You are still not working on the complaint, i told Mr. Kumar Vaibhav (Vodafone Nodal Executive Okhla) to start an enquiry in person to the Vodafone Mini Store and check whether why they didn't forwarded the request. I also requested to check my earlier conversations with the Vodafone Customer care executive, 23-24 april and also earlier conversation in April. It will clearly indicate that i was in the impression that Internet Pack of Rs. 200 for 3Gb is running on my account.
I have submitted my the bill payment (Total Bill - Internet Charges + Internet Pack (Rs. 200/-) ) on time but now whenever i call, it says (Hello your Vodafone is currently active, however please pay your outstanding at the earliest to avoid disconnection of your services).
Is this some kind of activity to harass the customer.
