[Resolved]  Vodafone — Ill behaviour by employee store incharge

I am aggrieved customer writing from India to Vodafone Uk head office having Vodafone number [protected] I am writing from Gujarat state India and I have complain to lodge for ill behavior for your customer care officer Mr kaushal Trivedi who is in charge of Vodafone store In Gujarat India he has spoken very badly with me He used abusive language for my character he came out of office and told me being in charge for customer care office when I asked him that your people at office has spoken badly with me he in turn listening to me started speaking in abusive language and he spoke very rudely and on my character and said
u cannot touch me I have senior people In my pocket and he gave me challenge saying that nobody can touch me and I will see what you can do to me i[censored] have courage please show me what you can do? sir I am British citizen working for Microsoft company on deputation for India companies and I have used Vodafone connection in uk looking to quality service known from Vodafone uk I have taken Vodafone Indian connection and when today I went to Vodafone indian store for taking bill print out for making payment your3 officers Mr bob, Mr sagar and Mr kaushal Trivedi In that Mr Kaushal has spoken very badly this is a insult to me and I am looking for justice from Vodafone Uk head office I would be looking down not less there termination from the service and being a British citizen i Look forward to mark the complain Vodafone Indian subsidiary for termination of these employees if such is behavior of these 3 people in customer care how can one expect the quality service we take connection in good justice of world class service of Vodafone company and if I am to have undergo such humiliation it is better to surrender the connection and take another company connection at least where we won’t face such humiliation and discrimination I seek justice and favor to take comprehensive and concrete action on these 3 people who work for Vodafone Indian subsidiary

I had recived a call from vodafone nodal officer on 17/02/2011 at 14.16 hours from this no [protected], she has tell me thre give response in a day, she promise taken acction the fellow mr ravi and she tell which mail there not given repply but till date i had not recived and call or repply from there side.

whom to we blive the nodal officer also not given the repplys of mails how we believ to vodafone .

there tell every we re happy to help. but is very wrong telling the vodafone.

For last more than a month I have not been able to make some local and STD calls from my cell. When dialling these number's I get the message as "Network busy" or "Error in connection". I changed the SIM card, tried making calls by putting the SIM in another cell but no respite...it's still unresolved. Moreover, can't even call vodafone customer number from my cell. The vodafone store rep has not helped me in anyway despite so many follow ups via sms as i can;t make any calls. His name is Hamza ...works in Vodafone store located in Kandivali East, Thakur Village, Mumbai. I am so dissappointed with the services and attitude of vodafone store reps that I am thinking of getting rid of your services. I have even tried writing mails to the Nodal officer and the next level guy for Mumbai however no response so far.

I think i should take this complaint with the Vodafone Head directly.

Trying to get in touch with the customer care executive. Spent more than 30 mins on IVR but again, no one responded back.

It seems that vodafone has gone in a business to loose customer like us. Due to inefficient customer service. I will take up this matter with the higher authorities of vodafone essar HO.

5- Security Guard as well as Customer Care Executives in Ghatkopar LBS road branch are so arrogant that they don't even bother to look at you when you are actually talking to them.

I Prince kansal prop. Shree balaji Telecom working with your company since January 2010. I have make activations of your company Sim near about 5000 nos.

Now the days DSE of my area of your Company Mr. Santosh Kumar cheating me. He grabbed my scheme of 160 nos.(50 of December 2010 & 110 of March 2011) of Sim and a demo balance of Rs.1410.00 (scheme duration 07/06/2011 to 20/06/2011)which would be given by the company to me. By fraud he took my demo in his possession & abusing me.

This is very serious matters if representatives of your company behaved with retailers like this then not a single counter will activate sim of your company.

If you will not listen me then i will take this matter to the consumer court.

I am sorry to say that I am very frustrated as a Vodafone user. Without my request or approval, Caller tune has been activated on my number and Rs 30 deducted. Message was sent on 10th Oct at 12:01 pm that caller tune will be activated within 4 hrs & amount will be duducted for that. caller tune was activated within 5-6 mins without my approval. This is a regular case. I am always panicked that money will be deducted anytime without my approval from vodafone. Its really tough to continue with Vodafone services.

I don't want to be on chargeable call with Vodafone customer care for no fault of mine. I also don't want to try for docket number since I really don't have so much tgime following up on such cheating service.

As a renowned company I would expect you to take care of this issue & refund my money at the earliest.

I am a user of Vodafone services (Number: [protected]). I receive constant phone calls from the customer care requesting me to migrate from my current pre-paid to a post paid connection. This however I am not willing to do.

I received a similar phone call from the number [protected]. The request was similar. As an answer I had asked your customer care official whether it was possible to update somewhere in your system that I am not willing to comply with such offers. (As such calls are repetitive, and my answer to them are always in the negetive). To this simple query, the man became extremely rude and arrogant, asking me what I stood to lose, if I migrated to the suggested scheme. Before I could ask his name, he hung up abruptly.

I received a call from a second executive identifying himself as Sameeran calling from [protected] . When I told him that a complaint was already registered regarding this with the nodal cell, he demanded to know the number of calls that I had received post the lodging of complaint. When I told him that I would not be able to provide him with such a list he disconnected the phone in mid conversation.

I am really sorry to say that your staff is EXTREMELY IMPOLITE AND INCOMPETENT AND SUCH PEOPLE ARE RATHER HARMFUL FOR YOUR PR.

As a customer for over 6 years, this kind of behaviour from the customer care is definitely not solicited. With the current number portability service on offer it is a much better option for any person like me to switch on to another service provider who will respect the wishes of their customers.

3) Also Pls note when we discusses with Area Manager of our side ( Mr. Tarun Bhartwaj contact no. is [protected]) for my first Problem then they said pls gone to Head office and proceed your docs when your docs approved then vodafone comp. paid your lost time money 310/- rs after approved docs they paid 310 /- and abuse me and said vodafone comp. have not intrusted to working in future .And then he told us we want said to our prob.anywhere you can not do anything . Please advise.

Dear Sir,

I want to bring this into your kind notice that I am Vodafone customer with no [protected] from the past several years. Before 1 ½ month I noticed that I balance is continuously deducting from my account even than when I am not utilizing the services.

I have filed a complain to the Vodafone customer care centre at Begumpeth with the Mr. Tej before 45 days with the assurance that the issue get resolved with in 24 hours and they also advised me to not to recharge your mobile otherwise your amount will keep on deducting. From that day onward I am not able to use any of your service from my cell.

I hope you can understand how difficult it is to manage with cell phone in pocket with out money. Now this is my 5th visit to the Vodafone customer care. Many o[censored]s are suffering with the same problem.

I request you once again to take some action to overcome this problem.

Vodafone — Poor & Irresponsible attitude & behaviour

I have got two connections of Vodafone and we are it's customer since 1997 when they were Essar . The services then and the services provided today are absolutely un comparable. They have also deputed a RELATION SHIP MANAGER but of no use. Recently I lost my mobile Phone having No.[protected] when I contacted their center for blocking the number and issuing me a Duplicate SIM I had a tough time getting through the process the so called Executive has treated me very shabily. They have a recorded version saying that they will record the conversation for internal quality purpose but all this is false as I forgot the name of their Rude executive and when their so called RM M/s.Sagarika called me on the 9th Dec, 2011 I spoke to her and her senior Mr.Ashish and told them the facts of the conversation I had on thursday the 8th Dec, 2011. Then I received a Duplicate SIM on 10th Dec, 2011 and I was surprised how these people work as I received Two Duplicate SIM's one before Noon and one afternoon..I bought this notice to my RM, Sagarika and also asked her to activate one SIM . She assured me that she will revert back within next five minutes but till now I have not received any call from her. Then in the evening at 6.30 I spoke to one more executive and this time I was particular to note her name which is M/s,Balwinder Kaur who assured me that it will be activated in another 2 hours it did not happen. Then when I called up in the Morning at around 10 a.m. again I spoke to Balwinder Kaur who told me that the activation is in Process and by 12 noon my services will be reinstated, again it did not happen then I called up again and spoke to another executive M/s.Neeta or Meeta I did not get her name but either of the name for sure she told me that it will take another FOUR hours to activate when I pressurised her she assured that it will be done in another one hour and now its past 6.30 in the evening but still the services on my Phone are not activated.
So I feel I should find another good service Provider and use that facility of mobile Portability. I hope I am justified by the action I wish to take that if my current service provider is unable to attend to their Old and Trusted Customers .

Vodafone — rude behaviour of customer care agent of vodafone

vodafone customer care service is not good. Their customer care agent not deal in well manner. one of their customer care agent named HARMAN
of Punjab region has abused us in a very rudely manner and cut down the connection of my no.[protected]. From this unexpected behavior i can surely say that Vodafone have kept the educated illiterate person into their company who don't know how to deal with customer and due these reasons Vodafone service is not as per the expectation of the people.
