Dear Sirs,

I have prepaid connection No. [protected].

Please note that on dt.[protected], I have made an application to BSNL of MNP with my UPC VGIII733.

After this I have received a message from +1901 as under.
"Your port in request for mobile Number [protected] has been rejected by your service provider. - BSNL."

After this I have received a message from you (vodafone)...

I requested MNP from my vodafone postpaid to Airtel on 28-01-11 and got unique porting number VM128247.
Today I got an update from Vodafone that my request dated 27 Jan 11 is rejected due to number or range is in contractual obligation.
I have a postpaid and I dont know what obligation I have.
My mobile mumber is under my name and no body other than me is assoicated with my number.
I always paid my bills before...

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have sent lot of mails to Cancel this connection from Dec 30 2010 till date Jan 30 2011.

I have sent sever reminders every week. Total 6 Reminders on e-mails to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com.

They have not responded till date. The problem is I have the ECS for payment, greatest mistake I have made so far. Every month they have deducted using ECS.

I need them...

Vodafone is charging Rs.5 daily from my account .I have requested many a times to De activate the service if any service is being provided by them But they are continuosly charging the money.Please help....

This is a humble request to all the users and readers of this site, not to use vodafone services. This is a service provider. They charge you anything and everything for no reason. They will charge you for all the services that you afre not using. And if you pay for any services they will not provide you the services nether will frefund your money.

I have a corporate plan in which i get around 800 sms free per month.
But when i saw my bill i found out that Vodafone has charged me Rs 1/- for local sms and Rs 1.5/- for national sms. when i called them up they said that sms is chargeable on following days

Vodafone has assured me that There Vodafone Edge Data card will give 100 kbps to 500kbps but it is not giving even 20 kbps speed .
