[Resolved]  Vodafone — [protected] sim card not working for original documents

Some local vodafone store which are not properly subscribed by vodafone.in but yet giving sim cards and make foolish some customers like me .I gave all the original documents like my voter id card xerox and original passport size photographs as well.But that cunning local vodafone store owner didn't send it properly to the vodafone office.I have two connection in my name and filled up the multiform in dumdum vodafone store which is originally subscribed by vodafone on 2nd august 07.Form there i was said my connection is contuinuing within 15 mins.Today is 19 august, 07.But still vodafone care saying they did not get my address properly.Now I am in Hydrabad.I can not reach properly to the kolkata vodafone care due to distance problem.I habe over 200 rs balance on that sim and I can not connect to my associates.

SIM CARD — SIM CARD not working

I purchased an airtell prepaid SIM CARD a few months back and later I upgraded it for one year by paying Rs.500. Now the sim card is not working and so I cannot call any body and I cannot receive the call from anybody. I tried the SIM in other mobile phones and the result is the same. So could you please replace the SIM. To get it replaced where shall I go. I live in Mallappally, Mallappally Taluk, Pathanamthitta district, Kerala and my nearest town is Mallappally or Tiruvalla or even Kottayam. I mean I can travel up to these places to collect the sim. In such a case will you not give it free? Please reply in my email address or bsnl [protected]

Vodafone — New sim card not working

Dear Sir

I bought new sim card on 06.05.09 form Virar shop & sumited address proof i.e election card and photo. Phone started next day, but we went to goa and after two days all incoming /outgoing call restricted stating documents not received. ok when we return we submitted all address froof photo onece again to Virar Vodaphone care centre. now three days have bee passed and yet my services not started. What is the reason behind this Please clarify?

Previously also my one card was rejected I paid reconnecting charges and it stated working but after two days all call rejected stating sim card rejected that time my mobile No, . was [protected]. Ultimately I bought this new sim card.
Still the I am not stisfied with vodaphone services.
Please look into the matter and get start my services on new mobile

I AM SAMIR GUPTA HAVING A PREPAID VODAPHONE NUMBER [protected]. AND I DON'T KNOW WHY MY NUMBER IS BLOCKED. AND CUSTOMER CARE IS TELLING ME TO SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS, AND I HAD ALREADY SUMITTED IT BEFORE 6-7 TIMES, AND I WILL NOT GOING TO SUBMIT THIS AGAIN AND AGAIN

THIS TIME I WILL NOT SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS AT ANY COST.

KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AND PLEASE GIVE ME THE RESPONSE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I am user of vodaphone when all the docoments are completed than
again and again which type of documents are required no dealer or
marketing agent and customer care people are ready to discolose the
papers and all calls are barred and a sufficient balance is there my

Vodafone — name on voter card is different

my name is rose sharma d/o sh.Brij mohan sharma,
but on my voter card ,it is Roji sharma,even i have given my matriculation certificate along with address proof & form . but wrong name mentioned on my voter card.


I am 24 yrs.old & have right to speak as i m living in a democratic party.so why that happend with us. why government employees are not attentive with their work????

i have submitted the required documents for my prepaid connection which i am using since 4 years, but still now the same has not been updated and before i make a call voice mail regarding the same is played and then the call connects, i have submitted the documents thrice but also no reply or updations of the same and my mobile number [protected]

i am Shivakumari i used this no from last 1 year, so i got one message from vodafone that i was not submit any documents . How its possible without any documents how you giving this fesility from one year please check the proper and wont give any problem to your customer.

Vodafone — Request for Documents

Though the Documents for the sim card was submitted, the call identification is disconnected just in a day without a notice of a week at least. This is ridiculous as i have very important bussiness deals & i cant see who is calling me. This is a grief for vodafone users as the customer is unhappy about this. Pls take as action immediately as this will be a huge amount of concerns regarding this.
I trust that you will take an action.

Vodafone — i didn't get the detail of my sim

i want the detail of [protected] moblie user like name and address ,and also the call records from last 8 months please provide me its urgent please.
Vodafone customer executives are very worst in solving the customer requirement
I complained to the care executives a lot of times regarding my problem
But they did n't solved my problem
Apparantely this leads to change my network from vodafone to other network

Vodafone in very bad in solving customer's problems.

when i sim card to phone then phone show to insert sim card
my next number is [protected] is close jo ki mera vill(pouri garhwal Uttrakhand ) ka tha wah bhi band ho chuka h. yahi number kisi or ke pass bhi h. plz mera yah num khula do kyoki jab mai vill. jata hu to this num is use.
