CUG changes are applied from 2008 to 2012 for same Tariff Plan

I am Chethan Kumar having Vodafone mobile NO [protected].

I activated post paid plan was LG 199 having free CUG in 2008.

But for me CUG charges are coming from past 3 to 4 years. I used to make more CUG calls.(to CUG number xxxxxxxxx2)

The person having xxxxxxxxx2 number also having same Talk plan LG 199 with CUG.

I called customer care and they told by mistake...

Not received the Goodies for my new postpaid connection

So as he said i paid the 1st month bill and i got the goody coupon and sen the both to the address provided in that coupon. But it has been more than 2 months i still didn't receive it or any info regarding it.

My friend also did the same along with me...

Vodafone says and many other sites that endorse this offer or promote it in any way say that one has to just dial 56777 (3/min) and avail the offer or message TUESDAY to 56789 (3/msg).

When on i wanted to avail this offer i was replied that my circle does not has this offer and Rs.3 were deducted...

slow gprs

Vodafone 2g Gprs is too slow often get disconnect. speed drop to 00 Kb/s and its inactive i contacted customer care service they told me the will send settings and to save the setting. i did it for many time but still it is too slow used 98 rs booster 1 Gb free data for 30 days because of slow network i use only 300 Mb to 450 Mb only remaining are wasted for the reason of slow network....
