mark a mail to them but did not receive any reply from them .I can say the customer service of vodafone is worse they only know how to take money from customers .After this i received several collection calls from their collection agent, i told the same story to them and asked them to arrange a call back from their senior, did not receive any call from vodafone .I m still receiving calls from them I told them i am not going to pay single penny n even i dont know whether they have taken money from my credit card or not, because i have not received the card statement yet. They told me they have not received any card details from me, I asked how they have given me this 888 plan .As stated above i have subimitted the card details n if they dont have the detailsavailable where the card details gone, that can be missused by someone .But even after telling the whole story to them so many times nothing is done till now. still my outgoing is barred . so plz take necessary action against them so that in future they dont harass their customer like this .

                                        demo card billing i am using this number from 2past 2yrs have paid the bill regualary then to still they disconnceted the line without any prior notice, as i spoke to the toll free numer i was told as i am a demo card number so my outgoing is barred and to contact area account manager, i contacted the area a/c manager [protected]. but he said the mobile number wont start in demo plane as i did not sell the refill and told me that would convert my number in normal billing plan. but still after a week the out going is barred and have not started. when we contact the area manager he tell it will start in one and two days. and toll free number say u contact account manager.
                                        Please be kind enough to immediately disconnect my vodafone services as I am going abroad for three years. My Vodafone Mobile No. is [protected]
