VODAFONE ESSAR LIMITED — Deduction of amount without any intimation
Respected Sir,i am mobile holder of [protected] of Vodafone Essar limited under Bhubaneswar Circle of orissa. The company is deducting frequently amount in their different scheme without any intimation.In this cause the mobile balance reaches to the negative balance. If any body wants to make a emergency call then how can he communicate anybody in night. Earlier they had deducted in the scheme of music related scheme and this time yesterday deducted in astrology scheme without any intimation.
Therefore i request you to kindly take a necessary action on said issue to said company.

Vodafone Essar Ltd. — Balance Deduction
Hi,I am Harpreet singh, one of your vodafone customers. I am using two number of vodafone [protected] and [protected]. I am holding [protected] from more than two years and do not have any concern with this number. The concern is with my another number [protected] that I have purchased on 27-aug-2011. The concern is without my request callertune has been activated on this number [protected] . I didn't want this services so immediately, with in few minutes i got it deactivated. It was activated on 30-aug-2011 in the morning and I deactivated immediately. I have been charged Rs.45 for this service, and for the reversal of this small amount I visited vodafone store, called to customer care, sent several emails also but didnot get any satisfactory reply. When I ask the executives to transfer the line to any manager, line gets disconnected. I have already called on your helpline no. but didn't get any satisfactory response. When I requested to have conversation with supervisor my line was disconnected.
I have sent mail to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com but they could not provide me satisfactory resolution of my problem. I am keeping all therecords of my complaint.
It seems to be shamefull holding vodafone number. What is the matter I don't know, I think Vodafone has forgotten good customer services. I am forwarding this mail to higher authorities so that necessary actions can be taken. Vodafone should stop saying Happy to Help.

Vodafone — deducting the balance without intimation
530 rs rupees were deducted from my balance, with out any notice,i have recharged my account in vodaafone ([protected]) with Rs 82.00 for vodafone live activation with 30 days vailidity as per special offer given by customer care on aug 07, but after completion of 30 days they have deducted Rs 530 from my account. i need justice, please do the needful

I got the Balance refunded in my a/c so pls stop everything now. But still I would say, when I esclated it to the nodal officer and service head then only it is refunded.
Vodafone Essar Ltd. — irresponsible service at Vodafone store, Dombivli
Sir/MadamThis is to inform that the request for Safe Custody of the number [protected] given on 26th july 2011 and made the payment of Rs.150/- or the same. Even then the request was not processed by the agents of the vodafone store, Dombivli. Due to which the number now got Deactivated because of their careless and negligent attitude on their part. Due to their unprofessional apprach I have to face lot of harships. Kindly provide justice
VODAFONE ESSAR LIMITED — deduction of balance
Deduction in balance because o[censored]sing internet even after activating the internet plan.Details: On 1st january 5.16 pm got an sms that ur internet plan is now active.At 6.00 pm used 19mb of internetfor which 190 rs was deducetd from the prepiad balace.Visited the vodafone store on the 2nd of jan 2012 for the same and they were not helpful at all.They did not have th informtaion of the balance been deducted.they said that the floor supervisor azeem will call me and get back to me within 24hours which he failed to deliver.on visting the store back they said that the person Azeem who promised me the call back was on a weekly off and did not assign the promise to any one. On speaking to the floor manager zoheb he said that nothing can be done and he would have to escalate it further and he suggested me to launch a complaint in the consumer court.the balance is still not refunded and still i have to take out 3hours everyday to argue at the Santacruz west store.
Vodafone in — Harassment And financial Loss
That I am using a vodafone mobile network and I am paying continous bill of my number but my number is got blocked due to some other number which is already not in use from last one year. After conversation with vodafone executive(Mr. Sandeep Roy) the reason told was that the number not in use and my current number which is got blocked both are on One and the same person name and address. and my credit limit for my number is more than the bill. and for this i have been no any vice information regarding my number been getting blocked. by all this act I have been a financial loss and got mentally harassed.So, I want that you should again restart my number i.e. [protected]

Sub: Complaint Against Harassment by your company.(Mobile No.[protected])
I have been harassed to limits by your company in connection to my application for prepaid to post paid migration. Ordinarily, it takes 24 hrs for any such activation as per my knowledge. But I am sad to inform you that after applying for the same on 15th October 2008, I still haven’t got my work done.
I hereby explain to you the events which have harassed me mentally and physically:
1. I got an offer from one of your associates - Fast-track(A unit of consortium Bio-technologies pvt.Ltd.)A21/8, 3rd floor, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi-110028, to get my connection transferred from prepaid to postpaid.
2. I agreed to the same and completed the necessary formalities and paid Rs.250/- for the same vide their receipt No.17323 Dated:15/10/2008.I was issued a SIM No.[protected].
3. The same was not activated even after 15days of completing the formalities, the reason for which was negative verification of my address. to make the matter worse, I was not even informed about the same and I had to take pains to know my status by calling 111.The Customer Care Executive asked me to visit a Vodafone store and request for re-verification.
4. I visited my nearest Vodafone store at Dwarka on 30/10/2008. The executive attending me was MR. ARVIND KR. SINGH. I requested a re-verification and provided the necessary documents again. I was assured of activation within 72hrs.But the entire effort went in vain and there was no activation done. Your company did not even consider it important for an intimation of my status.
5. It was on the 15th of November again that I took pains to visit Dwarka Vodafone store and met the same person I had met earlier - Mr. Arvind Kr.Singh. He asked me to make a fresh proposal and issued me a new SIM packet with the Number:[protected] after taking back from me my old SIM Packet with no.[protected]. I also filled up fresh forms on 15/11/2008.i was promised for an activation within 72hrs.But as usual, there was neither any activation, nor any intimation about the same.
6. I had to send complain to you vide an E-mail addressing the issue and providing the new SIM No. [protected]. Fortunately the complaint was adressed by you and I managed to get an activation on 27/11/2008 at around 9pm.I inserted my new SIM and to my surprise, found out that it was not registered.
7. I called up [protected] today, Sunday, 28/12/08, at around 9am. and the customer care executive informed me that I am having the wrong SIM with me, i.e. the SIM which got activated by your company was my old SIM NO.[protected], which I had already surrendered in lieu of the new SIM allotted to me on 15/11/2008.The customer care Executive of your company also misled me by providing wrong information about the closure of the Dwarka Vodafone store and that I was required to visit the Ansal Plaza store which is one of the few stores, he told me, which remains open on Sunday.
8.I travelled all the way to Ansal Plaza, and on the way found out that the South-Ex store was open. I went there and requested a replacement of my SIM vide request No.[protected].The executive's name was Neha. She asked me to refurnish my ID proof, which I did by providing my PAN card. After making me wait for over 20mins she came back to me asking for a photograph and ID proof. I lost my patience, which I have every right to lose by now, and got furious at the executive, after which they promised me to courier the new SIM card to me within 24hrs vide request No.[protected].
After going through such a long and tedious process, I am presently without any connectivity for the past 24Hrs. I doubt whether my old SIM card is in safe hands and that it would not have been used for wrong intentions. I would therefore seek a redressal for the harassment done to me by your company. I am a professional person with phone calls extremely important to me, and living for such a long time with no connectivity is surely going to harm me financially.
After all these problems faced by me, tell me why shouldn't I drag your company to the court for harassing me mentally and physically and also for causing huge financial loss to me.
