mera wo num. aaj tk active nahi ho ska h ,sare identity & 500rs fee jama krwa chuka hu,
Please sir/madam meri problem ka smadhan kro,Baar-2 Email kiye ja raha hu,pr koi salutation...

vodafone 3g data pack balance freezes will they charge me later or should I throw my sim? what should I do??...

Dear Sir,
I recvd a call from cell.no.[protected] at cell no. [protected] at 21.02 Hrs dated 07/05/12 regarding the lucky draw and calling from vodfone Ho, another no. was given that is [protected] to call Mr. Rahen Patel, regarding to give Bank Account no to deposit the same in my accounts.
Pls confirm the same and from where this call has been made.

I have purchased a Vodafone SIM card with the number [protected] on January 2011 in my name by providing all necessary documents. Approximately six to seven months later I provided a second set of these documents upon request from the company. Now on last Thursday on 3rd of May my number was suddenly deactivated without any form of prior notifications. I am using the number [protected]. I raised the complaint against the 3g service and the change of plan almost a 10 days ago.
Still they have not resolve the ticket. No one is taking responsible to resolve. Every-time they are giving some absconding answers and the block my Sim for almost 15 days without any reason. And always their answer is "sorry for the inconvenience". And i went 8 times to vodafone...

Its today after more than one week when I called up customer care, I am informed that voicemail service is activated on my number which I hadn't asked for. I brought a Vodafone NetCruise on the 3rd of May , a post paid connection. I was told that the connection will be activated within 48 hours. I brought the product from the Ghatkopar East gallery. The sales guy out there was so sweet, that he convinced me saying the connection will be activated well in time. But since 48hrs have passes by, I gave a call to customer care asking them what was my status and to my surprise the call center executive...

I get unwanted calls from [protected] , the person calling says he's calling from Mumbai high court or sometimes Rajasthan police and inquires about some "Lomi Shikhu". On asking where he got my number from his reply is my dad gave him my number, but on asking my dads number he says he don't have it and misbehaves and uses derogatory words and disturb me every now and then. I have activated a BBM internet service on 3rd of may 2012 at 00:17, but the service was not activated from vodaphone till 22:55 in between that when i tried to reach the vodaphone customer care not able to connect i tried at least 100+ time to connect them, i have never got connected once in day, then i found a head of vodaphone relation ship manager contact number and i drafted 2 SMS to that person after that i got a call from [protected]...

I am still waiting for my cheque. Vodafone Administration and authorities are playing around my cheque. They have dispatched my refund cheque of amount Rs. 1500/- twice till now. One dated on 31st December 2011 and another on 1st April 2012. Amazing service of Vodafone is that I haven't received either of my refund cheque...
