There was no problem in making and receiving call untill this evening ..
When i checked my mobile to make a call ... i got a msg saying "sim card registaration failed... "
Now I cant make or receive calls...

pls activate my services as soon as possible...

I had lost my mobile and I have taken another SIM by Vodafone Store Sec.18 and one o[censored]r team member namely Deepti told me that my sim will be activated within 2-4 hrs. but its still not working almost 18 hrs has been completed but still the Problem is same. I have called 5times at vodafone Customer Care but they are only saying that it will be activated within 2hrs. but I dont know that when will ur 2hrs be complete as yesterday u said the same and today after 18 hrs you are saying the same to me. MY SIM is giving error msg. "sim card registaration failed... "

    hi

    I am Jagdish Badgujar. My no is [protected]. I activated one fnf no that no is [protected] in the month of June 2008.
    After activating the fnf no I call to customer care and asked him that

    When I sms bill to 111 I will get some unbilled amount that amount is calculated by flat rate 50paise/min OR fnf no is calculated by 10paise/min & remaining are by 50paise/min????????


    Your executive replied me that it is calculated by flat rate 50paise/min.
    And in your final bill if will get calculated by 50paise/min.

    My Last month my mobile usage is 6120min.
    Till the one day before my billing cycle when I send the sms bill to 111 I am getting unbilled amount is approximately around 1600 to 1650 rupees.
    But when the bill has come that bill shows me that your bill is Rs.2146.51.
    But as per your executive the unbilled amount should show around 3000 Rupees.
    If it is calculated by flat rate 50paise/min. but it was not shown at once also.

    After bill get generated I visit to Dombivali’s Vodafone store and meet
    Mr.Harshad Shinde. He is one of the executive.
    I asked my query to him he told me that
    When you send the sms bill to 111 you are getting some unbilled amount which is calculated by 50paise/min for local calls & 10 paisa/min for fnf number.
    It is not calculated by flat rate 50paisa/min.
    I requested to logged the complaint against that executive who miss guides me.
    He also log the complaint & he has given me the complaint no.[protected]. & he told me that you will get the call with in 48 hours.
    I was not received the call after 48 hours then I called to customer care and ask for my complaint’s status he told me that there is no complaints is logged by this no. & also there is no complaints logged on that day also.

    Then I once again visited to the same Vodafone store & meet Mr. Rohan Kalasakar and asked for the complaint status
    He told me that yes there is a complaint is logged by them but there is no problem found in it. That’s why you are not getting a call from our side
    But when I told him that when I check the complaint status from customer care they are telling me that there is no complaint is logged.
    And He also told me that your unbilled amount is calculated by the flat rate 50paisa/min & in your final bill it is calculated by 10paisa/min for fnf no and 50paisa/min for local no.


    In your same Vodafone store I am getting two different opinions so who is telling right & who is not????
    & what do I do????????????

    I am expecting that at least you are going to help me to come out from this……….
    still i have received any call from customercare
    i have done the folloup two times but they are saying that we will get back to you with in 24 hours
    still there 24 hours is not end
    now they started the announcement that please pay your outsanding as the earilist to voice dissconnection o[censored]r no.
    i requested the customer care to dissconnect that announcement you slove my query i will pay the bill that lady told me it will get deactivated with in 2 hours
    after 2 hours it is not get activated then once again i called to my customer care now they telling me that it is not get deactivated unless & untill you pay the bill
    then now you suggest me what to do?????
    i recorded all the conversation.
    i have that proof also.
    i am really fed up with vodafone customer care...

    Vodafone mobile — miss guiding the customer care

    Vodafone customer executives are very worst in solving the customer requirement
    I complained to the care executives a lot of times regarding my problem
    But they did n't solved my problem
    Apparantely this leads to change my network from vodafone to other network

    Vodafone in very bad in solving customer's problems.

      I am aggrieved customer writing from India to Vodafone Uk head office having Vodafone number [protected] I am writing from Gujarat state India and I have complain to lodge for ill behavior for your customer care officer Mr kaushal Trivedi who is in charge of Vodafone store In Gujarat India he has spoken very badly with me He used abusive language for my character he came out of office and told me being in charge for customer care office when I asked him that your people at office has spoken badly with me he in turn listening to me started speaking in abusive language and he spoke very rudely and on my character and said
      u cannot touch me I have senior people In my pocket and he gave me challenge saying that nobody can touch me and I will see what you can do to me i[censored] have courage please show me what you can do? sir I am British citizen working for Microsoft company on deputation for India companies and I have used Vodafone connection in uk looking to quality service known from Vodafone uk I have taken Vodafone Indian connection and when today I went to Vodafone indian store for taking bill print out for making payment your3 officers Mr bob, Mr sagar and Mr kaushal Trivedi In that Mr Kaushal has spoken very badly this is a insult to me and I am looking for justice from Vodafone Uk head office I would be looking down not less there termination from the service and being a British citizen i Look forward to mark the complain Vodafone Indian subsidiary for termination of these employees if such is behavior of these 3 people in customer care how can one expect the quality service we take connection in good justice of world class service of Vodafone company and if I am to have undergo such humiliation it is better to surrender the connection and take another company connection at least where we won’t face such humiliation and discrimination I seek justice and favor to take comprehensive and concrete action on these 3 people who work for Vodafone Indian subsidiary

      I recharge my vodafone no of Rs. 249/- for 1 year incomong free. Is was activate instantly, but for same time i recharge promo of Rs. 69/- but yet it is not activate and also your customer care no is always busy. So i can't catch you.
      . So please act immidiately my promo facility.

      Iam Abhinav Agrawal, I have two Postpaid number's ([protected], [protected]) from Vodafone which is under the HCL corporate plan.

      Iam using these numbers from the last three months but the kind of experience I have got with the Vodafone is REAL BAD, I wanted to write this mail very long but Iam cutting it short and coming it to the point...Iam not getting my bills and you people are expecting me to pay my bills even though the customer has not got bill..and when I call about my issue, there is no one in the customer care department who can help me out on my issue...I have called hell lot of time about my concern but the agents are unable to help me, and when I want to talk to the Manager the Managers are so busy that they cannot talk to me and the agents they just know one thing and that is to put the customer on hold for long durations...I had word with "Manider kour virdi" she is so called flour superviser, she said that my issue will get resolve very soon.."SAD" it has not been resolved yet...and you people barred my services also...

      One thing for sure now that this customer is now going to the Consumer forum..

      I m Jasvinder Singh S/o Sh. Hari Singh employer of Punjab State Electricity Board in Dhuri Distt. Sangrur. I purchase a new connection on[protected] which is [protected]. On 02-02-09 I received a call from ur company for address verification. Which true according to my I.D. proof? And then on 03-02-09 my incoming call is barred from Ur Company. I call to costumer care no. They telling me my I.D. proof is not submit in company. Which is already sent by dealer? Then my connection is activated. But my outgoing call is barred on 04-02-09 again. Ur customer care telling me this postpaid is not running in Dhuri area. Is dealers are not known about this connection is not activate in this area. Or company blind which sell this connections. .
      I am requesting u please activate my connection permanently. If can’t do this please deactivate my connection permanently

      My MOM she is handicap over 60 is a VODAFONE subscriber in CHD. whats going on is that from last so many months or so, she gets promotional calls/sms from VODAFONE without any request caller tune or other of these unrequested services gets activated from VODAFONE on her cell phone and she gets charged all over and over and over again she cant go anywher I m in USA and i m worried for my MOM.Buyng this connection bought Worries, Harrasment, Tensions and lot more than that she has paid and still paying so much for these unwanted/unrequested hello/caller tune and other promo. stuff.       Hi All,

      Myself satish Ojha from megacabs Mumbai India and having the always issues with the wrong billing and even the Mr. Soumik Ghosh and His senior Smita shukla who they are not even picking the calls even we are a corporate customer for him and i have so many evidences and proves about the vodafone billing system and department and the relationship manager who are good in the face not in the profession. Here i would like to mention the one recent evedence that we got the high billing which is not applicable to us and called several times to him and they are not picking the sell or start speaking excuses on the matter. Since i just wanted to know is the really VOdafone is a good cellular company?
      In my opinion they are cheater and even have no words about him to abuse.

      My suggesstion is stop relation or buying the new connection from them they are the peoples who are survining with the high billing only.

      Sub: Negligence towards the customers plain at tha customer service

      Dear sir

      My name is C.Anu.I have vodafone prepaid sim card. I am using a prepaid sim card from past 2 and 1/2 years. From Feb 27 2009, daily 1 Rs is getting deducted from my account due to Callertune. Which i have not activated.If i send a message to cancel the callertune, the reply is "this service is not activated". From past 15 days i had been complaining about my problem. "They told me that it was a default", "They will solve my problem within half hour". But no action was taken regarding this matter. If i call to the customer service from my mobile No. The computer just skips to the previous menu.It is a High time that if the problem is not solved in 5 days, I may change my sim card to some other better service company.
      I hereby request to take immediate action on this matter.I am sorry that i can't give my mobile No.You can go throw the list of customers, which is recorded at customer service centre from past 15 days.

      This is with regards to the complaint raised at your Vodafone Customer Care Tolll Free No: 111.

      The complete scenerio is as follows:

      In the month of Jan'08 at POS (Point of Sale) the DSA misinformed the plan stating this is a corporate plan for Rs 199 billing every monh.

      Charges are as follows:

      1st 100 vodafone messages free, 300 mins free vodafone to vodafone. But this turned out to be something very fishy. The 300 mins free turned to be 300 mins @ 30paisa/min.

      This is not my actula complaint this was just an FYI of the services provided.

      Now for the Apr'09 statement is made an online netbanking payment on 18th Apr'09 which was adjusted into your deposit A/c.

      I called up your customer card and requested to adjust my paymen to the payment account. Ashish Mani the Supervisor took an initiatove to adjust the payment. The same was adjusted the same eve (25-Apr-09).

      Even after the payment is adjusted into your A/c i am continouly recieving collection calls, my Dad as well as my Mom who is a housewife is recieving collection calls daily. She recieved a call yesterday from Vikram the collection agent at 3:00 pm in the afternoon.

      My question to vodafone is why the [censored] are u calling me if my payment is adjusted. If i recieve any further calls this would be escalated to the media and as well as to the customer forum.

      Vodafone — took rs 398 and not credited the talktime

      this is to inform that I did a online recharge for 398 through the internet on 05/09/2009 and the talktime was not credited to my account and i was contacting the customer care regardig this since 05/09/2009 till today 10/09/2009 and I have not got a responsible reply and the representatives hung up on me. I asked for a supervisor and they escalated to RAJ yesterday 09/09/09. he spoke to me and he promised that the talktime will be credited to my number today and I also sent a mail to the nodal officer SUNITHA regarding this issye and called the nodal officer number today which is [protected] and spoke to a nidal officer and she asked for a complaint number and I told her that I was not given a complaint number and hence she asked to contact the customer care and get the complaint number which I did today and spoke to SUPERVISOR KUMARESAN AND THE SUPERVISOR WAS RUDE TO ME AND HE SAID THAT A COMPLAINT WAS NOT REGISTERED AND SPENDING 30 MINUTES ON THE YESTERDAY PHONE IS MERELY A WASTE AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY INTERACTION RECORD THAT I SPOKE TO THEM YESTERDAY AND THEY SAID THAT THE MINEY WILL BE REFUNDED AND HE HUNG UP ON ME. CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE BACK AND ASKED FOR THE SUPERVISOR AND THE SAME SUPERVISOR CAME ON THE LINE AND HE INFORMED THAT "IF YOU ARE GOING TO CALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE YOUR CALL WILL BE DISCONNECTED". I WAS DOING A CONVERSATION WITH HIM AND HE SAID THAT "PHONA VAI DA" AND HE HUNG UP ON ME. THE OUTCOME IS VODAFONE STOLE 398 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY TALKTIME I WAS NOT GIVEN RESPEECT AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WAS TREATED VERY BADLY BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS THE NODAL OFFICER AND AT LAST THEY MADE ME IRATED BY REPEATING THE SAME POINT.       With utmost regrets I wish to bring a complaint about your company services to you.
      My Sister & family had come down from Newzealand on hoilday for 3 weeks. As I knew their stay -time here in India was very short, I decided to get them a Vodafone Pre-paid connection. I managed to locate an outlet at M/s.Hello Mobiles at Moulali arch - Hyderabad.
      The dealer assured me on that day itself (approximately on 21/09/2009), that the connection would be activated within 15 -20minutes and had taken the pre-paid money for talk time.
      I would like to inform you that even as on today the connection remains DOWN. (Mob# [protected]).
      Why do pepople make false promises when they cannot comply to Our needs?
      When the customer care of Vodafone was contacted, they said the related documents had not reached the office. Now "Passing the Buck" game began.
      Now can you clarify whose problem is it? Are we being honoured for Patronising your Brand? Or does Vodafone assume they are the monoply in the market?
      Vodafone has not only swallowed the money, but the reputation of our Country.
      I am astonished by these attitudes & have decided to dispose of all my Vodafone connections & will do it.
      When outlets are not in a position to meet customer needs, let me tell you they not only toy around with customers, but also are involved in tarnishing the names of companies like yours.

      If you have the time please reply, or you are free to treat me as your outlet did.

      take idea connection iam using it from last 5 yrs, their network is one of the best, until now not a single rupee has been cut

It really surprises the brand of this company regrading its service they are doing....

      For last more than a month I have not been able to make some local and STD calls from my cell. When dialling these number's I get the message as "Network busy" or "Error in connection". I changed the SIM card, tried making calls by putting the SIM in another cell but no respite...it's still unresolved. Moreover, can't even call vodafone customer number from my cell. The vodafone store rep has not helped me in anyway despite so many follow ups via sms as i can;t make any calls. His name is Hamza ...works in Vodafone store located in Kandivali East, Thakur Village, Mumbai. I am so dissappointed with the services and attitude of vodafone store reps that I am thinking of getting rid of your services. I have even tried writing mails to the Nodal officer and the next level guy for Mumbai however no response so far.

      I think i should take this complaint with the Vodafone Head directly.

      I am sorry to say that I am very frustrated as a Vodafone user. Without my request or approval, Caller tune has been activated on my number and Rs 30 deducted. Message was sent on 10th Oct at 12:01 pm that caller tune will be activated within 4 hrs & amount will be duducted for that. caller tune was activated within 5-6 mins without my approval. As an answer I had asked your customer care official whether it was possible to update somewhere in your system that I am not willing to comply with such offers. (As such calls are repetitive, and my answer to them are always in the negetive). To this simple query, the man became extremely rude and arrogant, asking me what I stood to lose, if I migrated to the suggested scheme. Before I could ask his name, he hung up abruptly.

      I received a call from a second executive identifying himself as Sameeran calling from [protected] . When I told him that a complaint was already registered regarding this with the nodal cell, he demanded to know the number of calls that I had received post the lodging of complaint. When I told him that I would not be able to provide him with such a list he disconnected the phone in mid conversation.

      I am really sorry to say that your staff is EXTREMELY IMPOLITE AND INCOMPETENT AND SUCH PEOPLE ARE RATHER HARMFUL FOR YOUR PR.

      As a customer for over 6 years, this kind of behaviour from the customer care is definitely not solicited. With the current number portability service on offer it is a much better option for any person like me to switch on to another service provider who will respect the wishes of their customers.

      I have filed a complain to the Vodafone customer care centre at Begumpeth with the Mr. Tej before 45 days with the assurance that the issue get resolved with in 24 hours and they also advised me to not to recharge your mobile otherwise your amount will keep on deducting.       I have got two connections of Vodafone and we are it's customer since 1997 when they were Essar . The services then and the services provided today are absolutely un comparable. They have also deputed a RELATION SHIP MANAGER but of no use. Recently I lost my mobile Phone having No.[protected] when I contacted their center for blocking the number and issuing me a Duplicate SIM I had a tough time getting through the process the so called Executive has treated me very shabily. They have a recorded version saying that they will record the conversation for internal quality purpose but all this is false as I forgot the name of their Rude executive and when their so called RM M/s.Sagarika called me on the 9th Dec, 2011 I spoke to her and her senior Mr.Ashish and told them the facts of the conversation I had on thursday the 8th Dec, 2011. Then I received a Duplicate SIM on 10th Dec, 2011 and I was surprised how these people work as I received Two Duplicate SIM's one before Noon and one afternoon..I bought this notice to my RM, Sagarika and also asked her to activate one SIM . She assured me that she will revert back within next five minutes but till now I have not received any call from her. Then in the evening at 6.30 I spoke to one more executive and this time I was particular to note her name which is M/s,Balwinder Kaur who assured me that it will be activated in another 2 hours it did not happen. Then when I called up in the Morning at around 10 a.m. again I spoke to Balwinder Kaur who told me that the activation is in Process and by 12 noon my services will be reinstated, again it did not happen then I called up again and spoke to another executive M/s.Neeta or Meeta I did not get her name but either of the name for sure she told me that it will take another FOUR hours to activate when I pressurised her she assured that it will be done in another one hour and now its past 6.30 in the evening but still the services on my Phone are not activated.
      So I feel I should find another good service Provider and use that facility of mobile Portability. I hope I am justified by the action I wish to take that if my current service provider is unable to attend to their Old and Trusted Customers .

      I have been using whatsapp application since past one year with my 2G plan activated. two days back I did a recharge of 124 rupees for the activation of 2G plan. Along with that I did a normal talktime recharge as well. But, even after the 2G activation my balance is getting deducted.

      It has been a grieving experience for me. Since past one year no amount has ever been deducted and even none of my friends and colleagues are facing such issue. No deductions are being made for this usage after the 2G plan is activated. When asked that why this is happening they simply informed that they are not aware and cant make any refunds and cant help further on this issue. I had a word with Suman, Arpit, Hemlata, Deepak.

      I am still waiting for an update and help from Vodafone. Vodaphone customer care is really very lousy. They have bunch of in experienced people out there and they also are not responsiv. My experience has been bad, trust me... dont want to spend too much time and energy here to even narrate this.

      I would like to bring to your notice that this vodafone connection has only been a problematic service since the very initiation. First of all, the plan was sold to me misstating the plan details. I realized the same when I got my first bill. It took me 3 months to get the plan that was actually offered to me.
      This was not the end of the problem. I was getting calls for bill payments without bills being delivered on my address.
      In spite of such poor level of service, I decided to carry on with Vodafone as I have four more Vodafone connections in the family –all satisfied with Vodafone services. But today I experienced the level of humiliation that I can’t take. I have paid 80% of my last bill on time and already communicated to pay the balance with next bill. Once the same has been agreed, I don’t know why I am getting calls again and again to pay the bill. I received a call today from your representative Mr. Ranjeet, the language of whom was very rude and indecent. I didn’t expect such a ill-behaviour from any service provider & now I really don’t want to continue with vodafone services anymore.
      Please take a strong action & prepare my last bill asap.

      I have just spoken to Abhishek on 198 regarding my 64Kbps speed.

      May I remind you that I have first Subscribe to 1GB data plan worth Rs; 250/- and then on 10th Of Feb 2014 started using Plan of 2GB worth Rs. 450/- activated on 9th of Feb 2014.


      My speed reduced to 64 kbps on 11th or 12th.

      Spoken to someone on 198 and as per him I should have been receiving call within 4 hrs and issue would have been rectified.

      Till date no call and issue is at it is.

      Again spoken to today (Wow Experience) Abhishek and as per him I will have to use 2GB plan worth Rs. 450/-(Mind you this for 3G) at the rate of 64Kbps till 2Gb..


      Wow what a company policy.. Paying and using 64 Kbps for 3G plan... Seriously...

Ok she was from vodafone and was Super Smart and Intelligent, so I said ok I am wrong. and you are right. Then I asked her then what happened to my other 1GB plan and she was mum.(As Expected. Even I knew she will disconnect my call now.My biggest Mistake Pointing the right thing.. oops I made mistake). And then as expected she put my call on hold. And guess what my call was dsconnected.. Yippeee .. these agents whether supervisors or retention team are the same.


      I knew if I am going to point out right thing my phone will be disconnected again.

      Again called call transferred to retention team. Someone picked"aahh hmmm Hello aapki baat "Dont Know" se ho rhi h" Yar number band kr do mera" Call disconnected...


      Again called spoken to I think Deepak... Finally he processed my request.. Did nt received Survey Otherwise I would have given him 5Marks. Out standing.. Wonder what he is doing In Vodafone...

          Its been more than 2 months since I took up this issue with vodafone and till date no one is bothered to get it resolved. I made a payment of Rs.888 from my online ICICI a/c to Vodafone to recharge my prepaid no. on 05/05/2008. The recharge didn't go through. So made another transaction for Rs.888 on 06/05/2008 which suceeded. I immediately called the bank and have a complaint no. 66606697 and was told that the money had already been transferred and was told by the bank staff to contact the mobile company. I called them n was told that I could just walk in to a nearby Vodafone store n get it credited and that there was no deadline for it. I checked it many times with the customer care and they confirmed that they do see a transaction for Rs.888 twice one on 5th and the other on 6th. So I let my a/c to exhaust and when my prepaid mobile balance went down to 10bucks went to a store in Adambakkam subway and was told that they cannot take the issue as it was a ministore!! So again I spent money and reached the nearest Vodafone store in Velacherry after confirming with the vodafone customer care. My nightmare started! The representative(Vinoth) who checked the account initially said that he did see 2 transactions but then he had to consult with his boss to credit the amount or service...and the boss(Sameena K) asked for proof...I gave the payment id. She said that their database didn't reflect the transaction made on 05/05/2008. I returned home in the night disappointed. I badly wanted to communicate and my phone was down and the amount has been taken from my account. I had paid for a service which was not useful to me when I wanted. She wanted it emailed. I did so. She said it was not in the correct format so wanted another format. I explained that I don't subscribe even for email statements from the bank and finally sent .xls, .jpeg formats of the bank statement, the payment id etc. for the month of may to her email id sameena.[protected]@vodafone.com. I told her she can put a conference call with the bank and verify with them..she refused. She didn't give a docket number..In fact she was not interested to help at all... she called n said that she had forwarded the proof to her higher ups and got a reply that it was a failed transaction and tole me to call the bank. I explained to her that the amount has been taken for both the transactions and that the bank had already been contacted. She said she'll verify it and get back to me and is yet to call back!!! I keep calling her she doesn't bother to answer. I repeatedly kept calling the customer service and they kept disconnecting calls and refused to transfer to supervisors. They won't give a complaint number or their complete name or employee id. Everybody opens the script saying happy to help happy to help but in fact nobody is willing to help. This is the most appalling service I've ever come across in life. My life had to come to a standstill as the balance was not credited in time...the mental torture of losing money...the verbal harrasment of the unhelpful customer service representatives have driven me to put up this complaint. Even supervisors disconnected calls!!! They constantly lied, failed to take responsibility to resolve the problem. Finally I was told to go to the Alwarpet Vodafone store (they said the velachery store was a newly opened one and had inexperienced executives) and show proof and get it corrected. I'm working in night shift and my hard earned money has been put on hold. I'm yet to find time to visit the store and tell them my story and God knows what story they are going to tell me!
          Inspite of all this I again recharged my account for Rs.888 so that I can use my phone as I'm heavily dependent on it for day to day activities with a hope that the issue would be resolved soon.
          Pls help...This should not happen to another Indian citizen.

          i asked Regavendra Store but still there is no action.they gave rong answer
          they are not crediting my account with 75 rupees.

              my problem is i m getting NETWORK BUSY errors while i m doing the calls on mumbai reliance & on mumbai airtel
              i m getting this issue 20 to 25 times & after that 1 call gets connected...i had given a complaint on vodafone care (111)
              but i havent got any result...it is major issue in ulhasnagar area for all for last one year... & callertunes are not playing while roaming in vodafone networks...even i m getting network busy issue while i m calling to customer care (111) or [protected].
              my another no. is [protected](mumbai) but it is also giving same issues when this no. is coming to ur roaming (maha) network.
              but when i m selecting manualy idea (maha) network i m getting world class services

              i have many problem to vodafone. my no [protected]
              i am also having same problems right now. if i try to call my vodafone number from landline or other mobile it do not get connected and after trying to call from my vodafone number it says network is busy. this is going on since last 1 hour. i may be throwing out this number as well. btw, i am from ulhasnagar.

              i am having vodafone as my phone connection.i am receiving and can do the calls but neither side voice is getting.this is highly rediculous as i am suffering from this for past 2 days. kindly help me out and make it done as soon as possible.

                My name is Yogesh Yadav from Mumbai. I am a Vodafone customer since almost 4 years for the no ([protected]). I have their DND service and DNC service active more than a year on my phone.

                Recently I have been receiving their promotional messages which I am not supposed to receive. I did a complaint to them on 29th that I am getting these message and they need to stop them. But in return I have received one more message on 2nd. When I went to their store on 29th a girl named Monali took my phone to see and took it inside the cabin and when she came back I found out that she has sent a message to activate DND service from my phone and that to without my permission. I will not tolerate any such
                Nonsense that people are using my phone and sending message without even asking me and some one can even misuse it. On 2nd when I received another message I went to their kandivali store and a guy name Ritesh told me that this particular department do not work after 6 and they will be working directly on Monday because they have holiday on Saturday and Sunday. He assured me that he will call me and give feed back on Monday which was on 4th but so far I have not received and call from him regarding this.

                I am tired of doing complaint to them and they are assuring me that they will look in to the matter but so far no reply I have got from them. I request you to take a strict action against them and solve the matter for everyone so no body can violate their privacy.

                Vodafone — not providing services properly

                Sub:- Request for change of types of Mobile Phone Connection
                Ref:- Mob.No.[protected]

                Dear Sir,

                I had obtained a Mob. Connection No.[protected] on 16.09.2009 with Rs.250.00 Plan (Plus Rs.49.00) from your Garia Store. However, I had instructed the Officer processing my papers to make my connection operative with effect from 01.10.2009; and I had also made same request to your Officer verifying my residential address. And accordingly, I did not even remove the Sim from its Block. I had made it operational after 01.10.2009, that can be checked from the details callers list.

                2. In the mean time I received a call from the Vodaphone Service Centre for non payment of Bills. I had also made request the Officer (her) for sending my Bill and also to forward it to my mail address ([protected]@yahoo.com). I did not received my Bill and finally my above connection has been suspended.

                3. Now the question is- why my bill has not been sent to my residential address? How it came back? Whether the officer did not carefully verify my address? Why my bill did not forwarded to my E-mail address, when there was a clear instruction in the Application Form ? Why my Mob. Connection has been suspended? Whether, the system adopted to me (a Gazetted Officer, Government of India- which my I Card says and on the basis of which the said connection was given without depositing any security deposit) is justified?

                4. Aggrieved by the facts stated at para-3, I wish to discontinue with Plan attached with the above Mob.No.[protected]. I may be provided the final Bill, so that I can settle it instantly.

                5. I also to mentioned here the action taken in the present case for a Reputed Company is unwarranted.

                6. I again make a mention that I wish also to continue with your Company, therefore, I request you to convert my present POST PAID connection into PRE PAID connection.

It was reported to Customer Care for several times, the Officers did not solve the problem, however, they were very wise King to Promise to Solve the Problem within an Hour.

                2. The matter was reported to your Vodaphone Store, Garia for Two Times- both the Officers (He & She) had forwarded a mail to where they knew and had made same promised.

                3. The problem is still exist.

                4. What the hell service is given by the Employees of a Reputed Company and defaming it name.

                5. I therefore request you to set right the problem immediately.

                  I hv been in roaming for last 3 days n my cell nt gettng any network, right now i m in MP Gwalior, but nothign happening, other frnds of mine having voda connection facing no probs, but i m havng, m trying to call vodafone care repeatedly but no anser rather it has been costing me.                   vodafone/mobile service — do not call option not working

                  vodafone claims to have one of the largest service provider network but there services are of the worst level i would say. i am associated with this company since 1998 having a mobile connection. i have encountered many problems with them
                  i got myself registered for DNC in september but even in month of january i am recieving unwanted calls. for the same i have complained to officials of vodafone but i have got no response from them. they have not even cooperated to resolve my problem.
                  The DNC is not being followed in principle. The telecom companies are trying to make a fool of the public & moreover they have succeeded in fooling TRAI.
                  had taken two mobile connections of vodafone at the same time on my name, one for my personal use and other for official use. This week I went on outstation official tour, the roaming on my official mobile number was not activated but on my personal number it was activated. I was unable to call my clients from my offical mobile and they were also facing problem in contacting me. I called customer care to activate roaming on my official number. I tried so many time every time for more than 15 min.. but voice message was telling that all the executives were busy in attending other customers. I tried again this time for more than one hour but still the same message was coming and nobody attended my call. I was shocked that after calling for almost one hour nobody attended my call..
                  Does that mean that vodafone have very less number of customer care executive or does it mean that no customer is satisfied with the services that is why they need to call customer care.
                  Is this the kind of services Vodafone provides ?
                  they do not know the value of the customers.. it painful.. if they do not have capability of handling customers calls, they should not provide the services of such kind...

                  Hi,
                  I am Gautam here. My vodafone number is[protected]. On Saturday 19th June at around 7 pm I dialled *444*32# to activate a scheme which offered local vodafone to vodafone at 30 paisa per second, other network local calls at 40 paisa per second and std calls at 50 paisa per minute and 150 local/national sms free per day. As a result, my prepaid account was debited by Rs 32 and I got a flash message saying that the scheme will be activated in 24 hours. My woes started after that. Till date, the SMS scheme has not been activated. But the call rates have been activated. My repeated calls to the customer care have not yielded anything. Everytime i get the same answer that the complaint has been taken and will be solved in 24 hours and all sorts of such worthless answers. I have made atleast 10 calls since Sunday 20th June but to no avail. The same is the case with 4 of my friends who had activated the scheme along with me. And the worst part is now you have started charging me for my local SMS too which was free since the past 1.5 years. This is very frustrating and please be informed that I will not hesitate to file a case with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commision and the Consumer Court for deficiency of service and cheating. I know that just like the Customer care this mail will not elicit any response from your side, but as a loyal customer of Vodafone since Oct 2009, don't you think i deserve something better? Hoping to get my problems solved atleast this time.

                  PS: i have my service registration number: [protected]. I got a SMS from vodafone stating this number after I spoke to the customer care. The message promised me that the query will be addressed by 21st June and as expected nothing has been done.

                  Mobile Roaming — Roaming Incoming/outgoing

                  There should not be roaming within states for Incoming/outgoing calls from any service provider. and Incoming free for within country.
                  I am on roaming and all my incoming calls are barred but I can make a call from my number. I have called customer care services several time. Every time they registered a complaint and give me a stipulated time period in which they were unable to solve the same. In the end, I have sent a mail regarding this to their nodal officer in mumbai at nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com. But did not get any response from them. Seriously, vodafone services are worst and frustrating also. The only option left me is to switch to some other network like airtel or bsnl. At least their customer support is much better than vodafone.

                    and try to afroad me.i realy maintly disturb and torchor by him.

                    actualy i didnt recieve any notic,any bill any call to bill detail and not any bill sattelment calls. then how to know about these situation....this was for me like a surprize.. if bill is genuan i will. but why i have ay 4200 while i have paid 2000 already. and when i have called to customer care.they told to me we can do nothing for you..

                      My Vodafone connection no.[protected] since from last 4 months, yesterday I have received one call from somebody else. Before receiving the call, my mobile got switched off and from today morning when I tries for any number, the vodafone system gives message as "This facility is not available on your vodafone number..please contact vodafone customer care".

                      When I trying for Vodafone customer care by 111 the system says that "please check the number you have dailed".

                      Kindly lookinto the matter at your end immediately, remove the call barring without any delay.

                      My phone which runs on vodaphone prepaid has automatically turned on Call barring.

                      I have tried all vodaphone default codes and my set sim but do now sucess, and when i try to call any of the vodaphone service care numbers call barring unables me to do it..

                      I'm not able to hear any voice on incoming or outgoing calls whereas the person on the other side is able to hear me. I do not know whether this is due to Call barring as I do not know my call barring pasword and I have not entered it. I don't know what the issue is.

                        I had activated international roaming on my pre paid mobile on march 29th, before going to USA. Rs.150 was deducted from my account for this. International roaming was never activated on my mobile & i could never use my mobile when i was in USA. Rs.150/month is being deducted from my balance every month even after i came back to india in June. On contacting customer care they said that i need to deactivate roaming by sending an SMS after coming back to India.(this was never informed to me by cusomer care, when i enquired abour international roaming before going abroad). I have unnecessarily lost 750 (5*150) because of Incompetent customer care.

                        Last week sudedenly a caller tune was activated on my mobile & amount deducted from my balance. On contacting customer care, they say that it was activated because * was pressed from my mobile, when i called up a mobile where this caller tune was used. I said i never pressed * and even if it had happened it was not intentional. I got back a blunt reply saying that the caller tune can be deactivated but deducted balance can not be given back.

                        Since yeterday, my sim card itself is not working (Mobile says no net wotk coverage) i suspect my sim card has gone out of order.

                        I really hate this vodaphone, they give atleast 10 marketing calls/day. The customer care department is highly incompitent. Totally i would recomeend to all you guys, plz plz plz don't go for a vodaphone mobile & get into unnecessary tensions.

                        can somebody help me pls, my voda phone number is [protected], but i can not top up my new phone a just bought from voda phone,
                        Vodaphone is fraud. I have pre paid vodaphone and they keep adding value added services on their own, and then they dont even cancel it when requested. FRAUD.

                        They make it very difficult to reach a manual operator.

                        And after an argument with their customer care executive, now they have blocked my phone's access to their manual customer care executive. FRAUDS.

                          dear sir,
                          i have been a short time affiliate of vodafone and to be true my time with this company was very frustrating. i would like you to kindly give some time to read my story, as i hope few more will be floating around as well.
                          i am dr vk pandey working as orthopedic surgeon at Indian Spinal Injuries Center, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. i had to visit Pune for my wife's MD(Anaesthesia) final pass out exam from 16th - 27th july 2008. i landed in pune on 17th and on 18th i finally decided to stay at room number 14, Murvi house, koregaon park, Pune.
                          Before coming to pune i talked with dr sachin tapaswi (leading orthopedic surgeon of pune) to be with him for a week at his surgeries.
                          as most of my work was at Jahangir hospital and my wife's exam was at Ruby Hall Clinic it was easier for me to reside at koregaon park which is nearby to these two hospitals.
                          After 2-3 days i decided to get a local number with cheap rates for STD calls as most of my relatives stay at UP and i had to be in touch with my patients who our team had operated in recent past.
                          so i went to this shop just in front of jahangir hospital and emphasized for two things:
                          1 i want a number with cheap STD rates.
                          2 I want my number to work for atleast till i am in pune.
                          that gentleman offered me rs350/- plan offer with rs66/- surcharge to get 1re/min roaming.i submitted a copy of my hospital PHOTO I CARD and got one number([protected]). i felt so relieved when my number started working and i distributed my number to most of my close ones as well to my needy patients.
                          after working for 3 days or so suddnely on wednesday 23rd july 2008 or so my number was barred from outgoing calls due to nonsubmission of documents. it was like, i was shocked. i immediately contacted retailer who told that the person who carries the documents from retailer to distributor met with accident so there was delay in submision of documents. he assured me that documents has been sent on wednesday itself(the day i was barred of outgoings) and within 1 hr my mobile will start working.
                          since wednesday i kept calling my retailer but to no avail. number didnt start working. i kept on calling him just to get assurance again and again. Inbetween if i missed anycall on new number (due to my being in operation theatre)from somebody i had to use my old number or to go to PCO to call him back.
                          today 26th july 2008, at 1pm when i again tried to contact that retailer he told that distributor has asked for a photograph or a driving license document for my number to start again, otherwise there is no chance for this number to start. tomorrow 27th july 2008 i have my train back to delhi.
                          this is really pathetic and frustrating. it was such a horryfying experience with vodafone.
                          this incidence made me feel that distributors with vodafone are only concerned with how to get there sim sold out. afterwards if something goes wrong its that person's liability to carry alone his problem.
                          kindly look into this matter as there must be few more incidences like this going on...
                          i am carrying this matter to higher authorities with a hope that nobody like me should ever be made to suffer in a new land due to problems within their own system.

                              During the time of allocation of the Add-On number [protected], I reconfirmed the offer, and than I got to know about the following facts,

                              1. All local call (Only Mobile) @ Rs.0.30/ Call.
                              2. Local 500 mins. free on Mobile only.
                              3. STD Calls (Only Vodafone to Vodafone Mobile) @ Rs.1.00/ Call.
                              4. 10% discount on Bill of my existing number [protected].

                              After receipt of My Mobile bill of [protected], I could not found the promised discount of 10%. I called customer care 111 & reconfirmed about the offer. Than only I got to know that I am only eligible to get 10% discount of the bill amount of add-on number [protected] on my existing Mobile Number [protected].

                              Thus all the very pleasing offers being told to me at the initial stage were now vanished & made me feel "BEING CHEATED" by a very esteemed organization "VODAFONE".

                              Kindly guide me regarding my further course of action.

For last your people collected me Rs.50 as late fee. But i dont know how i am responsible for your faults. I had dropped cheque 5days before the due date.                                 i got my phone recharged with a power recharge of 69 by easy recharge.i also got the confermation sms that my account has been reharged with 0.05 paise.
                                but after 24 hours also my vodafone to vodafone call charges are deducted by Rs1.99 which must be 30 paise or15 paise.
                                Costemer care executive also didnot paid any attention to my problm.

                                i recharged with Vodafone Bonus card Rs.46 to get a benefit of 1 paisa per second. It was successfully recharged, i got a massage from vodafone on 28 th May 2013. But they are charging Rs.1 for minute for all my calls. I called customer care and went to vodafone stores also. They simply replied that IT HAPPENS SOMETIMES. but it is happening all the times for my brother also. VODAFONE - INTERNATIONAL MOBILE NETWORK IS PAYING MORE FOR ADS and KILLING CUSTOMERS.. Shame on Vodafone.

Though it was activitie immediately, and i distribute my number to all my frieneds & relatives but after two days they deactivitie my connection without any prior information or reason.                                       Dear Sir,
                                      I am a post paid customer of Vodafone. Today, I have thoroughly checked my billing details on my account on net. Where they are charging Rs.30 every month for "Voice Chat" service, Which I have never subscribed for.
                                      Today, when I talked to CCE of Vodafone, they are saying that I subscribed it in March, 2008.
                                      Then I asked them, If I have subscribed it then why it is not showing in the list of my current services.
                                      They are saying it is showing in their system.
                                      They said : what you can do now is to close your voice chat service now( which has calling charges).
                                      Even when I called them on the given no. their is no response and I have made two calls.
                                      Pls advice.
                                      As, in the future also they can activate any service by their own & we will remain helpless.
