Misleading at the company store

Yesterday I visited Vodafone company store at Thakur Village, Kandivali East and was offered to convert my prepaid to postpaid with zero rental having 200 local mins and 100 std min free if I take 1 more postpaid card having same scheme clubbed under my old postpaid no. [protected], I am supposed to pay only 99 * 2 i.e. Rs. 198 for the sim cost. Today I receive a call from the company stating that I have converted my prepaid no. to postpaid...

Miscalculation of deposit money & indiscipline of customer lady while talking on phone.

I had 2 numbers from vodafone ([protected] & [protected]). The deposit amount of 300 for each number was taken by Vodafone while migrating from prepaid to postpaid is still with them. Now I want to migrate back to prepaid. Vodafone is saying that, they do not have any deposit money. Now my bill is Rs.2131/-. I’m asked to reduce Rs.600 from that amount & give the remaining bill. Reassigned someone else's number to me

I have been using Vodafone prepaid [protected] since April 2003...i.e from BPL to Hutch to Vodafone.
On March 1st I have activated the conference service, (that was preactivated - but i was forced to follow up for the same service).
Post activation of conference, My FNF plan is changed to 10Paise to 20 Paise, when i called the customer they simply said no option to lodge complaint like this and visit Vodafone store.

The plan which I was informed by the vodafone executive was that initially I will be getting 4GB download for 2 months or whatever shall be consumed first and also I was told by him that it will be stopped immediatly if 4GB is consumed before time and bill be generated...
