Till today i havent received the refund i have written the email to Sharad makhija of vodafone for this issue ; but he has also not solved the query.

I don’t about the below line he mentioned in the attached mail. I want to know when did I got credit for 3 months.

Today I received a sms that the bill has been generated and the bill amount is 148.43.
I was not expecting any amount in this bill; instead of that I was expecting the amount to be adjusted in this bill.
Please find the below statement present in the chain of mail; still this is not yet resolved.
I should have got the waived of 402.74; instead of that you people have just gave the waiver of 94.54 in Previous month bill.
When will the rest amount be credited on my account that is 308.2 for Rental_MI_VOL_375_30D_3G charges and 100.60 for Iphone internet usage charges.
I want total amount of rs 408.80 to be refunded ASAP

This is not the first Time happening with my card; I don't now why always you people are activating services on my numbers; each time I have to call customer care and do the follow up various times. There is Very Huge loss of my time and money just to get the refund of the money which I had paid in excess.
Each time I call I am charged 50paise per 3 minute; I have to call for the follow up of the refund of the money that too because of the you people.
What am I getting from Vodafone is Just Waste of my Time and Money and Mentally Harassment nothing else.
From Next time onwards if this type of mishaps happens then I have to take decision to convert the no. to other service from Vodafone.
Below were the Services activated on My no.s and the charges are added in the bill.
I talked with the Customer Care Dhawal and the request no. for the same are mentioned below.

How much was the discount and how much was the exact bill. In January I was expecting Negative Bill, since I had already paid 375+ service taxes extra. But still I received a bill of rs 66. I don't know; how this can happen. I want a details explanation on this.
I want the refund of the money as soon as possible.
Please look into this on Urgent basis.

I am a retailer of vodafone I have faced a problem while recharge a number of [protected] of Rs. 205/-. The problem is that, from my phone it shows that you have the recharge the number successfully. But the complaint is that the customer do not get the recharge amount. I have confirmed my recharge status from our customer care no. 129 but there is no information from the recharged no. customer care no. [protected]. My number is [protected]. Please help as early as possible.
