i purchased prepaid sim card on 17th april'12 of number- [protected]. i am facing problem since then in messaging n calling service..when my relatives in uttar pradesh called me up its says my number does not exists n there message sending also fails on my number..and morover my messages are not delievered to them n if deleivered on other no. then delievery reports are not coming to me even when i recharge my balance m not getting any sevice message that your recharge is done..unable to register my number on facebook there also it displays number does not exits.
as per recommendations of customer care(i have called them up several times) throughly checked each and every settings & refreshed them too, still facing same problem n now customer care no. 111 n complaint no. 198 is not connecting my call to customer support executive though following instructions on ivr my call loops inside the ivr menu. i am totaly fed up from vodafone service..it has led me down..no one helping me to sort my problem.
i loged my complaint regarding above mentioned problem. (Complaint no.[protected] on 25th april'12).
hoping for positive response from your side & please sort my issue as soon as possible.

Prepaid connection — dnd customer not treated so & ivr has barred my number

moreover i am an dnd customer but not treated so plz do needful
hi my name is gaurav im using tis connection since 2 years i stay in bangalore sahakarnagar hebbal post. im facing network prob since d last 2 years n each n every cal has 2 be made more tan 10 times 2 connect not only me al of thm here r facing d same prob pls find n end 2 tis or its a shame ...[protected] my number
I have taken the prrpaid connection on cell no [protected] from Aurangabad (Mah) office, after submitting the documents still the outgoing calls facility is not activated for last 48 hrs. the city operator i s giving excuses like "no power", "sytem fault" etc.

i think from the co. like vodafone, this is not expected & it is giving me lot of stress, unnecessarily.
I am using your services for last 2 years, you are sending unbarable number of SIM massages for your advertisment, you are entering into personal domian, freedom, privecy .I are wasting my time, and creating nusence to me .You donot any right to enter into personla domian with out permission and willingness of the customer .I do not want this headack to be continued any more .If you continue like this I will through away your servicess and swich over to other service provider or I will seake leagal remidiees .Stop this nonsence immediatly.MY CELL NO [protected]

I send my daughter lasat weekspcifically to Chennai for making complaint and activation. The officer in T.Nagar told that some mistake was done by them and they will activate in two days.One week had gone and not. thing has been done.Please activate my mobile immedately.

Today i went there to pay up my bill but but then also i am not able to pay that because of the same issue in both the areas rohini sector-3 and pitam pura.
Tommorw is my last date of paying up d bill and there is no other place to pay up here.
Am realy very very annoyed with your service and i want cure of my problem. If this problem will not be cured then i have to go by any other connection.

I am one of the vodafone custmer and i visited to panchmadi and i didnt get service of vodafone over there/ So that i faced many problems. This is my request to provide vodafone service over there.

Vodafone — there is a very slow service on credit

am using vodafone sim from last 5 years,but know a days,there is a very slow service on credit..if we do credit know means it wil get after an hour...if we have to wait that much of time to get that service in emergency means..what is the use of doing credit,we can easily go and do recharge only.my number is [protected]...so kindly request to vodafone to make a fast service on credit.
It has been over a month now that I am requesting for certain services to be activated on on my cell phone number. I have written numberous emails and even attempted to call the circle managers. calling 111 and being charged to speak to a associate and then getting to know that your request was not even registered is simply horrible.

calling the managers, the auto response is that they are busy in meetings and then they do not even return calls.

This is an attempt to retain the number. Can I have someone address my concerns or does nobody at Vodafone bother about its customers, especially with the tag line like that.

I Tejal pandya from dhaisar am complaining about the services of my Vodafone (349 E-serve plan) mobile # [protected]…I have been enquiring about the unlimited internet @ 99 package from the 25th of march...was told I have to send an email to corporate assist or I will have to visit the Vodafone gallery so sent a mail...was informed they didn’t receive it...was advised to send a MSG to 111 ( VL_ 99) did the same then called twice after that was informed it was done used the services form then till 4 days ago...then thought about enquiring about the 3g package and then modem services, was informed about it...but at the same time was informed current package isn’t 99 unlimited it’s the 299 package...and was also informed directly that the bill is 7800 approximately...and when called again to dispute about it was informed that the bill isn’t generated once done will be waive off so that would be done was asked to wait till the 21st did the same but then was informed that the bill is 7000 now the mind boggling thing is the way that allowed me to use it as my credit limit earlier was 600 when used to have 2000 mins free didn’t know how it worked, as my services used to get cut off when exceeded 600 asked for it to be increased was informed would have to send an email or will have to be done after a certain time ,But now when i used the internet from a credit limit or[protected] directly it increased to 7000 and received the MSG about the breach only once it reached 7000 no intimation before that not a call nor an email or a MSG...And the MSG received read your services have been restricted as the bill is 7869 and the credit limit is breached...

so my questions is that if was on a 99 unlimited package then hw come i have been charged... and why have i been allowed to use above my credit limit without me increasing it or without me even being informed about it and have been speaking to many people (Karan lad , Marshall,shaan,and even a manger venu) but neither my services restarted it has been 3days ...nor is my internet package active and i have a bill of 7869 which should have been there in the first place also apart from that i would also like to mention about live TV had activated it during the world cup but it is still active even after sending a MSG has spoken to an advisor he said that every details are mentioned but when called back no one knows about it and I am still being charged till date do not want them to take the money from the direct debit they asked me to send a MSG but I am not allowed to send any....and neither will my live TV be deactivated nor my direct debit what should I do...? I have been a loyal customer with them have another two accounts with them feel I am being conned.....i want to know what is going to be done for this loyal customer as i am not going to pay for something that I shouldn’t.....i not assisted with the will cancel l my other account as well..Hope I do not get charged for the live TV any further and insist on my direct debit to be canceled, don’t want youll to touch my account.
Would like to conclude by addressing my needs those are 1.want my charges to be waived off.(The amnt after the credit limit i have agreed for which is 1600 ) 2. Want the live TV and direct debit to be cancelled.
3.want my internet plan to be 99 unlimited
And finally 4.want my services restarted.

I am Vodafone user for past few months, before that I was connected with Reliance since 2004, but as of now my experience with Vodafone is not good. The reasons are as following:-


1. My entire services were barred many times within 1 month (08/04/2011, 15/04/2011 & 29/04/2011) while I was on roaming on 8th April & 15th April and today 29th April, I am admitted in hospital for last few days without any information and any reason even there was no bills are pending or the payment is due.

3. I got the message on 09/04/2011 @ 1.45pm and 15/04/2011 @ 7.15pm and on 29/04/2011 @ 5.36pm that β€œHello! Your Outgoing Call service has been restored on your Vodafone mobile phone[protected]. To know active services status sms MYSERVICES to 111 (toll free)”

Now I would like to know the reason why the services has been barred on 08/04/2011 and 15/04/2011 and 29/04/2011, I need to have to proper reply on above points, do let me know what Vodafone will be doing to compensate me as on 09/04/2011 my father was admitted in hospital for his heart problem and I was mentally harassed.

As I feel that Vodafone is not a customer friendly company at all, the way it is treating me. Now I may me taking this media and other higher authorities as well.

I had activated the DND service for my Vodafone no...after some days i got a reply sms saying that the service is been activated...but still i am receiving atleast 4-5 sms per day , so i again launched a complaint for it with Vodafone regarding the same & they replied that it will take more 25 days to resolve the issue , i told them that i heard that according to TRAI it should take effect with in 7 days...the representative of vodafone that it is the TRAI only which takes so much time we cant do any thing U have to wait fo atleast 24 days to fulfill my request .

Just want to know is this the time limit set by TRAI really if know then what is the time limit & where should i log a complaint against Vodafone......

Hai this is spartan, i know very well about vodafone and all networks. Recently due to 2G spectrum issue none of the telecom will rise the booster volume. I make sure your network problem never get slove. If you not belive just wait and see. My suggestion is first check in your indoor and your visiting places which network provider signal coming good strength. After that pls port to that network by MNP with out you change your mobile number. This is the correct resolution for you. wait and get network complaint response from your customer care response, sure they going to tell checked your indoor found fair coverage, this is not new site so no plan for immediate future, if this response come form your complaint then think spartan give you correct information ok take care.

3. I sent sms, DCT VL to 144 on 28.02.2012, in respect of this I received following massages,
i. Deactivation of Vodafone live on your mobile phone, has been registered. This service will be deactivated in 2 hours! on 01.03.2012 6:48 P.M
ii. Hallo! Vodafone live has been deactivated on your mobile phone. For daily alerts on Astor, stock, news etc. dial *123*01#@Rs 50/mnth

4. But till date Vodafone live has not been deactivated
Therefore you are hereby requested to look into the matter & take necessary action.

    I took this vodafone post paid mobile connection last month, with numbers of [protected] and [protected]. we are asked to take these two numbers at a time and calls between these two are free. The problem is a guy named Mr. karthik ( star services, camp-7 ) has come yesterday forcing me to pay an amount of 530/- bill from vodafone.I ll agree that i have used these services I have told him clearly that i ll pay 1st of may even though he is asking for some replacement thing until i pay that amount. Is this the way to talk to the customers. we are not leaving and escaping for this simple amount of 530. I request you sir to take necessary actions on this guy, who is spoiling the name of vodafone. His number is [protected]. please let him not to trouble me until 1st.

      Hi,

      Just check Vodafone's website for 2G plans, to my surprise they don't have 1GB plan for postpaid clients though it is available for prepaid clients. Also there is price variation for 2GB plan for prepaid(149) and post paid(299).

      Such variation is totally unfair at least they should given same options for prepaid and post paid clients.

          This is for your kind information that I have got a bill of Rs 1728.67
          for the month of March 2012.
          As per the bill VMC(Vodafone mobile connect) usage of 98490KB is Rs
          984.90(i.e on 08th march 2012).
          But as per information provided my Vodafone people earlier it had been
          said I suppose to get VMC 2 GB free.@rs 99. But it has not been
          communicated to me, that it had to be activated.rather the info
          provided i.e. it is activated.

          I am very much disappointed,as the information provided earlier is wrong.
          I have transferred my Airtel corporate number to Vodafone corporate
          through portability ,on February 2012.

          I need a active co-operation from your side on this issue.As I am not
          willing to provide the Charges for Vodafone mobile connect (i.e. rs
          984.90) as well as not willing to continue this Postpaid Connection of

            Hi Vodafone Team,

            My name is Deepak Gehani and I have purchased vodafone 236 handset on 03/08/2010 under 2 year replacement warranty. My handset is not functioning properly since last 4 months and this is under replacement warranty. I visited Vodafone store 4-5 times.. each time i m hopeless without resolution. I visited firstly at Krishna nagar branch they told me to go to Laxmi Nagar branch. Then Laxmi nagar branch of vodafone store told me this is fine and you should use this only. I visited again they said this is out of stock and you should after a month. Finally i visited laxmi nagar vodafone store branch last month March 2012 and I had conversation with Manager Jatin/ Amit that this phone cannot be replaced as out of stock and not in market. I do not understand what is my mistake her just that I purchased this handset and was assured that it will be replaced as under warranty. Finally i need to say that I want my handset Vodafone 236 to be replaced with the same or any available handset of same prize. I don't want to waste my time again and again to go to Vodafone store.. face you people and come without resolution.

            This is a request once again to Vodafone team to take this matter seriously and replace my handset as under warranty period as soon as possible.

              RS. 35 deducted from my account but i didn't get talktime.
              After clicking CONFIRM buton in my bank account it said redirecting to VODAPHONE site but

                Vodafone Connection — Poor service!

                my mobile phone having vodafone connection is in roaming. i am unable to make as well as receive a call.

                Vodafone Connection — irregularities in vodafone system

                I am using the vadofone connection for almost three yrs but for the last 2 months the irregularities have tremondously increased on part of vadofone.

                Two months back vadofone gave me a call saying that if i activate my autopay facility through my credit card for paying their bill, It would be convenient for me and I would get 10% disount on every bill.

                I agreed for the same.

                Now i am finding that the bills are not reaching me and they are withdrawing money from my credit card.

                I am continousely in touch with customer care and asking them to stop my auto debit facility from the credit card, which they are not agreeing to do.

                The customer care people are giving me different informations at different times based on what they see on their computer screen.I find that the data stored with them on computer is also being being tampered with, as the information status has changed.

                Further activation of internet facility always start on its own.When i check with the customer care they tell me that i had put a request to them.Which is not the truth.

                The last call i made is today and finally the call was transferred to retention team.I am so annoyed with their services, that i have asked them to stop my services from immediate effect .the official of the retention team has agreed to do it within 2 hrs.But i feel that they will not do it and keep on draining money from my Credit card by showing internet/phone usage.

                I gave a phone call to my credit card provider also to stop auto payment of vadofone .They have shown their inability as i had activated my auto debit through Vadaphone.However they are ready to cancel my credit card and issue a new one, so that the misuse of my credit card by Vadofone is stopped.But i dont want to follow that route of getting a new credit card.

                Vodafone Connection — Getting Bills for Deactivated Connection

                I am given an add on connection ( No [protected]) with my old connection that is [protected]

                I have de activated my add on Sim card and surrenderd the same to the Sector 18 Noida Vodafone center in May 2008. I have paid all the arrears also with cheque.

                I started getting bills from the company and evne legal notice. I spoke to the Customer care manager and up on his advice I sent him an e mail with all the details. ( Annexture 1- Copy of the Email)

                Now on 14th Jan 2009, my connection - the no [protected] has been de activated again. Reason I am told that I have unpaid bills on my old de activated connection.

He told me that the Vodofone is sending the bill by mistake and this will be corrected immediately and if any one calls, Mr Vishal asked me, to give his number to sort out the problem : That was request no [protected] on 12th July 2008, 11 43 Am



                Mean while one of your collection agent came to my house and he also been briefed the story. I spoke to Mr Kailash Nath of mobile No [protected] when I got a letter from him regarding the payment. I have given him all these details and request numbers.



                For my relief, I got a call form Vodafone regarding this number, Apologying for the inconvenience I faced.



                I do not understand where is the communication gap. Please make sure that I will not get any communication/ call in this connection. This is a waste of My energy and your energy

                I am shocked to state that Vodafone changed my caller tune without any request from me, and deducted Rs. 30 from my account. It me to incovenience and caller tune did not mathc my status as well. Though complained registred on line immediately, i was told to wait for another 20 hours to get it rectified.                   I had a VIP number of Vodafone which i bought almost 8 yrs back of rs 15000. I went to Uk for 6 months, It was a post paid number. Vodafone deactivate my number without informing me once and sold my VIP number to another user. Some vodafone agent has done forcefully just to earn some profit out of it. That agent has changed my registered email address fro their system just avoid any communication to reach me. the he modify my other contact details and when the customer care people contacted me on other contacted detaild, he asked to deactivate my number. Now the current user has ported my number to another network and when i asked for any information from vodafone they simply says that every thing is removed from our database u ported yr number. I still have 6 months left on my advance rental plan, i just not paid my one bill and they did this to me. Is anybody else faced similiar experince. What i can do against it, where should i go now.

                    I am actually using the current vodafone number since 3yrs now.I have activated a plan on my phone which
                    reduces the call tariff to any other vodafone number to 10paise/min but they charged me an excess for 4 days
                    where my call tariff to any other vodafone number was 50paise/min.I called the customer service they told me that they had a technical glitch due to which this was happening and told it will be sorted as soon as possible and when i asked them about the additional charge they levied they told it cant be refunded when the mistake was from their end.The associate whom i spoke to told me that i wont be done when i asked if i could talk to any seniors on this matter they disconnected my call four times.It was the worst customer service i experienced and also they have not refunded the extra they charged on my phone till now.

                      Scene: "some body" used my number as their call divert
                      Problem: i am getting lot, lot n lot of calls for that "some body".
                      Request for vodafone : when i asked for removing that call divert, they couldn't offer me that.

                      Complaint: when it is allowed to divert calls to my number (with out my permission) there should be a possibility to remove it upon customer request. (who is ready to bare the pain of attending nonsense calls for others)

                      suggesion: please change your software such that you can provide much better service to your customer.

                      I am always with hutch since i started using mobile and now i am very much frustrted with the response i got from your customer care. i expected hutch service will be improved after vodafone take over but, it seems my expectation was wrong.

                      anyway please try to fix these problems in future, atleast some customers like me still wish to be with you.

                      Recently I bought one Vodafone six-years connectivity prepaid card for my son (we have BSNL, Tata-Indicom mobile lines with an Airtel landline added to this). Since, he is only 12 years old I could not take the card in his name and as such I took it on my name. First my son recharged the SIM with Rs.50/-. After a couple of test calls and downloading of a ringbone it reduced drastically to Rs.2.84 paise. Everybody know that Vodafone lines get number o[censored]nwanted SMS automatically. Since he do not know the dangerous nature of these and since he do not know how to get rid of them we just deleted them. One day, while he was using the phone somehow a Vodafone alert service got activated and his balance of Rs.2.84 awfully reduced to -28.16.

                      We checked with the dealer he said that some service might have got activated. Then we checked with the Vodafone customer care and as per their direction we again recharged for Rs.50/- which act deducted Rs.-28.16 from our talk value and we were left with Rs.14.35. (So we paid Rs.30/- for an unwanted service.) Then we used that Vodafone alert which was somehow chosen by him and got a reply saying that the alert service was deactivated. Then we sent one SMS to stop vodofone junk mails by using a term ACT DND (suggested by customer care people) to the specified number. We got a message from Vodafone saying that their SMS will be stopped. But after a day or two we started to receive junk SMS from them.

                      Today morning we had only Rs.9.37. This afternoon again our account reduced to Rs.-20.63. Probably Vodafone company swallowed another 30 rupees for its favorite service. So, just in a week they swindled Rs.60.00 from a customer diligently. I spoke to the customer care twice. Both the female staff repeated their jargon “the customer is wrong”. Fed up with their attitude I finally broke the SIM-card into two and thrown it away. Thus I spent Rs.350/- for learning a soar full lesson from Vodafone.

                      Vodafone’s advertisements are extremely good; their customer care people are very kind (only male staff); their advertisements are catching but their attitude is detestable.

                      Hi,
                      I recharged my prepaid Vodafone SIM card ([protected])with a TOP UP SOC. I got the INR 174/- . After that I can see (By dialing *141#) that my balance is INR 180/-(10 was previous balance).
                      But still I am not able to make any call.
                      Every time I try to make a call I am getting Low balance Message.

                      I tried calling Customer care .but it was busy every time :)

                      I have been trying to resolve a small problem for the last two months but without sucess. Customer care is polite people who keep on the line for 15 to 20 minutes every time but no results. It is distubing, ifeel they will do a lot good if they provide service rather than long polite talk.My complaint no is[protected] dt 26.2.08.

Sharma has been using Hutch post paid-corpoorate connection almost for 2 years at Hyderabad, India.the cell no. is [protected].I always pay his bill by cash at Himayatnagar Cash counter which you call vodafone store .I normally do not receive the bill or sometimes they oblige me after sending the bill only after I had paid.
                      T he burning example is that the bill for last month was generated on 2nd.may but I HAVE NOT RECEIVED as yet whereas I paid the subject bill long back, I had been personally reporting this discrepancy at Himayatnagar but no out come.
                      I really wonder as to why you want to lose valued customer like my son i.e. I am frustrated with your courier service arrangement.
                      how many times you expect me to effect the payment without knowing the details of the bill.
                      can you check up with your staff as to how do they make sure.Some times they would say thatit had been e-mailedwhereas I asked them to send it to my residence.

                      Today I spoke in Customer Care at 9.54PM with mam Zeba Siddiqui. She is not fit for Customer Care Service. Because I told her to change my Mobile Connection([protected]) from Post Paid to Prepaid. She told me within 24 hours you will get one phone call from our side who can tell you everything. But, she never tell me the neither my Request No. nor she tell me tell me any helpful word which I will satisfy against my quiry. Please acknowledge my complain and do needful action.

                      I am a hutch customer since last 10 years, however I am sorry to say that their services are not up to expectations.

                      On May 24 I called customer service for activation of International Roaming after paying necessary amount online via credit card. I got reply that the call was landed on prepaid customers department and was asked to call again. I called again and this time it was told to me that agent is not able to check status due to system upgradation and was asked to call again.I ( know this is just a bogus reply by lazy agents who do not want to do their work properly.) Then I called after 2 hours and it was told to me that the call again landed on prepaid customers department, however somehow he assured me that it will be activated in 4 hours. Next morning, I called and this item again call landed on prepaid customer department and the agent was not able to assist me. I called in afternoon just minutes before my flight and this time agent told me that there is no payment. I asked to transfer call to a senior person, however he hung up and disconnected it after some time.

                      I wrote e-mail to theit nodal officer and received the cheapest reply. Boss and employees all are just people.

                      Once I am back from my visit, I will simply kick them out of my life.

                      hi...i have recharged my number with 149 free min bonus card on 6 april 2009 which are anytime minutes..wat happened dat my number was already having 50 v 2 v night min and my 333 v 2 v free anytime min got clubbed withdose night min which should not happen because its clearly mentioned on the dat i[censored] recharge with dis card any existing min would be forfeited...so i thought there would not be any problem... but since dat 2day is 9april its been 3 days dat i have beeen calling cux service for help...on day 1 vich was 6april i was worried because it took long for min to cum n after dat i got min but not anytime ...7april i spoke to man called saurabh, harshit.n pranay at diff timings...i was told dat dere system is showin anytime min but my bal waz getting deducted...pranay promised me a call bk for 8april at 4.00 in eve...but no wonders no one turned ...2continuous dayz 8 n 9april i have tried cux services number but not getting connected...pathetic n hopeless services...not expected such kind of irresponsibilty from vodafone...i think it should not so proud of its name...i am really annoyed wid vodafone...posting my problem here thinking dat i will get some help...

                      Vodafone — Inconvenience

                      I have taken a Vodafone Prepaid number and have been receiving unnecesary promotional calls from them day and night. When I caled to tell them that I need it stopped immediately as I have some important meetings this week, they say it will take 72 hours to activate and they cannot do anything about it!
                      How can they automatically activate all these services and inconvenience the customers when they have not asked for it?
                      They can automatically activate it but cannot automatically de activate it?

                        I am facing similar issue, with Blackberry Internet services. I have observed few detrimental things that could share with Vodafone Team. When we additionally pay for Blackberry Services Plan why is our phone and phone number not registered with Blackberry yet.
                        It is been weeks that I am using Blackberry Services since the time I came to India from London and strange my services still not enrolled with Blackberry even after 3 weeks o[censored]sage.
                        These below are the Service Providers Status Details:
                        Phone Number: Unknown (Why when number is registered and we pay to get this registered services), Raises concerns???
                        Blackberry Internet Services: Not connected ???
                        Coverage: edge (It should be EDGE)???
                        Provider: Vodafone IN
                        Active Profile: Not Connected ???

                        If Vodafone is incompetent in providing Blackberry Services than they should say NO and why are we customers being misguided. I have been to Vodafone stores all they say is we can not do anything, and it is really bad to hear from such a big company. You should hire professionals. Very first week I spoke to support Agents and they said it will not happen again. It happened again the second week and then I reported last week and Again again again. I am damn missing out very important emails. All they say is directly take out your battery and insert it again. How on earth you are supposed to do that every hour to receive email. This is really disgusting behaviour from support staff. Neither I am unable to browse internet on browser and nor receive emails.
                        It is just waste of Time and Money and Vodafone is making us consumers as "Monkeys" and passing the ball from 1 court to another.
                        It is not only for Vodafone it raises a Question Mark on RIM Blackberry also. Ideally the money that we pay in addition to phone bills should go to RIM to register the sim card and phone, so that consumers unobstructively use required services. All other countries pay the service money to RIM then why not India Vodafone. I pay £5 extra to obtain Blackberry services every month in London UK. RIM should follow up with Vodafone.

                        I hope this letter and voice of mine could make things go right!!!

                                    Sub: Deficiency in service.
                                    Ref: My prepaid subscription No.[protected]

                                    I am the subscriber of the above pre-paid connection.. I would like to bring the inconvenience faced by me regarding recharge (for low tariffs) to your notice seeking redressal.
                                    My subscription was renewed with 12 months validity during October 2007. At that time I was advised that I had to recharge for Rs. 96.00 only under the said plan to avail the low call tariff facility. It was done.
                                    Subsequently some time during Nov 2007or so there was a message from your office saying that I could recharge for Rs.77.00 to avail the low tariffs and I did the same.
                                    On 28.11.2007 I recharged with Rs.96.00 and from then on made it a point the make note of the date of renewal. Subsequently on 28.12.2007 I recharged with the same amount of Rs.96.00 for using low tariff rates. Probably on 30.12.2007 I got a message that the low call cost period had ended ant that I should recharge with Rs.77.00 if want to utilize the said facility. At this juncture I am to inform you that every time before recharging for low call rates I was making enquiries with your agent regarding the amount of recharge.
                                    There upon I contacted your customer care ( Mr. Shiva Kumar) and briefed the entire thing. I was told that I should have recharged for Rs. 77.00 and not Rs.96.00 towards low rates. I was further advised that I should contact the agent who recharged my connection and demand refund of the amounts from him. This was strange, I felt. However at my insistence that person ( M Shiva Kumar) verified the records and told me that the matter was rectified and low call cost rates facility was restored.
                                    To my surprise on 01.01.2008 I noticed that the calls I was making were being at full rates and not the concessional rates. Thereupon I got in touch with your customer care once again but in vain. They expressed their inability to do any thing in the matter and I was given to understand that recharges of 96.00 done on 28.11 and 28.12.2007 had gone waste and I had no access to the same. Now being aggrieved by this I am sending this letter to you seeking redressal.
                                    1. It is undisputed that I was allowed low call cost scheme in October 2007 (after obtaining 12 months validity) and November 2007 by accepting Rs.96.00. Since I was under the said plan you should have rejected when I sent SMS for Rs.77.00.
                                    2. Why at all the SMS for Rs.77.00 was sent to me when I was on a plan of Rs.96.00. Such things are highly misleading and confusing.Besides how was that amount was accepted for low cost facility.
                                    3. Why SMS be sent to me during the currency of a low call cost period. Only to confuse me and several others like me since we would not be remembering the previous date of recharge. Thinking that the period has ended we press the buttons as prescribed by your office. I have a feeling that you are encashing our weakness of not remembering the dates of recharge to your advantage. It may not be easy for me and thousands like me to make note of such things amidst our work schedule and other occupational hazards.
                                    4. Supposing I attempt to get the recharge (for low call rates) done for a wrong figure even out of ignorance the same should have been rejected or credited to my regular currency credit balance. The reply given by your customer care saying that the recharges for Rs. 96.00 dt.28.11 and 28.12.2007 have gone WASTE is highlyd displeasing and illogical. How could these amounts be retained by you without rendering any service. You are not justified in keeping my amounts with you just like that.
                                    5. What attempts have you made to enlighten any customer regarding the particular pre paid plan he / she is under, and amount of recharge to be done for utilizing low call rates offer. When I renewed with 12 months validity offer not material was given to me regarding your terms and conditions of the particular 12 months validity offer.
                                    6. You are misguiding and fooling the public by flashing SMS during intermittent periods with sole intention of making money. Such service is not in public interest. One SMS speaks of recharge with 30 days validity at low call costs and there is one more SMS within two or three days with 15 days validity after we opt the 30 days facility. Such things definitely lends one to doubt your bonafides.

                                    In the back drop of the facts narrated above I request you to rectify and make good the deficiency in service failing which I may be constrained to approach the prescribed forum seeking appropriate relief.

                                    vodaphone had intro a new plan with 10rs rental n can add 5 local Vodaphone no's n talk @20p/min, i activated it on 4th n again the add on number got deleted n i reactivated it on 14th of same month but again they deleted the number by 4th itself. and each time i'm calling to someone the call gets cut suddenly each n every time but no response from them, they are taking money... unnecessarily, i am really unhappy with this network n going to change my sim soon

                                      Last month i received an sms from Vodafone dated 11 Mar stating my account has been debited for Rs.30/- for missed call alerts and my subscription for missed call alert has been renewed. I have not activated such alerts.... On mailing Vodafone customer care, i received a reply from them stating they have cancelled my alert and have credited back 30 rs to my acct. I have not received any credit from them.. Somebody called me up and said they have credited back to my acct and assured this wil not happen.Again this month on 07/04/12, recd an sms asking me to keep sufficient balance so that they can debit 30 rs for the MCA- Miised call alert. This time i sent an sms to 111 FOR CANCELLING.. But no use..

                                      To my dissapointment again the cycle repeated. I have lost rs.60/- from my vodafone prepaid account in these two months...

                                      Am very unhappy with vodafone customer service and am planning to change my service to airtel.

                                        Sir I used portability service (Air tel to Vodafone) before few (20-25)days.

                                        But after few days i got service problems from vodafone even though submitted satisfactory documents at twice or thrice.

                                        Every time for the same reason they discontinued my service although i solved it.

                                        We have facing problem in Vodafone Connection in last two days but till time no any salutation recd from customer care side.

                                        Pls note my problem and solve on urgent basis otherwise we disconnected my all Vodafone connection and divert on other service.

                                        My Mobile No.[protected] Postpaid Connection Transfer Government CUG group to welspun CUG Group but in this time my all service like incoming and outgoing worked stop without any future intimation and till time not working. so many time request to Mr. Rajesh( Vodafone stores, Anjar-Kutch ) and other complaint to Mr.Baliram (On no.198) but both are said wait few minutes but no any action against my complain.


                                        Total 2 day suffer in this problem and all Vodafone customer care person said wait few minutes.

                                        Pls confirm you solve my problem otherwise we complain Grahak Shurkha with this mail and all communication detail .

                                        We wait your reply otherwise pls provide form of mobile portability service form so we transfer my mobile connection and also bellow mobile connection.

                                        Vodafone — Service Problem

                                        I am not satisfied from Vodafone service. I am postpaid customer and Vodafone service provider not support. Provider Without notification stop incoming & outgoing service. My mobile number[protected] name JASRAJ OJHA s/o BANSI LAL OJHA , Address – Pansal Choraha Bhilwara.
                                        Maine vodafone se 1 postpiad no [protected] liya tha lgbhag 1 sal pahle fir maine us no ko post to prepaid krvane k liye application di, jiske bad mujhe 4 month tk aaj nhi kl aana kah k vodafon mini store k chakkar lgvaye, fir jb maine jor de k kaha to vha mujhe mna kr diya hm aapki sim ko prepaid nhi kr skte, usne mujhe jodhpur jane ko kaha, mai vaha gya to unhone mujhe bkaya payment jma krane ko kaha tb maine kaha maine 4 month se vo sim use bhi nhi kri hai to bhi unhone mujhe kaha sir roj roj tng hone se achha h jma krva lo fir aapko bhatkna nhi pdega to maine Rs.385 jma krva kr diye. fir unhone mujhe 1 new prepaid sim de di, jo 4-5 dim me start ho jane ki bat kahi thi mgr aaj tk vo sim start nhi hue hai aur vodafon se Rs. 400/- ka new bill bhej diya mujhe. kindly give me solution
