Please note that we will only be able to provide you with details of chargeable transactions of your Prepaid connection, and only starting with the last six months. In order to obtain the detail bill, send ACT IB<space>Name of the Month bill is required to 144 (toll free) from the respective number eg. ACT IB MAY to 144. Please note that a charge of Rs. 50/- (per month) will be deducted in between the 1st to the 5th of the next month, and you will receive the bill at your billing address via courier. We request you to maintain a sufficient amount in the balance of the concerned number.

Please send BILL(space)FIRST THREE LETTERS OF THE MONTH to 144 to get your prepaid bill. For example, for the month of October, please send BILL OCT to 144. The charges for the same are Rs.49/- per month. Kindly maintain a minimum balance of Rs.49 at the time of placing the request. Please be informed that you will not receive the incoming call, missed call details or messages received on your number. Please note that you will receive the bill at your registered billing address by 7th of next month.

Deduction of 25 rs for a service that i didn't activate

While browsing internet i got a message saying that a service named 'follo' had been activated. But i didn't request for it. The offer was activated without my request. I deactivated it and now kindly request you to help me get my money back.
