[Resolved]  Vodafone — unable to talk directly to customer care executive and deduction of charges without intimation

i am unable to talk to customer care executive. no such option comes when i call at 111 or [protected].
one nuer is disturbing me a lot. i want to restrict his call to my phone.

i got flash msg that call at 54701 toll free for jobs alert. i called. after submitting my profile without any intimation my 30 rs was deducted. as it had rent per month rs 30. it was told that is toll free. reimburse my money now annd tell how to deactivate that service

It is very difficult to contact vodafone executives...this service is bad...each time u call 111, there is a big message...adv...your money is deducted...i m planning to switch over to Airtel...

i am from chandigarh i had a number [protected] from more than 2 years, i have lost this number 1 month before on 3rd july 2010.but frm 6 months i was in delhi so i didnt use that number.i come to chd one month before, and i lost my purse which contain mobile and i coplaint in police station on 3rd august and then i went to vodaphone store sector 35 c chandigarh 1st day they said that they give that number to me, then on other day they give that number to somone to another person and they said this number is allot today to another person...what should i do no this is my professional number and i am a social activist, and i want my number very soon...please help me out from this problem.i will be very thankful to you

M not satisfied with ur service...I m facing a lots of problem..customer care executive put calls on hold around 35 min...even not solving the problem...even now m not able to call customer care service...it's better to switch to airtel...to solve my queries they took 48 hours...N now it's almost 60 hours completed...but not yet solved...the worst service provider I had seen...too bad service
