Hello, I undermentioned vodafone postpaid holder ([protected]) lodging a protest against unethical work done by your employee and as a result I suffered a lot. I am using your Vodafone Internet Scheme of Rs 115 (2 GB) and when I went to your store at surat (Ghod dod Road ) one of the floor representative came to me and offer for help I made him aware about that I wanted to change the sceme , he told me that your planned is changed and now you can surf more but Today i know that some mischief done by your representative and deactivated the scheme. and It is a Matter of general sense that If i deactivated the scheme then Why should I Use the Internet diring whole month that showed that your employees are unethical toward s customer I continued to use during whole month and today I Received a call that your bill is 1800 rs. this is noticeable that my credit limit is 1000 rs and my bill goes above the limit.

    I, ASIF SHAIKH AYUB had vodafone postpaid connection [protected]. this number i had been using since years. i have a very good record o[censored]sages and payment cos of which vodafone had extended my credit limit till 9,000 rupees. if my usages exceeds than vodafone use to discontinue my outgoing facilities so i was well aware of my usages. but the problem is, even though my credit limit is 9,000 they had sent me a bill of more than 25,000 without any intimation and without even blocking my out going calls. and now they are forcing me to pay 25,000 by saying as per TRI rules they can give any credit limit and even can block or continue calls without any information. i was and am ready to pay 9,000 and dispite continuosly follow up to the customer care and the vodafone manager my number was blocked. even my several visits to the vodafone gallery in jaipur was in vain. vodafones recovery agents are harrasing my family through visiting my residence. they are even mentally harassing me through false calls in the name of choudhry and rajeev rana as seniour high court advocate, warrantant cell.....etc etc.
    pls solve my issue as im ready to pay 9,000 which is my credit limit usage. thanx.

      again i went to vodafone store they again another sim next day they are not activate my number they sad yesterday u profile is good sir today something is worng u lost u r number like that they sad. i argu that person u r number is fancy number sir that is why they cut the number they sad. my sim no firsrt[protected] sencond sim no.[protected]. ok number not valid. why again given to sim as for tray rules after taken the sim 15days after only they take action. this second complaint first complaint after my sim acitivated some another name now phone swithch off what is this. vodafone services very worst..they are not maintaining rules. what ever may be i want same number .

        Am not getting any status of mu new connection that I had applied for on 2nd May 2012. The new no. assigned in [protected]. However the same has not yet been activated, nor am I getting any progress status. Have only been asked to wait since 2nd May, the date on which I hd applied for this number. Secondly, another request for closure of a number is also not being addressed to. Have put up repeat reminders, but not a single revert in last 6 days. This is the kind of delay with which they respond. Am utterly dissatisfied with the services of corporate connections of Vodafone. There is no particular Relationship Manager for corporate connections, and the vodafone stores do not service or give information of the corporate connections. Since last 8 days I have been trying different helpline numbers - 198 and 111 but to no avail. My both queries remain unresolved.

        I would like to state the name of the persons involved. MR. Sandeep Singh (Supervisor at 198 helpline), Mr. Lalit Kumar ([protected]) who took my form and documents, His supervisor - Mr. Manoj ([protected]). Finally have routed my request to Mr. Prashant Hojiani, and he has again asked me to wait for another 4 hours before he can check and revert. Please take an action against the vodafone corporate service care personnel for their poor services. Request your attention in resolving my issue.

          I am a regular Vodafone Postpaid connection user since 4-5 years on the number [protected]. Recently in march 2012 i had a plan for my vacation and so i thought of getting a GPRS/Internet connection/Mobile Internet package on my number so that i can use it during vacation for viewing maps/GPS etc so that it would be cheaper than Vodafone live which is costlier per kilobytes of data. So i went to Pritam Telecom, Shop No - 8, DDA Market, near 89 Hemkunt Chamber Nehru Place which is Vodafone Mini Store. I usually pay my bill in cash through them since December.

          I went to this store on 19.03.12 and requested for an Internet package/mobile Internet service for Rs 200 for 3 GB data. They said that i will be getting a confirmation message tomorrow. Next day i had to go for the vacation and i didn't realized that the confirmation message never came. I used maps/GPS on my mobile during vacation which i thought was in a plan of 3 GB but i was heavily charged on per KB basis which i came to know on my next bill. It easy to see that why any person would be using such services on roaming without any plans which are available easily.

          On 23.04.12 i got a call from Vodafone and they introduced a 3G service for Rs 200 for 500 MB data for which i refused due to fact that i am already having a plan of 2G service for Rs 200 for 3GB data. But he said that no such plan is activated on my number.

          This is just due to Negligence and unprofessional behavior of this Vodafone Mini Store for which i have to suffer.
          I request you to reverse this charges since the GPRS services are available at just Rs 200 and 3 GB free. I am ready to pay Rs 200 as GPRS services charges and not the entire charges.

          You are still not working on the complaint, i told Mr. Kumar Vaibhav (Vodafone Nodal Executive Okhla) to start an enquiry in person to the Vodafone Mini Store and check whether why they didn't forwarded the request. I also requested to check my earlier conversations with the Vodafone Customer care executive, 23-24 april and also earlier conversation in April. It will clearly indicate that i was in the impression that Internet Pack of Rs. 200 for 3Gb is running on my account.

          I have submitted my the bill payment (Total Bill - Internet Charges + Internet Pack (Rs. 200/-) ) on time but now whenever i call, it says (Hello your Vodafone is currently active, however please pay your outstanding at the earliest to avoid disconnection of your services).

          Is this some kind of activity to harass the customer.

            i have buy a vodafone mobile broadband dongle and vodafone sim [protected] from vodafone store in chadannagar . mr arujit das (employee of vodafone store in chandannagar) he was commit me if buy a vodafone dongle and a sim with recharge of rs 499 then i will get the download speed near about 30-40 kpbs and in future i will use any kind of gsm sim in this dongle but i can't get the download of 30-40 (i have only 6-12 kpbs) . mr.arujit das (vodafone) is totally cheat me to full fill his target and waste my 499 rs

                  This complaint is regarding the number [protected], which is not been used since December. The Vodafone personnels tell us that the number is active and we receive the bills every month but we are unable to use the services as the sim does not work. I have called at the Vodafone helpline many a times but they did'nt do anything in this regard. They are very rude, they put the call on hold and never revert back. Every month i receive a bill of Rs. 250/- without using Vodafone services as the sim doesn't work. We never activated a caller tune but in our bill there are caller tune charges added up for Rs.30 which we never activated. In spite of our repeated calls to the Vodafone customer care at 111 our caller tune was also not deactivated.
                  Please help me in this regard. These people with the tag "HAPPY TO HELP" are not ready to help the customers and they don't understand the grief of the customers.

                      Dear Sir,

                      First Vodafone want me to pay Rs. 1864 then now Rs. 1951. This is even after sending the request well in time to deactivate my number effective 1st May itself. Vodafone dont take request before the billing cycle completes (when I called Vodafone on 26th April, their executive literally threatened me saying your BB599 plan will not be considered if you put request now and you will be charged for all internet usage!!). And when I send vodafone request on 30th April in email, Vodafone send me reply saying Why do you want to deactivate we have better plans for you? I had to send them request for deactivation again on 3rd May. Vodafone replied me on 5th May without giving full information on my security deposit amount etc, and when I enquire they did not responded with the amount saying our system is unable to tell that info and asked me to go to Vodafone store for the same.
                      The whole above "DRAMA" takes 8 days and on 8th May Vodafone want me to pay for the rental and taxes on prorata basis for these 8 days.....!!! Why ?? What is my fault here??? Vodafone's poor system takes 8 days to settle one account deactivation request and they charge customer for their inefficiencies??

                      I regret to say, that I will never ever come back to VODAFONE in my life to get this pathetic treatment after being a vodafone loyal user for many years!!
                      Anyway, I have paid for Rs. 1660 (billed amount for April ) just now and keeping balance payment of Rs. 300 pending and requesting them once again to give my security deposit amount details so that I can settle balance amount against that security deposit.

                      Kindly help in this.

                            Pls confirm the same and from where this call has been made.

                            Got a similar missed call on 10th Dec '10 in the morning , from [protected]. and I called back, I thought that is India number, that person who talks in hindi, he said that you won 25 lakh lottery from Vodafone for your special number, and he given a number ([protected], Vijay Kumar, Senior Supervisor) asked me to call to him,I didn't make any calls to that number, as I understand it's fake calls.
                            One request for Vodafone Service is please disable the International out going service and activate when ever they want to call to international calls by the confirmation from your support team. we simply replied to them not even to see from which country the number is. actually I have seen the number from my mobile is like +9234..., I thought that it's somewhere from India, if out going call is failed I should know that number is other than India.

                            i received two missed call from the number [protected] on 12.04.2012 evening. i called back to this number on 13.4.2012 evening. the person who picked the number told he is name is Binay Kumar, calling from Mumbai and my phone number has won the prize of 25 lakhs against the sim number 89912 and to redeem the money just call back to this number. then i observed that the country code of the number is of Pakistan and when search the number i found that the people have received lots of fake calls from this number. i am surprised to know, how the people are able to know my sim number and future i don't want to receive these calls. also the action should be taken against the people who are makeing these type of calls.

                              I have purchased a Vodafone SIM card with the number [protected] on January 2011 in my name by providing all necessary documents. Approximately six to seven months later I provided a second set of these documents upon request from the company. Now on last Thursday on 3rd of May my number was suddenly deactivated without any form of prior notifications. Upon inquiries to Vodafone I was provided with no details about the reasons for the occurrence of the problem. After more than 24 hours of further waiting and inquiries the people at the Vodafone store told me the reason was due to document mismatch and it was because they did not have my documents. Also they told me the number i was using was registered in another person's name and refused to explain any reasons for such an issue in a very unhelpful manner. They insisted that my only option was to provide another set of documents after 5 days and nothing else could be done. After inquiring further today I have been told that my number has been provided to another person. Any further attempts made by me to ask for further details was met with complete lack of cooperation and the only solution anyone in Vodafone is willing to provide is asking me to wait.

                              Vodafone — Deactivation of Service without valid reasons

                              Dear Sir,

                              Complaint 1 - related to Number [protected]
                              I have Vodafone postpaid number [protected] which I use since last 2 years.

                              However, since I am in Jakarta for the last 11 months, I converted the Postpaid Telephone to Prepaid connection on 13th April 09, and paid all the undue amounts + lifetime fee.

                              This change was done at the Vodafone outlet in Vile Parle Mumbai. New form was also filled up and the Original Passport was given, copy taken by them. Photograph was also affixed on the form and all was complete in all respect.

                              The Prepaid service was activated and all was fine.

                              The same day, I had my flight for Jakarta and within 2 days, I received SMS on the number in Indonesia to resubmit the documents.

                              Today, 15th May 09, when I called the Customer Care, they informed me that they have not received the papers. Where did the Vodafone Customer Care outlet send the papers??

                              I made the service into Prepaid and paid all the charges for the reason that I can receive the SMS in International roaming.

                              I make payments online and need to add new payee for which I get confirmation on my above vodafone number. Now since the service is deactivated, its a huge problem as sometime, there are defaults for payments for bills / creditcards etc.

                              Same thing happened when earlier I had purchased 1 more Prepaid card - number [protected].
                              They deactivated the service in 2 days saying that the signature on the Card does not tally with the signature of my passport.

                              Inspite paying the bills regularly for 2 years, the explanation is horrible and cannot be accepted.

                                I am using the number [protected]. I raised the complaint against the 3g service and the change of plan almost a 10 days ago.
                                Still they have not resolve the ticket. No one is taking responsible to resolve. Every-time they are giving some absconding answers and the block my Sim for almost 15 days without any reason. And always their answer is "sorry for the inconvenience". And i went 8 times to vodafone outlet they also not resolved.
                                Can any one help me to take legal action against the VODAFONE.

After 3 days I got a reply that the service will be activated soon. Its today after more than one week when I called up customer care, I am informed that voicemail service is activated on my number which I hadn't asked for.
