Hello sir,

I am Ashok Kumar. I am using Vodafone connection (#[protected]). On 25/03/2012, I received Massage for there activation of Vodafone app “My News Alert” and charged Rs. 5 on spot.

When I call to customer support, Representative told it is activated from my side via “WAP”, I asked for time so said before 10 Minute (time 18:55 IST). I informed him I was traveling for past 1 hour to reach home it was not possible to do such activity. He became ruid to me and said it is activated now if want to deactivate them Message CAN MYNEWS on 111.
I asked him to resister complain for this he refuse to do that and said Thank you. I massage the same to 111, I was receiving Message Please Resend your Request. I did it 3 times.

On, 26/03/2012, again I tried to send the message to 111. I was receiving the same Message.

Again I called up Customer support to resolve the problem but he just told he is removing service but he will not file any complain. For other support, He asked to call on #198.

I called on the no. #198 and Representative Name was “VIJAY” to file complain so that I will have some compensation he not only refuse but also not listening to me and no complain will be file. Asked to do whatever wants to do.

I want to have that call I made in morning time at 08:45AM IST. I am looking for Compensation for my refusal as well interruption by other service that I was looking for. As well I Filed for DND service with Vodafone before 15 days but nothing is happening.

    Hello sir, My name is Rajendra Sawane and my Mobile No. is [protected]. I had recharged my mobile just befor 2 days by Rs. 300/- . But immediately Vodafone deducted the whole amount Rs. 300/- from my mobile balance.I don’t know the reason why Vodafone has deducted my balance. I have not subscribed any of your scheme such as songs, hello tunes etc. I called to your customer care but no proper reply has been given by them. So I request you please refund my deducted amount Rs. 300/- immediately. Otherwise forcibly I will stop your sim service and will go for other company’s sim.

    i got a message from company regarding deactivation of smspack around 10:40 pm on 8th jan 2008,and i was charged money for my messages before that time around rs 50.
    its a sure fault of company which didnt notify its customer regarding deactivation at proper time.
    i contacted customercare,even they agreed that it is a company's fault but they refused to lodge any complaint.
    though if my messages were over,vodafone should send deactivation message immediately or even send that sms within 15-20 mins of deactivation but sending that message so late may cause vast decrease in customers balance.

    vodafone is a renowned company but its a shame to be a part of it for me.
    I wont suggest vodafone to anyone because:

    Recently I bought one Vodafone six-years connectivity prepaid card for my son (we have BSNL, Tata-Indicom mobile lines with an Airtel landline added to this). Since, he is only 12 years old I could not take the card in his name and as such I took it on my name. First my son recharged the SIM with Rs.50/-. After a couple of test calls and downloading of a ringbone it reduced drastically to Rs.2.84 paise. Everybody know that Vodafone lines get number o[censored]nwanted SMS automatically. Since he do not know the dangerous nature of these and since he do not know how to get rid of them we just deleted them. One day, while he was using the phone somehow a Vodafone alert service got activated and his balance of Rs.2.84 awfully reduced to -28.16.

    We checked with the dealer he said that some service might have got activated. Then we checked with the Vodafone customer care and as per their direction we again recharged for Rs.50/- which act deducted Rs.-28.16 from our talk value and we were left with Rs.14.35. (So we paid Rs.30/- for an unwanted service.) Then we used that Vodafone alert which was somehow chosen by him and got a reply saying that the alert service was deactivated. Then we sent one SMS to stop vodofone junk mails by using a term ACT DND (suggested by customer care people) to the specified number. We got a message from Vodafone saying that their SMS will be stopped. But after a day or two we started to receive junk SMS from them.

    Today morning we had only Rs.9.37. This afternoon again our account reduced to Rs.-20.63. Probably Vodafone company swallowed another 30 rupees for its favorite service. So, just in a week they swindled Rs.60.00 from a customer diligently. I spoke to the customer care twice. Both the female staff repeated their jargon “the customer is wrong”. Fed up with their attitude I finally broke the SIM-card into two and thrown it away. Thus I spent Rs.350/- for learning a soar full lesson from Vodafone.

    Vodafone’s advertisements are extremely good; their customer care people are very kind (only male staff); their advertisements are catching but their attitude is detestable.

    Recently I am having troubles calling the customer care service wherein i can talk bo a vodafone employee for looking into the matter of my FREE SMS scheme.     improper deduction of balance
    I, ashok kumar is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They deducted rs 48 from my account on basis of activation of any service which i never opted for..
    inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.

    when someone has opted for any service then its the responsibility of this (big in name, flaunting n cheat) company that their sevice is going to get end after 1 day so that the customer can deactivate if he doesnt want to continue it for the next period .e.g. i opted for all india 1 re. plan just to find it out how it works..after one month what happened was deduction of Rs.31 coz it was not deactivated..in frustration i deactivated this service so that they could not deduct it again..i thought i can atleast can utilise this much amount for 1 month but when i called they were deducting re1.30 instead of re.1...this was how they betrayed me..

    i shashank goel is very disappointed by the bad services of vodafone. i have the up west circle no [protected].
    i had bought an 50rs message voucher as a result i got 1000 free messages to do valid for 30 days only.

    i hardly send messages because i am an XI standard student.

    15 days later my balance is deducted for sending messages. i am shocked .

    therefore i request vodafone customer care please return back my balance as well as remainig 500 messages.

    otherwise i will take matter to TRAI. i want reply on my mobile with in 24hrs.

    Vodafone betray its customer:

    I shashank goel is very much disappointed due to the bad or worst services of vodafone.
    i bought an message voucher of 50rs and i got free 1000 messages to do. apply for 30 days only.

    i was hardly sending message . 15 days later money was deducted from my balance for sending messages inspite of the message voucher which is aplicable for 30 days.
    hence i request vodafone to do it correct. otherwise i have to take an severe action against it. i will take matter to TRAI.

    I tried to recharge my mobile([protected]) through Vodafone online. I rechagged with 221 Rs and the amount has been deducted immediately from my account. But I did not got the amount in my mobile. After making many calls I went to a Vodafone store, Koromangala, Bangalore and lodge a complain.
    They agreed the mistake and told me the amount will come within 4 workimg days. After 6 days also it didn't come, when again I called to the customer care they told me to go to Vodafone store.
    Vodafone doesn't have any respect for his customers, and they doesn't care about the customers.

    M Rajat Kapoor, my vodaphone no.[protected] is continuously forcing me to say that vodaphone is ''FROAD''. the company continuously charging me 50/- Rs per month but without any active service on my no. n i called upto fifty times to vodaphone care but more than 30 times they disconnet my call. N each time they have new reason for this diduction sometimes vsnma, sometimes astro service n bla bla bla... all this to change my mind..

    i want full deducted balancetill today 27/03/09,
    if vodaphone is unable to solve this problem of mine, then i'll have to surrender this connection...

    I have been using vodafone since 06/06/2008, since then there were couple of occasion's when i had to call vodafone regarding balance dispute which were promised to be sorted out but actually they were never.
    This time when i called vodafone for deactivating the value added services which was on my phone it took me 5 advisors to know the correct code(greatjob done by those guys), now after sending it the facility has been deactivated and the service charge has been deducted and this is just because of bad customer service and lack of proper training.
    Last but not the least i just found out that 10 paisa has been deducted from the mobile phone don't know why so if you are doing this with every pre paid or post paid phone you guys are making big bucks and if not please let us know why was it deducted.

To deactivate dial *123*31# ". I called costumer care and told why Rs30 was deducted and they told that i had activated the service which i didn`t. He assured me that amount will be returned within 2 days but it didn't come back. when i contacted the costumer care center in my city the concern person told me to have legal action against us.so kindly advice me about it

    Vodafone sucks!! Automatic deduction of balance even though not activated any services. Unnecessary and irritating sms and calls from vodafone. Common we've paid for the service, we're not using it for free. My middle finger to vodafone.

    Vodafone — Unnecessary advertisement by SMS and calls

    I am using vodafone from last 3 years, I am very irritated with the service which vodafone gives to the customers. They always calls from different numbers to promote their caller tunes and other value added services. I dont want any of their same services and I called up the customer care and registered a complaint. Eventhough I got an SMS from them the same will be deactivated soon, but am afraid to see the SMS in that they had written "your query shall be responded by 09.11.09 by 5.35.p.m". I put a request on 01.10.09, why they need 1 month and 8 days?, I tried to connect to there "Happy to Help" customer care several times on several days but there is no use. Still am getting there irritating calls am very much disturbed. I cant change my number because many of my friends and family members I had given this particular number.
    i am on roaming.. and suddenly i got a message from vodafone that as per your request CRBT service has been activated on your number & rs30 has been deducted as monthly rent.. just before that i got message that your request for activation of caller tune has been registered please ensure minimum balance of rs 30 as monthly charge, and just before that i got message from number 59876 that "are dwarpalo kanhaiya se keh do" has been set as your caller tune for 90 days.. i never requested any caller tune this is so embarrassing and it really hurts.. i need my balance back as i am on roaming and no recharge option is available here.. now i have negative 33 rs balance now.. i need to call my parents in emergency.. and there is no other phone available right now. please consider this complaint and provide me justice because this is not for the first time. thankyou

    they guys r just activating any useless services on my vodafone no i have not activated any services
    and deducted 109rs from my cell.
    my balance was Rs 11.03.after sometime i saw that the balance is Rs -10.68. without any reason.

    Ever since vodafone has acquired hutch, the services have grown poor and they have started cheating as well. The customer care is not working well, many a times the customer care executives call and they activate some stupid schemes without the consent of consumers. It is getting worse day by day.
    Shame on you Vodafone.
    Even BSNL is better than you.

    Today Rs.30 were deducted from my balace (vodafone mobile no.- [protected]) after I received an SMS from Vodafone that some MCI alert request has been accepted and activated though I NEVER OPTED FOR IT OR I EVEN DID NOT SEND ANT SMS/ CALL to their customer care asking them to activate such service on my number.

    This is totally unacceptable so request you to pls intervene and help me in getting my money back to my mobile account.

    i activted a service named "friends n family".according to this pack,my call rate to a particular number should now be 20paise /minute.i was deducted rs15 instantly from my balance.n after 2 days when i made a call,i was charged as per previous call rate.after asking to customer executive,i was informed that this service cannot b activated on my number at present,due to availablity of some other service.i asked to refund my service charges,rs 15.n he denied.why should i pay for the service ,i am not being offered.i made a call of whose i was required to be charged 2 rs.but i was charged rs13 ,due to unactivated service.i was not at all informed about the non-avaialblility of the service.i want refund of the balance,i have been deducted.
    I have not subsribed for any scheme of Vodaphone Co. But I am astonished to see that after starting of IPL matches scores are coming automically and has deducted hundreds of ruppees. Kindly see that I get my balance Rs150/- back and the mobile companies cannot cheat poor people like us any future.

    my Mob no:[protected]. I did recharge 95 rupee to my vodafone number on 25th aug 2010 at 10am for Monthly GPRS pack. I got 0 rupee as talk time so after 2 hours i started internet using APN:www. But later i checked my balance it deducted from 84 rupee to 61 rupee so i called to CC they told after 24 hours service will be activated so i continued to use internet after 24 hours but still my balance is deducting and also they blocked my number to call CC.     Vodafone India — Junk SMSs

    Hello,

    I dont know if Vodafone is resonsible for this or not but as a service provider they have not done sufficient actions against the Junk SMS senders, nor they have some good mechanism to tackle these Junk SMSers.

    I am using Vodafone for past 3+ Years. I have registered for DND and it has been over one year. But still I get hundreds of junk SMS & Calls from companies like TATA AIG, HDFC etc etc. I can not keep track of all these calls but From quite some time now I have kept records of junk SMS.

    Please note that this is NOT THE FIRST TIME I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT JUNK SMS/CALLS. I have complained earlier as well on two occasions but I think the actions taken were not strict at all...

    Sometimes I get 6-7 SMS back to back... This is not good at all...

    mobile operator are not providing the amount which is printed on recharge voucher
    I had a recharge of 75 rs(message pack) in which unltd messages are provided, but now its showing message sending failed. I called on 140, its telling the pending messages from 30,000 i.e. 29,557 but still message sending is failed and also balance was deducted yesterday and it was shown in -ve. i recharged it with rs 50, still message sending is failed. Plz solve my problem

    A value added service MCI(missed call Info) was started on my phone,without my consent on my phone on 17 Nov 2010 7:30 pm.
    I recieved message from service provider vodaphone that the MCI service started.
    When I called the customer care they denied the redemption of money back to my account.

    This is Ranjan Ranganath V my Mobile no is +91 [protected] today I recharged my no for Rs 95.00 this is been done for the recharge for handset based Internet. which was done at time 05-01-11. 7.43 Pm Indian Time. after the same is done I have logged into the internet. for the same I have been charged and my balance has been gone to negative balance. Now I am not abel to call any one.

    After this Incident I called customer care for the complaint on the same. 1st time when I called the one of the person informed me that he will connect the call to the concerned department and disconnected my call. the second time when I called them the one who tried to solve my problem was Abhinav as they do not mention there employee code I am not able to mention here. he said the company will reimburse me the money been deducted by 24 hours after getting the SMS conformation. I have not received any conformation on through SMS till now.

    If there are any emergencies I cannot call any one now and I will be losing my internet Validity by days. as because of there mistake. and this is not the first time it is happening to me last time also it happened the same and around 5 days they have taken to reiumburse my amount and I did not get the extended validity also.

    Vodafone India — without internet speed money deduction.

    In spite of complaining and waiting for more than expected days...they are unable to resolve the problem. Vodafone are fail to provide speed due to some technical fault as they accepted and in spite that they are renewing and deducting service amount from the prepaid account of mine. on complaining they are not ready to refund the amount and so i request them to extend the days of service because it's their fault and they need to solve within the time limit, They also not ready to extend the days as well.It clear shows that they trying to cheat customers those who are not aware of this problem. or don't know how speed and internet works or what ideal speed should be.
    Let me repeat they have committed that there is a problem in their service.

      These days I am getting missed calls from the Customer Care service. When I call back the automatic answering machine stats about some offers and that too that's not a toll free number. This is very cheep trick by these mobile operators. They should stop these kind of irritating things.

        i recharged for Rs.4 at around 12.15 am and use only 9 messages till 3 am.then in the morning i used 6 messages..and was charged for every message! when i messaged "*222*1#" i get a machine generated message u have used 15 out of 50 messages ...when i call customer care...i talk to a executive.she says machine is showing all 50 messages r used.u r getting wrong messages..when i knew i have only used 15 messages and charged for 5 ..when i still had 41 messages free!!!
        she tells check again and call back.i say if i call back u not going to answer obviously someone else will answer..but no..she cuts the call and i check and cal the care center back..someone else answers...again i had to explain everything..he too says system says u have used 50 messages so cant do anything ...then i was forwarded to senior he said go to customer care and show your sent messages!!! i mean what is this ..ur e messages tells me i used 15 message..which is my only proof.if i go 2 days later i will not get this e message which works on daily basis...and they will say u deleted the sent messages.. so i will proved wrong!!

        kindly take action...i just want my 5 messages charge back and 50 messages free again!! just coz of their faulty system why should i not be able to use a service i have paid for?

          i purchased prepaid sim card on 17th april'12 of number- [protected]. i am facing problem since then in messaging n calling service..when my relatives in uttar pradesh called me up its says my number does not exists n there message sending also fails on my number..and morover my messages are not delievered to them n if deleivered on other no. then delievery reports are not coming to me even when i recharge my balance m not getting any sevice message that your recharge is done..unable to register my number on facebook there also it displays number does not exits.
          as per recommendations of customer care(i have called them up several times) throughly checked each and every settings & refreshed them too, still facing same problem n now customer care no. 111 n complaint no. 198 is not connecting my call to customer support executive though following instructions on ivr my call loops inside the ivr menu. i am totaly fed up from vodafone service..it has led me down..no one helping me to sort my problem.
          i loged my complaint regarding above mentioned problem. (Complaint no.[protected] on 25th april'12).

          Vodafone — there is a very slow service on credit

          am using vodafone sim from last 5 years,but know a days,there is a very slow service on credit..if we do credit know means it wil get after an hour...if we have to wait that much of time to get that service in emergency means..what is the use of doing credit,we can easily go and do recharge only.my number is [protected]...so kindly request to vodafone to make a fast service on credit.
          It has been over a month now that I am requesting for certain services to be activated on on my cell phone number. I have written numberous emails and even attempted to call the circle managers. calling 111 and being charged to speak to a associate and then getting to know that your request was not even registered is simply horrible.

          calling the managers, the auto response is that they are busy in meetings and then they do not even return calls.

          This is an attempt to retain the number. Can I have someone address my concerns or does nobody at Vodafone bother about its customers, especially with the tag line like that.

          I Tejal pandya from dhaisar am complaining about the services of my Vodafone (349 E-serve plan) mobile # [protected]…I have been enquiring about the unlimited internet @ 99 package from the 25th of march...was told I have to send an email to corporate assist or I will have to visit the Vodafone gallery so sent a mail...was informed they didn’t receive it...was advised to send a MSG to 111 ( VL_ 99) did the same then called twice after that was informed it was done used the services form then till 4 days ago...then thought about enquiring about the 3g package and then modem services, was informed about it...but at the same time was informed current package isn’t 99 unlimited it’s the 299 package...and was also informed directly that the bill is 7800 approximately...and when called again to dispute about it was informed that the bill isn’t generated once done will be waive off so that would be done was asked to wait till the 21st did the same but then was informed that the bill is 7000 now the mind boggling thing is the way that allowed me to use it as my credit limit earlier was 600 when used to have 2000 mins free didn’t know how it worked, as my services used to get cut off when exceeded 600 asked for it to be increased was informed would have to send an email or will have to be done after a certain time ,But now when i used the internet from a credit limit or[protected] directly it increased to 7000 and received the MSG about the breach only once it reached 7000 no intimation before that not a call nor an email or a MSG...And the MSG received read your services have been restricted as the bill is 7869 and the credit limit is breached...

          so my questions is that if was on a 99 unlimited package then hw come i have been charged... and why have i been allowed to use above my credit limit without me increasing it or without me even being informed about it and have been speaking to many people (Karan lad , Marshall,shaan,and even a manger venu) but neither my services restarted it has been 3days ...nor is my internet package active and i have a bill of 7869 which should have been there in the first place also apart from that i would also like to mention about live TV had activated it during the world cup but it is still active even after sending a MSG has spoken to an advisor he said that every details are mentioned but when called back no one knows about it and I am still being charged till date do not want them to take the money from the direct debit they asked me to send a MSG but I am not allowed to send any....and neither will my live TV be deactivated nor my direct debit what should I do...? I have been a loyal customer with them have another two accounts with them feel I am being conned.....i want to know what is going to be done for this loyal customer as i am not going to pay for something that I shouldn’t.....i not assisted with the will cancel l my other account as well..Hope I do not get charged for the live TV any further and insist on my direct debit to be canceled, don’t want youll to touch my account.
          Would like to conclude by addressing my needs those are 1.want my charges to be waived off.(The amnt after the credit limit i have agreed for which is 1600 ) 2. Want the live TV and direct debit to be cancelled.
          3.want my internet plan to be 99 unlimited

          I am Vodafone user for past few months, before that I was connected with Reliance since 2004, but as of now my experience with Vodafone is not good. The reasons are as following:-


          1. My entire services were barred many times within 1 month (08/04/2011, 15/04/2011 & 29/04/2011) while I was on roaming on 8th April & 15th April and today 29th April, I am admitted in hospital for last few days without any information and any reason even there was no bills are pending or the payment is due.

          3. I got the message on 09/04/2011 @ 1.45pm and 15/04/2011 @ 7.15pm and on 29/04/2011 @ 5.36pm that “Hello! Your Outgoing Call service has been restored on your Vodafone mobile phone[protected]. To know active services status sms MYSERVICES to 111 (toll free)”

          Now I would like to know the reason why the services has been barred on 08/04/2011 and 15/04/2011 and 29/04/2011, I need to have to proper reply on above points, do let me know what Vodafone will be doing to compensate me as on 09/04/2011 my father was admitted in hospital for his heart problem and I was mentally harassed.

          As I feel that Vodafone is not a customer friendly company at all, the way it is treating me. Now I may me taking this media and other higher authorities as well.

          I had activated the DND service for my Vodafone no...after some days i got a reply sms saying that the service is been activated...but still i am receiving atleast 4-5 sms per day , so i again launched a complaint for it with Vodafone regarding the same & they replied that it will take more 25 days to resolve the issue , i told them that i heard that according to TRAI it should take effect with in 7 days...the representative of vodafone that it is the TRAI only which takes so much time we cant do any thing U have to wait fo atleast 24 days to fulfill my request .

          Just want to know is this the time limit set by TRAI really if know then what is the time limit & where should i log a complaint against Vodafone......

          Hai this is spartan, i know very well about vodafone and all networks. Recently due to 2G spectrum issue none of the telecom will rise the booster volume. I make sure your network problem never get slove. If you not belive just wait and see. My suggestion is first check in your indoor and your visiting places which network provider signal coming good strength. After that pls port to that network by MNP with out you change your mobile number. This is the correct resolution for you. wait and get network complaint response from your customer care response, sure they going to tell checked your indoor found fair coverage, this is not new site so no plan for immediate future, if this response come form your complaint then think spartan give you correct information ok take care.

            I took this vodafone post paid mobile connection last month, with numbers of [protected] and [protected]. we are asked to take these two numbers at a time and calls between these two are free. The problem is a guy named Mr. karthik ( star services, camp-7 ) has come yesterday forcing me to pay an amount of 530/- bill from vodafone.I ll agree that i have used these services I have told him clearly that i ll pay 1st of may even though he is asking for some replacement thing until i pay that amount. Is this the way to talk to the customers. we are not leaving and escaping for this simple amount of 530. I request you sir to take necessary actions on this guy, who is spoiling the name of vodafone.               Just check Vodafone's website for 2G plans, to my surprise they don't have 1GB plan for postpaid clients though it is available for prepaid clients. Also there is price variation for 2GB plan for prepaid(149) and post paid(299).

              Such variation is totally unfair at least they should given same options for prepaid and post paid clients.

                  This is for your kind information that I have got a bill of Rs 1728.67
                  for the month of March 2012.
                  As per the bill VMC(Vodafone mobile connect) usage of 98490KB is Rs
                  984.90(i.e on 08th march 2012).

                    Hi Vodafone Team,

                    My name is Deepak Gehani and I have purchased vodafone 236 handset on 03/08/2010 under 2 year replacement warranty. My handset is not functioning properly since last 4 months and this is under replacement warranty. I visited Vodafone store 4-5 times.. each time i m hopeless without resolution. I visited firstly at Krishna nagar branch they told me to go to Laxmi Nagar branch. Then Laxmi nagar branch of vodafone store told me this is fine and you should use this only. I visited again they said this is out of stock and you should after a month. Finally i visited laxmi nagar vodafone store branch last month March 2012 and I had conversation with Manager Jatin/ Amit that this phone cannot be replaced as out of stock and not in market. I do not understand what is my mistake her just that I purchased this handset and was assured that it will be replaced as under warranty. Finally i need to say that I want my handset Vodafone 236 to be replaced with the same or any available handset of same prize. I don't want to waste my time again and again to go to Vodafone store.. face you people and come without resolution.

                    This is a request once again to Vodafone team to take this matter seriously and replace my handset as under warranty period as soon as possible.

                      YESTERDAY i recharged my vodaphone number [protected] online through internet banking SBBJ bank.
                      RS. 35 deducted from my account but i didn't get talktime.
                      After clicking CONFIRM buton in my bank account it said redirecting to VODAPHONE site but
                      few seconds later
                      it show error session erroR thats why here i don't get transaction ID But i saved product
                      order number Prodot9844638.

                      IT WAS FIRST TIME I TRED TO RECHARGE ONINE.
                      I saw my bank statement where it show me details below :

                      And he registered my problem . I got messege from vodaphone as below:

                      Monday 23-Apr-12 06:00p.m.


                      I have given all informatioo i have. Please REFUND my amount.
                      Please do not refer to problem registaration number because i don't think that he registered
                      my problem well. It is only for your information .

My first coupon was received on time, but second got a bit late, hence rejected. I received the rejected coupon back by mail today, but haven't yet received my first gift.                         my mobile phone having vodafone connection is in roaming. i am unable to make as well as receive a call.

                        Vodafone Connection — irregularities in vodafone system

                        I am using the vadofone connection for almost three yrs but for the last 2 months the irregularities have tremondously increased on part of vadofone.

                        Two months back vadofone gave me a call saying that if i activate my autopay facility through my credit card for paying their bill, It would be convenient for me and I would get 10% disount on every bill.

                        I agreed for the same.

                        Now i am finding that the bills are not reaching me and they are withdrawing money from my credit card.

                        I am continousely in touch with customer care and asking them to stop my auto debit facility from the credit card, which they are not agreeing to do.

                        The customer care people are giving me different informations at different times based on what they see on their computer screen.I find that the data stored with them on computer is also being being tampered with, as the information status has changed.

                        Further activation of internet facility always start on its own.When i check with the customer care they tell me that i had put a request to them.Which is not the truth.

                        The last call i made is today and finally the call was transferred to retention team.I am so annoyed with their services, that i have asked them to stop my services from immediate effect .the official of the retention team has agreed to do it within 2 hrs.But i feel that they will not do it and keep on draining money from my Credit card by showing internet/phone usage.

                        I gave a phone call to my credit card provider also to stop auto payment of vadofone .They have shown their inability as i had activated my auto debit through Vadaphone.However they are ready to cancel my credit card and issue a new one, so that the misuse of my credit card by Vadofone is stopped.But i dont want to follow that route of getting a new credit card.

                        Vodafone Connection — Getting Bills for Deactivated Connection

                        I am given an add on connection ( No [protected]) with my old connection that is [protected]

                        I have de activated my add on Sim card and surrenderd the same to the Sector 18 Noida Vodafone center in May 2008. I have paid all the arrears also with cheque.

                        I started getting bills from the company and evne legal notice. I spoke to the Customer care manager and up on his advice I sent him an e mail with all the details. ( Annexture 1- Copy of the Email)

                        Now on 14th Jan 2009, my connection - the no [protected] has been de activated again. Reason I am told that I have unpaid bills on my old de activated connection.

                        What shall I Do ?? please advice

                        Mean while one of your collection agent came to my house and he also been briefed the story. I spoke to Mr Kailash Nath of mobile No [protected] when I got a letter from him regarding the payment. I have given him all these details and request numbers.



                        For my relief, I got a call form Vodafone regarding this number, Apologying for the inconvenience I faced.



                        I do not understand where is the communication gap. Please make sure that I will not get any communication/ call in this connection. This is a waste of My energy and your energy

                        Vodafone Connection — Caller tune change without asking for it

                        I am shocked to state that Vodafone changed my caller tune without any request from me, and deducted Rs. 30 from my account. It me to incovenience and caller tune did not mathc my status as well. Though complained registred on line immediately, i was told to wait for another 20 hours to get it rectified. I am shocked at the behaviour of Vodafone, It should be looked into, pls.

                          I had a VIP number of Vodafone which i bought almost 8 yrs back of rs 15000. I went to Uk for 6 months, It was a post paid number. Vodafone deactivate my number without informing me once and sold my VIP number to another user. Some vodafone agent has done forcefully just to earn some profit out of it. That agent has changed my registered email address fro their system just avoid any communication to reach me. the he modify my other contact details and when the customer care people contacted me on other contacted detaild, he asked to deactivate my number. Now the current user has ported my number to another network and when i asked for any information from vodafone they simply says that every thing is removed from our database u ported yr number. I still have 6 months left on my advance rental plan, i just not paid my one bill and they did this to me. Is anybody else faced similiar experince. What i can do against it, where should i go now.

                            hello,

                            I am actually using the current vodafone number since 3yrs now.I have activated a plan on my phone which
                            reduces the call tariff to any other vodafone number to 10paise/min but they charged me an excess for 4 days
                            where my call tariff to any other vodafone number was 50paise/min.I called the customer service they told me that they had a technical glitch due to which this was happening and told it will be sorted as soon as possible and when i asked them about the additional charge they levied they told it cant be refunded when the mistake was from their end.The associate whom i spoke to told me that i wont be done when i asked if i could talk to any seniors on this matter they disconnected my call four times.It was the worst customer service i experienced and also they have not refunded the extra they charged on my phone till now.

                              Problem: i am getting lot, lot n lot of calls for that "some body".
                              Request for vodafone : when i asked for removing that call divert, they couldn't offer me that.

                              Complaint: when it is allowed to divert calls to my number (with out my permission) there should be a possibility to remove it upon customer request. (who is ready to bare the pain of attending nonsense calls for others)

                              suggesion: please change your software such that you can provide much better service to your customer.

                              I am always with hutch since i started using mobile and now i am very much frustrted with the response i got from your customer care. i expected hutch service will be improved after vodafone take over but, it seems my expectation was wrong.

                              anyway please try to fix these problems in future, atleast some customers like me still wish to be with you.

                              Recently I bought one Vodafone six-years connectivity prepaid card for my son (we have BSNL, Tata-Indicom mobile lines with an Airtel landline added to this). Since, he is only 12 years old I could not take the card in his name and as such I took it on my name. First my son recharged the SIM with Rs.50/-. After a couple of test calls and downloading of a ringbone it reduced drastically to Rs.2.84 paise. Everybody know that Vodafone lines get number o[censored]nwanted SMS automatically. Since he do not know the dangerous nature of these and since he do not know how to get rid of them we just deleted them. One day, while he was using the phone somehow a Vodafone alert service got activated and his balance of Rs.2.84 awfully reduced to -28.16.

                              We checked with the dealer he said that some service might have got activated. Then we checked with the Vodafone customer care and as per their direction we again recharged for Rs.50/- which act deducted Rs.-28.16 from our talk value and we were left with Rs.14.35. (So we paid Rs.30/- for an unwanted service.) Then we used that Vodafone alert which was somehow chosen by him and got a reply saying that the alert service was deactivated. Then we sent one SMS to stop vodofone junk mails by using a term ACT DND (suggested by customer care people) to the specified number. We got a message from Vodafone saying that their SMS will be stopped. But after a day or two we started to receive junk SMS from them.

                              Today morning we had only Rs.9.37. This afternoon again our account reduced to Rs.-20.63. Probably Vodafone company swallowed another 30 rupees for its favorite service. So, just in a week they swindled Rs.60.00 from a customer diligently. I spoke to the customer care twice. Both the female staff repeated their jargon “the customer is wrong”. Fed up with their attitude I finally broke the SIM-card into two and thrown it away. Thus I spent Rs.350/- for learning a soar full lesson from Vodafone.

                              Vodafone’s advertisements are extremely good; their customer care people are very kind (only male staff); their advertisements are catching but their attitude is detestable.

                              I recharged my prepaid Vodafone SIM card ([protected])with a TOP UP SOC. I got the INR 174/- . After that I can see (By dialing *141#) that my balance is INR 180/-(10 was previous balance).
                              But still I am not able to make any call.
                              Every time I try to make a call I am getting Low balance Message.

                              I have been trying to resolve a small problem for the last two months but without sucess. Customer care is polite people who keep on the line for 15 to 20 minutes every time but no results. It is distubing, ifeel they will do a lot good if they provide service rather than long polite talk.My complaint no is[protected] dt 26.2.08.

Sharma has been using Hutch post paid-corpoorate connection almost for 2 years at Hyderabad, India.the cell no. is [protected].I always pay his bill by cash at Himayatnagar Cash counter which you call vodafone store .I normally do not receive the bill or sometimes they oblige me after sending the bill only after I had paid.
                              T he burning example is that the bill for last month was generated on 2nd.may but I HAVE NOT RECEIVED as yet whereas I paid the subject bill long back, I had been personally reporting this discrepancy at Himayatnagar but no out come.
                              I really wonder as to why you want to lose valued customer like my son i.e. I am frustrated with your courier service arrangement.
                              how many times you expect me to effect the payment without knowing the details of the bill.
                              can you check up with your staff as to how do they make sure.Some times they would say thatit had been e-mailedwhereas I asked them to send it to my residence.

Because I told her to change my Mobile Connection([protected]) from Post Paid to Prepaid. She told me within 24 hours you will get one phone call from our side who can tell you everything. But, she never tell me the neither my Request No. nor she tell me tell me any helpful word which I will satisfy against my quiry. Please acknowledge my complain and do needful action.

                              I am a hutch customer since last 10 years, however I am sorry to say that their services are not up to expectations.

                              On May 24 I called customer service for activation of International Roaming after paying necessary amount online via credit card. I got reply that the call was landed on prepaid customers department and was asked to call again. I called again and this time it was told to me that agent is not able to check status due to system upgradation and was asked to call again.I ( know this is just a bogus reply by lazy agents who do not want to do their work properly.) Then I called after 2 hours and it was told to me that the call again landed on prepaid customers department, however somehow he assured me that it will be activated in 4 hours. Next morning, I called and this item again call landed on prepaid customer department and the agent was not able to assist me. I called in afternoon just minutes before my flight and this time agent told me that there is no payment. I asked to transfer call to a senior person, however he hung up and disconnected it after some time.

                              I wrote e-mail to theit nodal officer and received the cheapest reply. Boss and employees all are just people.

                              Once I am back from my visit, I will simply kick them out of my life.

                              hi...i have recharged my number with 149 free min bonus card on 6 april 2009 which are anytime minutes..wat happened dat my number was already having 50 v 2 v night min and my 333 v 2 v free anytime min got clubbed withdose night min which should not happen because its clearly mentioned on the dat i[censored] recharge with dis card any existing min would be forfeited...so i thought there would not be any problem... but since dat 2day is 9april its been 3 days dat i have beeen calling cux service for help...on day 1 vich was 6april i was worried because it took long for min to cum n after dat i got min but not anytime ...7april i spoke to man called saurabh, harshit.n pranay at diff timings...i was told dat dere system is showin anytime min but my bal waz getting deducted...pranay promised me a call bk for 8april at 4.00 in eve...but no wonders no one turned ...2continuous dayz 8 n 9april i have tried cux services number but not getting connected...pathetic n hopeless services...not expected such kind of irresponsibilty from vodafone...i think it should not so proud of its name...i am really annoyed wid vodafone...posting my problem here thinking dat i will get some help...

                              Vodafone — Inconvenience

                              I have taken a Vodafone Prepaid number and have been receiving unnecesary promotional calls from them day and night. When I caled to tell them that I need it stopped immediately as I have some important meetings this week, they say it will take 72 hours to activate and they cannot do anything about it!
                              How can they automatically activate all these services and inconvenience the customers when they have not asked for it?
                              They can automatically activate it but cannot automatically de activate it?

                                Dear Vodafone Support/ Customer care Team,

                                I am facing similar issue, with Blackberry Internet services. I have observed few detrimental things that could share with Vodafone Team. When we additionally pay for Blackberry Services Plan why is our phone and phone number not registered with Blackberry yet.
                                It is been weeks that I am using Blackberry Services since the time I came to India from London and strange my services still not enrolled with Blackberry even after 3 weeks o[censored]sage.
                                These below are the Service Providers Status Details:
                                Phone Number: Unknown (Why when number is registered and we pay to get this registered services), Raises concerns???
                                Blackberry Internet Services: Not connected ???
                                Coverage: edge (It should be EDGE)???
                                Provider: Vodafone IN
                                Active Profile: Not Connected ???

                                If Vodafone is incompetent in providing Blackberry Services than they should say NO and why are we customers being misguided. I have been to Vodafone stores all they say is we can not do anything, and it is really bad to hear from such a big company. You should hire professionals. Very first week I spoke to support Agents and they said it will not happen again. It happened again the second week and then I reported last week and Again again again. I am damn missing out very important emails. All they say is directly take out your battery and insert it again. How on earth you are supposed to do that every hour to receive email. This is really disgusting behaviour from support staff. Neither I am unable to browse internet on browser and nor receive emails.
                                It is just waste of Time and Money and Vodafone is making us consumers as "Monkeys" and passing the ball from 1 court to another.
                                It is not only for Vodafone it raises a Question Mark on RIM Blackberry also. Ideally the money that we pay in addition to phone bills should go to RIM to register the sim card and phone, so that consumers unobstructively use required services. All other countries pay the service money to RIM then why not India Vodafone. I pay £5 extra to obtain Blackberry services every month in London UK. RIM should follow up with Vodafone.

                                I hope this letter and voice of mine could make things go right!!!
