I have ported my number [protected] from reliance to vodafone.I had submitted all the documents properly.They have stopped my connection 5 times till now and asking to visit that gallery for the reason their verification department cant find my address.I have been to their gallery 4 times to submit the documents and have waited for more then 45 minutes each time.Height is there my other vodafone number comes to the same address on time from last 4 years and for this number they cant find the address and i receive documents and material regularly from all over the world on this address from 1964.The other number whose bill comes on time is [protected].Kindly do some thing for this harrasment and unprofessional managemnt of vodafone.

This is to complaint about the collection dept of Vodafone.My family and few of my friends are recieving calls from your collection dept to get my contact info. when they opposed and said that they do not have my address then they were harrassed .My parents are still in the state of mental trauma.
No one ever tried to lookafter my conceren of not paying the bill ,i just want to ask one question ,did any one from vodafone asked my family or my friends to give me a postpaid connection???
The postpaid number which i was using prviously is [protected].
i want personal attention on this and every thing would be solved in writing however i can speak with a senior representative of vodafone over the phone but wuold not solve it then and there.
I have full faith in indian laws and if this matter would not be solved at this level then i know the rights of consumers in india and the second level.

im an employee of a private firm and worked for some time in bangalore branch and now working in other firm and in the previous firm i used a mobile [protected] for some days and for which company is responsible for bill payment and company got closed and the connection is on company name and now recovery agents are harrasing me to pay the bill

I have been calling the so called "happy to help you" Customer Services for long asking them to disconnect my number with Vodafone, however they were always unable to connect me with the "concerned" department. I called them up so many times and even said that i m being harassed and would never like to continue with such an org. even in future and if they are unable to connect me with the said department they can arrange a call back for me on my alternate number which i gave to them. But i never received a call back nor they disconnected the number. And till this day I m getting their bills for not using the services as well. Why should i pay for something i don't want? Even after my writing to them they didn't respond however sent me a bill. I am attaching the mail sent to their Nodal officer For Reference.

i am using vodafone from last 5-6 years. I have a major complaint against payment collection agencies of vodafone . these executives are making harrasment with the consumers by passing them wrong information. I would like to share my bitter experience with these agencies. a few days back i had given a cheque of Rs. 3018 and my actual billing amount was Rs.3518. i was told by the telecaller whose name was ajay and his mobile number is [protected] that i am getting rs.500 as discount . The executive came to me and collected the cheque . after all this now, when i am getting calls from vodafone again, the tellecaller told me that i have my previous balance which is due. this is a big harrasment of the customers as they are bieng misguided by these collection agencies because of their own benefit. kindly take it seriously and i am expecting a strict action to be taken on this.waiting for an immediate call or reply for the same.

Vodafone — Harrasing

Hi,
I have one post paid connection ([protected]) and I have been using this connection since last 6 months. Now, I would like to migrate this post paid connection into Pre paid. I have visited VODAFONE at Ahinsa circle store today with all required documents (Identity Proof, Local Address Proof, One Passport size photograph) but they have refused to accept the same by saying that I need to submit one permananet residential proof which I did not have right now.
My question is that while taking the post paid customer 6 months back I did not submit any permanent address proof neither I was told to do so.
So why ? This is simply harrasing cutomer.

COMPLAINT: I've got new sim and terribaly harrased by company promo calls.File complaints to VODAFONE but they are deaf on consumers complaints. I've already applied for DND on the day of activation new sim.Is this the way to serve better then other companies????? Finally I've shut down VODAFONE.

I have been recieving calls from 2 numbers stated : [protected] and [protected] and have been saying ill about me, i have been trying to avoid these calls but the person calling from both the numbers is the same and is continously calling me from past 10 days and have been saying all bad things about me and to me. Please as a matter of women pride please get this rectified or block these particular numbers from calling me.

I am Bhagesh Chauhan. I am using one of vodafone postpaid connection ( [protected]) from last 4 year. When i took the number it was a corporate number. I was getting some basic benefit as per tariff.
Last month i thought to change my operator and for that i send a message from my number just to get UPC (Code). After geeting my code same report was generated to my operator end and they tried to retain me by offering some extra benefits in my basic plan. The plan which they offered was 1000 local minute to any number and 100 STD minute to any number free for next 3 months without paying any extra amount. This plan was offered to me in the month of April and it was supposed to applicable from 1st May 2011 to 31st July 2011.
Yesterday when i called to customer care i was socked to know that no benefits was given to me till 15th May 2011. i asked for escalation as i was talking to one of agent and she tried to escalate but my call was disconnected. i again try to call and ask for escalation and second time my call was being escalated and then i spoke to one of the team leader. but again she was not even able to understand my concern and was in the hurry to finish my call. she told me that i'll get a call back within 24hrs, though the call was not made to me for the concern which i escalated, again i was asked why i want to switch my operator which was asked in the month of April 11.
Now my concern is that if they are not able to provide me benefits than why they offered me those extra benefits, if they actally want thier customer to be with them, then they need to provide good services not false committment.
One more concern:- DND service is activated on my number and after that i am getting maximum calls and sms on daily basis from different telecome company.
this is again a issue with my operator as i dont want a single promotional sms and call.

Vodafone is providing very poor service
Dear Receipient,

I would like to share my agnst and frustration I have against Vodafone AP. I have been a subscriber of Vodafone Hyderabad circle for the last 2 years and have been making payments on time. I was due to pay Rs1700 towards my monthly bill with the due date of June 1,2011.

For the last 5 days I have been receiving calls from the collection agencies once in every 2 hours asking me to make the payment.
I had already made the online payment a day before the due date (May 31,2011) and the Transaction Id is "[protected]". Despite of making the payment before the due date, I am still receiving calls from Vodafone to make the payment.

This has been a practise with Vodafone as once in a quarter I have to face this ordeal, hence I would like to bring this to your attention that Vodafone has been harrassing me and I would like to understand what can I do as a customer to protect my interests.
I also strongly feel that I should switch over to a different service provider, but I would like to understand the process of making my complaint reach to the higher ups in Vodafone. Appreciate your guidance.

I am a not very HAPPY customer of vodafone having mobile no 98203*****
Bill payment of approximately Rs 2000 is pending on that no i was not able
to pay the same as i was abroad. when i came back i got a call from your
executive whom i promised to pay but i was not able to due to some
personal reasons and i was also not able to receive the calls from your
executives.
Since i was not receiving calls your executive Mr. Nilesh calling from no
[protected]. started calling at my residence and harrassing them for the
bill payment twice he called up for the bill payments at the residence,
when i asked Mr. Nilesh has vodafone given you right harass family
memebers for the bill payment he had no answer as i asked him to give in
written that you have that right then Mr. Nilesh also forwarded call to
his senior some Mr. vishal when i asked him the same question he aslo had
no answer i already told both of them as to when i will get in writing
that vodafone has right to harass family memebers for bill payment then
only payment will be done... Instead of finding the solution Mr. Vishal
instructed his team members " INKE GHAR PAR HI CALL KARNA"...

In this case what is to be done... Kindly suggest.. hope for a proper
solution from you... If i am not getting a satisfactory solution i will
forward this same mail to consumer complaints

How difficult was it for me to pay 200 rupees when i paid 988 for the bill ?

My main issue is -

WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THAT I HAVE TO PAY THE 200 RS FOR DEACTIVATION OF THE MESSAGE?

WHY DID EVERYONE KEPT TELLING ME THAT THE AMOUNT WILL BE ADJUSTED IN MY NEXT BILL?

WHY AM I BEING TOLD NOW AT THE END OF DAY THAT I HAVE TO PAY THE SAME?

In the end I am very much inclined to stop the services of Vodafone after 8 years, and opt for some other service provider.

If anyone is interested to solve this problem, you have time till 12 noon tomorrow.
