Yesterday I visited Vodafone company store at Thakur Village, Kandivali East and was offered to convert my prepaid to postpaid with zero rental having 200 local mins and 100 std min free if I take 1 more postpaid card having same scheme clubbed under my old postpaid no. [protected], I am supposed to pay only 99 * 2 i.e. Rs. 198 for the sim cost. Today I receive a call from the company stating that I have converted my prepaid no. to postpaid under the scheme of 99/- rental whereas I was given free rental. The call centre I called up are stating that they are unaware of the scheme and asking me to visit the store again. The company store itself is taking customers for ride what will a DSA do.I do not have have so much time for their fault to waste my two hours again sitiing there and correcting their problems. Please beaware of this company and now I will try to go for MNP.

      This is rajesh from past 3 months am using 2 vodafone mobile numbers the numbers are [protected] and [protected] but 15 days back i lost my mobile so please block these numbers at the time of taking these mobile numbers i submitted my voter id as a prof so please block those two numbers what i mention above.

        Hi Sir,
        The below are the things that I faced
        1) We/our colleagues/our company officials got some calls on March 16th/17th claiming that me &Family/my brother have made some fraud/cheated SFL company in mumbai claiming that they are calling from Mumbai Police department. When we called to them then we came to know that they are calling on behalf of Vodafone and giving another number to contact.(Legal advisor of Vodafone named Nikunj Agarwal)

        Person whom we have called :
        Omprakash - (Who claimed as inspector) - Land line[protected]
        Contact Details of the other person:

        Nikunj Agarwal
        Mail : Nikunj.[protected]@gmail.com (He asked me to keep him in CC while replying to VODAFONE after clearing the payment. You can find the same in CC of my mail which i have sent to you earlier when i cleared the payment)
        case number - 121-MB-2012

        Mistakes you have done
        -> Claiming that the persons who are appointed by Vodafone are from PoliceDepartment. Using the police department name
        -> Black mailing
        -> Revealing my personal and family details to outsiders.(to the Ghost/private persons who Vodafone officials has hired)
        -> Calling to my colleagues/officials/relatives though I am in touch in Vodafone over the mails
        -> Because of your Executive mistake i faced 8300 rupees of bill for Internet usage for 500 MB
        I have all these recorded calls with me. I need the complete explanation of the above why such a cheap tricks has been played by Vodafone.
        And if you are not the right person to speak with I need the correct person or your reporting manager to deal this issue with before i go-ahead and file a case on Vodafone legally.


        2) Though we have not requested to activate my connection [protected] after making the payment. But you have activated my connection. This is one of another example which I can show Vodafone is not giving overwhelmed services to the prospects (Apart from the major issue we have faced with Vodafone about the internet cconnection) . We are not interested in any more in the post paid services.
        I want both the numbers [protected], [protected] to be converted in to Prepaid with out any latency. We have already provided all the required documents earlier. Get the number converted to prepaid connection with out any latency.

        As we discussed here am forwarding the mail what i received and what i replied.
        Here Mr.Sandeep (from Hyderabad), said that if i paid 4,500 amount means vodafone was going to clear all my due and reactivating the number. I asked just for official mail but not received.
        Now on Saturday to all my relatives, friends customers and to my present company and my colleagues received many calls from fake (Name Mr.Vikranth Singh and number was [protected]) saying that he was from mumbai police (C.I) and saying that ******* and me was big cheaters and they had scam the vodafone company by keeping forgery docs and in hyderabad in ******* previous IT company also he done cheated.
        SFL company, Vodafone company and one advocate (Name Nikunj Agarwal and number [protected]) from Vodafone Legal department had put the case on them by giving your numbers.
        By this evening they had not reached to this informed advocate Mr.Nikunj we will arrest you and them by sending the local police to there.
        Some people said we dont know all these things, who are you, who is ******. for that he spoken very harshly. He harashed them by speaking vulgar words in the call. Like this to one of my friend kavitha also received the call. Her father lift the call and in their home the issue got very serious. My MD was asking explanation for this.
        What was your response i want to know. After agreeing to pay the bill and asking for clear official mail that executive Mr.Sandeep told i have to attend to the Nampally court at Hyderabad. I gone to hyderabad on my personal work and called to sandeep about the case details. He said to go to vodafone head office and speak to the Legal advisor at there. On the same day calls received from the above mentioned number and damage my career.
        But here am not knowing why this Great vodafone doing like these kind of very worst things for recovered the bill. I dont think that this was the correct way for recovering the bill by using this kind of cheap nasty tricks.
        From one year i had requested to change that number to prepaid. Given requests in hyderabad for 2 times, in Nellore for 3 times and to customer care for 3 times. But no response up to now. Keeping all your mistakes and revealing the total data of mine and my dialled calls, received calls and calling to them was not fare for recovery process.
        With out revealling my data that fake person dont know about my present number iwhich i given to Sandeep in the mail, and my present company and my call log details to him. I think this was the big crime done by one Vodafone employ.
        Kindly get explanation from your higher officials regarding this.
        I want the explanation for this with in next 24 hours.
        Otherwise i ll take all the copies of the bill, my requests and all these mails and i ll publish in all online forums, consumer and cyber crime (Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai) and i ll proceed legally for my career damage.

        Note: All my friends was ready to help me for proceeding in any way about this issue because the informed thing was the worst process for recovering the bill. All the people received calls from same number, same issue, and same name.

        Here also it was showing about your services you are providing to your customers.

        When asking in Nellore Show room - they are saying we are sending the mails but they are not responding and we cant do any thing. Even in this branch from two months there was no manger to do any thing.
        When asking to your customer care - they saying - we are just here to take the requests and we cant do anything. For more info reach the Show room.
        And am living in Chennai and i gone to Nellore show room for more than 5 times and Hyd show room for 2 times (In PanjaGutta Branch - Near Nagarjun Circle)
        Your are not migrating my number and we are here suffering from 1 year to pay the bill with out any usage.
        Is this fare to you to suffer your customers like this in being working in Big Vodafone.
        And sending the bill of 8500 rupees
        And atlast i received a call that they are migrating this number to prepaid with in 3 days. In prepaid with out Net package it will be sooo cost for using. So at that time i requested for removing my net package after migrating to prepaid. Here also they done in their wish, with out migrating to prepaid they removed the Internet package. Again your work was expressed here.
        Am using as usual that by thinking every time they are failing to migrate. Like that only this time also they had not migrated.
        But, because of your executive mistake (Removing Net package with out migration) here i have to pay 5000 rupees instead of 200 rupees. Is this correct.
        Just think if i gone to Online Consumer court and i expressed all these things at there - what your company name will be.
        So just am requesting to do weaver in the bill and for word again.
        Any how am also not interested to loose my number and i ll pay the bill after getting weaver and i ll use my number.

        Hello Friends,
        I also got mail and call from Nikunj Agarwal and number is [protected]. Friends, please don't share your friend mobile number to anybody if he asked you and threat you of police case and all. These all are bull . vodafone stop some faltu tricks.
        Vodafone have same kind of operandi in all outstanding bill.

        Friends if you receive any mail or call from Nikunj Agarwal don't be afraid. Ask him to do what you want to do.

        i also got such call last Saturday 6the Oct, 2012. This time thee police officer name is Mr.Sunil Walte (no calling from: [protected]) and he told me theat "theere is a warrant issued on my name. If you want any more details call thee Maharashtra high court advocate Mr.Mahesh Shalvi[protected]". When i called up theat number Mr.Mahesh says theat he is a high court advocate in Maharashtra and theis case is about vodafone bill payment. i told him theat theey charged me for thee service which i never requested for (Data Services - may be vodafone live) and i told theem i ready to fight legally. Then didn't get further call till now at-least.

          I am very upset Vodafone Pospaid Connection. I convert my prepaid to postpaid in January 12. Since then I am not getting hard copy bill at my registered billing address. I have sent mails many times to Vodafone Care. It called many times to Vodafone Customer representative by phone. I requested many time for duplicate bill also. I also registered complaint. But I did not find any solution. They call me you have received the bill. But I did not. They are just making me fool and nothing. It seem they are not interested in providing bill at my billing address.

          Vodafone — Hard Copy of the Bill not received

          My name is Imran Haider Zaidi and I am using Vodafone Post Paid connection. My cell no is :[protected].
          I am using this no from the past 3 or 4 months. But from past 2 months I have not received any hard copy of my bill.

          I have been tired to make phone calls to customer care. I sent sms BNR to 111 many times but didn't get any result. I sent email to vodafone but did not get any result. Still I did not get my bill. Customer care representative say that Original Bill and Duplicate Bill both have been received Mr Rabish Kumar. I am Rabish Kumar. I did not receive any bill then why they are saying so. They are just making fool to their customers. I am very upset with its service.

          If you cannot sent bill at lease tell me the procedure of disconnecting the service of Vodafone. I would be grateful for this kind deed.

          Hello Sir / Madam

          I have Vodafone postpaid connection since January. Since then I am not getting hard copy bill at my mailing address. I need hard copy bill. It is necessary for me. Before taking connection Vodafone executive promised that hard copy bill will be delivered time at my mailing address. I called customer care many times but I didn't find any solution. This month (perhaps on 14 march) one lady executive told me your bill has been sent and you will be delivered withing 2-3 days. Today is 21 March (the last date to pay my bill) but I did not get my bill yet. One thing more I need hard copy bill only. If I didn't get bill on e-mail, it doesn't matter.

          I also have read this type of problems created by Vodafone on many online forums and sites. It seems Vodafone is not interested in providing hard copy bill to its customers. The company is only fooling people and promising false.

          I hope you will solve my issue soon and send previous two month hard copy bill also. Otherwise I am free to switch to other operators.

              I had 2 numbers from vodafone ([protected] & [protected]). The deposit amount of 300 for each number was taken by Vodafone while migrating from prepaid to postpaid is still with them. Now I want to migrate back to prepaid. Vodafone is saying that, they do not have any deposit money. Now my bill is Rs.2131/-. I’m asked to reduce Rs.600 from that amount & give the remaining bill. They say that 300 will come after 90 days. why exactly I have to leave my 300*2=600 with vodafone for 90 days.? Its my money & I have all rights to ask for it. The customer care person calls & talks in disrespectful manner. I cant take this. I have called customer care & walked into vodafone shop so many times. But they ask us to walk to a particular store. Why do they have so many stores for..?? No1 can get a postpaid connection unless they pay 1 months rent as deposit. My other no [protected] was changed from postpaid to prepaid on Jan 2 2012 and bill was Rs.792, but I have paid 912 & I still have not received any deposit Vodafone is trying not to return the deposit amount back. None of the customer care representatives are giving proper info of the deposit amount. I mailed them asking them to clarify my 3 quires. They replied in a 1 line sentence saying go to nearest vodafone store. That I have done many times. I still haven got answer for my quires. If I ask, where is my 600, they say that they don’t know & ask us to pay entire amount & they will return my 600 after 7 days. When they don’t have track of my deposit money how can I trust them that they will return my money.? None of the vodafone people are talking same. every1 says some different thing. Voice call to customer care can be taken as evidence. I don’t want to pay a single rupee to them. I want this to be clarified the earliest & I want pardons from the lady who spoke in disrespectful manner.

              Vodafone — not satisfied will the billing method

              I am Mahesh Tanawade, wants to complaint regarding the the billing method of the Vodafone Mobile Services . I have been using the services for more than 4-6 years. prior to the Postpaid connection was a prepaid customer.
              I have been recieving the bills for the the calls that i have not made. i have intimated about these issues for the past couple of months, this time i have recieved a bill of 3420 /- Rs. for the office purposes i have also activated the GPRS connection on the mobile. the very next day i have recieved a bill for the GPRS connection worth 2640 /-Rs. i again informed the customer support saying the it is not affordable for a common user to pay suc an amount of money all the time. i was pretty much sure that the calls were not made by me..
              The the customer support agent agreed for the full and final settlement of 2640 Rs..Where an executive was sent to my address for the collection of the dues. I made the payment and the reciept no...866574

              Now, i have recieved Two letters concerning the the same, One is sent By an Vodafone asking me to pay the 3420 Rs which includes the 2620 Rs as well as 850 rs which was for GPRS.               The Second letter i have recieved from an Advocate stating me to pay bills as soon as possible or Necessary Actions will be taken... Finally, An agent calls on the Alternative number which is my fathers personal number, Using Abusive language forcing to pay the bills.
              Now what kind of Service is This...? i am an IT tech working Night Shifts for an American company.. I dont get time rather to spend with my family...

              This refers to your trailing mail dt 29/08/2012. It is again reiterated that the original offer agreed to, was for the combo plan offer of 149/375 (3G). This plan was never activated meaning that in both cases Vodafone failed to provide the service promised. Instead on 19nth August 2012 sent me a welcome note against mobile number: [protected] with a talk plan of 199 without mention of the plan I wanted.
              Please note that the number for which the welcome note was sent was never alloted to us, on the other hand vodaphone executive Anuja Nair informs by trailing mail dt 25/07/2012 that this number has been permanently disconnected on 4/4/2012 which is many months before I even applied for.

              As regards the other mobile number: [protected] immediately on observing that there was neither 3G allotted and well after after the date promised another unasked plan seems to have been assigned against my name and a false bill raised. The trailing communications with vodafone executives establish that either vodafone systems or the executives have failed to deliver. What is most disheartening is that even after these are pointed out in no uncertain terms Vodafone shamelessly raises a cooked up bill for both the numbers.

              From the amount of correspondence caused from such casual responses right from initial communications is something to be seriously looked into by vodafone. Your's is a Service Industry and such casual attitude in responding to customers really does not augur well.
              Since no serious efforts have been made on my complaints I intend to reproduce this in Vodaphone's forums disillusioned and hoping some corrective steps will result. I demand full refund of the amount of Rs 598/- and an apology (if not compensation), from the Management of Vodaphone.

                Vodafone Mobile Recharge — At debited from bank but mobile not recharged

                Dear Sir,

                I would be happy if yo could spare some time and consider my query

                This is with regard to the internet recharge for my mobile number :+[protected]

                On Friday 6.3.09 I have given a request for Prepaid Mobile recharge from my ICICI Bank account for amount of Rs 251/- at around 6:15 pm as it was the last day of the FUll Talk time offer.The amount has got debited from my ICICI Bank account but the recharge is not reflecting till date.

                On Friday when I contacted the Vodafone Customer Care I was told that there was no recharge amount in the pipeline and that the amount shall be credited within 3 working days.I was just peeping through my ICICI bank account to see if there was any such credit.But till now no reflection of the reversal has taken place

                Could you kindly look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest.I shall be happy if I could get a fast reply from U regarding the same.

After 1 hour there was no outgoing and incoming.i went to vodafone store a number of times they say tommorow it ll b done or that day it ll b done but nobody comes n now today my number got unregistered from vodafone . whats my fault i want my number back ??

                    Am A.Sorimuthu. am working with the MNC. my mobilee no is [protected]. More than 4 years i have this vodafone no. but last seven months vodafone people play with money. ie first they take Rs900 & above for GPRS use. But am not used GPRS. but i pay that money after that i give the request for change my no from post paid to pre paid. But that also neglected. after a continues request after 3 months they change the plan. but that time i submit my photo & ID proof . they ask one more proof & told otherwise we discontinue the service. so i give the new one & lot of time i ask that proofs.. but till i didn't get.. i have a fear " they used my proof for taking new sim?"


                    Now why i send this mail... Today i recharged my mobile through online banking (AXIS BANK). Rs. 35. They activated the STD or ISD pack with out my confirmation. so kindly cancel this & give the ordinary balance at the earlist. Their nodel officer is alwys busy or not reachable mode.. So kindly file the complaint & help to get back my Proofs & money.. thanking you

                        I bought a SIM-(Corporate connection) from vodafone and they have assigned some one else's number to me. I keep getting calls from random people asking for someone called as "Mikin Kansara" and also i get sms's of ATM Withdrawal with some "dena bank" an account which i don't even hold.

                        Please do something about it.

                            I have been using Vodafone prepaid [protected] since April 2003...i.e from BPL to Hutch to Vodafone.
                            On March 1st I have activated the conference service, (that was preactivated - but i was forced to follow up for the same service).
                            Post activation of conference, My FNF plan is changed to 10Paise to 20 Paise, when i called the customer they simply said no option to lodge complaint like this and visit Vodafone store.

                            On repeated calling up customer, after preessing 4, 9 etc... i was able to get in touch with the customer care - Unhappy to help....
                            They said, there is no scheme like this.,,, all FNF are 10 paise i have to explain them all from first and they transfered to their higher official...
                            he said... since i activated the conference my validaity is extended from short term to long term.
                            I asked them to cancel the con call activtion and revert back to the previous plan,, they said no option to do so.
                            So i asked them to lodge a complaint, they said there is no option to take this issue as a complaint.
                            Finally when i asked for a solution, those irresponsible persons were asking me to rechare every time...

                            After a long argument.... their suggestion is to go to a network, from which i can get this offer... even they sufggested the network alos....

                            What kind of customer care does vodafone is having???
                            Guys wake up....

                            Now - Change my FNF call traiff... or force me to move and my friends, total to change from Vodafone to [protected]@@@

                              Respected Sir/Madam,

                              I was a using one Corporate Connection of Vodafone India 3G Stick which i bought from my company. The number of that sim is +91-[protected]. The plan which I was informed by the vodafone executive was that initially I will be getting 4GB download for 2 months or whatever shall be consumed first and also I was told by him that it will be stopped immediatly if 4GB is consumed before time and bill be generated NIL for that initial plan. I was using that plan keeping in mind that it will stop automatically. Now the bill which vodafone has generated against my 3G stick number is about Rs. 6500. Sir if I am not wrong I should not be getting any bill according to their plan. I have mailed to them also regarding my concern but initially they said its my fault and now as when they have accepted that its their mistake, then also they are asking me to pay the bill.
                              Sir, with due respect please look into this matter, as they are calling me each and every day for about 20 times. I told them give me a documented mail for the same but they are not doing so. I am a working man, i am usually in office when they keep on calling me from diffrernt numbers and its unbearable to attend their call all day.
                              Atlast, I would like to say that they are disturbing my personal and professional life simultaneously and which is impacting very muCh.

                              Please sir/madam, look into this matter ASAP.

                              I believe I wrote this complaint against Vodafone Inda because I was not at all satisfied with their services and that is why I was expecting a faithful reply, but unfortunately I got the same responce. I have talked to Vodafone many times but this is not at all working in good direction. Is there anyone who can give me a better response? Or should I go ahead and escalate this to another level?

[protected] for Rs 250 by using my HDFC Credit card online.Transaction was almost complete and at the last page i got an error.At that moment itself amount 250 got deducted from my credit card and i got notification sms from HDFC.Its been more than 2 days and i haven't got recharge.Walked into nearby Vodafone store ,provided authorization code 005202 that i got from HDFC.Now Vodafone customer executive is telling that the authorization code is invalid n all .Please help me to get my amount refunded back.

                                Its nothing to be done from HDFC bank, its all Vodafone who got my money and not yet recharged my no. Vodafone online recharge is a FRAUD.Hi all please never ever try to recharge Vodafone online, its waste of money.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam, Hi, my name is Saurin Tana and my Number is [protected]. I am old costumer of Vodafone more then 8 to 10 years. I have requested them to do the change of address, as I have been shift to new house. They informed me that the change of address will not happen, as I am a prepaid costumer, for doing a change of address then I need to convert my prepaid to postpaid connection, which i feel is very wrong. I have changed all my document address to new house only my mobile thing is pending and they are not doing it. At the time of problem, they are creating a problem saying that they need my address proof which is of old house as I have mansion earlier that I do not have any old house proof so now they are not ready to help me. Request you to look into it at the earliest. Thanks.

                                    I ported my Idea number [protected] from Idea to Vodafone under MNP. Number was successfully ported but after 4-5 days my services were suspended claiming that docuuments are not accepted. Again i submitted my documents in Vodafone store Sec-18 Noida vide reference No. [protected]. They promised to activate the number within 72 hours but still the number has not been started.
                                    How much time will it take to start my Number? Why vodafone claims to be the best service provider in Delhi-NCR if it is taking more than 5 days to update one document.
                                    The last remedy available with me would be to approach the consumer forum only.
                                    Please look into the matter urgently.
