Vodafone — unable to talk directly to customer care executive and deduction of charges without intimation
i am unable to talk to customer care executive. no such option comes when i call at 111 or [protected].
one nuer is disturbing me a lot. i want to restrict his call to my phone.
i got flash msg that call at 54701 toll free for jobs alert. i called. after submitting my profile without any intimation my 30 rs was deducted. as it had rent per month rs 30. it was told that is toll free. reimburse my money now annd tell how to deactivate that service
