[Resolved] Vodafone Cell Tower — Noise Pollution nearest my house for vodafone tower Generator | |||
Dear sir I am senthilvel.M,S/O N.Muthukalai,# 37 Annanagar,Pettavaithalai,Trichy Dist-639112.Tamilnadu. In Near my House one vodafone cell tower is there.That cell phone tower D.G is running any time round the clock.at the time the D.G sound is too much.My parents are old persons age is above 64years old.he was a Heart patient.al ready i complient to Tamilnadu Polluction board many times they were not taken any action.that area was Residantal area not forest area.So please remove the VODAFONE CELL TOWER With D.G and also accept my complient and take action immediatly Thanking you Yours Faithfully Senthilvel.M S/O N.Muthukalai, # 37 Annanagar, Pettavaithalai-(P.O)-639112. Vodafone — GENERATOR AT THE CELL SITE CAUSING A LOT OF NOISE POLLUTION
DEAR SIR,WE LIVE IN SECTOR 18-A, CHANDIGARH (U.T). UR TOWER AT THE CELL SITE IS ON A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING AND CAUSES A LOT OF HARASSMENT TO THE RESIDENT OF THE SAID AREA.
THE GENERATOR IS RUNNING 24 HOURS AND ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT.
IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN WE SHALL HAVE TO TAKE UP THE MATTER AT THE APPRORIATE FORUM.

Dear Sir,
We stay at A-15/704 Shanti Vihar, Mira Road, Thane, Maharashtra.Our commitee members have installed the Vodafone Cell Site on top of our Ceiling, ie:rooftop without our permission or any AGM meeting.
We have launched complain to Police, Mira-bhayander nagar pallika as well as to The registrar.But no body helped us.Our committee members have also ill treated with my mother when my she objected this cell site.
Our Committee members held an AGM meeting and in[censored]s that the cell site will be removed after 6 months that was on 1st April, however now it is sixed and the cell site machine is still on.We are very disturbed by the noise and vibration.
Please help us regarding this issue.We are been harrassed sinced Feb 2008.
