[Resolved]  Vodafone — unwanted caller tune

My mobile number if [protected].(prepaid)

This morning I received a message stating that caller-tune has been activated on my phone. I I am not interested in any caller tune on my phone as caller tune is the most irritating in the world. Please discontinue immediately. Otherwise I will be forced to file a consumer comlaints against you in a competent court.

This is pure robbery. Money can be made in so many ways but this is not one of such ways.

A lousy caller tune has ben activated on my number without my permission or approval by Vodafone. My friends informed me of the sick caller tune and when I checked with Vodafone they informed me it was free for a month. I insisted that it be stopped and removed but the sick caller tune still continues to haunt my firends who have to listen to the bore tune that Vodafone has activated.

It would be better if Vodafone stopped all these sick gimmicks and provided serious and proper service to enhance their revenues.

without knlg my daughter activated a devotional and astrology which i get daily in the mourn, iwould like to deactivate it immediately, kindly make it to stop soon my no is-[protected]

one call coming from vodafone, the no is [protected] at21:02on dated07/09/2009,monday, I just receved the call,&I heard a song ,within a movement the company just active the caller tune, without press any type of kye from me. after some time they cut Rs-30.00 from my vodafone account.then I call several time to vodafone exicutive but in vain.this type of case happend sevarel time with me. I complain many time but no one answered me. I request you please back my real account,other wise I cut the connection. because I can't bair this type of expences. awaiting for an early repaly from you in this regard. my mobile no is [protected] and my E-Mail address is subrata.[protected]@gmail.com .I just want the feedback in my E-Mail address.
