[Resolved]  Vodafone — Mobile Recharge

This is to inform you that on dated 23.02.2012 i recharged of Rs.50 through paytm online by the debit card of axis bank. This amount has been debited from my account but recharge has not been done .Then in evening i recharged my mobile from retailer of Rs 50 on mob. no. [protected] .

Vodafone — MOBILE RECHARGED

Dear sir/madam,

I, devinder bisht, a vodaphon consumer, hereby informed you that i had been recharged my mobile amounting Rs.399 by online recharged by ICICIBank A/c since 2 days before, but it has not been still credited to my accounts due to problem as given below:

Correct Mobile No. is +91-[protected].
Incorrect Mobile No. is +91-[protected].

Amount wrongly credited to such incorrect No. instead of correct no. I already concern to Vodafone Customer Service Center, but there was no response.

plz., , take proper action, asap, in this regards.

I had recharged my mobile with a Rs. 48 recharge which is for free sms for 1 month for any Simcard of west bengal. I asked the local shop dealer, he called someone in Vodafone to confirm about it & then i recharged my mobile with 48 & never got the plan activated. When i called customer service then the guy told me that because my SIM was IIT Plan they dont have this plan activated on my SIM. So i asked them to atleast credit my account with 48 INR. They relented this giving random reasons. When some plan is not available for given service a normal top up recharge of that amount should have had been done by the company. I called them lots of times complained to many people but no reply or they used to hang up on me.
Its not about 50 bucks but to get what is right. Those guys ask me to spend 200 bucks to go to some place & get this thing sorted out where they are not even sure if something would work out.

i have recharged my mobile ([protected]) of Rs.222 through vodafine online website on 8.08.2012 using my HDFC credit card, but at that time transaction was done but i didnt got my mobile recharged. I havent got repayed after i approching customer care also...
Have purchase Rs.20 Paper Recharge Card But There Is Not Pin Number.Pin Number Is Damaged After Crash. Please Give Me Secret Pin Of This Card On My E-mail ID Or Recharge On My Number .
