I ported my Idea number [protected] from Idea to Vodafone under MNP. Number was successfully ported but after 4-5 days my services were suspended claiming that docuuments are not accepted. Again i submitted my documents in Vodafone store Sec-18 Noida vide reference No. [protected]. They promised to activate the number within 72 hours but still the number has not been started.
How much time will it take to start my Number? Why vodafone...

Just now I called up your call center and a lady attended to my call and was not able to give convincing answer and she just put me on hold which is very uncalled from such a service provider like Vodafone. I hope you employ staff who know manners and have knowledge....

I (Ram Kishan chandel) of village Ratta Tibba would like to file a complaint agains Vodafone. Vodafone have disconnected my phone, claiming that I have not submitted the documents. I submitted a copy of my driving licence then they issued the sim card and phone number. Now the dealer at fatehabad branch is claiming that they have forwarded the documents to vodafone. I called the Vodafone customers service and they are not helping aswell....

On other side there was a person who said that je was calling from Vodafone
customer care. i realized it was a fake call.
I searched on net and this area code belongs to pakistan.
Also many people have complained of such calls.

THERE HAVE BEEN UNNECESSARY BALANCE DEDUCTIONS FROM MY PREPAID ACCOUNT AMOUNTING TO APPROX RS.125 SINCE 7TH MARCH. I am disgusted at the kind of service Vodafone Karnataka has provided me with for the last 4 years. Firstly my post paid connection was overcharged but I paid the bill anyway. Secondly, even before the messages were being charged, I got charged for free sms' though I never used my entire quota of 100 / 150 messages per day. The biggest mistake of my life was to take a vodafone connection as it came with a series of problems.

My problem is not solved. I want to know when my problem will be solved. This incident really hurts me.. Vodafone customer care executive are not ready to help me, My problem is very serious. I want your attention on following Mobile issue. If company is not ready to help its customer then why people will purchase sim from company. They are only arguing not do their work sincerely.There behavior is very bad. Vodafone provides worst service...
