[Resolved]  Vodafone Connection — Did not receive my gift yet.

Hi, I've received two gift coupons for my new postpaid connection with vodafone. I've mailed both to the required chandhigarh address. My first coupon was received on time, but second got a bit late, hence rejected. I received the rejected coupon back by mail today, but haven't yet received my first gift. They promised that it would be shipped within 18 working days. Its more than 25 working days now, yet i haven't received the gift. Please look into this. My number is [protected]. Vodafone Connection — Poor service!

your person Mr hareet ([protected]) not proper response due to I called many times but he not recieve my call .

Vodafone Connection — unable to receive & make call in roaming

my mobile phone having vodafone connection is in roaming. i am unable to make as well as receive a call.

Vodafone Connection — irregularities in vodafone system

I am using the vadofone connection for almost three yrs but for the last 2 months the irregularities have tremondously increased on part of vadofone.

Two months back vadofone gave me a call saying that if i activate my autopay facility through my credit card for paying their bill, It would be convenient for me and I would get 10% disount on every bill.

I agreed for the same.

Now i am finding that the bills are not reaching me and they are withdrawing money from my credit card.

I am continousely in touch with customer care and asking them to stop my auto debit facility from the credit card, which they are not agreeing to do.

The customer care people are giving me different informations at different times based on what they see on their computer screen.I find that the data stored with them on computer is also being being tampered with, as the information status has changed.

Further activation of internet facility always start on its own.When i check with the customer care they tell me that i had put a request to them.Which is not the truth.

The last call i made is today and finally the call was transferred to retention team.I am so annoyed with their services, that i have asked them to stop my services from immediate effect .the official of the retention team has agreed to do it within 2 hrs.But i feel that they will not do it and keep on draining money from my Credit card by showing internet/phone usage.

I gave a phone call to my credit card provider also to stop auto payment of vadofone .They have shown their inability as i had activated my auto debit through Vadaphone.However they are ready to cancel my credit card and issue a new one, so that the misuse of my credit card by Vadofone is stopped.But i dont want to follow that route of getting a new credit card.

Hello, I have mailed many times to costumer support for DO NOT DISTURB then also they are regularly calling me for many products and sending me a lot of SMS ' s regularly.

Vodafone Connection — Getting Bills for Deactivated Connection

I am given an add on connection ( No [protected]) with my old connection that is [protected]

I have de activated my add on Sim card and surrenderd the same to the Sector 18 Noida Vodafone center in May 2008. I have paid all the arrears also with cheque.

I started getting bills from the company and evne legal notice. I spoke to the Customer care manager and up on his advice I sent him an e mail with all the details. ( Annexture 1- Copy of the Email)

Now on 14th Jan 2009, my connection - the no [protected] has been de activated again. Reason I am told that I have unpaid bills on my old de activated connection.

What shall I Do ?? please advice

On 04th May I got a call from Vodofone asking for the payment. I have hardly used the sim card . However I paid an amount of Rs 1743 for the final settlement of the account on 05 May 2008 by cheque no 486969, of State Bank of India. On that, in fact i got a call from vodafone, informing that every thing is settled.



But the Vodafone was aggressive to send me Bills against the above number .



0n 12thJuly, after geting another bill, I met your customer care officer at Sector 18 Noida Vodafone office, His name is Mr Vishal and his phone no is [protected]. He told me that the Vodofone is sending the bill by mistake and this will be corrected immediately and if any one calls, Mr Vishal asked me, to give his number to sort out the problem : That was request no [protected] on 12th July 2008, 11 43 Am



Mean while one of your collection agent came to my house and he also been briefed the story. I spoke to Mr Kailash Nath of mobile No [protected] when I got a letter from him regarding the payment. I have given him all these details and request numbers.



For my relief, I got a call form Vodafone regarding this number, Apologying for the inconvenience I faced.



I do not understand where is the communication gap. Please make sure that I will not get any communication/ call in this connection. This is a waste of My energy and your energy

This number has been deactivated on 19th of Apil 2008. Your cusmer care manager Mr Ramankant has confirmd this to me over phone and below is the E mail tht I had sent to him
before that.

now after almost an year, i have asked to pay Rs 720 " That is Pending on my number [protected]. Could you plese clarify? How? on what head? etc.

Plesae send me a writen reply this time.

Vodafone Connection — Caller tune change without asking for it

I am shocked to state that Vodafone changed my caller tune without any request from me, and deducted Rs. 30 from my account. It me to incovenience and caller tune did not mathc my status as well. Though complained registred on line immediately, i was told to wait for another 20 hours to get it rectified. I am shocked at the behaviour of Vodafone, It should be looked into, pls.

today my vodafone number is deactivated.I can't call from this number.Last saturday it was activated.But I did not confirmed then that I will take this number.A lady from vodafone called me up for this confirmation & told me that she will again call me for that.But she did not call me yet.Now is is deactivated.Please take some action.
Iam a retailer of vadofone cards Iam doing this business past one year in hosur there is no regular supply of copuns.so please give more than one or two distributors in hosur to give prosperous development in business.Kindly take steps on my complaint.

Vodafone Connection — connection stop by vodafone

Dear sir,
I was perchage Vodafone connection mobile no. [protected] name satish rai
s/o Gaga Prasad Rai distt. jhajjer(HR) by feb 2011 in first week
location Vodafone shop chute Ram chows sonipat(HR).now some problem
faced on 26.03.2011 by evening i was one call received by this number
[protected]and [protected] he was told me this number [protected] is my
number its number was missing so tell me who are you and your is your
place this type wording use after that i was said him dear this number
i was taken by Vodafone i think you discuss with Vodafone c.c., today
again on 27.03.2011 at 6.15 am approx he was call me told who are you
and spiking from where this is my number i will be complain against you
in police station how to use this number, again same call after 8.30am.
After that i was call to c.c. sonipat and i was problem discuss with
c.c. executive and again conform my ID proof and c.c. executive was
assure this connection issue your name but today by evening my phone
no.[protected]stoped by Vodafone without any discussion with me, again i
was call Vodafone c.c. discuss with Mr. Vikrant c.c executive sonipat
about this problem now he is say i am complain received by other
customer he was say this is my number presently this is missed so
stop, after we have stop your number he was no response given to me. So please take action what is
problem and how it is possible any body will complain and phone stop
and same number how to issue by Vodafone to two different customer and please solve my problem.

helo sir, i taken the new vodaphone postpaid connection with gift scheme n after my three months bill paid i hv send the code by my registered cell num. but there is no call came from the vodaphone n i have also complain to the vodaphone customer care num. but there is no response come from the vodaphone...kindly solve my issue plz n i m applicable for the gift acccording to the vodaphone scheme...
